Recently,self-sustained oscillatory genetic regulatory networks(GRNs) have attracted significant attention in the biological field.Given a GRN,it is important to anticipate whether the network could generate oscillation with proper parameters,and what the key ingredients for the oscillation are.In this paper the ranges of some function-related parameters which are favorable to sustained oscillations are considered.In particular,some oscillatory motifs appearing with high-frequency in most of the oscillatory GRNs are observed.Moreover,there are some anti-oscillatory motifs which have a strong oscillation repressing effect.Some conclusions analyzing these motif effects and constructing oscillatory GRNs are provided. 相似文献

Under harmonic approximation, this paper discusses the
linear dispersion relation of the one-dimensional chain. The existence
and evolution of discrete breathers in a general one-dimensional
chain are analysed for two particular examples of soft (Morse) and
hard (quartic) on-site potentials. The existence of discrete
breathers in one-dimensional and two-dimensional Morse lattices is
proved by using rotating wave approximation, local anharmonic
approximation and a numerical method. The localization and amplitude
of discrete breathers in the two-dimensional Morse lattice with on-site
harmonic potentials correlate closely to the Morse parameter a and

In this paper we study the existence and stability of two-dimensional discrete gap
breathers in a two-dimensional diatomic face-centered square lattice
consisting of alternating light and heavy atoms, with on-site
potential and coupling potential. This study is focused on
two-dimensional breathers with their frequency in the gap that
separates the acoustic and optical bands of the phonon spectrum. We
demonstrate the possibility of the existence of two-dimensional gap
breathers by using a numerical method. Six types of two-dimensional
gap breathers are obtained, i.e., symmetric, mirror-symmetric and
asymmetric, whether the center of the breather is on a light or a
heavy atom. The difference between one-dimensional discrete gap
breathers and two-dimensional discrete gap breathers is also
discussed. We use Aubry's theory to analyze the stability of
discrete gap breathers in the two-dimensional diatomic face-centered

This paper summarizes our recent progress on the preparations and applications of electropolymerized thin films of redox-active ruthenium complexes. Thin films of vinyl-functionalized diruthenium or ruthenium-amine conjugated complexes are prepared by reductive electropolymerization. The resulting films are useful for multistate near-infrared electrochromism, ion sensing, and mimicking flip-flop and flip-flap-flop logic gates. The oxidative electropolymerization of diruthenium complexes with two distal triarylamine units affords electropolymers with an alternating diruthenium and tetraphenylbenzidine structural unit. The applications of the resulting films in multistate near-infrared electrochromism and resistive memory are discussed. 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取单味药白术、茅苍术及其药对中挥发油成分,通过气-质联用技术(GC-MS)对其分离检测,利用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)分辨解析重叠色谱峰,并结合程序升温保留指数辅助定性.从白术、茅苍术及其药对中依次鉴定出29,50,62个组分,分别占各自挥发油总量的95.93%, 97 44%, 97.47%;其中20种挥发油成分共存于单味药与药对中,主要是2-(2-甲氧基)苯甲氧基苯酚、γ-芹子烯、雅槛蓝树油烯、大根香叶烯B等.组成药对后,白术减少8种组分,茅苍术减少12种组分,而药对新增22种组分,主要是单萜烯类的低沸点化合物,新增组分在药对中的作用不容忽视. 相似文献

In this study, it was the first report that the Brevibacterium lutescens CCZU12-1 was employed as a sulfur removing bacteria. Using dibenzothiophene (DBT) as the sole sulfur source, B. lutescens could selectively degrade DBT into 2-hydroxybiphenyl (2-HBP) via the “4S” pathway. In the basal salt medium (BSM) supplemented with 0.25 mM DBT and 0.5 g/L Tween-80, high desulfurization rate (100 %) was obtained by growth cells after 60 h. Furthermore, the n-octane–water (10:90, v/v) biphasic system was built for the biodesulfurization by resting cells. Moreover, a combination of magnetic nano Fe3O4 particles with calcium alginate immobilization was used for enhancing biodesulfurization. In this n-octane–water biphasic system, immobilized B. lutescens cells could be reused for not less than four times. Therefore, B. lutescens CCZU12-1 shows high potential in the biodesulfurization. 相似文献

针对氢气添加的LPG(液化石油气)+空气预混火焰结构进行了数值研究, 详细计算了在含氢比a为0%到45%、稀释引子D为21%到16%条件下的自由蔓延火焰, 得到了不同燃烧条件(φ=0.7-1.4)下的绝热燃烧速率变化规律. 由于LPG中的主要成分为丙烷和丁烷, 作者针对C3和C4物质提出了详细化学反应动力学系统, 并针对氢气添加的丁烷燃烧过程进行了数值计算, 得到了与实验相一致的结果, 验证了改进的详细化学机理的有效性. 此外, 进一步计算了对撞双火焰的加氢LPG火焰, 更加深入地探讨了火焰拉伸对燃烧稳定性和温度的影响, 重点研究了φ在0.5到0.7的稀薄燃烧, 验证了氢气添加可以有效提高稀薄燃烧条件下熄火拉伸率, 扩大稀薄燃烧的极限, 增加火焰的稳定性. 相似文献

Using the time-dependent quantum wave packet method, the photoassociation (PA) processes of He + H +→ HeH+ and He + D +→ HeD+, driven by the sin2-shaped femtosecond laser pulse in the electronic ground state, including multiphoton transitions and dissociations, are investigated for a wide range of initial collision momenta spanning from 1 to 4 a.u. (or for the collision energy roughly in the ranges of 0.009∼0.148 eV and 0.006∼0.089 eV for HeH+ and HeD+ systems, respectively). It is found that, at some collision momenta, multiphoton transitions to deeply bound states are inevitable to occur and can greatly decrease the PA probability of the target state that selected is the vibrational state v = 6. For the dissociation process, the higher-order (two- and three-photon) dissociations, measured from the target state, tend to be significant at relative high collision energies, which implies that above-threshold dissociations may also be an important loss mechanism in the PA process. In addition, it is also shown that the higher-order dissociation is much stronger for HeH+ systems than that for HeD+ systems at a given collision momentum, and could be enhanced by the strong transitions among deeply bound states. 相似文献
