报道了一种直接测定固体、半固体及糊状物表面和内部pH的全固态复合Sb/SbxOy-pH传感器,研究了该传感器的制备工艺、性能、测试条件等。该pH传感器线性范围2~12,响应斜率-58.98mV/pH,响应时间≤30s,漂移≤0.1pH/24h,用于实际样品与pH玻璃电极对照,ΔpH≤0.1。通过交流阻抗技术,探讨了电极的动力学机理。  相似文献

采用电化学修饰法制备了一种可直接测定固体、半固体及糊状物表面和内部pH值的传感器,并对该传感器的制备工艺、性能、测试条件和干扰物的影响进行了讨论.结果表明:该传感器内阻低,响应时间快(小于25 s),测量范围广(pH 2 ~12),准确度高,重复性好,响应斜率为60.01 mV/pH.该传感器除了能用于传统领域外,还可用于临床检测、食品加工、生物化工等领域.  相似文献

将Keggin型硅钨酸-阿托品缔和物掺杂到溶胶-凝胶中,滴涂在离子敏感场效应晶体管的栅极表面,制备成传感器.并对传感器的电化学行为,包括pH值的影响和传感器的稳定性进行了研究.结果表明此传感器既保持了离子敏感场效应晶体管的特点,又具有良好的稳定性和灵敏度.传感器对阿托品响应的线性范围为1.0×10-3~5.0×10-6 mol·L-1,响应灵敏度为59.0 mV/pc,传感器适宜的pH为3.0~8.0.用所制传感器测定阿托品注射液的含量,结果和药典方法相一致.  相似文献

本文研究了在玻碳电极上修饰不同物质所制得的pH传感器,通过电位滴定的方法比较得出先修饰聚苯胺,再修饰钴-氧化钴膜的电极对pH有较好的响应,能代替玻璃电极应用在实际样品测定中。探究了最佳修饰条件为:先在0.1mol/L苯胺的盐酸(1mol/L)溶液中, 电位范围为-0.2~1.0V,以100 mV/s 的扫描速度循环伏安扫描 10圈修饰聚苯胺膜;接着在含2.0×10-4 mol/LCo2+的PBS (pH=7.5)缓冲溶液中, 电位范围为-1.2~1.2V,以100 mV/s 的扫描速度循环伏安扫描 5圈修饰钴-氧化钴膜。得到的修饰电极响应斜率为-61.60 mV/pH,响应范围pH 0.5~13。  相似文献

以共价键合的方法将壳聚糖修饰到玻碳电极上制成了pH传感器,探讨了该传感器的性能及作用机理.结果表明该传感器在pH 0.7~11.0的范围内电极电势与pH符合Nernst响应,斜率为58.3 mV/pH,可准确测定较高酸度溶液的pH,克服了玻璃pH传感器的"酸误差"的缺点.该传感器内阻小,易微型化,在一定的pH范围内对温度不敏感且具有较好的准确度和重现性,较快的响应速度.可用于雨水和饮料等实际样品溶液的pH的测定.  相似文献

利用掺杂多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)的Nafion膜在玻碳电极上固定联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)2+3),制得Ru(bpy)2+3/Nafion/MWCNT修饰电极。为了提高修饰电极的选择性,通过溶胶-凝胶技术,对该电极进一步修饰了溶胶-凝胶分子印迹膜,制得电化学发光-分子印迹传感器。优化了扫速、pH值、富集时间等检测条件,传感器显示出既具电化学发光技术的灵敏性和分子印迹技术的选择性。在优化条件下,即pH 7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,以100 mV/s扫速,富集5 min,对海洛因进行检测,在1.0×10!10~1.0×10!14mol/L范围内有良好线性关系,检出限可达到4.0×10!15mol/L(S/N=3)。传感器直接应用于唾液和尿液中海洛因的测定,回收率达到97%~104%。  相似文献

本文研究了以十二烷基三庚基碘化铵-柠檬黄缔合物为活性材料的PVC膜电极和涂丝电极,两电极对柠檬黄浓度在1.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-3)mol/L间的响应符合Nernst关系式,斜率为20.0±1.0mV/PC(22℃),pH范围为4.0~9.4,电极的选择性、重现性和稳定性良好。对样品的测定结果与分光光度法测定结果基本一致。该方法简便、准确、可靠。  相似文献

以多壁碳纳米管修饰乙炔炭黑微电极为工作电极,研究了碘离子在该修饰电极上的阳极溶出伏安特性。在0.1 mol/L KH2PO4 缓冲液(pH4.0)中,从200 mV以200 mV/s的速率正向扫描至1200 mV,碘离子在570 mV处出现一灵敏的阳极溶出峰。峰电流与碘离子的浓度在2.0×10-6~1.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为8.0×10-7 mol/L。方法用于食盐中碘含量的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

对3种类型Nafion/Os(bpy)3Cl2修饰电极的研究结果表明,单位表观电极面积上中继体载量比为:乙炔黑粉末微电极(A):Teflon粘结的乙炔黑膜电极(B):平面玻碳电极(C)=10^3:10^2:1.A比B及C更容易在真实表面上形成花天酒地而均匀的修饰层而有利于层内的电荷传递。在A类电极基础上制行的葡萄糖酶电极在10mmol/L葡萄糖溶液中的响应电流密度高达4.6×10^-^4A/cm^  相似文献

The influence of various factors such as solubility, the oxidation of the membrane, and the contamination of the solution, on the experimental values of the selectivity coefficients of solid state sulphide ion selective electrodes is discussed. A new method for the evaluation of very small selectivity coefficients, based on the addition of reagents forming complexes or insoluble salts with the main ion, is proposed. By means of this method, selectivity coefficients for silver, copper, cadmium and lead ion selective electrodes have been determined, which are in far better agreement with thermodynamic values than those described in the literature.  相似文献

把玻璃参比电极、环状的银-硫化银指示电极、以及铂丝屏蔽电极组合形成新型硫醇硫组合电极,研究了在含有0.2 mol/L硫离子的醇-水-氨介质中,在表面活性剂存在下,以环状银电极为阳极,恒定微电流电沉积的方式制备硫化银敏感层的条件。由此法制得的新型硫醇硫组合电极在Ag 浓度为1.0×10-1~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内斜率为59.0±0.5 mV/pC,测量下限为2.2×10-6mol/L,与同类商品电极相比,响应速度快、记忆效应小、重复性好、电位稳定,易于批量生产,具有较强的适应性和应用价值。  相似文献

A robust and surface renewable iridium oxide-based pH glass composite electrode was prepared by modifying glass matrix with iridium oxide particles. Fine glass powder coated with iridium oxide was prepared by pyrolyzing ammonium hexachloroiridate-coated glass powder under oxygen atmosphere. First the glass powder was molded into a disk, by using a press, then was sintered in high temperature, and was finally fabricated. The electrode showed linear response between pH 1 and 13 with close slopes to the theoretical value, − 59.2 mV/pH. The electrode showed low hysteresis upon sudden changes of pH from 2 to 6, but in extreme conditions, from pH 13 to 1, it showed values near 16 mV. The electrode maintained the pH response for 36 days, without a significant slope drift, in various storage conditions — deionized water, a pH 7 buffer solution, 4 M KCl, and even in the air. Most of the cations and anions, except electrochemically active compounds or ions, did not interfere with the electrodes seriously. The electrode surface can be renewed reproducibly, by a simple grinding process whenever it becomes fouled or deactivated. The electrode matrix was durable and showed extended lifetime although it was ground repeatedly with 2000 grit SiC emery paper for surface renewal.  相似文献

Carbon nanotube, graphene and carbon black, as electrode modifiers, were compared and evaluated for the electrochemical determination of vancomycin. Among them, the best results were obtained at the graphene‐modified electrode. Additions of vancomycin using square wave voltammetry at the graphene‐modified electrode showed a linear range from 0.70 μM to 50 μM and a detection limit of 0.20 μM was obtained. To control the correct dose of vancomycin and reduce its side effects, its accurate determination in blood plasma is very important. Therefore, the method was applied for the vancomycin determination in spiked human plasma samples and satisfactory recoveries were observed. The developed method exhibited fast analysis, high sensitivity, good repeatability and freedom from other interfering species.  相似文献

报告一种新型双层聚合膜可乐定涂丝电极的研制。通过电化学聚合,在铂丝表面修饰一层具有导电性能的聚苯胺薄膜,外层涂PVC膜(含四苯硼酸-可乐定活性物质)。此种电极既保持了涂丝电极的优点,又具备较好的稳定性和重现性,连续测定8h,电位值漂移0.8mV,线性范围为1×10-1~8×10-6mol/L,电极响应斜率56.7mV/decade;用加入稀释法测定了回收率,平均回收率为100.9%,标准偏差为1.3%。  相似文献
