用密度泛函B3LYP方法研究了过渡金属钐类卡宾与乙烯的环丙烷化反应的机理. 对钐类卡宾试剂CH3SmCH2I和CH2CH2反应的反应物、中间体、过渡态和产物构型的全部结构几何参数进行了优化, 并计算了THF溶液的溶剂化效应, 用内禀反应坐标(IRC)计算和频率分析方法, 对过渡态进行了验证. 结果表明: CH3SmCH2I与CH2CH2环丙烷化反应按亚甲基转移机理(通道A)和卡宾金属化机理(通道B)都可以进行, 与锂类卡宾的反应机理相同, 通道A比通道B反应的势垒降低了14.65 kJ/mol. 溶剂化效应使通道B比通道A的反应势垒大幅度提高, 更有利于反应沿通道A进行, 而不利于通道B. 相似文献

研究了5种结构和性质各异的氨基酸(谷氨酸,半胱氨酸,苯丙氨酸,赖氨酸,精氨酸)在亲水性有机溶剂乙醇和磷酸盐溶液形成的乙醇/K2HPO4双水相体系中的分配行为及其影响因素。当双水相体系中乙醇的质量分数从22%增加到30%时,半胱氨酸和苯丙氨酸的分配系数明显增大,其它三种氨基酸的分配系数变化幅度不大;当磷酸盐的质量分数从14%增加到22%时,氨基酸的分配系数的变化均不明显;双水相体系的pH值对氨基酸的分配系数影响较大,当pH增加时,5种氨基酸的分配系数均增加,但是当pH约为9.5时,苯丙氨酸、半胱氨酸的分配系数接近相等但与其它3种氨基酸的分配系数相差较多,当pH为6.0~8.0时,苯丙氨酸的分配系数远远大于另外4种氨基酸。氨基酸的支链结构中含有非极性基团将导致其分配系数的增加。 相似文献

A detailed thermochemical analysis of the alpha-cleavage and decarbonylation reactions of acetone and several ketodiesters was carried out with the B3LYP/6-31G* density functional method. The heats of formation of several ground-state ketones and radicals were calculated at 298 K to determine bond dissociation energies (BDE) and radical stabilization energies (RSE) as a function of substituents. Results show that the radical-stabilizing abilities of the ketone substituents play a very important role on the thermodynamics of the alpha-cleavage and decarbonylation steps. An excellent correlation between calculated values and previous experimental observations suggests that photochemical alpha-cleavage and decarbonylation in crystals should be predictable from knowledge of excitation energies and the RSE of the substituent. 相似文献

Dexmedetomidine (Dex) is a selective central α2‐agonist with anesthetic properties and has been used in clinical practice for sedation in the intensive care unit (ICU) after operations. In this study, an analytical assay for the determination of Dex in a small amount of plasma was developed for the application to pediatric ICU trials. The quantification of Dex was constructed using the original stable isotope Dex‐d3 for electrospray ionization‐tandem mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS/MS) in the selected reaction monitoring mode. A rapid ultra‐performance liquid chromatography technique was adopted using ESI‐MS/MS with a runtime of 3 min. Efficacious concentration levels (50 pg/mL to 5 ng/mL) could be evaluated using a very small amount of plasma (10 μL) from patients. The lower limit of the quantification was 5 pg/mL in the plasma (100 µL). For sample preparation, a solid‐phase extraction was used along with the OASIS‐HLB cartridge type. Recovery values ranged from 98.8 to 100.3% for the intra‐ [relative standard deviation (RSD), 0.9–1.3%] and inter‐ (RSD, 0.9–1.5%) day assays. A stable test had recovery values that ranged from 97.8 to 99.7% with an RSD of 1.0–1.9% for the process/wet extract, bench‐top, freeze–thaw and long‐term tests. This method was used to measure the Dex levels in plasma from pediatric ICU patients. In the clinical ICU trial, the small amount of blood (approximate plasma volume, 200 μL) remaining from blood gas analysis was reused and targeted for the clinical analysis of Dex in plasma. Reported values(0.2 MPa-7.0 GPa) of the interlayer shear strength(ISS) of graphite are very dispersed.The main challenge to obtain a reliable value of the ISS using conventional measuring methods was the unavailability of sufficiently large single crystalline graphite.Here we present a novel experimental method to measure the ISS,and obtain the value as ~0.14 GPa.Our result can serve as an important basis for understanding mechanical behavior of graphite or graphene-based materials. 相似文献
