高选择性透过SO_2气体分离膜研究 Ⅰ.丙基乙烯基亚砜改性聚乙烯醇功能高分子的合成

本文研究聚乙烯醇与丙基乙烯基亚砜经Michael加成反应合成含亚砜基的改性聚乙烯醇功能高分子.用IR、~1H-NMR、X-射线衍射等鉴定反应产物.结果表明,随着亚砜基含量的增加聚合物的结晶性降低,而在冷水,DMSO,CH_3OH,C_2H_5OH和CH_2Cl_2中的溶解性提高.     

Extraction and characterization of adenovirus

A new methodology for the extraction and characterization of proteins from Coomassie-stained sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS) has been described. The utility of this methodology was demonstrated in the characterization of adenovirus proteins. The key steps in the extraction and destaining process involve washing the excised band with a combination of solvents that include 10% acetic acid, acetonitrile, methanol, and formic acid:water:isopropanol mixture. By using this procedure, we determined adenovirus proteins with molecular weights ranging from 10,000 to 110,000 Da by MALDI-MS, obtaining a detection limit of approximately 6 pmol. Parallel experiments were successfully carried out to analyze adenovirus proteins from Cu-stained gels. It was observed that increase in laser intensity resulted in significant improvements in the quality of MALDI mass spectra for the analysis of inefficiently destained proteins from Cu-stained gels.     

胶体金在DNA分子识别中的应用——胶体金对罗丹明B与单双链DNA识别作用的影响

通过研究罗丹明B与单双链DNA作用过程中，胶体金加入前后的紫外可见吸收光谱的变化，发现在胶体金加入的前后，罗丹明B均以沟槽方式与单双链DNA相作用；胶体金的加入可以较大程度地增大化合物与DNA之间的相互作用．     

纳米Cu(OH)2分解温度对CuO粒度的影响

以CuSO4.5H2O和NaOH为原料,采用沉淀法制备得到Cu(OH)2纤维,再进行Cu(OH)2的分解反应.考察了在不同实验条件下温度对Cu(OH)2热分解过程的影响.结果表明:在反应温度20℃,反应终点pH值为12,搅拌速度为1 200 r.min-1,NaOH溶液的滴加速度为50 mL.min-1的反应条件下,得到的样品为纳米Cu(OH)2纤维,其直径为10~30 nm、长度为1~6μm;在固相纳米Cu(OH)2热分解制备CuO过程中CuO粒径随温度的升高而增大,在温度不超过200℃时CuO的粒径约为20 nm左右;在液相中先沉淀后升温时,产物的形貌为球形,CuO粒径随温度的升高而增大,低于80℃可得到纳米级的CuO.     

Synthesis of New Ligand 1,2-Bis{di[（R,R）-1,3,2-oxzaphosphlidine]phosphino}ethane with C_2-symmetric Axis and Application in Rh-catalyzed Asymmetric Hydrogenation

New ligand 1,2-bis{di[（R,R）-1,3,2-oxzaphosphlidine]phosphino}ethane [（R,R）-BDOPPEs 1,2,3 and 4] with C2-symmetric axis and bearing nitrogen and oxygen were synthesized from readily available optically active amino alcohols.Rh complexes with these ligands were highly enantioselective catalysts for asymmetric hydrogenation of N-benzoyldehydroamino acid derivatives and α-functionalized ketones in 99%e.e.and 98%e.e.,respectively.This new class of（R,R）-BDOPPEs 1,2,3 and 4 gave much more effectivity and enantionselectivity than their corresponding non-C2-asymmetric aminophosphine phosphinite.
