沙林酸印迹聚邻苯二胺纳米膜制备及结构表征   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
采用电化学聚合法合成了对有机磷毒剂沙林具有特异识别的聚邻苯二胺(PPD)分子印迹纳米膜(iPPD).利用石英晶体微天平(QCM)证实了印迹效应的存在,并用循环伏安法(CV)、AFM、XPS进行了系统的结构表征.结果表明,分子印迹膜的膜厚约20 nm,膜的表面呈“石林”状,疏松多孔,具有良好的吸附性能.分子印迹主要影响聚合物的三维排列,而聚合物的化学组成没有发生改变.该种分子印迹纳米膜在选择性检测军用毒剂沙林中具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

L-色氨酸分子印迹传感器敏感膜的制备与性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以L-色氨酸(L-Trp)为模板分子, 邻苯二胺(o-PD)为功能单体, 在金电极表面原位合成了分子印迹聚合物敏感膜; 通过循环伏安法(CV)、 差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)和电化学阻抗谱法(EIS)考察了该电极的性能. DPV测试结果表明, 在1×10-8~2×10-7 mol/L范围内, 峰电流与L-Trp的浓度呈线性关系, 检出限为0.3×10-8 mol/L; 选择识别性实验结果表明, L-Trp印迹敏感膜的印迹因子达到3.72, 相对于干扰物的选择因子均大于1, 对与L-Trp结构相似的L-酪氨酸(L-Tyr)的选择因子也达到2.30, 说明该印迹膜对L-Trp具有良好的选择性; 识别过程动力学研究结果表明, 印迹膜对L-Trp的识别是一个两步连续发生的过程, 即快结合过程和慢吸附过程.  相似文献

在弱酸条件下,以邻苯二胺为功能单体,褪黑素为模板,以电化学聚合物法在铂电极表面合成了性能稳定的褪黑素分子印迹聚合物膜.采用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲法(DPV)对分子印迹传感器的识别性能进行了研究.结果表明:此传感器对褪黑素具有快的响应、良好的选择性和高的灵敏度.以K3Fe(CN)6为电子传递媒介,建立了一种差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)间接检测褪黑素的分析方法.在1×10-10~1×10-8 moL/L范围内,褪黑素的浓度与K3Fe(CN)6的相对峰电流变化呈良好的线性关系;检出限为1×10-11 mol/L(S/N=3).将此传感器应用于复合褪黑素及尿样中褪黑素含量的测定,加标平均回收率大于94%.  相似文献

在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,以邻苯二胺(o-PD)和没食子酸(GA)为功能单体,水胺硫磷(ICP)为模板分子,采用电位循环扫描法在玻碳电极(GCE)表面进行电聚合,形成绝缘性的分子印迹膜,通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和循环伏安法(CV)对分子印迹膜进行表征.在最佳实验条件下,以铁氰化钾[ K3Fe(CN)6]为探针,用差分脉冲伏安法( DPV)对ICP进行定量分析.该传感器在2.00×10 -7~2.00×10-4 mol/L范围内,传感器的响应信号与ICP的浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为6.06×10-s mol/L( S/N=3).将其用于蔬果等实际样品中ICP的测定,回收率为95.6%~104.0%.  相似文献

本文以酸化碳布(CC)作为柔性工作电极,采用恒电位沉积法在碳布上修饰纳米Au-Cu复合粒子(Au-Cu NPs),以四环素(TC)为模板分子,邻苯二胺为功能单体,采用循环伏安法在修饰了纳米粒子的活化碳布上电聚合分子印迹膜,制备了四环素分子印迹柔性传感器(Cu-Au NPs/PANI/TC/CC),通过循环伏安法(CV)、差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了其电化学性能。结果显示,在优化实验条件下,TC的DPV峰值电流与其浓度在1.0×10~(-7)~3.0×10~(-5) mol/L范围内成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为2.57×10~(-11) mol/L,实际样品的加标回收率为97.3%~105%。该传感器柔软稳定,灵敏度高,抗干扰性和重复性好,可应用于柔性可穿戴传感器的设计。  相似文献

本工作结合分子印迹技术和电化学检测方法对多巴胺(DA)进行了快速测定。以DA为模板分子,邻苯二胺(o-phenylenediamine,oPD)为功能单体,在氧化石墨烯(GO)修饰电极表面通过一步电聚合法制备分子印迹电化学传感器。采用透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对GO的形貌进行了表征,通过循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对传感器的电化学性能进行了分析。当DA的浓度在0.4~2000μmol·L-1范围内时,DA在印迹电极上的DPV峰电流值与其浓度呈线性关系,检出限为8.0×10-8 mol·L-1;采用该方法对实际样品中的DA进行测定,回收率在92~108%之间。  相似文献

采用水热方法合成了3种Cu(Ⅱ/Ⅰ)配聚物及超分子, (1) [K2Cu2(ox)(btec)(MeOH)2]n, (2) {[Cu(pdc)(H2O)2]?H2O}n, (3) [Cu(cyan)(phen)]?H2O (H2ox: 草酸, H4btec: 均苯四甲酸, MeOH: 甲醇, H2pdc: 2, 5-吡啶二羧酸, phen: 邻菲啰啉, Hcyan: 氰尿酸). 通过X射线单晶衍射、表面光电压光谱(SPS)、固体紫外-可见(UV-Vis)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、元素分析等方法对配合物进行了表征. 结构解析结果表明, 配合物(1)是具有三维(3D)无限结构的配聚物; (2)是具有二维(2D)无限结构的配聚物, 但又通过氢键进一步连成了三维(3D)网络, (1)与(2)的中心金属均为Cu(II)离子; (3)为含Cu(I)的单核配合物, 但又通过氢键和π-π堆积作用, 使它成为2D超分子化合物. 配合物SPS结果显示, 配合物(1)-(3)在300-800 nm范围内都呈现光伏响应, 表明三者均具有一定的光电转换能力. 讨论了配合物的组成、结构、维数、配体种类、中心金属离子价态及配位微环境对SPS的影响,并将SPS与UV-Vis 光谱进行了关联.  相似文献

The polymeric ligand (BFP) was synthesized by condensation of bisphenol-A, formaldehyde, and piperazine in alkaline medium at 70–80°C. The polymer–metal complexes were synthesized by the reaction of BFP with Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) acetates in 1?:?0.5 (ligand?:?metal) molar ratio. All the synthesized polymers were characterized by elemental, spectral (infrared, 1H-NMR, and UV-Vis), magnetic moment measurements, and thermal (TGA) analysis. The ligand-field and nephelauxetic parameters have been determined from UV-Vis spectra using ligand-field theory. Elemental analyses indicate the association of water with metal for Mn(II), Co(II), and Ni(II), which is also supported by TGA. The antimicrobial activities of the synthesized polymers were studied by agar well diffusion methods against Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Shigella boydii. The antimicrobial activity and thermal stability of Cu(II)–polymer were higher than the other polymer–metal complexes due to the higher stability constant of Cu(II).  相似文献

A new series of transition metal complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Mn(II), Zn(II), VO(IV), Hg(II) and Cd(II) have been synthesized from the Schiff base (L) derived from 4-aminoantipyrine, 3-hydroxy-4-nitrobenzaldehyde and o-phenylenediamine. Structural features were obtained from their elemental analyses, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductance, mass, IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and ESR spectral studies. The data show that these complexes have composition of ML type. The UV-Vis, magnetic susceptibility and ESR spectral data of the complexes suggest a square-planar geometry around the central metal ion except VO(IV) complex which has square-pyramidal geometry. The redox behaviour of copper and vanadyl complexes was studied by cyclic voltammetry. Antimicrobial screening tests gave good results in the presence of metal ion in the ligand system. The nuclease activity of the above metal complexes shows that Cu, Ni and Co complexes cleave DNA through redox chemistry whereas other complexes are not effective.  相似文献

The synthesis, spectroscopy (IR, UV-Vis, ESR), magnetic and thermal behaviors, as well electrochemistry and reactivity towards PPh3 of alkyl-substituted bis(2-nitrosophenolato)copper(II) complexes, CuLx2, where Lx = 4,6-di-t-Bu-2-nitrosophenolato (L1), 4-CH3-6-t-Bu-2-nitrosophenolato (L2), 4-t-Bu-2-nitrosophenolato (L3) mono-anion ligands, are presented. The solid-state and solution ESR spectra showed an axially symmetric g-tensors with gII > g 2.03 indicating that the unpaired electron is located in the dx2 - y2orbital. When CuLx2 complexes were treated with an excess of PPh3 in air or under vacuum in toluene (or other solutions) at 300K, as confirmed by UV-Vis and ESR examination, without formation of PPh3 adduct of the complexes, the immediately generation of semiquinone type radical species and reduction of Cu(II) to Cu(I) were observed. In the case of CuL(1)(2) the further conversion of the generated primary radical species to secondary bis(PPh3)2(phenoxazinolato)Cu(I) semiquinone type radical was detected. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) of CuLx2 exhibited two successive quasi-reversible ligand centered reductions and two irreversible metal and ligand centered oxidation processes. Electrochemical behaviors were interpreted in terms of the existence two-valence tautomeric nitroso and oximato isomers of CuLx2 in solution.  相似文献

A self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) modified by 4‐formylphenylboronic acid was formed on the gold electrode, which was applied for the determination of trace concentrations of Cu(II). The formation of advanced SAM on the gold electrode was evidenced by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy and contact angle measurements. Electrochemical determination of Cu(II) ions was performed by square wave voltammetry. Some mutual interferences caused by Cd(II), Co(II), Fe(II), Ni(II) and Pb(II) ions were investigated and it was demonstrated how the negative effects of these interfering ions could be eliminated by adjustment of proper parameters of square wave voltammetry.  相似文献

Determination of copper (Cu), zinc (Zn) and manganese (Mn) micronutrients in soil samples have been studied for an efficient fertiliser application. Plant-available micronutrients of soils were extracted with DTPA extraction procedure, then differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPSV) and square wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV) methods were performed with inexpensive and disposable pencil graphite electrode for determination of Cu(II), Zn(II) and Mn(II). Parameters such as deposition potential, deposition time, pH and concentration of the supporting electrolyte were optimised for these ions. Under optimised conditions, the limits of detection were found as 0.01 mg L?1 for Cu(II) and 0.02 mg L?1 for Zn(II) and 0.25 mg L?1 for Mn(II). Relative standard deviation (%RSD) was 6.80, 8.86 and 3.29 for Cu(II), Zn(II) and Mn(II), respectively. The experimental study was conducted using a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The described stripping voltammetry methods were successfully applied for the determination of Mn(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) in soil samples.  相似文献

Novel polymers containing pyridine moieties in main chains have been prepared by facile oxidative-coupling co-polymerization of pyridine N-oxide with N-alkyl carbazole and fluorene as the precursor polymers, which were reduced to the pyridine-containing polymers respectively. The polymers were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, UV-Vis, X-ray, thermo-gravimetric analysis, and fluorescence spectroscopy. The pyridine-containing polymers good solubility in convenient organic solvents, high thermal stability with the onset decomposition temperature above 310 °C. The electrochemical behaviors of the polymers were investigated by cyclic voltammetry; the HOMO and LUMO energy level of the polymers were estimated from the electrochemistry and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The fluorescence spectra of the pyridine-containing polymers display blue light emitting properties in both solution and solid-state film.  相似文献

采用高效、 便捷的微波合成法制备了4种不同结构的聚合酞菁铁/多壁碳纳米管(Poly-FePc/MWCNTs)复合材料并进行了表征. 结果表明, 聚合酞菁铁均匀地包裹在多壁碳纳米管上. 利用线性扫描电位法(LSV)和电化学阻抗法(EIS)对材料的氧还原催化活性进行了研究, 发现FePPc/MWCNTs复合材料具有最好的氧还原催化活性. 采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和X射线吸收精细结构光谱(XAFS)研究了Poly-FePc/MWCNTs复合材料中酞菁铁结构变化与氧还原催化性能的相关性. 结果表明, FePPc/MWCNTs复合材料中Fe-N4接近平面结构, 聚合酞菁铁能够更好地与MWCNTs产生协同作用, 从而加速氧还原过程中电子的转移, 提高氧还原活性.  相似文献

A six-coordinate copper(II) complex with the ligand 1,3-bis(1-methylbenzimidazol-2-yl)-2-oxopropane (Meobb), with composition [Cu(Meobb)(2)](NO(3))(2)·2CH(3)OH, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, electrical conductivities, IR, UV-Vis spectral measurements. A study of the electro-chemistry of the copper(II) complex was carried out by using cyclic voltammetry. The molecular structures of the ligand Meobb and the Cu(II) complex were determined by X-ray crystal diffraction. The DNA-binding modes of the ligand and the complex were investigated by electronic absorption titration, ethidium bromide-DNA displacement experiments and viscosity measurements. The experimental evidence indicated the compounds interact with calf thymus DNA through intercalation. Additionally, the Cu(II) complex exhibited potential antioxidant properties in in vitro studies.  相似文献
