本文用汞电极(HMDE)二次导数阴极吸附伏安(SD-AdCSV)和碳电极(GCE、CPE)导数循环伏安(FD-CV)法研究了核酸受热、紫外线、超声波和丝裂霉素C(MMC)作用下的变性作用。在0.1mol/L(K2HPO4+KH2PO4)-0.1mol.L NaCl(pH7.0)底液中,吸附的单股(ss-)和双螺旋(ds-)DNA分别在HMDE上得到特征还原峰P3和P2,和在碳电极上得到氧化峰A。物  相似文献

研究了Ga~(3+)协萃体系(Ga~(3+)-D_2EHPA-H_2MPA-正十二烷-H_2SO_4)的界面吸附和胶团形成热力学,发现该萃取体系中[H_2MPA]影响D_2EHPA和H_2MPA的界面吸附性质。在中、高[H_2MPA]范围内D_2EHPA与H_2MPA的界面吸附行为相反,D_2EHPA的存在也影响H_2MPA的界面吸附行为。研究了界面张力与各因素关系的数学模型,并获得某些胶团形成和界面吸附特性的物化参数。  相似文献

报道了一种新的含对甲氧基苯氨羰基偶氮苯基团的甲基丙烯酸酯单体及其自由基聚合产物的合成。利用元素分析,^1H-NMR、UV-Vis、GPC、TG-DTA、POM及X-射线衍射等手段对其结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明,偶氮单体不具有液晶性质,而聚合物则具有向列型液晶相存在,并且它在空气中具有很好的热稳定性。  相似文献

β 氯乙基缩水甘油醚 (GCE)和GCE/羟丁基乙烯基醚 (HBVE)分别通过阳离子聚合、光引发共聚合 ,获得两种聚醚 ,然后再分别与 4 硝基 4′ 羟基 (NHS)反应 ,制备了两种侧链含生色团的液晶聚合物(PSEG、PSV) .用FTIR、1H NMR和EA对其化学结构及生色团含量进行了表征 ,以POM、DSC、TGA和WAXD对聚合物介晶相转变温度、织构、热稳定性及相行为进行了研究 .结果表明 ,这类聚合物属向列型热致双向性液晶 ,液晶相转变温度较低、范围较宽 ;聚合物热稳定性较好 ,开始分解温度在 30 0℃以上 .  相似文献

The paper presents a study of the thermal properties of some aromatic polyethers obtained by phase trasfer catalysis technique. The polymes were synthesized starting from 1,8-dichloro-octane and various bisphenols: 4,4′-dihydroxyazobenzene, 4,4′-dihydroxydiphenyl, bisphenol A and 2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene. Molecular simulations were performed in order to obtain supplementary information concerning the chain conformation and inter-chain interactions. The presence of azobenzenic moieties induces high phase transition values, situated near the thermal stability limit. Therefore, the thermogravimetrical study of these polymers is very important for establishing the temperature limits for DSC and optical microscopy studies. All the polymers present a good thermal stability situated above the isotropization values. In these circumstances no special precautions are necessary for the characterization methods of the liquid crystalline behavior. The kinetic characteristics suggest a similar degradation mechanism by successive reactions. The inter-chain interactions do not influence the thermostability of the samples if the polar surface of the polymer is situated below a certain value.  相似文献

设计合成了一系列具有不同烷氧基尾链长度的单体4′-烷氧基-4-联苯酚甲基丙烯酸酯Mbi Cm(m=1,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18),通过自由基聚合方法合成了相应的具有不同烷氧基尾链长度的无柔性间隔基侧链型液晶高分子PMbi Cm,将所得的侧链型液晶高分子和相变材料石蜡按一定质量比混合,通过"加热-冷却法"成功制备了定形相变材料.通过凝胶测试发现当尾链长度为m=12,14,16,18时,高分子对固体石蜡具有良好的凝胶定形效果,且随着烷氧基尾链的增长,聚合物和石蜡的相容性增加,最低凝胶浓度降低,得到定形相变材料的凝胶解缔温度也相应下降.通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析法(TG)、流变(Rheology)等测试考察了定形相变材料的相变储能性能、热稳定性和流变性能,实验结果表明该定形相变材料具有相变焓值高、热稳定性好、凝胶强度高等优点.通过红外光谱(FTIR)、偏光显微镜(POM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等测试发现PMbi Cm通过非共价键作用力自聚集形成三维凝胶网络结构,对石蜡起固定支撑作用.  相似文献

以不具有液晶行为的2,6-二[N,N′-二-(4-烷基苯甲酰基)]氨基吡啶(A系列)和4-正烷氧基苯甲酸(D系列)作为氢键液晶复合物的单体,组装成T-型氢键液晶系列复合物(AmDn)。用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,用DSC及偏光显微方法对其液晶行为进行了研究。结果表明:所合成的21种复合物分子间存在氢键且都具有向列相。通过调整2,6-二[N,N′-二-(4-烷基苯甲酰基)]氨基吡啶分子上柔性烷基的长度和极性,可以有效地调节它与4-烷氧基苯甲酸形成的氢键复合物的液晶相变温度以及液晶态的稳定性;增加2,6-二[N,N′-二-(4-烷基苯甲酰基)]氨基吡啶分子上柔性烷基的长度,其复合物AmDn的液晶相温度范围趋于变窄,清亮点逐渐下降,其液晶态稳定性也逐渐下降;以2,6-二[N,N′-二-(4-烷基苯甲酰基)]氨基吡啶分子替代2,6-二[N,N′-二-(4-烷氧基苯甲酰基)]氨基吡啶分子,可以降低分子的极性,使其单体的熔点及其氢键复合物AmDn的相变温度下降。  相似文献

A series of fluorene-alt-benzene based conjugated main chain polymers chemically attached with alkyl side chains of different lengths on phenylene rings were designed and synthesized by a palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction. The UV-vis absorption and fluorescence spectra, thermal stability of spectral property, phase transition behavior and morphology of the synthesized polymers were investigated. With increasing the length of the alkyl side chain, the UV and fluorescence spectra exhibit an obvious blue shift compared with those of the unsubstituted polymer. The alkyl substitution improves the thermal spectral stability of the polymers due to the steric hindrance of the alkyl side chains, thus leading to efficient separation of the main chain backbones. The phase transition behavior is closely related to the length of the alkyl side chains attached on the phenylene rings. The annealed films of the polymers display characteristic nematic liquid crystalline texture. TEM observations indicate that solvent-cast thin deposits of all the polymers show typical fibrillar morphology.  相似文献

Ferrocene‐containing polyphosphate and phosphonate esters were synthesized by the solution polycondensation method. The structure of the polymers was confirmed using various spectroscopic techniques. The formation of two types of chain blocks was confirmed by 31P NMR spectroscopy. Hot stage optical polarized microscope (HOPM) analysis revealed that all the polymers have a liquid–crystalline property. The char yields of the synthesized similar polymers were much higher than those of nonphosphorus polymers already reported in the literature. DSC analysis confirmed our predictions over the liquid–crystalline property, glass‐transition temperature, isotropization temperature, and thermal stability of the polymers. The effects of substitution on the side chain, structure of the liquid‐–crystalline phase, and thermal stability of the polymers have also been discussed. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 本文合成了两种单臂脂环18-冠-6-液晶, 羟甲基 18-冠-6分别和4-(4'-正丁氧基苯甲酰氧基)苯甲酰氯或氯甲酸胆甾醇酯反应得到两种目标物,用DSC和偏光显微镜测定其相变温度,前者相变温度是T~K~N4.0℃和T~N~I33.5℃, 后者相变温度T~K~S-22.4℃, T~S~N6.8℃, T~N~I40.4℃, 用等克分子的硬脂酸和该冠醚液晶制成LB膜, 观察到Y型LB膜的特征.  相似文献

基于聚烯烃用成核剂的结构特征设计合成了两种极性基团和非极性基团交替排列的乙烯基单体,并利用自由基引发聚合,制备出相应的侧链型液晶聚合物.采用元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对所合成单体和聚合物的结构进行了确认.并采用热失重(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了聚合物的热稳定性和相转变温度.结果表明,所合成聚合物的起始热分解温度均在337℃以上,具有优异的热稳定性;液晶相变温度区间可达186 K,具有较宽的液晶态温度范围.热台偏光显微镜(HS-POM)研究结果表明,聚合物均呈现出纹影织构,证明所合成的聚合物均为热致向列型侧链液晶高分子.采用DSC和HS-POM研究了所合成的侧链液晶聚合物对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)异相成核结晶行为的影响.结果表明,侧链型液晶聚合物在提高HDPE结晶温度、结晶度以及降低HDPE晶粒的尺寸及分布方面均有优异的效果,是一类HDPE有效的成核剂.  相似文献

A series of main chain photoactive liquid crystalline polyethers, containing rigid bisbenzylidene photoactive mesogen and flexible methylene spacers, were synthesized by polycondensation of bisbenzylidene diols and dibromoalkanes. The polyethers were characterized with 1H NMR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA), and polarized light optical microscopy. The individual and combined effects of spacer length and number of methoxy substituents on mesogenic and photoactive properties were investigated. Both first order and second order transition temperatures decreased with increased spacer length and the number of substituents. The combined effect of spacers and substituents drastically reduced the transition temperatures. All monomers and polymers showed mainly the smectic mesophase. In a few cases, nematic droplets along with the smectic phase were observed. The width of the liquid crystalline phase reduced with an increasing number of methoxy substituents on mesogenic unit. Variation of spacer length has a negligible effect on photocycloaddition. However, steric hinderance caused by the substituents decreased the photoactivity as the number of substituents increased. Total energies of crosslinked dimers calculated from modeling studies supported the above findings. Intermolecular photocycloaddition was also confirmed by photoviscosity measurement. 采用四氢呋喃(THF)和缩水甘油(glycidol)进行阳离子开环共聚,一步合成了主链中含有柔性聚四氢呋喃线型链段的温敏性超支化共聚醚.采用定量13C-NMR确定了共聚醚的超支化结构,同时计算了其支化度.利用体积排除色谱-多角度激光光散射(SEC-MALLS)对聚合物分子量及分布进行了表征.紫外-可见光光谱(UV)测试发现共聚醚水溶液透过率在最低临界溶解温度(LCST)附近呈现剧烈变化,但是其相变速率缓慢,相变平衡时间可达30 min;且聚合物溶液的相变速率和紫外光透过率变化具有温度依赖性.采用透射电镜(TEM)对相变过程观察后发现,这种缓慢相变过程是由于超支化共聚醚组装形成的胶束随温度升高发生不同程度聚集所致.  相似文献
