Asymmetric aza-Henry reaction with α-substituted nitroacetates catalyzed by a bifunctional thiourea-guanidine catalyst

The asymmetric aza-Henry reaction of α-substituted nitroacetates and N-Boc imines was achieved with a new-type thioureaguanidine bifunctional organocatalyst.The novel transformations exhibited high diastereoselectivities,and the adducts bearing adjacent quaternary and tertiary chiral centers were generally obtained in moderate to good enantioselectivities(up to 88%ee).     

清开灵注射液中10种有效成分的同时测定及其质量相关性研究

采用HPLC-DAD-ELSD法,在最优波长(255 nm)下同时测定了清开灵注射液的10种有效成分,测定了不同厂家的15个批次清开灵注射液样品,进行了质量相关性分析.所建立的分析方法符合规定标准,所测样品中,不同厂家及同厂家不同批次样品间各组分的含量差异悬殊(RSD值范围为2.17%～65.54%).方法简便可靠,可用于清开灵注射液的质量控制.尽量多地控制这些已知的主要有效成分是保证清开灵注射液质量的关键.     

An enrichment device of silica-based monolithic material and its application to determine micro-carbaryl by NIRS

A new compound from the fruit of Amorpha fruticosa and activity against acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity

A new isoflavone was obstained from the medicinal herb Amorpha fruticosa.It was elucidated asbenzopyran-12-one,1,4,10,11- tetrahydro-6′-[8′-(hydroxymethyl)ethenyl]-2,3-dimethoxy-8′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-O-α-D-arabinoside by spectroscopic methods including UV,IR,1D NMR and 2D NMR techniques.And the activity against acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity of this compound was also studied,and found this compound can protect liver obviously from hepatotoxicity induced by acetaminophen (AAP).     

Two new terpenoids from fruits of Ziziphus jujuba

One new ceanothane-type triterpene and one new sesquiterpene,together with two known triterpenes were isolated from the fruits of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.(Rhamnaceae).Based on the spectral analyses,the structures of two new compounds were elucidated as 2α-aldehydo-A(1)-norlup-20(29)-en-27,28-dioic acid(zizyberanal acid)(1),and zizyberanone(2).While the two known triterpenes were identified as zizyberanalic acid(3)and ursofic acid(4).     

带喷头混合型毛细管色谱柱的制备及其在蛋白质组分离分析中的应用

本研究制备了一种应用于液-质联用（LC-MS）系统中的带喷头混合型毛细管色谱柱．用标准蛋白和酵母蛋白胰蛋白酶酶切溶液考察了其在LC—MS中的离子化效率、毛细管色谱柱分离性能和寿命,并与直接填充型毛细管色谱柱的色谱性能进行比较,未见显著性差异．将制备的带喷头混合型毛细管色谱柱应用于鼠肝蛋白组的分析,在假阳性率为1％的条件下鉴定到1262个肽段,归属于513个蛋白簇．通过对鉴定蛋白质理化性能的统计分析,其等电点和分子量分布高于一般两维凝胶电泳的范围．实验结果还表明该混合型毛细管色谱柱在肽段的理化性能上没有偏性,可以广泛应用于蛋白质组学的研究中．     

Four New Taxoids from the Barks of Taxus yunnanensis

The ongoing study of our previous work1-4 led to the isolation of four new taxoids from the barks of Taxus yunnanensis. One of them belonged to a paclitaxel analogue named 7-xylosyl-taxol D, the others were 11(15?1)-abeotaxoids with an opened D-ring system, named taxuyunnanines P-R respectively. 石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定健康人和糖尿病人血清中微量铬

本文应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对各种石墨管测铬进行了比较。热解石墨管可提供较好的灵敏度(4.86pg/0.0044A)和检出限(0.418μg/L),可用于血清铬的测定。血清样品经HClO_4-H_2O_2-HCl消化处理后,以工作曲线法测定。结果是健康人血清铬为8.16±4.30μg/L(13例),糖尿病人3.10±1.92μg/L(13例)。令人满意。     

英平顽痹消和英平顽痹通中钾钠钙镁的分析

用原子吸收法测定4种英平顽痹消和1种英平顽痹通中钾、钠、钙、镁的含量。该类药物中钾、钠、钙、镁的含量均较丰富；本结果为探讨该类药物中宏量元素与疗效的关系提供了有用数据。     

草乌的拉曼光谱分析

草乌是一种重要的药用和有毒植物之一，本文采用FT-Raman光谱法定性分析了生，熟草乌的组成，结果显示，草乌因加工（熟草乌）和未加工（生草乌）其拉曼光谱有不同，造成这一现象的原因可甬由于生草乌加工泡制成熟草乌所致，即导致熟草乌的毒性低于生草乌，这将有助于生、熟草乌的质量控制与毒性分析。
