Chuanxiong Rhizoma is a commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. Chuanxiong Rhizoma is widely distributed in Sichuan province, China, including the cities of Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Meishan, Qionglai, and Shifang. However, reports on the comparisons of quality of Chuanxiong Rhizoma of different production origins are limited. Therefore, an ultra-HPLC with triple quadrupole MS method was developed for the determination of 20 bioactive components (12 aromatic acids and eight phthalides) in 36 samples from different production origins and further assessed its quality. The contents of these 20 constituents of samples were analyzed by hierarchical cluster analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discrimination analysis; the result indicated that Chuanxiong Rhizoma of different production origins had some differences. Thirteen constituents of quality difference markers were acquired by variable importance for the project. Furthermore, the sum of the contents of these quality difference markers was different from various production origins of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. Meanwhile, Z-ligustilide and senkyunolide A as main constituents of quality difference markers, the rate of various production origins of Chuanxiong Rhizoma was different. This article describes a simple and homogeneous fluorescent aptasensor for the detection of ochratoxin A (OTA). With its high specificity and simplicity; RecJf exonuclease is used to cleave DNA strand of the FAM-aptamer/OTA complex and realize target recycling signal amplification. In order to avoid the loss of reaction system, magnetic beads (MBs) are added only once at the last experimental step. This proposed fluorescent aptasensor showed the higher sensitivity in the range of 0.1–100 ng/mL with LOD of 0.056 ng/mL, and the good selectivity against other interfering toxins. The feasibility of the prepared aptasensor was studied by detecting OTA in spiked liquor and cereal samples. The obtained average recoveries ranged from 92% to 115%. This study provides a promising application with convenience and rapidness in the aptasensor fabrication for food safety analysis. 相似文献

BiOBr synthesized by alcoholysis precipitation is used in the preparation of BiPO4/BiOBr composites by adding H3PO4. Pristine BiOBr and a series of BiPO4/BiOBr composites have been successfully synthesized using an entirely room-temperature production process. X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, High-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV–vis absorption spectroscopy were used to investigated the bulk structure, surface morphology, element composition and optical properties of the samples. The degradation effect of different proportions of BiPO4/BiOBr composites, BiOBr and BiPO4 on Rhodamine B (RhB) was evaluated under visible LED light irradiation. Compared to pure BiOBr and BiPO4, the as-synthesized BiPO4/BiOBr composites showed enhanced performance, with 30% BiPO4/BiOBr composite showing the best performance, as it could degrade 95.66% of RhB (100 ml, 15 mg/L) within 120 min. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of BiPO4/BiOBr was attributed to the heterojunction formation between BiOBr and BiPO4 and efficient charge separation. 相似文献

Protected by the host cells, the hidden intracellular bacteria are typically difficult to kill by common antibiotics and cannot be visualized without complex cellular pretreatments. Herein, we successfully developed a bacteria-metabolizable dual-functional probe TPEPy-d -Ala, which is based on d -alanine and a photosensitizer with aggregation-induced emission for fluorescence turn-on imaging of intracellular bacteria in living host cells and photodynamic ablation in situ. Once metabolically incorporated into bacterial peptidoglycan, the intramolecular motions of TPEPy-d -Ala are inhibited, leading to an enhanced fluorescent signal, which allows the clear visualization of the intracellular bacteria. Moreover, TPEPy-d -Ala can effectively ablate the labeled intracellular bacteria in situ owing to covalent ligation to peptidoglycan, yielding a low intracellular minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 20±0.5 μg mL−1, much more efficient than that of a commonly used antibiotic, vancomycin. 相似文献

Under the solvo-thermal conditions, two novel CdII mixed-ligand coordination materials with 2,6-(1,2,4-triazole-4-yl)pyridine(L1) and aromatic poly-carboxylic acid co-ligands such as 5-R-isophthalic acid (R = nitro, sulfo), namely [Cd(L1)(NO2-BDC)(H2O)2] · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Cd(L1)(HSIP)(H2O)] · 4H2O ( 2 ) (NO2-H2BDC = 5-nitroisophthalic acid, H3SIP = 5-sulfobenzene -isophthalic acid) were successfully prepared. These CdII mixed-ligand coordination polymers 1 – 2 have been measured by crystal X-ray analysis, FT-IR spectra and powder X-ray diffraction analyses. In 1 , these seven-coordinate CdII atoms (Cd1) are inter-linked by didentate 5-nitroisophthalic acid ligands forming 1D chain structures. In 2 , these L1 and partially de-pronated HSIP2– are inter-linked by central CdII centers and are arranged into the unique 2D micro-porous metal-organic framework of 2 . Side view of 2 , it is noted that numerous oxygen atoms of un-coordinated carboxylate groups and coordinated SO3 groups protrude out and decorate the 2D framework of 2 . PXRD patterns of 1 and 2 sample is tested, which is consistent with the simulated PXRD diffraction pattern. Photoluminescence studies show that 2 is highly selective and sensitive to trace elements of Eu3+ with excellent Ksv value (7.86 × 104 m –1) and low detection limit (5.56 × 10–2 mM), which also provides a convenient method and platform for real-time detection of Eu3+. 相似文献

Naphthalimide has emerged as an interesting DNA intercalator and possessed attracting antitumor properties. In this context, naphthalimide group was linked to platinum(IV) core to construct a series of new mono naphthalimide platinum(IV) derivatives. The title compounds exert effective antitumor activities to the tested tumor cells lines in vitro, especially the one with propionyl chain displays comparable or even better bioactivities than platinum(II) reference drugs cisplatin and oxaliplatin. Moreover, the mono naphthalimide platinum(IV) derivative displays comparable tumor growth inhibitory competence against CT26 xenograft tumors in BALB/c mice in vivo without severe toxic effects in contrast to oxaliplatin. A dual DNA damage mechanism was proven for the title complex. Both naphthalimide ligand and the liberated platinum(II) moiety could generate DNA lesions to tumor cells synergistically and active the apoptotic pathway by up-regulating the expression of caspase 9 and caspase 3. Meanwhile, the conversion of platinum(II) drug into tetravalent form by incorporating naphthalimide moiety increases the uptake of platinum in whole cells and DNA remarkably. All these facts might be the factors for the title platinum(IV) complexes to overcome platinum(II) drug resistance. Additionally, the mono naphthalimide platinum(IV) complex could interact with human serum albumin by hydrogen bond and van der Waals force which would further influence their storage, transport and bioactivities. 相似文献
