Two new cobalt(Ⅱ) supramolecular complexes [Co(4,4'-bipy)_2(H_2O) _4]·[Co_2(4,4'-bipy)3-(H_2O) _8]·2TST-2(4,4'-bipy)·4H_2O 1 and [Co(4,4'-bipy) _2(H_2O) _4]DSNT·4,4'-bipy 2 based upon the assembly of Co(Ⅱ), 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy) and two new multifunctional organic ligands, 2,4,6-tris(4-sulfophenyl-amino)-1,3,5-triazine (H_3TST) and 2,4-bis(p-sulfanilato)-6-diethylamino-1,3,5-triazine (H_2DSNT), have been prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of 1 is of monoclinic, space group P2_(1/n) with α= 13.599(4), b = 18.988(6), c = 22.995(7) A, β = 90.273(6)°, V= 5938(3) A~3, Z = 4, C_(56)H_(59)CO_(1.5)N_(13)O_(17)S_3, M_r = 1370.74, D_c = 1.533 g/cm~3,μ = 0.613 mm~(-1), F(000) = 2842, GOOF = 1.018, the final R = 0.0796 and wR = 0.1498 for 9019 observed reflections with I > 2o(I). The crystal structure of 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with α = 18.864(6), b = 14.283(5), c = 20.246(7) A, β = 107.799(6)°, V = 5194(3) A~3, Z = 4, C_(49)H_(52)CoN_(12)O_(10)S_2, M_r = 1092.08, D_c = 1.397 g/cm~3, μ= 0.480 mm~(-1), F(000) = 2276, GOOF = 1.059, the final R = 0.0665 and wR = 0.1900 for 4887 observed reflections with I> 2σ(I). The results of X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that complexes 1 and 2 exhibit layered supramolecular frameworks stabilized by electrostatic interactions, π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Reaction of a new type of bidentate ligand PhPQu [ PhPQu = 2-diphenylphosphino-4-methylquinoline] with Fe(CO)5 in bu-tanol gave trans-Fe(PhPQu-P)(CO)3 (1).Compound 1,which can act as a neutral tridentate organometallic ligand,was reacted with I B,II B metal compounds and a rhodium complex to give six binuclear complexes with Fe-M bonds,Fe(CO)3(u-Ph2PQu)MXn(2-7) [M=Zn(Ⅰ),Cd(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅰ),Ag(Ⅰ),Rh(Ⅰ)],and an ion-pair complex [Fe(CO)3(n-Ph2PQu)2HgI][HgI3]- (8).The structure of 8 was determined by X-ray crystallography.Complex 8 crystallizes in the space group P-1 with a=1.0758(3),b= 1.6210(4),c = 1.7155(4) nm; a = 75.60(2)β=71.81(2),Y = 81.78(2) and Z = 2 and its structure was refined to give agreement factors of R =0.050 and Rw = 0.057.The Fe-Hg bond distance is 0.2536 nm.  相似文献

用硫酸钴、4,4'-联吡啶和2-磺酸基乙基膦酸合成了一个新颖的钴化合物:[Co_2(H_2O)_8(C_(10)H_8N_2)_2]·(HO_3PCH_2CH_2SO_3)(SO_4)(H_2O)_4,并对其进行了红外.元素分析、热重测试,通过单晶衍射仪测定了其晶体结构.结果表明,配合物属单斜晶系C2/c空间群,分子式为C_(22)H_(45)Co_2N_4O_(22)PS_2,分子量为930.57,晶胞参数为a=19.8456(18),b=11.2957(10),c=34.719(3)(A),β=106.095(3)°,晶胞体积为7477.9(12)(A)~3,Z=8,Dc=1.653 g/cm~3,F(000)=3856,μ=1.131 mm~(-1),最终残差因子R_1=0.0726,wR_2= 0.1719(相对于5612个I>2σ(I)的可观测衍射点).在这个化合物中,二齿配体4,4'-联吡啶把Co(II)桥连成[Co(4,4'-bipy)]~(2+)链.化合物中的[Co(4,4'-bipy)]~(2+)链有三个不同的朝向.2-磺酸基乙基膦酸没有参与配位而是做为一个有机模板剂填充在[Co(4,4'-bipy)]~(2+)链形成的空隙中.  相似文献

报道四核铜配合物[Cu2L2][Cu(pht)2]2[Hpht:苯妥英,即5,5-二苯基-2,2咪唑烷酮;L:N-(3-氨基丙基)二乙醇胺]的溶剂热合成、晶体结构及其性质研究.该晶体属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.9240(1)nm,b=2.4559(2)nm,c=1.5572(2)nm,β=97.489(2)o,V=3.5035(7)nm3,Dc=1.499Mg/m3(g/cm3),Z=2,F(000)=1636,μ=1.270mm-1,R1=0.0503,wR2=0.1135[I2σ(I)],GOF=1.014.XPS结合X射线单晶结构分析,表明该配合物分子有混价铜组成,包括两个Cu(I)和两个Cu(II),其中每个Cu(I)分别与两个苯妥英配体提供的氮原子配位,N—Cu(I)—N的夹角为177.1°,每个Cu(II)与L配体的五个配位原子配位(N2O3),形成一个稍变形四方锥结构,两个Cu(II)通过N-(3-氨基丙基)二乙醇胺中的一个羟基氧桥连接形成双核阳离子,琼脂扩散法测试结果表明配合物、配体和铜盐对3种受试细菌均有一定的活性.配合物与DNA的相互作用测定研究表明,该配合物是以插入方式与小牛胸腺DNA结合.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C13H9N2O)Cl]2·(CH3CN)2 (C30H24Cl2Cu2N6O2), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the tricli- nic system, space group P1, with a = 7.6677(14), b = 9.2375(17), c = 11.227(2) , α = 81.338(3), β = 88.173(4), γ = 66.199(3)o, V = 718.9(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 698.53, F(000) = 354, Dc = 1.613 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.705 mm-1, the final R = 0.0645 and wR = 0.1364 for 2474 unique reflections with 1809 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted tetrahedron consisting of four coordinate atoms (one nitrogen atom, two oxygen anions, and one chlorine atom). Two copper(II) atoms are bridged by two oxygen anions (O(1) and O(1a)) of two phenolates to form a Cu(II)–Cu(II) binuclear entity, and the distance between two copper(II) atoms is 3.0144(15) .  相似文献

The reaction of bis(dibromophenylstannyl)methane with 1, 3-bis(3, 5-dimethyl- pyrazol-1-yl)propane in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio yields only 1:1 adduct which partly hydrolyzes to the title complex (C26H38Br6N4O2Sn2, Mr = 1155.42) during crystal growing. The title complex is of triclinic, space group P ī with a = 10.886(1), b = 12.508(1), c = 13.879(1) ?, α = 85.762(2), β = 85.159(2), γ = 84.020(2)°, V = 1868.8(4) ?3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.046 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ?, μ = 7.778 mm-1, F(000) = 1088, R = 0.0488 and wR = 0.1157 for 7560 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The crystal structure analysis indicates that there is no direct interaction between the ligand and bis(dibromophenylstannyl)methane, and two tin atoms are bridged by two bromide atoms from the partial hydrolysis of this adduct.  相似文献

One new cadmium complex [Cd(phen)3]·(ClO4)2·(p-MBA)2·(H2O)2 has been hydro-thermally synthesized by reacting p-methylbenzoic acid (p-MBA),1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and cadmium perchlorate. It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=1.2809(3),b= 1.3431(3),c=1.3734(3) nm,α=84.259(4),β=71.603(3),γ=74.424(3)o,V=2.1594(8) nm3,Dc= 1.532 g/cm3,Z=2,F(000)=1008,μ=0.697 mm-1,R=0.0646 and wR=0.1648. The crystal structure shows that the cadmium ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from three 1,10-phenanthroline molecules,forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of electrochemical property analysis shows that the electron transfer in the electrode reaction is irreversible.  相似文献

A new mononuclear Co(II) complex, [Co(hmz)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, has been synthesized by the reaction of Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O with 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-mercaptotetrazole (Hhmz). It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.502(5), b = 6.718(3), c = 13.972(6) , β = 117.532(4)o, V = 1123.9(8) 3, Z = 2, M r = 553.45, F(000) = 570, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, μ = 1.008 mm–1, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0684 for 2194 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The Co(II) is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from two hmz–1 ligands and four water molecules, forming an octahedral geometry. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding and offset-panel π-π stacking interactions between the adjacent molecules extend the compound into a three- dimensional supramolecular framework. The title compound emits strong blue fluorescent light (λem(max) = 427 nm) at room temperature and is red-shifted compared with free ligand Hhmz (λem(max) = 342 nm).  相似文献
