Stable monolayers of electropolymerized poly-N-vinylcarbazole (EPVK) and arachidic acid(AA) are obtained on a subphase of alkaline Tl2O3 colloidal solutions. As revealed by the atomic force microscope, there is phase separation in the mixed LB monolayers. Transmission electron microscopic observations reveal that ordered arrays of composite Tl2O3/Epvk nanowires are formed in the mixed monolayers. Formation of the composite nanowire arrays is attributed to the ordered adsorption of Tl2O3 colloidal particles along the polycationic EPVK chains. The composite nanowire array is 3.2nm wide with a spacing of 2.7nm.The composite nanowire arrays can also be formed when pure EPVK is used. Composite LB multilayers of Tl2O3/EPVK nanowire arrays are prepared. The bilayer spacing is 5.54nm.The present study is of importance to the fabrication of inorganic semiconductor/functional polymer composite nanowires.  相似文献

Reactions of o-methyl- and o-ethylbenzenediazonium tetrafluoroborates with two equivalents of potassium acetate and five mole percent of 18-crown-6 in ethanol-free chloroform produce indazoles in good to excellent yields. 本文制备了α-异丙基、β-异丁基丙烯酸的15种希土配合物RE(C9H17COO)3,用X射线多晶粉末衍射、电子光谱、红外光谱和热重差热分析方法研究了配合物中RE-O键的成键性能以及羧基的配位性质.配合物中存在两种不同的羧基配位形式,轻中希土配合物(La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu)中羧基具有不对称桥式双齿配位形式,而重希土配合物(Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Y)中羧基具有对称螯合双齿配位形式,配位形式的不同使得希土配合物呈现两种不同的多晶衍射图和热分解过程.  相似文献

利用化学键合和“瓶中造船”方法,成功地将酒石酸钛配合物接枝到HMS(heragonal mesoporous silicas)上或包络合于微孔NaY内.FT-IR表征表明酒石酸钛在HMS上是通过与载体表面羟基发生交换作用而被固载的;在NaY载体上则是通过包络合被封装在载体的超笼内.UV-Vis可见漫反射表征表明两类固载型催化剂有着相似的钛配位环境.在催化肉桂醇环氧化反应中,HMS键合型催化剂的反应转化率比NaY包络型催化剂的高;但后者在环氧化选择性上要高于前者.回收样品的重复使用实验结果表明,两类固载型催化剂在重复使用过程中均存在不同程度的失活.  相似文献

以邻苯二胺为原料合成表征了一类喹喔啉衍生物;1-烷基-3-甲基-2(1H)-喹喔啉-2-酮(1-alkyl-3-methly-2(1H)-quinoxalin-2-one,简称AMQ,其中alky=H、CH3、Et、n-C3H5、n-C5H11、n-C16H33)。用电子轰击电离质谱(EI-MS)和核磁共振谱图(^1H-NMR)鉴定了AMQ,研究了不同取代基对这类化合物EI-MS谱图的影响,分析得到一些裂解规律。结果表明:所有样品谱图中均有芳香化合物的特征CnHn^ 系列峰m/z78,65,52,39和(或)m/z77、76、64、63、51、50、38、37。对于末取代的样品及低级烷烃取代的样品,谱图中的基峰为分子离子峰,对于取代基中碳数大于等于3的样品。谱图中的基峰不是分子离子峰,分子离子峰强度随着碳数的增加而降低。这些样品一般容易发生骨架重排,丢失一分子CO,生成1-烷基-2-甲基苯并哒唑正离子。此外,还讨论了谱图中其它的一些碎片离子峰。这对于研究和指导喹喔啉衍生物 的合成,探讨它们在药效及结构特征与生理活性的关系等方面具有重要的应用价值和理论意义。  相似文献

The rates at which aluminum was removed from the N- and C-terminal monoaluminum ovotransferrins by pyrophosphate were evaluated by UV difference spectra in 0.01 mol/L Hepes, pH=7.4 and at 37℃. Pesudo first-order rate constants as a function of pyrophosphate concentration were measured. The results indicate that the pathways of aluminum removal are different. For the N-terminal binding site, aluminum removal follows simple saturation kinetics, while the removal of aluminum from the C-terminal binding site reverts to the combination of saturation and first-order kinetics. The saturation component is consistent with a rate-limiting conformational change in the protein as has been reported. We propose that the first-order kinetics mechanism is attributed to a pre-equilibrium process. The rate constants of saturation kinetics are accelerated from both terminals with the addition of 0.1 mol/L chloride to the monoaluminum ovotransferrin solutions, whereas the rates of the first-order kinetics are decreased for the C-terminal binding site. The effect of chloride ionic strength causes a continuing increase on kobs for the N- and C-terminal binding sites. Moreover, the kinetics behavior of the N-terminal is more easily affected by chloride than that of the C-terminal. In the experiment presumably the N-terminal site is apparently kinetically more labile than the C-terminal site.  相似文献

An automated spray-and-trap (ST) chromatographic system was constructed for fast and efficient extraction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in aqueous samples with the capability to be deployed in the field for unattended continuous monitoring of surface or ground water. This system was built upon a commercial gas chromatograph with full automation capability using self-developed hardware and software. For sample analysis, fine droplets of the aqueous solution were generated in the extraction chamber by pressure expansion of a clean air stream through a spray nozzle. A portion of the VOCs distributed into the gas phase was retained by a multi-sorbent micro-trap kept at ambient temperature. Flash heating of the sorbent trap desorbed the enriched VOCs onto the gas chromatography (GC) with flame ionization detection (FID) for hydrocarbons or electron-capture detection (ECD) for halocarbons. In order to validate the performance of the ST method. it was compared with a more conventional method, i.e., a purge-and-trap (PT), by analyzing a serious of standard solutions containing benzene, toluene, ethylene. and o-, m-xylenes. Using a purge-and-trap method as a reference for complete extraction, the ST method showed less sensitivity. Extraction recoveries are in consistent with Henry's law constants. To test response time the ST-GC-ECD was periodically switched between tap and underground waters. Negligible carry-over of halogenated species and reproducibility better than 2% relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) can be achieved regardless of large concentration difference between the two sources, thus demonstrating applicability of the ST system for on-site monitoring.  相似文献

The microsolvation of the suberate dianion, -O2C(CH2)6CO2-, with two separate charge centers was studied by photoelectron spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulation one solvent molecule at a time for up to 20 waters. It is shown that the two negative charges are solvated in the linear suberate alternately. As the solvent number increases, the negative charges are screened and a conformation change occurs at 16 waters, where the cooperative hydrogen bonding of water is large enough to overcome the Coulomb repulsion and pull the two negative charges closer through a water bridge. This conformation change, revealed both from the experiment and from the simulation, is a manifestation of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic forces at the molecular level.  相似文献

研究了8-羟基喹哪啶与铁的显色反应,在pH为8.0的氯化氨-氨水缓冲介质中,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,8-羟基喹哪啶与铁反应生成3:1稳定的蓝紫色络合物,该络合物可被Waters Sep-Park-C18固相萃取小柱萃取,用乙醇洗脱后用光度法测定,络合物λmax=600nm。在此波长下其它金属离子的络合物无光吸收,对铁选择性很好,铁含量在0-5mg/L内符合比尔定律,方法用于水样中痕量铁的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献
