光电变色器件用纳米晶氧化钛薄膜的微结构与特性

纳米晶TiO2薄膜在光电变色器件中具有很重要的作用。它的微结构直接影响染料的吸附、光的散射以及电荷输运的特性。因此，探索TiO2薄膜的微结构(如粒径、表面形貌和厚度等)及光电性能是非常有意义的。采用电子束蒸发工艺制备了光电变色器件用纳晶TiO2薄膜，利用原子力显微镜、X射线衍射、俄歇电子能谱等手段对纳米晶TiO2薄膜的表面形貌、结晶状态及组分进行了分析。从理论上研究和讨论了纳米晶TiO2薄膜晶粒尺寸对光电性能的影响，并用量子限制效应解释了吸收光谱峰值波长随粒径减小而发生蓝移的现象。

This paper is a contionuation of [1] and is concerned with multiplication of weak functions. Here the weak functions are treated as generalized expansions in Hermite functions in [2].     

乙醇增敏光泽精－H_2O_2－Pb（Ⅱ）化学发光体系的研究及应用

本文研究了Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２氧化光泽精发光反应及乙醇的敏化作用，发现加入乙醇可使铅催化Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２，氧化光泽精的发光强度有较大幅度的增强；铅量在３×１０￣（－７）～８×１０￣（－５）ｇ／ｍＬ。范围内与发光强度成正比．方法检出限为０．１０μｇ／ｍＬ；对含４μｇ／ｍＬＰｂ（Ⅱ）１１次重复测定，其ＲＳＤ为２．３％．对３２种常见的阴阳离子进行了干扰实验，表明方法具有较好的选择性。本法应用于水样及沉积物标样中痕量铅的测定，结果良好。

Non-equilibrium grain boundary cosegregation of Mo and P

The segregation of P at grain boundaries is believed to be an important cause of temper embrittlement in steels. As an alloy element, Mo may reduce the embrittlement. However, the concentration measured by Auger electron spectroscopy at the grain boundary in 2.25Cr1MoV and 12Cr1MoV showed that the concentration of P increased with that of Mo, which indicates that Mo and P cosegregated to the grain boundary in Cr-Mo steels.     

Enhanced hardness in B-doped ZnO thin films on fused quartz substrates by pulsed-laser deposition

B-doped ZnO thin films have been fabricated on fused quartz substrates using boron-ZnO mosaic target by pulsed-laser deposition technique, and the mechanical properties have been studied by nanoindentation continuous stiffness measurement technique and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Nanoindentation measurement revealed that the hardness of B-doped ZnO films, 9.32 ± 0.90 to 12.10 ± 1.00 GPa, is much greater than that of undoped ZnO films and very close to that of traditional semiconductor Si. The mean transmittance (%) is larger than 81% in the visible range (380-780 nm) for all the films, and the Hall effect measurement showed that the carrier density is around 2 × 10²⁰ cm⁻³ and the resistivity lower than 3 × 10⁻³ Ω cm. TEM characteristics show undoped thin films have more amorphous area between grains while the B-doped ZnO films have thin grain boundaries. We suggest that the grain boundaries act as the strain compensation sites and the decrease in thickness of grain boundaries enhances the hardness of the B-doped ZnO films.     

基于线粒体co I 基因探讨无尾目10个科的分子系统关系

运用PCR技术和相关生物软件，对大头蛙Limnonectes kuhlii和脆皮大头蛙Limnonectes fragilis的线粒体coⅠ基因全序列进行了测定与分析．结合GenBank上已公布的无尾目10个科22个物种的同源序列，以爬行纲楔齿蜥Sphenodon punctatus和密河鳄Alligator mississippiensis为外群，基于核苷酸序列（选取前两位密码子）和氨基酸序列两种数据形式，分别构建NJ树和MP树．结果表明：系统树将无尾目10个科分为两大支，一支为新蛙亚目Neobatrachia的5科15个物种，一支为古蛙亚目Archaeobatrachia的5个科9个物种（其中包括锄足蟾科Pelobatidae和负子蟾科Pipidae），并推测这两个亚目均为单系群．古蛙亚目一支内的盘舌蟾科Discoglossidae与铃蟾科Bombinatoridae亲缘关系较近；新蛙亚目内蟾蜍科Bufonidae与雨蛙科Hylidae，蛙科Ranidae与树蛙科Rhacophoridae两两亲缘关系较近．蛙科中泽陆蛙Fejervarya limnocharis与大头蛙属3个种首先形成姐妹群，表明其较近的亲缘关系，同时推断大头蛙与福建大头蛙Limnonectes fujianensis亲缘关系近于脆皮大头蛙．     

在Ni系ABO3和A2BO4型复合氧化物催化剂上NO吸附性能的研究

合成了具有钙钛石和类钙钛石结构的复合氧化物ＬａＮｉＯ３，Ｌａ０．１Ｓｒ０．９ＮｉＯ３，Ｌａ２ＮｉＯ４和ＬａＳｒＮｉＯ４。考察了它们对ＮＯ的吸附和ＮＯ直接分解反应的催化性能，结合比表面测定，化学分析，ＸＲＤ和ＮＯ－ＴＰＤ对催化剂的表征结果，探讨了该系列复合氧化物对ＮＯ的吸附规律。     

混合含氟对甲苄醇类菊酯的合成及其杀虫活性

报道了4种混合含氟对甲苄醇类拟除虫菊酯的新化合物,即三氟甲基氯菊酸、(±)-cis-二氯菊酸、(±)-trans-二氯菊酸、( )-trans-第一菊酸的含氟对甲苄酯的合成.生物活性测试的结果表明这些化合物对淡色库蚊四龄孑孓显示出较高的杀虫活性.
