氧氟沙星片剂和滴眼液中氧氟沙星对映体的毛细管电泳拆分及定量分析

采用环糊精及其衍生物为手性选择剂在CE上对氧氟沙星对映体进行了分离，研究了环糊精种类、浓度、分离电压、温度对分离的影响．重点考察了氧氟沙星的定量线性范围、检测限和重现性，在20-200mg／L浓度范围内，迁移时间重现性的相对标准偏差(RSD)控制在1．13％以内，峰面积重现性的RSD控制在4．3％以内，检测限为1mg／L．结果表明用20mmo1／L二甲基-β-环糊精(DM-β-CD)为手性选择剂，背景电解质为50mmo1／L Na2HPO4，pH＝3．0，不加有机添加剂情况下可得到较好的分离效果．同时，对氧氟沙星药品实样进行了分析，建主了一种市售氧氟沙星片剂和滴眼液中氧氟沙星对映体简单、快速的毛细管电泳分离、定量分析方法．     

Ligand Exchange Between Penta-Coordinated Phosphoryl Serine and Histidine Compounds

With the assistance of HPLC-ESI-MS/MS, the self-assembly products of serine and histidine penta-coordinated phosphorus compound were separated and identified. The expectative product was seryl-histidine dipeptide, but it was found that there was almost equimolar amount of histidyl-histidine dipeptide as well as seryl-histidine dipeptide. The mechanism was speculated that there was iigand exchange between penta-coordinated phosphoryl serine and histidine in the reaction process. As a result,two types of dipeptide were produced.     

Discovery of High-Pressure Basic Granulite Terrain in North China Archaean Craton and Preliminary Study

High-pressure basic granulite terrain of 2.65 Ga from Jiouhuai'an in the junction of the Hebei and Shanxi provinces was discovered and reported recently. The three metamorphic mineral assemblages and their mineral reaction texture of the basic granulites have been identified, which represent three main metamorphic episodes of 1.4—1.5 Gpa, 800℃; 0.7—0.9 Gpa, 820℃ and 0.5—0.6 Gpa, 700℃. Their steep decompressional clockwise P-T path implies that a late Archaean continental collision and sole thrusting event perhaps occurred in North China Craton. This is important to study petrogenesis of high-pressure granulites, composition and texture of deep crust in North China Craton, and early Precambrian collision tectonism.     

超临界二氧化碳介质中钯催化炔烃羰基化反应

研究了以超临界二氧化碳为反应介质实现改善钯催化炔烃羰基化反应绿色性的方法 .研究结果表明 :醇的用量、二氧化碳压力和反应温度等因素均对钯催化炔烃羰基化反应的化学选择性均有影响 ,即存在炔烃的羰基化反应与氧化偶合反应的竞争     

Nanostructure Pt Electrode Obtained via Self-assembly of Nanoparticles on Conductive Oxide-coated Glass Substrate

Self-assembly of platinum nanoparticles were applied to fabrication of counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cells on conductive oxide-coated glass substrate. The present Pt electrode exhibits high exchange current density of 220 mA/cm^2, which is comparable to those prepared by electrodeposition, magnetron sputtering or thermal decomposition of platinum chloride. After analysis by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), it was found that the catalyst was structurally characterized as nanosized platinum metal clusters and was continuously arranged on electrode surface. The present nanostructure electrode had high electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of iodine in organic solution.     

两个Pd(II)的异亚硝基乙酰丙酮亚胺配合物的合成和表征

合成了两个异亚硝基乙酰丙酮亚胺Pd(II)配合物，Pd(o-BrC_6H_4-IAI)_2 (1) 和Pd(C_6H_5CH_2-IAI)_2 (2)（IAI = isonitrosoacetylacetoneimino），用IR和 Raman光谱对两个配合物进行了表征，并测定了配合物1的晶体结构。配合物1晶体 属单斜晶系，空间群为P2_1/c，晶胞参数：a = 0.8013(2) nm，b = 1.8775(4) nm，c = 0.7905(2) nm，β = 98.22(3)°，V = 1.1770(5) nm~3，Z = 2，D_c = 1.892 g·cm~(-3)，F(000) = 656，R = 0.0663。在这两个配合物中，二齿 Schiff碱配体的异亚硝基（肟基）的N原子和亚胺的N原子与Pd(II)配位，形成反式 的PdN_4平面正方形配位构型。     

δ-（甲酰乙烯基）二氢卟吩衍生物的合成

以脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯为原料,利用Vilsmeier反应合成δ-(甲酰乙烯基)二氢卟吩衍生物.镍(II)脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯和镍(II)红紫素-18与Vilsmeier试剂作用,生成了E环被打开的镍(II)δ-(甲酰乙烯基)红紫素-7-三甲酯和镍(II)δ-(甲酰乙烯基)二氢卟吩P6三甲酯.镍(II)N-乙酰氧基红紫素-18-酰亚胺和Vilsmeier试剂作用,生成了镍(II)δ-(甲酰乙烯基)-N-乙酰氧基红紫素-18-酰亚胺.当这些化合物脱去镍离子后,吸收波长明显红移,δ-(甲酰乙烯基)-N-乙酰氧基红紫素-18-酰亚胺的吸收波长达到742nm.同时保留了对δ-位再进行化学修饰的可能性.合成的新化合物均由核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析和质谱予以证实.     

芳醚树枝形聚合物的合成及分子内光敏异构化反应研究

利用收敛法合成了一代到四代外围带有二苯酮、核心带有降冰片二烯的芳醚树枝形聚合物, 初步研究了这些化合物的分子内光敏异构化反应. 以波长大于350 nm的光选择激发外围的二苯酮官能团引起核心处降冰片二烯基团异构化为四环烷, 随着代数的增长, 光敏异构化反应的速率逐渐加快.     

(CH_3C_5H_4)_3Ln·THF(Ln=Sm,Ho,Tb,Yb)与环戊二烯生成(C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的新反应

研究了(CH_3C_5H_4)_3Ln·THF (Ln = Sm,Ho,Tb,Yb)与环戊二烯高产率生成 (C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的新反应。反应产物经过了元素分析、质谱和X射线的表征。产 物(C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的特征结构参数,如五元碳环的碳原子与中心金属的平均距 离,五元碳环质心与中心金属距离,配位的四氢呋喃氧原子与中心金属距离,由于 “镧系收缩现象”,随着中心原子序数的增加而减小。     

N-茄呢基胺类糖酯化合物的合成及生理活性

在氢氧化钠和四丁基溴化铵存在下,将化合物2-N-茄呢基胺基苯甲酸(3)和N-茄呢基己二酰胺酸(6)分别与O-乙酰基溴代葡萄糖、O-乙酰基溴代半乳糖、O-乙酰基溴代乳糖和O-乙酰基溴代麦芽糖反应制得对应的糖酯4a～4d和7a～7d,由元素分析,IR,1H NMR和MS确证了8个新化合物的结构,并对其中6个化合物(4a,4d和7a～7d)在三种癌细胞模型上进行了一些初步体外生理活性的测试.
