Single‐crystal α‐Mn2O3 nanowires were prepared via a “self‐sacrificing template” route, simply by calcining the prepared α‐MnO2 nanowire precursors at 550 °C for 1.5 h. XRD, TEM, SEM and HRTEM characterizations show that the as‐prepared α‐Mn2O3 samples are all phase pure and the nanowires have uniform diameters of approximately 15‐30 nm and lengths up to several micrometers. The catalytic performances of the prepared α‐Mn2O3 nanowires were studied in the degradation of coking wastewater with H2O2 as the oxidant, and the technological conditions were optimized by single‐factor and orthogonal experiments. A novel water-soluble porphyrin[5,10,15,20-tetra(3-ethoxy-4-hydroxy-5-sulfonate)phenyl porphyrin, H2TEHPPS] was designed and synthesized, which could be used as a potential fluorescence sensor to detect temperature changes. The studies were performed in solution phase and the concentration of H2TEHPPS was 2.0×10^-5 mol/L. The optical properties of H2TEHPPS were investigated based on the UV and fluorescence spectra. The results show that the fluorescence intensity of H2TEHPPS is directly proportional to temperature in the range of 293-353 K So H,TEHPPS can be used as a molecular temoerature sensor in biomedical and other fields. 相似文献

We report the fabrication of widely tunable ridge waveguide distributed Bragg reflector(DBR) lasers with InGaAsP butt-joint as grating material. The shape of the butt–joint interface is found to have significant effect on the properties of the lasers. It is shown that irregular mode jumps during wavelength tuning can be avoided by a V-shaped butt–joint interface. From the fabricated device, 23 channels with 0.8 nm spacing and greater than 35 dB side mode suppression ratios are obtained. The different tuning characteristics of the ridge waveguide and the previously reported buried ridge stripe DBR lasers are discussed. Combined with the wide tuning range and the simple structure, the ridge waveguide DBR lasers are promising for use in wavelength division multiplexing passive optical networks(WDM-PONs). 相似文献

Optical Networks-on-Chip (ONoC) is emerging technology for future optical interconnects used in all optical networks. The electrical interconnects face lot of problems due to their inability to support higher data rates used in the System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies. Integrated optical interconnects based on SoC avoid this bottleneck with their support to higher data rates. In this paper for the first time we have studied and analyzed ONoC at physical level for the system performance based on crosstalk, BER, throughput, system frequency, and other related parameters. The investigation of ONoC performance is carried out for the multistage microring optical crossconnect on SoC for coherent WDM signals. The analysis can be used in the design of ultra-high speed photonic routers for reliable data communication and processing. The results show the dependency of a coherent crosstalk on the system frequency of SoC and also illustrate the reduction in throughput with increase in number of WDM signals due to higher probability of packet transmission. Minimum 2 dB signal to noise ratio can be obtained when crosstalk is ?25 dB with 60 wavelengths for probability of packet transmission is 0.5. 相似文献

布里渊散射光时域反射测量技术(BOTDR)作为一项新型光电传感监测技术,因其具有良好的抗干扰、长距离、可植入性和分布式监测的特点而被广泛应用于结构工程健康监测中。而直接将光纤布设在土体中则存在变形协调性差、易折断及空间定位难等问题。本次研究通过室内小比例尺模型试验,分别将光纤植入土工布和土工格栅等柔性复合材料中并一起铺设在边坡模型不同深度处,利用BOTDR监测边坡在外荷作用下的变形特征。试验结果表明,布设在土工格栅中的光纤稳定性最好; 土工布中的光纤变形协调性和敏感性优于土工格栅; 通过合理布置光纤能够对异常应变进行较为准确的识别和定位。试验初步验证了该方法应用于土质边坡变形监测的可行性。 相似文献

以1-(2-萘基)-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(NMP)作为柱前衍生试剂,建立了简单、灵敏的糖类组分的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。NMP与糖在氨为催化剂的条件下,于70 ℃下反应可获得稳定的衍生产物。在Hypersil ODS 2反相色谱柱上,实现了8种单糖的基线分离。衍生物线性相关系数均大于0.9985,检出限为0.58~1.1 pmol。利用柱后在线串联质谱的电喷雾电离正离子模式监测,获得了各组分的质谱定性及裂解规律,特别是m/z 473的特征碎片离子可作为单糖NMP衍生物的判定依据。与1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)相比,NMP对糖的衍生化具有灵敏、简单、质谱裂解规律性强、重现性好等优点。该方法用于测定油菜花粉多糖中的单糖组成,结果令人满意。 相似文献
