采用端视电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定玩具涂料中可溶性铅、镉、汞、砷、铬、锑、硒和钡.对仪器的工作参数和被测元素的分析谱线进行了优化和选择.铅、镉、汞、砷、铬、锑、硒和钡的检出限分别为0.006、0.0009、0.012、0.023、0.000 8、0.013、0.030和0.0006 mg/L.定量下限分别为0.99、0.15、2.0、3.8、0.14、2.2、5.0和0.10 mg/kg.相对标准偏差为0.76%~2.72%(n=8),加标回收率为96.0%~104.0%.该法适用于玩具涂料中铅、镉、汞、砷、铬、锑、硒和钡的快速测定.  相似文献

建立STD/KED模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定天然水体中铍、硼、钛、钒、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、钼、镉、锑、钡、铊、铅、铁、砷和硒19种元素的分析方法。仪器调谐校准后,样品在线加入锂、钪、铑、铋校准溶液校正,以标准曲线内标法定量分析。标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,样品加标回收率为92.6%~103.6%,质控样品测定值相对标准偏差为0.20%~2.6%(n=6),方法检出限为0.01~0.70μg/L。该方法灵敏度高,操作简便,节省人力,能满足天然水体中19种元素的同时检测需要。  相似文献

用硝酸-高氯酸体系消解螺蛳和水葫芦样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜、锌、镍、铬,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅、镉。铜、锌、镍、铬、铅、镉的检出限分别为0.328、0.126、0.271、0.416、0.006 64、0.001 15 mg/kg,线性相关系数不小于0.999 0,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%~3.7%,加标回收率为86.0%~94.2%。  相似文献

A new design of a mass-flow controlled multidimensional switching system for capillary gas chromatography is introduced and discussed. Large sample amounts can be introduced with a required input band width onto the first column. A combination of cold sample introduction and successive high speed programmed heating of the injector liner is used for this purpose. The potential of such an approach for selective and fast high resolution separations with series coupled wide bore, thick film columns is emphasized, and illustrated for various concentrations.  相似文献

It is shown that a wide range of cast irons can be analysed on one calibration if the sample surfaces are prepared to a mirror finish with diamond paste. Polishing the samples with any abrasive material results in preferential removal of the softer constituents from the sample matrix. If coarser abrasives than diamond paste are used, the increased depth of the introduced sample inhomogeneity leads to unacceptable error limits for the determination of light elements.  相似文献

A new method of mixing sample and reagent due to the difference in their electrophoretic mobilities is introduced. Unlike electrophoretically-mediated microanalysis, sample and reagent are injected from the opposite ends of a capillary tube. This method is compared with electrophoretically-mediated microanalysis. The performance of an integrated capillary electrophoresis system with a novel split-flow sample injection mechanism and special high sensitivity UV absorbance detector is described. Sample introduction into the capillary is accomplished with a standard HPLC-type microliter syringe. The injected sample is divided proportionally between the separation capillary and an adjustable splitvent. The volume of sample introduced into the capillary can be manipulated by varying the length or the i.d. of the splitvent tubing; or the volume of sample injected. Data are presented showing reproducibility of retention time, peak height, and peak area; minimum detectability; and operation at short UV wavelengths.  相似文献

A simple and accurate method is presented for determining barium in marine waters. Equal amounts of an enriched isotope spike and sample are diluted 100-fold with 1% nitric acid. The diluted sample is introduced into an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer with a peristaltic pump and the mass region from 135 to 138 is scanned 480 times. The entire procedure takes less than 10 min per sample and is accurate to better than 1% as determined by intercalibration with isotope dilution mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Miniaturized sample preparation methods designed as the sample pretreatment for liquid phase separations, such as liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and capillary electrochromatography, have been reviewed especially for the on-line coupling of the sample preparation process and the separation process. The development of the desorption interfaces for the effective combining of the sample preparation and subsequent liquid phase separations is briefly described along with the applications of the combined analytical systems to the analysis of complex sample mixtures such as biological and environmental matrices. Novel use of fine polymeric filaments as the extraction medium for microscale liquid phase separation methods are investigated and a comparison is made with other sample preparation techniques. Polymer coating onto the fibrous material is also introduced to further develop microscale sample preparation methods with improved extraction performance. Several other microscale sample preparation methods having a potential compatibility to the liquid phase separations are also described for future applications of these techniques.  相似文献

Summary A new type reaction valve for flow injection analysis has been developed. In a FIA system with this valve the injected sample is once passed into a loop of the valve, thereafter the valve is rotated to the next position. Therefore, the sample is retained in the loop in a stop-state for a long time and the next sample is introduced into another loop in the next position. When the valve is rotated for one round, the stopped sample in the fist loop is again passed into the detector flow cell. Thus, an analysis, which needs a long reaction time, can be performed with this valve with high precision.

An automatic sampling device has been developed for capillary zone electrophoresis. The sample is introduced to the column electrokinetically by rapidly exchanging buffer for sample in a narrow channel drilled in a plexiglass block. The autosampler is capable, under computer control, of performing multiple sample injections from a large volume sample source (such as a reaction vessel) as the sample concentration changes, and thus presents the possibility of analyzing time-varying processes by CZE. Peak area reproducibility in electropherograms obtained after use of the sampler is less than 1% and efficiency is more than 2.2 × 105 theoretical plates.  相似文献
