Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Electrochemical Properties of a Novel Phenothiazine Derivative

A new compound 1,1‘-bis(3-pyridyl)-propylene(3,7-diformyl-N-ethylphenothiazinyl)ketone (C30H23N3O2S, Mr = 489.4) has been synthesized, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group Ima2 with a = 27.491 (5), b = 11.942(2), c = 7.389(2) A, V = 2425.8(7) A^3, Z = 8, Dc =1.340 g/cm^3,μ = 0,167 mm ^1, F(000) = 1024, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0869 for 2054 unique reflections with Rint = 0.0254. The structural determination shows that the molecule assumes a butterfly configuration with nearly planar wings. In addition, the electrochemical study indicates that there is a high electronic delocalization in the molecule.     

次近邻相互作用对Heisenberg XX链纠缠影响的研究

研究了存在次近邻相互作用(耦合)时Heisenberg XX链的纠缠特性. 结果表明对近邻格点, 随着耦合常数J的变化, 次近邻相互作用的存在可能使其纠缠度增大或者减小; 而对次近邻格点, 引进次近邻相互作用却可以产生纠缠, 并且使其随着|J|的增大而增大. 近邻格点间纠缠存在的临界温度T_c随着J的增大而降低, 次近邻格点间纠缠存在的临界温度T_c随着|J|的增大而升高. 此外对纠缠W态的制备, 次近邻相互作用的存在还使得三量子位情形时W态产生的时刻改变, 而对于四量子位情形却没有影响.     

40,48Ca+90,96Zr融合反应的动力学模型研究

应用改进的量子分子动力学模型,在严格挑选初始核考虑弹靶结构效应的基础上,研究了近垒和垒上融合反应^40,48Ca+^90,96Zr. 研究表明: 4个反应的理论计算截面与实验值很好符合; 丰中子反应⁴⁰Ca+⁹⁶Zr的垒下融合截面比其他3个反应有明显增强的现象.为了理解丰中子反应⁴⁰Ca+⁹⁶Zr与⁴⁰Ca+⁹⁰Zr相比垒下融合截面增强,而Ca+⁹⁶Zr垒下融合截面没有明显增强的原因, 进一步分析了484个反应的融合位垒,中子转移与融合位垒的关系、中子转移与Q值的关系,结果表明: 正反应Q值会引起核子(特别是中子)转移的增强,从而导致动力学融合位垒的下降和垒下融合截面增强.     

乌骨鸡磷脂侧链脂肪酸的GC-MS分析

用氯仿:甲醇(2:1)超声提取乌骨鸡总磷脂,丙酮脱油精制后,经皂化、甲酯化处理,应用GC-MS联用技术对其侧链脂肪酸组成进行分析,并以面积归一法,计算各脂肪酸的相对百分含量.结果显示,乌骨鸡总磷脂中含有硬脂酸27.46%、花生四烯酸21.39%、油酸18.22%、亚油酸16.67%、棕榈酸12.13%、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA) 2.26%、二十碳三烯酸1.71%、棕榈油酸0.16%.不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为60.41%和42.03%.乌骨鸡磷脂侧链脂肪酸中高比例的多不饱和脂肪酸和花生四烯酸含量是乌骨鸡磷脂的显著特征.     

KMnO4引发魔芋粉-丙烯腈的接枝共聚反应

以KMnO4为引发剂进行魔芋粉与丙烯腈的接枝共聚反应。研究了魔芋粉预氧化时间、引发剂浓度、单体浓度、酸度、反应时间、反应温度和反应物加料方式等聚合条件对接枝效率的影响，并对接枝机理作了探讨。     

乌骨鸡肌肉中肌肽的鉴定与测定

肌肽是具有抗氧化、抗衰老等多种活性的功能性二肽. 建立了一种高效液相色谱测定鸡肌肉中肌肽的新方法, 该法采用NH2柱分离, 样品无需衍生, 操作简便. 通过该法和HPLC-MS 联用技术鉴定了乌骨鸡肌肉中存在肌肽, 同时比较乌骨鸡和普通白洛克鸡肌肉中肌肽的量. 结果表明: 该法适合于肌肉中肌肽的测定, 测定结果显示, 乌骨鸡肌肉中肌肽量约0.45%, 普通白洛克鸡肌肉中约0.22%. 乌骨鸡肌肉中肌肽量显著高于普通白洛克鸡, 这表明肌肽可能是体现乌骨鸡滋补营养作用的主要成分之一.     

具有六重穿插非中心对称金刚石网络结构的Cd(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的配位高聚物(英)

利用1，4-二-(4-羧基吡啶基)丁烷(L)合成了两个新的三维配位聚合物{(CdL₂)·4H₂O·2ClO₄}_n 1和{(ZnL₂)·4H₂O·2ClO₄}_n 2。单晶X-射线结构分析表明，1和2具有相同的计量式，但其晶体属于不同的空间群(1属于P4n2，2属于P4₂22)。两种配合物中，每个金属离子分别由配体与四个相邻的金属离子连接，从而形成具有六重穿插的金刚石网络结构，其网络中大的空腔被高氯酸根离子和(H₂O)₄分子簇所占据。     

（±）—Salvinolone的全合成研究

以２－（３，４－环己基类二氧－５－异丙基）苯基乙醇（２）和３－异丙氧基－５，５－二甲基－１，３－环己烯酮（４）为原料，利用羰基α－位的烷基化反应和分子内的Ｆｒｉｅｄｅｌ－Ｃａｒｆｔｓ反应为关键步骤，经９步反应，合成了多氧芳香型三环二萜类天然产物Ｓａｌｖｉｎｏｌｏｎｅ。     

丙环唑配合物的合成、缓释性能及生物活性研究

Five propiconazole(L) complexes (ML₂Cl₂, M=Zn(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ); ML₄Cl₂, M=Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ)) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. These complexes exhibited favorable controlled release property, it took 40 to 120 hours to release 85% amount of ligand in the water. The toxicity determination to Botrytis cinera, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Gibberella zeae, Fussrium moniliforme and Colletotrichum orbiculare indicated that the fungicidal activities of the complexes were better than that of the ligand except Mn-complex to Rhizoctonia cereali. The EC50 of Zn-propiconazole were 0.045 2～0.144 1 μg·mL^-1, Co- and Ni-propiconazole were 0.066 3～0.210 4 μg·mL^-1 and 0.183 9～0.340 7 μg·mL^-1, respectively, and Mn-propiconazole were only 0.353 6～0.538 0 μg·mL^-1. The growth regulation experiment to wheat seeding by dressing treating indicated that inhibiting activities of the complexes to root length and stem height were weaker than that of the ligand.     

纳米PbSnO3的制备及其燃烧催化性能的研究

Nanocomposite PbSnO₃was synthesized by coprecipitation method , and its phase evolution process was investigated. The particle size, crystal form, and phase of samples were determined with XRD, TEM and EDS. The catalytic actiyity of sample on the thermal decomposition of RDX was investigated by DSC. The results show that nanocomposite PbSnO₃with the diameter of 9 nm can be obtained by calcining at 600 ℃ for 2 h, which crystal is cubic (pyrochlore type). The catalytic actiyity of nanocomposite PbSnO₃on the thermal decomposition of RDX is much higher than that of normal PbSnO₃. The nanocomposite PbSnO₃can decrease the peak temperature of thermal decomposition of RDX from 240.1 ℃ to 236.5 ℃, and the decomposition enthalpy ΔH of RDX increases 722 J·g^-1 （about 70%）.
