ON SEVERAL PROBLEMS FOR LATERAL INSTABILITY OF CANTILEVER PLATES

The present article researches several problems about the lateral instability. of cantilever plates by means of the energy method, in which we discuss the minimum critical load of cantilever rectangular plates under a concentrated force, a uniformly distributed load, a distributed load in triangular form and a concentrated couple, respectively, when the lateral buckling takes place.     

Improvement of Properties of p-GaN by Mg Delta Doping

The Mg-delta-doped GaN structure has been grown by low-pressure metalorganic chemical vapour deposition.The Hall-effect measurements reveal that the electrical properties are enhanced. The hole concentration is enhanced twice and hole mobility is enhanced three times by Mg-delta doping. Both the etch pit density data and the x-ray diffraction data demonstrate that Mg-delta doping can reduce the threading dislocation density of p-type GaN epilayer.     

RE1—xTxMnO3氧化物的结构，电磁特性和巨磁电阻

ＲＥＭｎＯ３（ＲＥ＝Ｌａ，Ｐｒ，Ｎｄ，Ｃｄ等）具有钙钛矿结构。如用二价碱土金属部分替代稀土元素，可形成掺杂锰氧化物ＲＥ１－ｘＴｘＭｎＯ３（Ｔ＝Ｃａ，Ｓｒ，Ｂａ，Ｐｂ）。随掺杂量的增加，样品的结构和电磁性能都有很大变化。近年来在这类氧化物中还发现巨大的负磁电阻效应，其值可达１０６％。这类材料显示的复杂物理现象和可能的应用前景引起人们很大的兴趣。本文将概括的介绍这类氧化物的晶格结构，电子结构，电磁性能及其巨磁电阻随掺杂变化的实验结果，并对其可能的机理进行探讨。     

Bayes局部影响分析

本文从Ｂａｙｅｓ观点出发，利用Ｋｕｌｌｂａｃｋ－Ｌｅｉｂｌｅｒ距离和微分几何方法，系统地讨论了微小扰对于Ｂａｙｅｓ统计推断的局部影响，给出了Ｂａｙｅｓ局部影响分析的一般公式，作为应用，具体讨论了线性回归模型的Ｂａｙｅｓ估计和Ｂａｙｅｓ预测的局部影响问题，数值计算的结果表明，本文的方法是比较有效的。     

光学码盘简易制造法

VIBRATIONS OF RECTANGULAR PLATES SUPPORTED AT CORNER POINTS

This paper discusses by energy theorent the method of approximate computation forthe lowest eigenfrequencies of rectangular plates on which there are symmetricalconcentrated-masses supported of at corner points.In the case of several comentratedmasses,by using the principle of superposition we may find the reduced coefficients ofmasses conveniently.Hence we can obtain the lowest eigenfrequencies of thin plates.In thepaper a good many numcrical caleulating examples are illustrated.

由于偶数维与奇数维时空中的旋量差别很大,在偶数维与奇数维纯Kaluza-Klein理论的孤子背景中的费米子动力学性质有本质差异.本文讨论了费米子在6维纯Kaluza-Klein理论的孤子背景中运动方程导出的一般方法,并以球对称孤子示例.中性无质量费米子方程能完全退耦,并与在Schwarzschild黑洞情形时零四元组形式所得到的方程一致.
