The two‐electron reduction of a Group 14‐element(I) complex [RË?] (E=Ge, R=supporting ligand) to form a novel low‐valent dianion radical with the composition [RË:]. 2? is reported. The reaction of [LGeCl] ( 1 , L=2,6‐(CH?NAr)2C6H3, Ar=2,6‐iPr2C6H3) with excess calcium in THF at room temperature afforded the germylidenediide dianion radical complex [LGe]. 2??Ca(THF)32+ ( 2 ). The reaction proceeds through the formation of the germanium(I) radical [LGe?], which then undergoes a two‐electron reduction with calcium to form 2 . EPR spectroscopy, X‐ray crystallography, and theoretical studies show that the germanium center in 2 has two lone pairs of electrons and the radical is delocalized over the germanium‐containing heterocycle. In contrast, the magnesium derivative of the germylidendiide dianion radical is unstable and undergoes dimerization with concurrent dearomatization to form the germylidenide anion complex [C6H3‐2‐{C(H)?NAr}Ge‐Mg‐6‐{C(H)‐NAr}]2 ( 3 ).  相似文献

A reversed-phase HPLC method has been developed for determination of twelve intact glucosinolates—glucoiberin, glucocheirolin, progoitrin, sinigrin, epiprogoitrin, glucoraphenin, sinalbin, gluconapin, glucosibarin, glucotropaeolin, glucoerucin, and gluconasturtiin—in ten traditional Chinese plants. The samples were extracted with methanol and the extracts were cleaned on an activated Florisil column. A mobile phase gradient prepared from methanol and 30 mmol L−1 ammonium acetate at pH 5.0 enabled baseline separation of the glucosinolates. Glucosinolate detection was confirmed by quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometric analysis in negative-ionization mode. Detection limits ranged from 0.06 to 0.36 μg g−1 when 5 g of dried plant was analyzed. Recoveries of the glucosinolates were better than 85% and precision (relative standard derivation, n = 3) ranged from 5.3 to 14.6%. Analysis of the glucosinolates provided scientific evidence enabling differentiation of three pairs of easily confused plants. Synthetic messenger RNA (mRNA) switches are powerful tools for in situ cell purification, especially for cells derived from stem cells. However, the retention effectiveness of the target cells is limited by the leaky expression of toxic protein. The elimination efficiency of non-target cells is also constrained due to the lack of signal amplification. In this study, we designed a novel approach that uses synthetic mRNA switch to convey intracellular marker molecule information into spatially controlled extracellular toxic assembly formation. The approach bypasses the use of toxic protein to ensure high target cell recovery effectiveness. Meanwhile, the marker molecule information is amplified at multiple levels to ensure high non-target cell elimination effectiveness. Our approach can be tailored to meet various in situ cell purification needs, promising high-quality in situ cell purification for a wide range of biomedical applications.  相似文献
