目的对青海省唐古特铁线莲质量控制标准进行研究。方法采用薄层色谱法对唐古特铁线莲进行定性鉴定,展开剂为氯仿与丙酮(95:5),显色剂为10%硫酸甲醇;采用HPLC(Lc-2010HT)法测定唐古特铁线莲中齐墩果酸的含量,色谱柱为PhenomenexLunaCt8(250mm×4.6mm,5Ixm),流动相为y(乙腈)+V(0.2%磷酸水溶液)=35+65,流量为1mL/min,柱温为室温(25℃),检测波长为205nm。结果薄层色谱鉴定中,供试品色谱与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显示出相同颜色的荧光斑点;齐墩果酸在0.0233—0,7000mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=2×10-6+360803,r。=0.9917,RSD为1.61%,并对青海省野生和栽培唐古特铁线莲中齐墩果酸进行了定量分析,结果显示前者平均值为0.1184%、RSD为2.5113%,后者平均值为0.0651%、RSD为2.92%。结论该法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可有效控制青海省唐古特铁线莲的质量。  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)B3LYP方法和非迭代三激发电子相关耦合簇CCSD(T)方法研究了二重态和四重态势能面上由Pt+(2D,4F)催化H2O和CH4产生水煤气的循环反应.采用分子轨道(MO)理论和自然键轨道(NBO)理论对最低能量路径的反应势能面作了详细的分析说明.应用Kozuch撰写的能量跨度模型(energetic span model)确定了决定循环反应速率的决速过渡态(TDTS)和决速中间体(TDI),最后计算了催化剂的转化频率(TOF)以评价催化剂的性能.  相似文献

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used and can reduce musculoskeletal pain in spite of the cost of adverse reactions like gastrointestinal ulcers or cardiovascular events. The current study investigates if a safer treatment such as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) could reduce tendinitis inflammation, and whether a possible pathway could be through inhibition of either of the two-cyclooxygenase (COX) isoforms in inflammation. Wistar rats (six animals per group) were injected with saline (control) or collagenase in their Achilles tendons. Then, we treated them with three different doses of IR LLLT (810 nm; 100 mW; 10 s, 30 s and 60 s; 3.57 W cm(-2); 1 J, 3 J, 6 J) at the sites of the injections, or intramuscular diclofenac, a nonselective COX inhibitor/NSAID. We found that LLLT dose of 3 J significantly reduced inflammation through less COX-2-derived gene expression and PGE(2) production, and less edema formation compared to nonirradiated controls. Diclofenac controls exhibited significantly lower PGE(2) cytokine levels at 6 h than collagenase control, but COX isoform 1-derived gene expression and cytokine PGE(2) levels were not affected by treatments. As LLLT seems to act on inflammation through a selective inhibition of the COX-2 isoform in collagenase-induced tendinitis, LLLT may have potential to become a new and safer nondrug alternative to coxibs.  相似文献

A parameterization for the transport processes in a shear driven planetary boundary layer (PBL) has been established employing turbulent statistical quantities measured during the north wind phenomenon in southern Brazil. Therefore, observed one-dimensional turbulent energy spectra are compared with a spectral model based on the Kolmogorov arguments. The good agreement obtained from this comparison leads to well defined formulations for the turbulent velocity variance, local decorrelation time scale and eddy diffusivity. Furthermore, for vertical regions in which the wind shear forcing is relevant, the eddy diffusivity derived from the north wind data presents a similar profile to those obtained from the non-extensive statistical mechanics theory. Finally, a validation for the present parameterization has been accomplished, using a Lagrangian stochastic dispersion model. The Prairie Grass data set, which presents high mean wind speed, is simulated. The analysis developed in this study shows that the turbulence parameterization constructed from wind data for north wind flow cases is able to describe the diffusion in a high wind speed, shear-dominated PBL.  相似文献

The surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) of sodium alginates and their hetero‐ and homopolymeric fractions obtained from four seaweeds of the Chilean coast was studied. Alginic acid is a copolymer of β‐D ‐mannuronic acid (M) and α‐L guluronic acid (G), linked 1 → 4, forming two homopolymeric fractions (MM and GG) and a heteropolymeric fraction (MG). The SERS spectra were registered on silver colloid with the 632.8 nm line of a He Ne laser. The SERS spectra of sodium alginate and the polyguluronate fraction present various carboxylate bands which are probably due to the coexistence of different molecular conformations. SERS allows to differentiate the hetero‐ and homopolymeric fractions of alginic acid by characteristic bands. In the fingerprint region, all the poly‐D ‐mannuronate samples present a band around 946 cm−1 assigned to C O stretching, and C C H and C O H deformation vibrations, a band at 863 cm−1 assigned to deformation vibration of β‐C1 H group, and one at 799–788 cm−1 due to the contributions of various vibration modes. Poly‐L ‐guluronate spectra show three characteristic bands, at 928–913 cm−1 assigned to symmetric stretching vibration of C O C group, at 890–889 cm−1 due to C C H, skeletal C C, and C O vibrations, and at 797 cm−1 assigned to α C1 H deformation vibration. The heteropolymeric fractions present two characteristic bands in the region with the more important one being an intense band at 730 cm−1 due to ring breathing vibration mode. Usnic acid (UA) was extracted from Usnea longissima (L.) Ach. in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) medium. The selected process parameters were extraction temperature (35–45 °C), amount of co-solvent (0%–5%) and extraction time (5–9 h). These parameters were applied to Box-Behnken design (BBD) belonging to response surface methodology (RSM) to determine optimum process parameters for the highest amount of UA in the extract. g UA/100g lichen, extraction yield % and UA content values were calculated in the range of 0.045–0.317, 2.77–5.4 and 71%–82% in different experimental conditions, respectively. The optimum conditions were predicted as 42 °C, 4.3% (ethanol) and 7.48 h. It was determined that the predicted and experimental values of g UA/100g lichen were compatible, and the suggested model was valid.  相似文献
