In this paper, we have investigated both the process of rare-gas atoms (He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe) injected into single-wall carbon nanotube (SWNT) and the mechanical oscillatory behavior of rare-gas atoms sliding in a SWCNT by using molecular dynamics simulations. The minimal diameters of SWCNT to encapsulate rare-gas atoms are obtained, which are from 6.246 to 7.828 A. The threshold energies to encapsulate rare-gas atoms in SWCNT are also presented, which are less than 0.15 eV/atom. The oscillatory frequencies of the encapsulated atoms in zigzag SWCNT have been studied. The oscillatory frequencies are insensitive to the initial kinetic energy, but they are sensitive to the lengths and the radius of the tube, and they decrease as the length and the radius of the tube increases.  相似文献

We measure the half-wave voltage of LiNbO 3 phase modulators in a 26-GHz wideband frequency range, and then analyze it by the phase modulation photonic peak gain linked to the interferometric demodulation. The optical interferometer is constructed with two 50:50 couplers and two fiber arms with a 1-m difference in fiber length. The photonic link gain peaks are frequency dependent, as indicated by the differential time delay in the interferometer. The procedure described is a new and practical half-wave voltage measurement method that can accurately predict the nonlinear frequency characteristics of the phase modulator. Moreover, the method can be applied to various types of LiNbO 3 phase modulators.  相似文献

Let be a plane graph with the sets of vertices, edges, and faces V, E, and F, respectively. If one can color all elements in using k colors so that any two adjacent or incident elements receive distinct colors, then G is said to be entirely k‐colorable. Kronk and Mitchem [Discrete Math 5 (1973) 253‐260] conjectured that every plane graph with maximum degree Δ is entirely ‐colorable. This conjecture has now been settled in Wang and Zhu (J Combin Theory Ser B 101 (2011) 490–501), where the authors asked: is every simple plane graph entirely ‐colorable? In this article, we prove that every simple plane graph with is entirely ‐colorable, and conjecture that every simple plane graph, except the tetrahedron, is entirely ‐colorable.  相似文献

In this work, multiple effects of γ-ray irradiation on properties of bulk Ge–As–Se chalcogenide glasses were studied. Increased density (ρ), thermal expansion coefficient (α) and decreased optical band gap (Eopt) were observed after irradiation, depending on glass compositions. Glasses with stoichiometric (GeSe2)100?x(As2Se3)x compositions showed linear correlations between As2Se3 proportion x and irradiation sensitivity, which is expressed by Δρ/ρ, Δα/α and ΔEopt/Eopt. Nonstoichiometric glasses (Ge2Se3)100?x(As2Se3)x exhibited irregular variations. The phenomena are discussed in terms of chemical bonds transition and structural evolution under γ-ray irradiation.  相似文献

Nd(2)O(3)-doped 70Bi(2)O(3)-20B(2)O(3)-10SiO(2)-xNd(2)O(3) (x=0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0, 1.5 mol%) bismuth glasses were prepared by the conventional melt-quenching method, and the Nd(3+):(4)F(3/2)-->(4)I(13/2) fluorescence properties had been studied for different Nd(3+) concentrations. The Judd-Ofelt analysis for Nd(3+) ions in bismuth boron silicate glasses was also performed on the base of absorption spectrum. The transition probabilities, excited state lifetimes, the fluorescence branching ratios, quantum efficiency and the stimulated emission cross-sections of (4)F(3/2)-->(4)I(13/2) transition were calculated and discussed. Based on the electric dipole-dipole interaction theory, the interaction parameters: C(DD), for the energy migration rate (4)F(3/2), (4)I(9/2)-->(4)F(3/2), (4)I(9/2) and C(DA), for cross-relaxation rate (4)F(3/2), (4)I(9/2)-->(4)I(15/2), (4)I(15/2), and/or (4)F(3/2), (4)I(9/2)-->(4)I(13/2), (4)I(15/2) in bismuth boron silicate glasses were about 18.4 x 10(-40)cm(6)/s and 3.4 x 10(-40)cm(6)/s, respectively.  相似文献

M(NMe2)4 (M = Zr, 1a; Hf, 1b) and the silyl anion (SiButPh2)- (2) in Li(THF)2SiButPh2 (2-Li) were found to undergo a ligand exchange to give [M(NMe2)3(SiButPh2)2]- (M = Zr, 3a; Hf, 3b) and [M(NMe2)5]- (M = Zr, 4a; Hf, 4b) in THF. The reaction is reversible, leading to equilibria: 2 1a (or 1b) + 2 2 <--> 3a (or 3b) + 4a (or 4b). In toluene, the reaction of 1a with 2 yields [(Me2N)3Zr(SiButPh2)2]-[Zr(NMe2)5Li2(THF)4]+ (5) as an ionic pair. The silyl anion 2 selectively attacks the -N(SiMe3)2 ligand in (Me2N)3Zr-N(SiMe3)2 (6a) to give 3a and [N(SiMe3)2]- (7) in reversible reaction: 6a + 2 2 <--> 3a + 7. The following equilibria have also been observed and studied: 2M(NMe2)4 (1a; 1b) + [Si(SiMe3)3]- (8) <--> (Me2N)3M-Si(SiMe3)3 (M = Zr, 9a; Hf, 9b) + [M(NMe2)5]- (M = Zr, 4a; Hf, 4b); 6a (or 6b) + 8 <--> 9a (or 9b) + [N(SiMe3)2]- (7). The current study represents rare, direct observations of reversible amide-silyl exchanges and their equilibria. Crystal structures of 5, (Me2N)3Hf-Si(SiMe3)3 (9b), and [Hf(NMe2)4]2 (dimer of 1b), as well as the preparation of (Me2N)3M-N(SiMe3)2 (6a; 6b) are also reported.  相似文献

The thermalization,expansion and radial flow are discussed in the processes of intermediate energy heavy ion collisions via BUU model.Our results show that at lower energies,the thermalization is reached for the collision system,but at higher energies the global thermalization is violated and only local equilibrium exists.The expansion process in the heavy ion collision at medium energies is also discussed.  相似文献

A novel N‐containing compound, neoengleromycin ( 1 ) was isolated from the fruiting bodies of the ascomycete Engleromyces goetzii together with two known cytochalasins: cytochalasin D ( 2 ) and 19,20‐epoxycytochalasin D ( 3 ). Structures were established by spectroscopic (including 2D‐NMR) and chemical means. Neoengleromycin ( 1 ) possesses the rare structure of an N‐substituted hydroxamic acid and represents a new type of natural products.  相似文献
