Synthesis,structures and properties of two novel copper(II) complexes with hydrogen bonding supramolecular networks

Two novel complexes, [Cu(HL)₂(H₂O)]₂(OH)₂(ClO₄)₂·1.5H₂O (1) and [Cu(HL)₂]Cl₂·4H₂O (2), have been prepared by reacting copper salts with the 4-amino-3-ethyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione (HL) ligand in neutral solution and in HCl (6 mol L^–1) medium, respectively. They were characterized by FT-IR and u.v.–vis. spectra, and the structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. In both complexes, the triazole ligand chelated the metal ions through the amine and thione substituents on the five-membered ring. Complex (1) has a square-pyramidal copper(II) ion coordinated by two triazole ligands and one water molecule. Unlike (1), the Cu²⁺ ion in (2) displays its characteristic Jahn–Teller distortion with the distance of the Cl^– anions to metal ion further away than that of the triazole ligands. The most intriguing structural features of the title complexes are that the HL ligands chelate copper(II) ions through the N(1) and S(1) atoms, in a cis mode in (1) and a trans mode in (2). In both cases, self-assembled crystals, by supramolecular contacts simultaneously, form two multi-dimensional frameworks.     

P(St-co-MAA)乳液体系对CaCO3结晶的调控

大量研究表明, 有机/无机界面上的相互作用[1]是控制无机结晶的晶型、形貌、粒径等特征的决定因素. 本文利用乳液聚合方法合成了在诱导无机矿化后依然保持较为刚性界面的、能与无机离子作用的微球, 并在乳液中进行碳酸钙结晶实验, 用XRD, FTIR和SEM等手段对结晶进行了表征.     

Large-scale fabrication of aligned single-walled carbon nanotube array and hierarchical single-walled carbon nanotube assembly

Aligned single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and hierarchical SWNT assembly were fabricated by electrospinning. The high fiber elongation and high DC electric field applied during the electrospinning process result in the orientation of the SWNTs along the axial direction of the fiber. The alignment of the electropsun composite fiber transfers this local SWNT orientation to macroscopically aligned SWNTs. After removing the polymer component from the aligned composite fiber, we produced large area aligned SWNTs. The results show that the directional control of SWNT alignment and debundling of SWNTs into individual tubes can be simultaneously realized.

DNA Separation by Capillary Electrophoresis with Ultraviolet Detection using Mixed Synthetic Polymers

The mixtures of two polymers, poly (N,N-dimethylacrylamide) (PDMA) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) were synthesized and used as the separation medium for double-stranded and single-stranded DNA fragments by capillary electrophoresis with UV detector. On optimal conditions, 2%w/v PDMA 2%w/v PVP can be used to separate the doublet 123/124bp in pBR322/Hae Ⅲ Markers.

硫氰酸铈(Ⅲ)与三缩四乙二醇配合物[Ce(C_8H_(18)O_5)(NCS)_3(H_2O)]的合成及晶体结构

合成了硫氰酸铈(Ⅲ)与三缩四乙醇配合物[Ce(C_8H_(18)O_5)(NCS)_3(H_(2)O)].晶体结构分析表明,该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P(?)空间群.晶胞参数:a=0.8816(3)nm,b=1.0465(2)nm,c=1.2490(2)nm,α=86.46(1)°,β=70.90(2)°,γ=66.37(2)°,ν=0.9943nm~(3),Z=2.D_(计算)=1.769cm~(3),最终偏差因子R=0.049.     

吡啶叶立德与查尔酮1,3-偶极环加成反应制备2-苯基-3-乙酰基中氮茚

报道在氧化剂存在下吡啶叶立德与查尔酮进行1,3-偶极环加成反应, 一锅法合成2-苯基-3-乙酰基中氮茚化合物的方法, 收率37%. 用类似的方法由α-溴代异喹啉季铵盐、查尔酮、碱和氧化剂进行反应, 可一锅法得到1-苯甲酰基-2-苯基-3-乙酰基吡咯并[2,1-a]异喹啉, 收率58%.     

微孔磷酸铝AIPO4-HDA的热分解过程研究

采用差热-热重-质谱(TG-DTA-MS)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和固体核磁(Solid-State-MAS-NMR)等技术详细地研究了微孔磷酸铝晶体AlPO4-HDA中模板剂的热分解过程.结果表明,该模板剂的热分解分3步进行:第一步是模板剂和无机骨架之间的部分氢键断裂;第二步为模板剂的Hof-mann降解反应和β-消除反应;第三步是残留积碳的氧化分解反应.固体MASNMR的研究结果表明,随着模板剂的脱出.无机骨架中铝和磷的配位状态发生了变化.     

含吗啉基片段的水杨醛席夫碱类化合物的合成及其淬灭1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基性能

通过3-氟-4-吗啉基苯胺和取代水杨醛缩合反应,合成了14个含吗啉基片段水杨醛席夫碱类化合物(Ⅰa-Ⅰn)。通过核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、液相色谱-质谱联用仪(LC-MS)和元素分析等技术手段研究了产物的结构和淬灭1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的活性。 结果表明,在0.02~0.10 g/L,所有化合物均表现出一定的淬灭DPPH自由基活性。 其中,化合物Ⅰd和Ⅰf表现出较为优异的性能,化合物Ⅰd的活性在30%~55%,化合物Ⅰf的活性则大于50%。 随着化合物Ⅰd、Ⅰh、Ⅰj和Ⅰn质量浓度的增大,其淬灭DPPH自由基的活性均呈现增强趋势。
