辅酶Ｑ１０是一种具有应用价值的药物,过去几十年内已报导大量合成辅酶Ｑ１０的方法,作者综述了辅酶Ｑ１０应用与合成进展。     

新型吖啶染料-蛋白质光散射体系

研究了四磺酸钠-1,6-己二胺二吖啶(TSHDA)与蛋白质的共振光散射增强作用,建立了一种新的蛋白质共振光散射分析体系。实验考察了吖啶探针浓度、缓冲体系pH对体系共振散射光的影响。在pH=3.0的酸性溶液中,蛋白质分子与TSHDA发生结合作用,共振光散射明显增强,最大散射波长位于460nm,体系散射强度随着探针浓度的增加而增大,蛋白质测定线性范围为0.2—1.2μg/mL,检出限9.7ng/mL。分析了血清蛋白合成样品,浓度为0.4—0.8μg/mL的样品测定回收率为97.5%—103.3%,相对标准偏差1.2%—2.6%。     

空间中渐近非扩张型映射的渐近行为

Let ={Tt ： t ∈ G} be a family of asymptotically nonexpansive type mappings on C. In this paper, we investigate the asymptotic behavior of {Ttx0 ： t∈ G} and give its weak convergence theorem.     

一类高阶非线性代数微分方程组的亚纯允许解

利用亚纯函数的Nevanlinna值分布理论,研究一类高阶非线性代数微分方程组的亚纯解的存在性问题,获得微分方程组的亚纯解或同为允许的,或同为非允许的,进而得到更一般的结果.     

Quantum Chemical Study on the Structural Characteristics and Stability of AlS_n~± Clusters

The geometric configurations and electronic structures of AlSn ±(n = 1~10) clusters were studied by the B3LYP(DFT) method at the 6-311G** level. The changing rules of the ground state structure features, charge transfer and bonding characteristics of the aluminum-sulfur doped clusters were discussed in detail. The ground states of AlSn ±(n 2) are all AlcoreSshell planar or solid double ring structures formed by inserting one Al atom to the Sm and Sn-m(mn) rings at the same time. Their molecular orbitals are mainly composed of Al s- and p-states mixed with S p-states. Finally, the stabilities of AlSn ± clusters have been obtained by analyzing the energy of the ground state structures.     

CO在负载铂催化剂上的催化氧化,TPD及TPSR研究

研究了Pt/MeM(Me=H,Cu,Ce)系列催化剂对CO的催化氧化活性,用热导-气相色谱同步跟踪CO在MeM和Pt/MeM上的TPD,发现CO_2脱附量大小及峰温次序与对CO的催化氧化活性一致。CO吸附达稳态后的TPSR(CO_2)研究表明CO_2的脱附峰温较TPD低,且其脱附量大小、峰温次序亦与对CO的催化氧化活性次序一致。     

邻苯二胺导电聚合物膜的光谱电化学

运用循环伏安法，电化学现场共振拉曼光谱技术和紫外－可见反射光谱技术研究了邻苯二胺导电聚合物（Ｐ－ｏ－ＰＤ）膜在酸性溶液中的氧化还原过程，循环伏安实验结果表明，聚邻苯二胺的氧化还原过程受表面过程控制，并且在该过程中存在的３种稳定的氧化还原态，现场共振拉曼光谱结果证实存在具有不同的结构和稳定性的３种稳定性，并明确指出聚邻苯二胺是一种以吩嗪环为主要结构单元的梯形聚合物，３种状态的Ｐ－ｏ－ＰＤ表现出不同的     

Optical Guiding of Trapped Atoms by a Blue-Detuned Hollow Laser Beam in the Horizontal Direction

Optical guiding of ^Rb atoms in a magneto-optical trap (MOT) by a blue-detuned horizontal hollow laser beam is demonstrated experimentally. The guiding efficiency and the velocity distribution of the guided atoms are found to have strong dependence on the detuning of the guiding laser. In particular, the optimum guiding occurs when the blue detuning of the hollow laser beam is approximately equal to the hyperfine structure splitting of the ^85Rb ground states, in good agreement with the theoretical analysis based on a three-level model.
