β-环糊精存在下直链脂肪醇诱导1-溴萘室温磷光光谱研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)溶液中直链脂肪醇(A)诱导1-溴萘(1-BrN)的室温磷光光谱性质.结果表明,三元包络物中1-BrN分子的磷光起初随醇中碳原子数的增加而增强,正戊醇对磷光呈现最大的敏化作用,随后从正己醇至正辛醇,磷光强度逐渐下降.测定了包络物组成和稳定常数,发现1-BfN和A:β-CD包络物的结合强度是三元包络物磷光强弱的决定性因素,并从三元包络物可能的结构解释了醇分子大小对室温磷光的影响.  相似文献

为深入探讨卤化亚铜配合物的发光机制,运用密度泛函理论和含时密度泛函理论的计算方法研究了三个结构相似的溴化亚铜配合物(CuBr-py、CuBr-iq、CuBr-nap)。研究结果表明,CuBr-py和CuBr-nap,电子和空穴重叠程度小,导致其ΔEST较小;S1与T1间的重组能较小,使其可快速地完成反系间窜越过程,实现热活化延迟荧光(TADF)。此外,与CuBr-nap相比,CuBr-py自旋轨道耦合作用强,其磷光速率也较大,因此其具有TADF和磷光双通道发光特性。而CuBr-iq中喹啉环的存在增大了电子和空穴的重叠程度,ΔEST增大;同时S1与T1间的重组能较大,T1无法顺利通过RISC过程回到S1,导致其最终呈现出磷光特性。这些理论计算结果与实验现象一致,且揭示了N杂环配体结构对于卤化亚铜配合物发光机制的影响规律,为设计和合成稳定高效的发光材料提供了有价值的理论指导。  相似文献

含杂环二茂铁亚胺异环环钯化合物结构新颖、独特,其催化的Heck偶联反应具有底物范围广、反应条件温和、催化活性高且催化诱导期短等优点。芳基碘代物、芳基溴代物和芳基氯代物都可作为反应底物,其中化合物2应用于芳基溴代物和丙烯酸乙酯的反应得到了100%的收率。在反应中加入四丁基溴化铵,且提高反应温度到140℃,带有斥电子取代基的芳基溴代物、芳基氯代物仍能以较高的产率得到偶联产物。实验中利用薄层色谱监测反应。  相似文献

有机化合物特定位点嵌入氟原子或含氟片段,可以产生独特的生物或物理性质改变.单氟取代烯基是生物医药领域理想的酰胺键替代物,在医药化学、药物研发等方向已经获得广泛的应用.通过溴化镍(Ⅱ)二乙二醇二甲醚复合物、4,4'-二叔丁基-2,2'-二吡啶的催化体系,实现了多种氟代烯基硼酯与一级烷基卤化物碘代物、溴代物以及二级烷基溴代物的Suzuki偶联反应.该反应具有良好的收率和优秀的官能团兼容性,能够兼容酯基、氰基、醇羟基等多种具有有机合成化学价值的官能团,为单氟取代烯烃的合成提供了方法.机理实验表明该反应可能经历烷基卤化物自由基均裂历程.  相似文献

Luminescent silicon dioxide nanoparticles (R-SiO2) with size of 50 nm containing Rhodamine 6G (R) were synthesized by sol-gel method. In the presence of Pb(Ac)2 as a heavy atom perturber, the particle can emit intense and stable room temperature phosphorescence signal of R, respectively, on polyamide membrane, with the lambda(ex)(max)/lambda(em)(max) = 470/635 nm for R. Our research indicates that the specific immune reaction between goat-anti-human IgG antibody labeled with R-SiO2 and human IgG can be carried on polyamide membrane quantitatively, and the phosphorescence intensity was enhanced after the immunoreactions. Thus, a new method of solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence immunoassay (SS-RTP-IA) for the determination of human IgG was established basing on antibody labeled with the nanoparticles containing binary luminescent molecules. The linear range of this method is 0.0624-20.0 pg spot(-1) of human IgG (corresponding concentration, 0.156-50.0 ng mL(-1); sample volume, 0.40 microL spot(-1)). The regression equations of working curves are delta I(p) = 88.16. + 16.79 m(IgG) (pg spot(-1)) (485/646 nm, r = 0.9997). Detection limits calculated by 3Sb/k are 0.017 pg spot(-1). For samples containing 0.156 and 50.0 ng mL(-1) of IgG, we measured repeatedly for 11 times, RSDs are 3.9 and 2.8%, respectively. This method is sensitive, accurate and of high precision.  相似文献

Luminescent 50-nm silicon dioxide nanoparticles containing both types of rhodamine 6G (R; particles denoted R-SiO2) were synthesized by the sol–gel method. In the presence of Pb(Ac)2 as a heavy atom perturber the particle can emit the intense and stable room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) signal of R on a polyamide membrane, with exmax/emmax=470/635 nm for R. Our research indicates that the specific immune reaction between goat-anti-human IgG antibody labeled with R-SiO2 and human IgG can be carried out quantitatively on a polyamide membrane, and the phosphorescence intensity was enhanced after the immunoreaction. Thus a new method for solid-substrate room-temperature phosphorescence immunoassay (SS-RTP-IA) for determination of human IgG was established on the basis of antibody labeled with the nanoparticles containing binary luminescent molecules. The linear range of this method is 0.0624–20.0 pg spot–1 of human IgG (corresponding to a concentration range of 0.156–50.0 ng mL–1, sample volume 0.40 L spot–1). The regression equations of the working curves are Ip=71.27+7.208mIgG (pg spot–1) (r=0.9996). Detection limits calculated as 3Sb/k are 0.022 pg spot–1. Compared with the same IA using fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) as the marker the new method was more sensitive and had a wider linear range. After elevenfold replicate measurement RSD are 4.5 and 3.6% for samples containing 0.156 and 50.0 ng mL–1 IgG, respectively. This method is sensitive, accurate, and of high precision.  相似文献

A new highly sensitive solid substrate room temperature phosphorimetry for the determination of trace titanium is proposed based on the sensitization of Triton X-100 to the SS-RTP intensity of 4, 5-dibro-mophenylfluorone-titanium complex adsorbed on the filter paper substrate modified by gelatin. When Triton X-100 was added into the luminescence system, the RTP intensity was raised 3 times stronger than that of the system without Triton X-100. The linear dynamic range of the new method is 0. 64 ~ 3.2 fg/spot (0. 4 μL) with a detection limit of 12.8 ag/spot, and the regression equation of the working curve is △Ip = 482. 0 119.5mTi(Ⅳ) (fg/spot), the correlation coefficient r= 0. 9992, n = 6. The phosphorescence lifetime (r= 0. 85 ms) was also determined. The recoveriesCand RSD) for the determinations of titanium in human hair and tea samples were 101.0% (3. 0%) and 99. 97% (4. 2%), respectively.  相似文献

无任何保护性介质存在下,β-溴代萘(β-BrN)水溶液仅以Na2SO3作化学除氧剂,经仪器光源适当照射,即能很快产生强而稳定的室温磷光(RTP)信号.不同种类和用量的有机溶剂存在时,RTP强度和获得稳定RTP信号所需光诱导的时间显著不同.含2.5%乙腈的β-BrN水溶液仅需极短的光诱导时间就能产生很强的RTP发射,β-BrN浓度在8.0×10-8~1.6×10-5mol/L范围内与其RTP强度呈良好线性关系,检出限4.7×10-8mol/L  相似文献

A switchable room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP) nanosensor based on an MPA-capped Mn-doped ZnS QDs/CTAB composite system(MPA=3-mercaptopropionic acid; CTAB=cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide; QDs=quantum dots) was established for the detection of biotin. The phosphorescence intensity of QDs/CTAB could be regularly quenched with the increase of biotin. Under optimal conditions, this method yielded two linear ranges of 2-20 μg/L and 20-140 μg/L with respective correlation coefficients of 0.993 and 0.990, as well as a detection limit of 0.93 μg/L. Therefore, the analytical potential of the proposed nanosensor was evaluated by detecting biotin in urine and biotin tablets. This approach yielded satisfactory results because of the effective elimination of background fluorescence and light scattering from the sample matrix. This approach provides a practical method for biotin detection.  相似文献

提出一种4.0代树枝状分子(4.0G-D)-卟啉(P)双发光分子新的磷光标记试剂(4.0G-D-P).基于4.0G-D-P标记伴刀豆凝集素(ConA)的产物(4.0G-D-P-Con A)能在聚酰胺素膜(PAM)上发射强而稳定的室温磷光(RTP),而且该标记产物能与甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-V)发生特异性的亲和吸附(AA)反应,其反应产物保持了4.0G-D-P双发光分子RTP的优良特性,且△Ip值与AFP-V的含量呈线性关系,加入Tween-80可以提高△Ip值,据此建立了Tween-80—4.0G-D-P双发光分子标记Con A亲和吸附固体基质室温磷光法(AA-SS-RTP)测定人血清中AFIP-V的新方法.直接法的检出限为0.31pg/mL(4.0G-D)和0.43pg/mL(P),灵敏度较高.无论用4.0G-D或P的激发/发射波长测定人血清中AFP-V的含量,结果与酶联免疫法(ELISA)相吻合.  相似文献

Luminescent particles of lead carboxymethyl cellulose (Pb(CMC)2) containing salicyl fluorones (THBF), Pb(CMC)2-THBF were synthesized by the sol-gel method, using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (NaCMC) as precursor and Pb2+ as precipitant. Pb(CMC)2-THBF can emit the intense and stable solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence (SS-RTP) on filter paper. And EDTA can chelate Pb2+ in Pb(CMC)2-THBF, causing it to decompose into aqueous soluble components PbY2-, CMC- and THBF, which can react with Ag+ to form Ag(CMC)2-THBF, causing the decrease of phosphorescence intensity. Based on the facts above, a new method for the determination of trace silver by SS-RTP quenching method was established. The linear range of this method is 8.0-40.0 fg spot(-1) (20.0-100.0 pg ml(-1)), with a detection limit (LD) of 2.2 fg spot(-1) (corresponding to a concentration range of 5.5 x 10(-13) g ml(-1)), and the regression equation of working curve is DeltaI(p) = 12.56 + 0.5527C(Ag+) (fg spot(-1), 0.4 microl spot(-1)), n = 8, r = 0.9992. This method has been applied to the determination of trace silver in human hair and tea sample with satisfactory results. The mechanism of SS-RTP emission is also discussed.  相似文献

The λexmax/λemmax was 457/622 nm. Our research indicated that the specific immune reaction between goat-anti-human IgG antibody labeled with D-SiO2 and human IgG could be carried out on polyamide membrane quantitatively, and the phosphorescence intensity of the particle was enhanced after the immunoreactions. Thus a new method of solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence immunoassay (SS-RTP-IA) for the determination of human IgG was established basing on antibody labeled with the D-SiO2 nanoparticles. The linear range of this method was 0.0624-20.0 pg human IgG spot−1 (corresponding concentration: 0.156-50.0 ng ml−1, the sample volume: 0.40 μl spot−1) with a limit of detection (LD) as 0.018 pg spot−1, and the regression equation of working curve was ΔIp = 7.201 mIgG (pg spot−1) + 82.57. Samples containing 0.156 and 50.0 ng ml−1 of IgG were measured repeatedly for 11 times and R.S.D.s were 4.1 and 3.4%, respectively. A strong and stable room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) signal (lambda(ex)/lambda(em) = 298/481 nm) resulting from a 1:1:1 beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD)/thiabendazole (TBZ)/triton X-100 (TX-100) supramolecular ternary inclusion complex was induced by KI as a heavy atom perturber. Based on the heavy-atom induced RTP, a new phosphorescence method for TBZ determination was established. The analytical curve of TBZ gave a linear range of 20-820 ng mL(-1) with a detection limit and relative standard deviation of 2.1 ng mL(-1) and 1.9%, respectively. The interference of 46 coexisting substances was studied. Compared with the method using a chemical oxygen scavenger, this method is simpler as deoxygenation of the solution is not required. The detection limit and the heavy-atom concentration of the proposed method were decreased about 8 and 4 times, respectively. The lifetime of the phosphorescence was prolonged 9 times and the pH range was greatly broadened. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of TBZ in tap water, lake water and pineapples.  相似文献
