代数自由积上的线性泛函的延拓

本文研究了C^＊-代数及其＊-稠子代数的＊-代数自由积．利用自由积的性质，得到了这两类自由积上的线性泛函到C^＊-代数（泛）自由积上的态延拓的充要条件，从而证明了这类延拓对于一般的C^＊-代数也是成立的．

Adjacency effect estimation by ground spectra measurement and satellite optical sensor synchronous observation data

This paper addresses the estimation of adjacency effect of CBERS-2 image. The adjacency effect influences the digital number (DN) value of a pixel by adding surrounding scattering signals and path scattering signals. Based on the theory of radiation transfer model, a procedure is designed to measure the reflectance from the surface target materials and the materials in a box, which is 1.5 m above the surface to avoid upwelling reflectance. The results show that the adjacency effect varies from visible, near infrared and becomes steady within short infrared wavelength region; the adjacency effect weakens with the increase of distance between testing sites. The adjacency effect of CBERS-2 image is corrected and the quality of the resulting image is improved.     

Zeeman双频激光器频率分裂与纵模间隔变动一致性分析

激光谐振腔内相位各向异性会引起频率分裂,两分裂模的频差大小由表现出的相位延迟所决定.对于腔内相位延迟较小的He-Ne激光器,两分裂模很接近,处于烧孔重叠区,存在模式竞争而不能同时振荡,形成隐频率分裂.同时,使得激光器两正交偏振方向上的相邻级纵模产生固定的变动量,其大小等于隐频率分裂量的2倍.如果沿激光偏振方向施加横向磁场,Ne原子谱线发生横向Zeeman分裂,增益原子分成两群,分别为平行于磁场和垂直于磁场方向偏振的光提供增益,大大减弱模竞争,使得激光器的两分裂模可同时振荡并测得频差.在谐振腔内放入倾斜的石英晶体片或半波片,由两种方法分别测量频率分裂量并进行比较.实验表明两种方法测量的结果均与理论计算相符,平均相对偏差不超过1%.据此可以准确得到Zeeman双频激光器的频差大小,并为半波片测量提供了新方法.     

Insight into influence of thermodynamic coefficients on transient negative capacitance in Zr-doped HfO2 ferroelectric capacitors

We study the influence of the thermodynamic coefficients on transient negative capacitance for the Zr-doped HfO₂ (HZO) ferroelectric capacitors by the theoretical simulation based on the Landau-Khalatnikov (L-K) theory and experimental measurement of electrical properties in the resistor-ferroelectric capacitor (R-FEC) circuit. Our results show that the thermodynamic coefficients α, β and γ also play a key role for the transient NC effect besides the viscosity coefficient and series resistor. Moreover, the smaller coefficients α and β, the more significant the transient NC effect. In addition, we also find that the thermodynamic process of transient NC does not obey the generally accepted viewpoint of Gibbs free energy minimization.     

3-芳亚甲基吲哚-2-酮类化合物的合成及其抑菌活性研究

在超声辐射和哌啶催化反应条件下,1,3-二氢吲哚-2-酮(1)与芳香醛2a~2m发生Knoevenagel缩合反应,合成了一系列3-芳亚甲基吲哚-2-酮衍生物3a~3m。该方法具有产率高、反应时间短、后处理简单和环境友好等优点,产物通过~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR和HRMS手段进行结构表征,并通过核磁2D NOESY确定了所有化合物几何构型。初步抑菌活性测试结果表明,化合物3d对革兰氏阳性菌具有较好的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为15.6μg/m L,化合物3f、3g、3h和3k对油菜菌核病菌表现出良好的抑制活性,MIC为62.5μg/m L,与阳性对照多菌灵相当。此外,对此类化合物的构效关系进行了讨论。
