p型导电掺In的SnO2薄膜的制备及表征

采用溶胶-凝胶提拉法成功地制备了p型导电掺In的SnO2薄膜.x射线衍射测试结果表明，掺In的SnO2薄膜保持SnO2的金红石结构.吸收谱测试结果表明，掺In的SnO2禁带宽度为3.8eV.霍尔测量结果表明，空穴浓度与热处理温度有很大的关系，525℃为最佳热处 理的温度.铟锡原子比在0.05—0.20范围内，空穴的浓度与In的含量有直接的关系，并随In含量的增加而增加. 关键词： SnO2 溶胶-凝胶法 p型导电     

利用爆磁压缩发生器产生高功率脉冲高电压

 爆磁压缩发生器产生脉冲高电压技术可以用于产生高功率微波及强电磁脉冲的实验研究。给出了利用螺旋型爆磁压缩发生器（HEMG）驱动电爆炸丝功率调节系统产生高功率脉冲高电压的实验方法和主要的结果。在利用HEMG驱动电爆炸丝断路开关（EEOS）产生脉冲高电压实验中，获得了最高电压700~800kV,功率大于20GW的脉冲输出。     

喷气Z箍缩内爆等离子体的雪铲模型

 在喷气Z pinch内爆等离子体研究中，雪铲模型是一种常用的、比较简单的物理模型。根据实验中提供的电流波形，负载线质量和初始半径，可以通过雪铲模型来估算内爆到心的时刻。根据一维运动方程和不同构形下的解析解以及部分实验结果相结合，讨论了雪铲模型的适用范围。数值计算的内爆时间和实验（Gamble II, Double EAGLE, BLACKJACK 5）测量值符合得较好。结果表明，雪铲模型在喷气Z pinch实验的负载优化设计研究中是很有参考价值的方法。     

一种新的永久周期磁铁聚焦的高功率宽带放大器

 提出了一种新的高功率宽带放大器，它由速调管和自由电子脉塞组成，用永久周期磁铁聚焦。研究了这种器件的电子束聚焦、群聚和辐射。在速调管提供一阶调制系数为30%，波导管的半径1.51cm，摇摆器的磁场振幅0.16T，周期7.92cm，电子束的电压490kV，电流50A和半径0.368cm的条件下，预估这种器件的辐射波频率为11.4GHz，输出辐射功率为18MW，输出辐射带宽为44%。     

A New Triterpene from the Orchid Pholidota yunnanensis

A new triterpene, 25-methylenecyclopholidonyl p-hydroxy-trans-cinnamate, was isolated from a orchid Pholidota yunnanensis. The structure elucidation and ^1H, ^13C-NMR assignments were achieved by spectral and chemical method.     

Harnack inequality for some classes of Markov processes

In this paper we establish a Harnack inequality for nonnegative harmonic functions of some classes of Markov processes with jumps. Some non‐standard problems in viscous flow

Energy bounds are derived for Dirichlet type boundary value problems for the Navier–Stokes and Stokes equations when a combination of the solution values initially and at a later time is prescribed. The bounds are obtained by means of a differential inequality and imply uniqueness and continuous data dependence of the solutions for a range of values of the parameter in the non‐standard auxiliary condition. Drift transforms and Green function estimates for discontinuous processes

In this paper, we consider Girsanov transforms of pure jump type for discontinuous Markov processes. We show that, under some quite natural conditions, the Green functions of the Girsanov transformed process are comparable to those of the original process. As an application of the general results, the drift transform of symmetric stable processes is studied in detail. In particular, we show that the relativistic α-stable process in a bounded C^1,1-smooth open set D can be obtained from symmetric α-stable process in D through a combination of a pure jump Girsanov transform and a Feynman-Kac transform. From this, we deduce that the Green functions for these two processes in D are comparable.

全景图像几何畸变校正的算法研究及其软件实现

对于360°视场的全景图像,本文提出了分别对其进行切向和径向畸变校正的处理算法,并用插值处理提高处理精度。达到了将全景图像恢复为常规视场平面像的目的。它是进一步图像分析的前期工作。
