手性铜(Ⅱ)-席夫碱配合物催化苯乙烯不对称环丙烷化反应   总被引:22,自引:0,他引:22  
Twelve chiral copper(Ⅱ) Schiff base complexes, derived from (R) (+) 2 amino 1,1 diaryl 1 propanol with substituted salicylaldehydes, were examined as a catalyst for asymmetric cyclopropanation of styrene with ethyl diazoacetate. It was found that the substituents at 3 and 5 positions of salicylaldehyde in the ligands had great effects on catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of the catalyst. The complex with strong electron withdrawing group (NO 2) at 5 position and the smallest stereo hinder (H) at 3 position of salicylaldehyde showed highly catalytic activity and enantioselectivity, up to ee =87 4% for trans and ee =82 8% for cis isomers respectively, and the ratio 39/61 of cis to trans isomers was obtained at 40 ℃ with 1,2 dichloroethane as solvent.  相似文献

Three new homochiral bis-diamine-bridged bi-Mn(salen) complexes were synthesized. Their catalysis on asymmetric epoxidation of α-methylstyrene, styrene and indene was studied with NaClO and m-CPBA as oxidants respectively. This homogeneous catalyst exhibited comparable catalytic activity and enantioselectivity to the Jacobsen’s catalyst in the asymmetric epoxidation of unfunctionalized olefins. Furthermore, the catalyst could be conveniently recovered and reused at least five times without significant losses of both activity and enantioselectivity. Specially, it also could be efficiently used in large-scale reactions with superior catalytic disposition being maintained at the same level, which provided the potential for the applications in industry. The effect of axial bases, temperature and solvent on activity and enantioselectivity of the catalytic system were also studied.  相似文献

Superacid catalyst SO4 -ZrO2/TiO2 was applied in esterification of Acetic Acid and 2- Butanol. The particle size of ZrO2 in the catalyst was about 12.5 nm. In catalyst preparation conditions, the effect factor order on catalytic activity is H2SO4 concentration > calcination temperature > ZrO2 supported content. The optimum preparation condition is as follows: ZrO2 content 3.5g/g; calcination temperature 600℃, and H2SO4 concentration 0.5mol/L. The catalytic activity is 96.5 vol%. S…  相似文献

In this paper we describe the effects of tri(3, 4-dimethylphenyl)phosphite[(3,4-(CH_3)_2C_6H_3O)_3P]or triphenylphosphine(PPh_3)used as ligand in the homogeneoushydroformylation of alkene using dicarbonyl acetylacetone rhodium as the parent catalyst.The reaction kineties has been investigated.It was found that tri(3,4-dimethylphenyl)-phosphite has greater activity and better selcctivity than PPh_3 for hydroformylation ofheptene-1.The results are discussed in terms of eiectronic and stereochemical effects.  相似文献

Methlane oxidative coupling over Li-TiO_2 catalysts prepared by im-regating rutile with aqueous solution of LiOH has been studied.X-raydiffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spetroscopy(XPS),temperatureprogrammed reduction(TPR)and TPDE were used for catalyst characteriza-tion.The results showed that the catalytic activity of the samples dramaticallyincreased with Li/Ti ratio increasing from 2.0 to 2.1.At 780℃,CH_4/air=1/3 and GHSV=6000 mL·g~(-1)·h~(-1),a 45.6% CH_4 coversion and 51.3%C_2selectivity were obtained over the catalyst with Li/Ti ratio of 2.5、XRD andTPR reults revealed that the catalytic performance was related to the oxidationstate of titanium,the catalytic activity of Ti~(3+) was higher than that of Ti~ (4+) andexcessive content of Li stabilized Ti~(3+)in the samples.TPDE studies showed thatthe decomposition of Li_2CO_3 on the catalyst surface may promote the redox cir-culation of Ti and the releasing of lattice oxygen  相似文献

Solid acid ferric sulphate Fe2(SO4)3 was prepared and used for the study of the catalytic synthesis of iso-amyl propionate. The optimun reaction conditions were follows: the ratio of amount of substance n(iso-amylalcohol) : n(propionic acid) = 1.5, the reaction time 2h, the catalyst quantity 1.5g, and dewatering solvent toluene 10ml. The yield was 97.2% under the optimum reaction conditions. The catalyst being of high catalytic activity for the esterification reactions was prepared very easily and could be used repeatedly.  相似文献

A WC-supported S2O8^2-/ZrO2(PSZ) catalyst was prepared and characterized by means of XRD, BET, FTIR and XPS. The isomerization of n-pentane over the catalyst was investigated as well. The results show that the skeletal isomerization and the crack of n-pentane proceed simultaneously on WC-supported S2O8^2-/ZrO2 catalyst. The addition of tungsten carbide showed a significant enhancement in the activity and stability of the catalyst for n-pentane isomerization. The catalyst showed evidently a better activity than S2O8^2-/ZrO2 supported by Pt and WO3. The results can be interpreted by the existence of the tungsten oxycarbide compound(WCxOy) with carbidic, oxide and acidic sites.  相似文献

The catalytic effect of Mo Cl_n (OR)_(4_n)-(i-Bu)_2AlOPh on the polymerization of butadiene inhydrogenated gasoline is studied (R is alkyl, cycloheptyl, phenyl of C_(4_16)). In this system, the solu-bility and the catalytic activity of the catalyst do not depend on whether the number of carbon atomsin R group is odd or even. The R group with the primary and secondary carbon atom has a fairlygreat influence on the catalytic activity. When R is an alkyl, the catalytic activity increases and therange of Al/Mo values that keeps higher conversion of butadiene is broadened as the size of the Rgroup increases. The content of 1,2-units in the polymer hardly varies with the size of the R group.  相似文献

Catalytic polymerization of acetylene in the presence of n5-C5H5-M-(CO)3 R (M=Mo,W;R=CH3-,C2H5-) has been studied.The results show that these complexes possess catalytic activities for the polymerization and copolymerization of monosubstituted acetylene.The catalytic mechanism has been preliminarily discussed.It is suggested that the active species be metal-car-bene.In our previous publications we reported the synthesis of some new Fischer's molybdenum and tungsten-carbene complexes and catalytic activity for alkyne polymerization.The results show that the activity of Fischer's molybdenum-carbene is higher than that of tungsten.The catalytic polymerization of alkyne by M-σ-c bond-containing complexes of molybdenum and tungsten has not been reported yet in literature.Therefore,four M-σ-C bondontaining complexes of molybdenum and tungsten were synthesized by using the method reported in the literature,and catalyst polymerization of alkyne by these complexes was examined.  相似文献

This work presents a highly active and reusable heterogeneous film catalytic assembly for hydrogenation reduction of aromatic nitro compounds. The multilayer structures of PEI-(K2PdCl4-P1)n-film(PEI = polyethylenmine, P1 = 3-amino-3-(4-pyridinyl)-propionitrile) bound to quartz slides were fabricated by layer-by-layer(LbL) self-assembly method. Various characterization techniques including X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), inductively coupled plasma OES spectrometer(ICP), UV-vis spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM) were employed to reveal the growth process of the resulting LbL multilayers in detail. Subsequent in situ reduction by H2 produced Pd nanoparticles embedded in such films were used as catalyst for the hydrogenation of nitroarenes. The catalytic performance test shows that the thin film catalyst can be applied to the hydrogenation reaction of various substituted nitroaromatics, and exhibits good catalytic activity and good catalyst stability. It is worth mentioning that our catalytic films can be easily removed from the reaction system in any time during the reaction, and the catalytic activity could be fully recovered when reused directly in another catalytic cycle for five times.  相似文献

制备了以三苯基膦(PPh3)作为助剂的Ru-Rh/γ-Al2O3 催化剂, 在氢氧化钾的异丙醇溶液中, 用(1S, 2S)-DPEN [(1S, 2S)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine]作手性修饰剂对苯乙酮及其衍生物进行不对称催化加氢, 此催化剂表现出较高的催化活性和良好的对映选择性. 优化反应条件, 苯乙酮、乙基苯基酮和异丙基苯基酮的转化率分别达到92.5%, 95.9%, 100%, 生成(R)-构型产物的ee值分别达到79.6%、81.2%和81.4%.  相似文献

The asymmetric hydrogenations of acetophenone and its derivatives over the bimetallic catalyst RuRh/γ-Al2O3 modified by PPh3 and (1S, 2S)-DPEN [(1S, 2S)-1,2-diphenylethylene-1,2-diamine] were studied. The effects of the concentration of KOH, temperature, ratio of ruthenium to rhodium, and the concentration of diamine on the asymmetric hydrogenation of acetophenone were investigated in detail. The results showed that this catalyst system had high activity and moderate enantioselectivity for the asymmetric hydrogenations of acetophenone and its derivatives. Under the optimum conditions, the conversions of acetophenone, ethylphenylketone, and isopropylphenylketone were up to 92.5%, 95.9%, and 100%, and the enantioselectivities for the formation of (R)-aromatic alcohols were 79.6%, 81.2%, and 81.4%, respectively.  相似文献

Treatment of complex trans-[RuCl(2)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox]] [(R,R)-Ph-pybox = 2,6-bis[4'-(R)-phenyloxazolin-2'-yl]pyridine] with phosphines or phosphites in dichloromethane at 50 degrees C leads to the formation of novel ruthenium(II)-pybox complexes trans-[RuCl(2)(L)[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox]] [L = PPh(3) (1 a), PPh(2)Me (2 a), PPh(2)(C(3)H(5)) (3 a), PPh(2)(C(4)H(7)) (4 a), PMe(3) (5 a), PiPr(3) (6 a), P(OMe)(3) (7 a) and P(OPh)(3) (8 a)]. Likewise, reaction of trans-[RuCl(2)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox]] with PPh(3) or PiPr(3) in refluxing methanol leads to the complexes cis-[RuCl(2)(L)(kappa(3)-N,N,N-(R,R)-Ph-pybox] [L = PPh(3) (1 b), PiPr(3) (6 b)]. No trans-cis isomerisation of complexes 1 a-8 a has been observed. Complexes 1 a-8 a, 1 b, 6 b together with the analogous trans-[RuCl(2)[P(OMe)(3)][kappa(3)-N,N,N-(S,S)-iPr-pybox]] (10 a) and the previously reported trans- and cis-[RuCl(2)(PPh(3))[kappa(3)-N,N,N-(S,S)-iPr-pybox]] (9 a and 9 b, respectively) are active catalysts for the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone in 2-propanol in the presence of NaOH (ketone/cat/NaOH 500:1:6). cis-Ph-pybox derivatives are the most active catalysts. In particular, cis complexes 1 b and 6 b led to almost quantitative conversions in less than 5 min with a high enantioselectivity (up to 95 %). A variety of aromatic ketones have also been reduced to the corresponding secondary alcohols with very high TOF and ee up to 94 %. The overall catalytic performance seems to be a subtle combination of the steric and/or electronic properties both the phosphines and the ketones. A high TOF (27 300 h(-1)) and excellent ee (94 %) have been found for the reduction of 3-bromoacetophenone with catalyst 6 b. Reductions of alkyl ketones also proceed with high and rapid conversions but low enantioselectivities are achieved.  相似文献

在碱性条件下制备了三氧化二铝负载的铱(Ir/γ-Al2O3)催化剂,并用于苯乙酮及其衍生物的不对称催化加氢反应.考察了不同的碱、碱浓度、手性二胺(1S,2S)-1,2-二苯基乙二胺[(1S,2S)-DPEN]浓度、反应温度和反应压力对催化剂及反应的影响.结果显示,在优化反应条件下,该催化剂表现出较高的催化活性和良好的对映选择性,其中异丁酰苯不对称催化加氢反应的对映选择性达到了80.3%.该催化剂不需要使用任何稳定剂,制备方法简单,催化性能稳定,通过简单的离心分离即可循环使用.  相似文献

研究了钌-双膦-二胺配合物催化剂RuCl2[(S)-P-Phos]-[(S)-DAIPEN] [P-Phos: 2,2',6,6'-四甲氧基-4,4'-双(二苯基膦基)-3,3'-二吡啶, DAIPEN: 1,1-二(4-甲氧苯基)-2-异丙基-1,2-乙二胺]催化芳香酮不对称加氢反应的性能, 考察了不同的碱、叔丁醇钾浓度、反应溶剂、底物/催化剂摩尔比等因素对反应活性和对映选择性的影响. 在苯乙酮、叔丁醇钾、催化剂的摩尔比为1000:20:1, 氢气压力为2 MPa, 反应温度为30 ℃时, 苯乙酮的转化率和α-苯乙醇的对映选择性(ee)分别达到了100%和88.5%, 2'-溴苯乙醇的ee 值可达97.1%.  相似文献

The metathetical reactions of the lithium derivative of the monoanion [((t)BuN)(S)P(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P(S)(NH(t)Bu)](-) (L) with CuCl/PPh(3), NiCl(2)(PEt(3))(2), PdCl(2)L'(2) (L' = PhCN, PPh(3)), and PtCl(2)(PEt(3))(2) produced the complexes (PPh(3))CuL (5), NiL(2) (6), PdCl(L)(PPh(3)) (7), PdL(2) (8), and Pt(PEt(3))(2)[((t)BuN)(S)P(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P(S)(N(t)Bu)] (9). The X-ray structures of 5, 6, and 8 reveal a N,S-coordination for the chelating monoanion L with the metal centers in trigonal planar, tetrahedral, and square planar environments, respectively. By contrast, the dianionic ligand in the square planar Pt(II) complex 9 is S,S'-chelated to the metal center. (31)P NMR spectra readily distinguish between the N,S and S,S' bonding modes, and, on that basis, N,S chelation is inferred for the Pd(II) complex 7. The reactions of the hydroxo complexes [M(2)R(4)(mu-OH)(2)](2)(-) (M = Pd, R = C(6)F(5), C(6)Cl(5); M = Pt, R = C(6)F(5)), [[PdR(PPh(3))(mu-OH)](2)] (R = C(6)F(5), C(6)Cl(5)), and [[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)](2)(mu-OH)(mu-pz)](2-) (pz = pyrazolate) with H(2)S yield the corresponding hydrosulfido complexes [M(2)(C(6)F(5))(4)(mu-SH)(2)](2-), [[PdR(PPh(3))(mu-SH)](2)], and [[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)](2)(mu-SH)(mu-pz)](2-), respectively. The monomeric hydrosulfido complexes [M(C(6)F(5))(2)(SH)(PPh(3))](-) (M = Pd, Pt) have been prepared by reactions of the corresponding binuclear hydrosulfido complexes [M(2)(C(6)F(5))(4)(mu-SH)(2)](2-) with PPh(3) in the molar ratio 1:2, and they can be used as metalloligands toward Ag(PPh(3))(+) to form the heterodinuclear complex [(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(3))[S(H)AgPPh(3)]], and toward Au(PPh(3))(+) yielding the heterotrinuclear complexes [M(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(3))[S(AuPPh(3))(2)]]. The crystal structures of [NBu(4)](2)[[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(mu-SH)](2)], [Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(3))[S(H)AgPPh(3)]], and [Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(3))[S(AuPPh(3))(2)]] have been established by X-ray diffraction and show no short metal-metal interactions between the metallic centers.  相似文献

The reaction of Ph(2)PNHPPh(2) (PNP) with RNCS (Et, Ph, p-NO(2)(C(6)H(4))) gives addition products resulting from the attack of the P atoms of PNP on the electrophilic carbon atom of the isothiocyanate. When PNP is reacted with EtNCS in a 1:2 molar ratio, the zwitterionic molecule EtNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)Et (HSNS) is obtained in high yield. HSNS can be protonated (H(2)SNS(+)) or deprotonated (SNS(-)), behaving in the latter form as an S,N,S-donor pincer ligand. The reaction of HSNS with [(acac)Rh(CO)(2)] (acac=acetylacetonate) affords the zwitterionic metalate [(SNS)Rh(CO)]. Other products can be obtained depending on the R group, the PNP/RNCS ratio (1:1 or 1:2), and the reaction temperature. The proposed product of the primary attack of PNP on RNCS, Ph(2)PN==PPh(2)C(S)NHR (A), cannot be isolated. Reaction of A with another RNCS molecule leads to 1:2 addition compounds of the general formula RNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)R (1), which can rearrange into the non-zwitterionic product RNHC(S)PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2) (2) by eliminating a molecule of RNC. Two molecules of A can react together, yielding 1:1 PNP/RNCS zwitterionic products of the formula RNHCH[PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2)]PPh(2)==NP(+)Ph(2)C(S)N(-)R (3). Compound 3 can then rearrange into RNHCH[PPh(2)==NP(S)Ph(2)](2) (4) by losing a RNC molecule. When R=Et (a), compounds 1 a, 2 a (HSNS), and 4 a have been isolated and characterized. When R=Ph (b), compounds 2 b and 4 b can be prepared in high yield. When R=p-NO(2)C(6)H(4) (c), only compound 3 c is observed and isolated in high yield. The crystal structures of HSNS, [(SNS)Rh(CO)], and of the most representative products have been determined by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

Reaction of RuCl(2)(PPh(3))(3) with S(2)(-) sources yields a family of phosphine-containing Ru-S clusters which have been characterized crystallographically and by MALDI-MS. Ru(4)S(6)(PPh(3))(4) (Ru-Ru(av) = 2.94 A) has idealized T(d)() symmetry whereas Ru(6)S(8)(PPh(3))(6) (Ru-Ru(av) = 2.82 A) adopts the idealized O(h)() symmetry characteristic of Chevrel clusters. Ru(5)S(6)(PPh(3))(5) is formally derived by the addition of Ru(PPh(3)) to one face of Ru(4)S(6)(PPh(3))(4). In terms of its M-S connectivity, the Ru(5)S(6) cluster resembles a fragment of the FeMo cluster in nitrogenase.  相似文献
