A gas‐phase approach to form Zn coordination sites on metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) by vapor‐phase infiltration (VPI) was developed. Compared to Zn sites synthesized by the solution‐phase method, VPI samples revealed approximately 2.8 % internal strain. Faradaic efficiency towards conversion of CO2 to CO was enhanced by up to a factor of four, and the initial potential was positively shifted by 200–300 mV. Using element‐specific X‐ray absorption spectroscopy, the local coordination environment of the Zn center was determined to have square‐pyramidal geometry with four Zn?N bonds in the equatorial plane and one Zn‐OH2 bond in the axial plane. The fine‐tuned internal strain was further supported by monitoring changes in XRD and UV/Visible absorption spectra across a range of infiltration cycles. The ability to use internal strain to increase catalytic activity of MOFs suggests that applying this strategy will enhance intrinsic catalytic capabilities of a variety of porous materials.  相似文献

Materials exhibiting excitation wavelength‐dependent photoluminescence (Ex‐De PL) in the visible region have potential applications in bioimaging, optoelectronics and anti‐counterfeiting. Two multifunctional, chiral [Au(NHC)2][Au(CN)2] (NHC=(4R,5R)/(4S,5S)‐1,3‐dimethyl‐4,5‐diphenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐imidazolin‐2‐ylidene) complex double salts display Ex‐De circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) in doped polymer films and in ground powder. Emission maxima can be dynamically tuned from 440 to 530 nm by changing the excitation wavelength. The continuously tunable photoluminescence is proposed to originate from multiple emissive excited states as a result of the existence of varied AuI???AuI distances in ground state. The steric properties of the NHC ligand are crucial to the tuning of AuI???AuI distances. An anti‐counterfeiting application using these two salts is demonstrated.  相似文献

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has long been shown to be a powerful therapeutic modality for cancer. However, PDT is undiversified and has become stereotyped in recent years. Exploration of distinctive PDT methods is thus highly in demand but remains a severe challenge. Herein, an unprecedented 1+1+1>3 synergistic strategy is proposed and validated for the first time. Three homologous luminogens with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) characteristics were rationally designed based on a simple backbone. Through slight structural tuning, these far‐red/near‐infrared AIE luminogens are capable of specifically anchoring to mitochondria, cell membrane, and lysosome, and effectively generating reactive oxygen species (ROS). Notably, biological studies demonstrated combined usage of three AIE photosensitizers gives multiple ROS sources simultaneously derived from several organelles, which gives superior therapeutic effect than that from a single organelle at the same photosensitizers concentration. This strategy is conceptually and operationally simple, providing an innovative approach and renewed awareness of improving therapeutic effect through three‐pronged PDT.  相似文献

Prion‐like transcellular spreading of tau in Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is mediated by tau binding to cell surface heparan sulfate (HS). However, the structural determinants for tau–HS interaction are not well understood. Microarray and SPR assays of structurally defined HS oligosaccharides show that a rare 3‐O‐sulfation (3‐O‐S) of HS significantly enhances tau binding. In Hs3st1?/? (HS 3‐O‐sulfotransferase‐1 knockout) cells, reduced 3‐O‐S levels of HS diminished both cell surface binding and internalization of tau. In a cell culture, the addition of a 3‐O‐S HS 12‐mer reduced both tau cell surface binding and cellular uptake. NMR titrations mapped 3‐O‐S binding sites to the microtubule binding repeat 2 (R2) and proline‐rich region 2 (PRR2) of tau. Tau is only the seventh protein currently known to recognize HS 3‐O‐sulfation. Our work demonstrates that this rare 3‐O‐sulfation enhances tau–HS binding and likely the transcellular spread of tau, providing a novel target for disease‐modifying treatment of AD and other tauopathies.  相似文献

A facile photoetching approach is described that alleviates the negative effects from bulk defects by confining the oxygen vacancy (Ovac) at the surface of BiVO4 photoanode, by 10‐minute photoetching. This strategy could induce enriched Ovac at the surface of BiVO4, which avoids the formation of excessive bulk defects. A mechanism is proposed to explain the enhanced charge separation at the BiVO4 /electrolyte interface, which is supported by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The optimized BiVO4 with enriched surface Ovac presents the highest photocurrent among undoped BiVO4 photoanodes. Upon loading FeOOH/NiOOH cocatalysts, photoetched BiVO4 photoanode reaches a considerable water oxidation photocurrent of 3.0 mA cm?2 at 0.6 V vs. reversible hydrogen electrode. An unbiased solar‐to‐hydrogen conversion efficiency of 3.5 % is realized by this BiVO4 photoanode and a Si photocathode under 1 sun illumination.  相似文献

建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定土壤中戊唑醇、腈菌唑、腈苯唑、氟硅唑、三唑酮、丙环唑、烯唑醇、苯醚甲环唑8种杀菌剂残留量的方法。采用QuEChERS样品前处理方法对土壤样品进行提取、净化和富集,用电喷雾离子源、正负离子扫描,以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量分析。在优化的实验条件下,8种杀菌剂的质量浓度在0.01~0.50 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积均成良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限为0.005~0.010 mg/kg。样品平均加标回收率为85.6%~102.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.6%~13.2%(n=5)。该方法操作简便,灵敏度和准确度高,满足土壤中戊唑醇等8种杀菌剂残留量的测定要求。  相似文献

Ascorbic acid (AA) is one of the essential nutrients in bee pollen, however, it is unstable and likely to be oxidized. Generally, the oxidation form (dehydroascorbic acid (DHA)) is considered to have equivalent biological activity as the reduction form. Thus, determination of the total content of AA and DHA would be more accurate for the nutritional analysis of bee pollen. Here we present a simple, sensitive, and reliable method for the determination of AA, total ascorbic acids (TAA), and DHA in rape (Brassica campestris), lotus (Nelumbo nucifera), and camellia (Camellia japonica) bee pollen, which is based on ultrasonic extraction in metaphosphoric acid solution, and analysis using hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC)-ultraviolet detection. Analytical performance of the method was evaluated and validated, then the proposed method was successfully applied in twenty-one bee pollen samples. Results indicated that contents of AA were in the range of 17.54 to 94.01 µg/g, 66.01 to 111.66 µg/g, and 90.04 to 313.02 µg/g for rape, lotus, and camellia bee pollen, respectively. In addition, percentages of DHA in TAA showed good intra-species consistency, with values of 13.7%, 16.5%, and 7.6% in rape, lotus, and camellia bee pollen, respectively. This is the first report on the discriminative determination between AA and DHA in bee pollen matrices. The proposed method would be valuable for the nutritional analysis of bee pollen.  相似文献

Herein, we report a theoretical and experimental study of the water‐gas shift (WGS) reaction on Ir1/FeOx single‐atom catalysts. Water dissociates to OH* on the Ir1 single atom and H* on the first‐neighbour O atom bonded with a Fe site. The adsorbed CO on Ir1 reacts with another adjacent O atom to produce CO2, yielding an oxygen vacancy (Ovac). Then, the formation of H2 becomes feasible due to migration of H from adsorbed OH* toward Ir1 and its subsequent reaction with another H*. The interaction of Ir1 and the second‐neighbouring Fe species demonstrates a new WGS pathway featured by electron transfer at the active site from Fe3+?O???Ir2+?Ovac to Fe2+?Ovac???Ir3+?O with the involvement of Ovac. The redox mechanism for WGS reaction through a dual metal active site (DMAS) is different from the conventional associative mechanism with the formation of formate or carboxyl intermediates. The proposed new reaction mechanism is corroborated by the experimental results with Ir1/FeOx for sequential production of CO2 and H2.  相似文献

Limited tumor permeability of therapeutic agents is a great challenge faced by current cancer therapy methods. Herein, a kind of near infrared light (NIR)‐driven nanomotor with autonomous movement, targeted ability, hierarchical porous structure, multi‐drugs for cancer chemo/photothermal therapy is designed, prepared and characterized. Further, we establish a method to study the interaction between nanomotors and cells, along with their tumor permeability mechanism, including 2D cellular models, 3D multicellular tumor spheroids and in vivo models. In vivo tumor elimination results verify that the movement behaviour of the nanomotors can greatly facilitate them to eliminate tumor through multiple therapeutic methods. This work tries to establish systematic research and evaluation models, providing strategies to understand the relationship between motion behaviour and tumor permeation efficiency of nanomotors in depth.  相似文献
