The behavior of methane hydrate was investigated after it was pressurized with helium or nitrogen gas in a test system by monitoring the gas compositions. The results obtained indicate that even when the partial pressure of methane gas in such a system is lower than the equilibrium pressure at a certain temperature, the dissociation rate of methane hydrate is greatly depressed by pressurization with helium or nitrogen gas. This phenomenon is only observed when the total pressure of methane and helium (or nitrogen) gas in the system is greater than the equilibrium pressure required to stabilize methane hydrate with just methane gas. The following model has been proposed to explain the observed phenomenon: (1) Gas bubbles develop at the hydrate surface during hydrate dissociation, and there is a pressure balance between the methane gas inside the gas bubbles and the external pressurizing gas (methane and helium or nitrogen), as transmitted through the water film; as a result the methane gas in the gas bubbles stabilizes the hydrate surface covered with bubbles when the total gas pressure is greater than the equilibrium pressure of the methane hydrate at that temperature; this situation persists until the gas in the bubbles becomes sufficiently dilute in methane or until the surface becomes bubble-free. (2) In case of direct contact of methane hydrate with water, the water surrounding the hydrate is supersaturated with methane released upon hydrate dissociation; consequently, methane hydrate is stabilized when the hydrostatic pressure is above the equilibrium pressure of methane hydrate at a certain temperature, again until the dissolved gas at the surface becomes sufficiently dilute in methane. In essence, the phenomenon is due to the presence of a nonequilibrium state where there is a chemical potential gradient from the solid hydrate particles to the bulk solution that exists as long as solid hydrate remains. 相似文献

Phytopathogenic fungi infect crops, presenting a worldwide threat to agriculture. Polyene macrolides are one of the most effective antifungal agents applied in human therapy and crop protection. In this study, we found a cryptic polyene biosynthetic gene cluster in Actinokineospora spheciospongiae by genome mining. Then, this gene cluster was activated via varying fermentation conditions, leading to the discovery of new polyene actinospene (1), which was subsequently isolated and its structure determined through spectroscopic techniques including UV, HR-MS, and NMR. The absolute configuration was confirmed by comparing the calculated and experimental electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Unlike known polyene macrolides, actinospene (1) demonstrated more versatile post-assembling decorations including two epoxide groups and an unusual isobutenyl side chain. In bioassays, actinospene (1) showed a broad spectrum of antifungal activity against several plant fungal pathogens as well as pathogenic yeasts with minimum inhibitory concentrations ranging between 2 and 10 μg/mL. 相似文献

首先,利用几何关系与介质中超压、位移衰减公式得出结构表面自由场荷载和位移的分布形式,并对衰减因数、爆距等参数进行讨论;其次,利用MSSI(modified soil-structure interaction)相互作用模型对拱的振动方程进行正交求解,得到任意角度荷载作用下的结构弹性动力响应解析解。基于动力响应解析解,得到了土体的声阻抗对结构位移、速度、加速度时程响应曲线的影响。研究结果表明:侧向爆炸荷载作用下,岩土介质声阻抗越大,埋设其中的地下结构的位移、速度和加速度变化越大。为此,建议地下防护结构应修建在声阻抗小的岩土介质中。 相似文献

纳米流体液滴撞击固体壁面的铺展动力学特性是基于液滴沉积实现高效传热传质过程的关键因素,然而由于纳米流体的非牛顿流变特性及液滴内微流动与纳米颗粒的耦合作用,目前对纳米流体液滴撞击固体壁面的铺展动力学行为缺乏足够的认识.本研究利用了两步法分别配制了分散有3种纳米颗粒的均匀稳定纳米流体(碳纳米管、石墨烯、纳米石墨粉),并对流体的流变特性进行了测量分析.利用显微高速数码摄像技术捕捉了液滴撞击固体壁面的动态过程,通过图像处理技术分析铺展过程中液滴的无量纲高度、铺展因子及动态接触角,探究了液滴在韦伯数约为200及800时撞击壁面后铺展沉积形态的演变规律.研究表明,3种不同纳米颗粒的加入均使基液表现出明显的剪切变稀特性,在液滴撞击壁面的铺展过程中,流体的剪切黏度起重要作用,液滴的无量纲高度和铺展因子的变化幅度随着纳米流体剪切黏度的增大而减小.纳米流体液滴撞击疏水表面时能更快的达到平衡状态,液滴的惯性力主导着液滴的初始铺展阶段,液滴的铺展范围和速度随撞击速度的增大而增大.开展该研究能够为基于液滴沉积的增益冷却技术以及微型高导热及导电材料的制造提供理论依据和技术指导. 相似文献

The proton-transfer between ammonia/water and HF/HBr without and with the stimulus of external electric fields(Eext) was investigated with the ab initio calculations. When external electric field is applied, the proton transfer occurs, resulting in ion-paired H4N+X- and H3O+X-(X=Br and F) from hydrogen-bonded complexes in view of the great changes of geometrical structures, dipole moments, frontier molecular orbitals and potential energy surfaces in the critical external electric fields(Ec) of 1.131×107 V/cm for H3N-HBr, 1.378×108 V/cm for H3N-HF, 9.358×107 V/cm for H2O-HBr and 2.304×108 V/cm for H2O-HF, respectively. Furthermore, one or three excess electrons can trigger the proton transfer from H3N-HBr and H3N-HF to H4N+Br- and H4N+F-, while two and four excess electrons can induce the proton transfer from H2O-HBr and H2O-HF to H3O+Br- and H3O+F-, respectively. Compared with that of the analogous NH3/H2O-HCl systems, the strength of Ec of proton transfer increases from HBr to HCl and HF for either H3N-HX or H2O-HX series, which is understandable by the fact that the acidity sequence is HBr>HCl>HF. And the larger of acidity of conjugated acid, the smaller of needed Ec. On the other hand, the Ec for the systems of NH3 with a stronger basicity is generally smaller than that of H2O systems for the same conjugated acid. 相似文献

LED照明与可见光通信技术相结合,构建出基于LED可见光无线通信系统。对室内VLC(Visible Light Communication)系统的白光LED光源特性和系统信道模型分析,提出照明光源布局设计与接收光功率分布的关系;对强度调制直接检测方式的室内VLC系统中信噪比和多径效应引起的码间串扰分析,提出采用光分集接收技术克服码间串扰和提高信噪比,并给出光检测器阵列布局的模型。建立VLC系统仿真模型,给出OOK-NRZ (On-Off Keying & Non-Return Zero)和OOK-RZ(On-Off Keying & Return Zero)调制方式的误码率和均方根时延扩展之间的关系曲线。仿真结果表明,接收光功率相同时,均方根时延扩展时间大于1.0 ns时,OOK-RZ特性优于OOK-NRZ。 相似文献

用标准蛋白质混合物建立了一种适用于低丰度混合蛋白质及其异构体分离与鉴定的蛋白质组学方法。通过IPG胶条等电聚焦分离蛋白质,染色后进行混合胶内酶切,采用纳升电喷雾毛细管液相色谱一串联质谱“散弹法(shot-gun)”分析酶切产物,并进行数据库检索鉴定蛋白质。运用该方法从K562细胞株样品中鉴定出14种具有重要功能的蛋白质,部分蛋白质同时在多个条带中出现,可能是异构体。肽段及其碎片离子的平均质量偏差小于0.05U,综合得分大都远远超过有效值。该方法灵敏、准确度高、分辨率高、省时、便于操椎存苍宗罾白甩异构体青而右优势. 相似文献
