A single-valued neutrosophic (SVN) set is a powerful general formal framework that generalizes the concept of fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set. In SVN set, indeterminacy is quantified explicitly, and truth membership, indeterminacy membership, and falsity membership are independent. In this paper, we apply the notion of SVN sets to Lie algebras. We develop the concepts of SVN Lie subalgebras and SVN Lie ideals. We describe some interesting results of SVN Lie ideals.  相似文献

Chemically diverse oxysterols and their synthetic manipulations were carried out from variety of Δ8(9)-lanosterol derivatives and evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activities. Most of the synthesized oxysterols exhibited significant antifungal activity against the tested strains.  相似文献

The characterization of protein expression from a single-cell mouse embryo using two-dimensional capillary electrophoresis (2D-CE) is described. These zygotes were obtained from Hsf1 gene knockout mice. Single zygotes were lysed off-column and proteins were fluorescently labeled using the fluorogenic dye 3-(2-furoyl)quinoline-2-carboxaldehyde (FQ). After injection, analytes were separated first according to molecular weight using capillary sieving electrophoresis (CSE) and then by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) to obtain protein expression fingerprints. Analytes were detected in a sheath flow cuvette using laser-induced fluorescence. In a 1-h 2D-CE separation, over 100 components were resolved with a spot capacity of 380.  相似文献

Whereas Lie had linearized scalar second order ordinary differential equations (ODEs) by point transformations, and later Chern had extended to the third order by using contact transformation, till recently no work had been done for higher order (or systems) of ODEs. Lie had found a unique class defined by the number of infinitesimal symmetry generators but the more general ODEs were not so classified. Recently, classifications of higher order and systems of ODEs were provided. In this paper we relate contact symmetries of scalar ODEs with point symmetries of reduced systems. We define a new type of transformation that builds upon this relation and obtain equivalence classes of scalar third order ODEs linearizable via these transformations. Four equivalence classes of such equations are seen to exist.  相似文献

Friction and wear in different engine components have crucial effects on the engine performance, combustion efficiency, oil consumption and lifetime of the internal combustion (IC) engine. Under certain loads, speeds, and temperatures, the metallic components of the IC engine, especially the piston and valve system suffer from a higher friction. Thin film coating is one of the novel techniques to reduce the frictional forces and improve the mechanical properties of engine components. Due to some versatile tribological properties, increasing attention has been paid to the physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology in the recent decade to deposit thin film coating on engine components. This article presents a comprehensive literature review on thin film coatings for IC engine components deposited by PVD technique. Issues related to tribological properties (wear and coefficient of friction) and mechanical properties (hardness and roughness) are also highlighted. Scientific improvements are presented in the light of literature. It is revealed that PVD coating is significantly effective on wear resistance, scuffling resistance, surface roughness, and friction of the components in IC engine. Laboratory test and data from actual service so far suggest that the plasma-activated electron beam evaporation coating is perhaps one of the best choices for smooth surface finishing with improved mechanical and tribological properties. However, there are still some problems in its practical usage. This compressive review paper presents the major shortcomings of PVD coatings on IC engine components and the possible solutions if any. Finally, a number of issues have been reported which need to be encountered for further studies.  相似文献

We study the effects of quantum interference in the spontaneous emission spectrum of a four-level driven atomic system. We use three strong laser fields to drive the atom and a weak laser field to prepare the initial state of the atom. The atomic system exhibits Autler-Townes triplet in the spectrum. The single Lorentzian peak splits into triplet and their widths are controlled by the relative strengths of the laser fields.  相似文献

This paper describes the design and synthesis of a polymerizable lipid capable of complexing lanthanide ions. The lipid has been successfully incorporated into liposomes and then polymerized. Fluorescence studies indicate that the diacetylene (unpolymerized lipid) and the conjugated alkenes (after polymerization) can be used as sensitizers for the lanthanide ion.  相似文献

Palladium–bis(oxazoline) complexes (Pd-BOX-A and Pd-BOX-B) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The molecular structures of the complexes were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analysis. In both cases, the palladium center is coordinated by the nitrogen atoms of the two oxazoline rings and two chloride ligands in a distorted square planar geometry. Despite the fact that the bis(oxazoline) ligand is achiral, the asymmetrical substitution on the phenyl spacer and the rigid backbone of the complex Pd-BOX-A induce inherent chirality and the compound crystallizes as a racemic mixture. Both complexes were found to be highly effective catalysts for Suzuki–Miyaura, Mizoroki–Heck and Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions. They also show excellent catalytic activities toward carbonylative coupling reactions.  相似文献

This work describes the application and usefulness of the focused ion beam (FIB) technique for the preparation of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) samples from metal matrix composite materials. Results on an Aldiamond composite, manufactured by the squeeze casting infiltration process, were chosen for demonstration. It is almost impossible to prepare TEM specimens of this material by any other conventional method owing to the presence of highly inhomogeneous phases and reinforcement diamond particles. The present article gives a detailed account of the salient features of the FIB technique and its operation. One of the big advantages is the possibility to prepare site-specific TEM specimens with high spatial resolution. The artifacts occurring during the specimen preparation, for example, Ga-ion implantation, curtain effects, amorphous layers, bending of the lamella, or different milling behaviors of the materials have been discussed. Furthermore, TEM examination of the specimens prepared revealed an ultrafine amorphous layer of graphite formed at the interface between the Al and diamond particles that may affect the interfacial properties of the composite materials. This may not have been feasible without the successful application of the FIB technique for production of good quality site-specific TEM specimens.  相似文献

(+)-Kohatine (5), (+)-kun-amine (7), (+)-norpenduline (11), and (+)-cheratamine (12), are four new bisbenzylisoquinolines obtained from Cocculus pendulus (Forsk) Diels (Menispermaceae). Ten known bisbenzylisoquinolines are also present. All fourteen alkaloids possess the S chirality at C-1'. The biogenetic sequence involves initial condensation of two coclaurine-type units to form a dinner such as 16. Species 16 may in turn lead to dimers 17 or 18 with two diaryl ether linkages. Only dimer 17 may undergo further oxidative coupling to bisbenzylisoquinolines with three diaryl ether bridges.  相似文献
