以钛酸丁酯和金属盐酸盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了CoFe2O4/TiO2复合薄膜,分析了不同热处理温度对复合薄膜晶粒生长及薄膜表面形貌的影响.通过XRD射线、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜、偏光显微镜对薄膜热分解中物相变化过程及其表面形貌进行了观测,用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测定了样品的磁性.实验结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制得的复合薄膜,两相组分晶体各自析出长大,CoFe2O4组分均匀地分布在TiO2基体中,随着热处理温度的升高,薄膜的磁性增强.  相似文献

分别采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍-水热法制得负载于活性炭(AC)的TiO2催化剂,并用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱和氮气吸附等方法对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制得的TiO2以不规则碎片形式涂附在载体表面,而浸渍-水热法制得的球形TiO2颗粒呈柱形生长均匀覆盖在载体表面;不同温度处理的浸渍-水热法制得的TiO2/AC光催化剂的中孔和微孔比表面积均大于溶胶-凝胶法制得的样品,负载的TiO2粒径则小于溶胶-凝胶法制得的样品.对甲基橙(MO)溶液的光催化降解测试结果表明,600℃煅烧为两种方法的最佳热处理温度,浸渍-水热法制得的催化剂光催化效果明显强于溶胶-凝胶法的.  相似文献

以SnCl2·2H2O及无水乙醇为原料,利用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)制备了SnO2纳米薄膜.在溶胶中添加了多种添加剂,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和光致发光谱仪(PL)研究了添加剂对薄膜结构、形貌和光学性质的影响,结果表明氨水的加入能抑制晶粒快速长大,未加入氨水的SnO2薄膜在750 ℃和900 ℃热处理后平均晶粒尺寸分别为23.1 nm和50.5 nm,而加入氨水后的平均晶粒尺寸分别为19.6 nm和42.8 nm;丙三醇(GCR)的添加能抑制团聚和防止深裂痕,使薄膜光滑、平整;表面活性剂聚乙二醇2000、聚乙二醇4000能使薄膜产生空隙和大量孔洞,从而大大增加薄膜比表面积,使之气敏性能显著提高,同时还发现,相同量的聚乙二醇2000和聚乙二醇4000,后者产生的孔洞比前者密;对光致发光性质进行了研究,结果表明聚乙二醇2000的加入使发光强度增大.  相似文献

选用3种不同的稳定剂,乙酰丙酮(acac),异丙氧基三(焦磷酸二辛酯)钛(TTPO)和可聚合有机磷酸酯(MAP),采用钛酸四正丁酯(TBT)通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了一系列二氧化钛溶胶,并与树脂/单体相混合,制备成有机-无机杂化光固化涂料.利用FT-IR监测了TBT水解缩合形成溶胶的过程及杂化体系的光聚合过程.杂化固化膜SEM结果显示,在合成溶胶过程中添加不同的稳定剂对杂化固化膜中无机粒子粒径尺寸等形态有显著影响,其中使用TTPO作为稳定剂得到的无机粒子分散最均匀,粒径最小,约20 nm.物理性能测试表明光固化杂化膜在硬度和柔韧性方面都有明显的改善.  相似文献

研究了用硝酸铝溶胶凝胶法制备微胶囊化超细红磷的工艺,通过着火点测试研究了包覆材料和包覆工艺以及影响包覆效果的因素,发现以5%氢氧化铝溶胶凝胶制备微胶囊化红磷在150 ℃左右真空干燥得到的样品安定性较好,XPS表明有95.3%的红磷被包覆,透射电镜显示形成一层均匀的包覆层,超细红磷的安定性得到了较大的提高。  相似文献

通过N-丙烯酰-1,2-乙二胺盐酸盐(ADE)的Michael加成反应制备阳离子超支化低聚物聚N-丙烯酰-1,2-乙二胺盐酸盐(HADE),以HADE为大分子单体,以丙烯酰胺(AAm)和丙烯酸(AAc)为单体,在无需外加有机交联剂的条件下制备具有高机械强度的两性聚电解质水凝胶(HAH凝胶).结果表明,HAH凝胶可以被压缩超过99%的形变而不断裂,压缩强度高达61.2 MPa;HAH凝胶的断裂伸长率和断裂强度分别达到1700%和70.2 k Pa.由于HADE末端伯胺基与强氧化引发剂通过氧化还原反应生成胺自由基和自身结构中的双键同时参与聚合反应,因而为凝胶网络形成提供了必要的化学交联作用.同时HADE结构中胺基正电荷与AAc的羧基负电荷之间的离子交联也为凝胶网络提供了物理交联作用.2种交联作用的协同作用是HAH凝胶具有良好机械性能的根本原因.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法和CO2超临界干燥工艺制备RF/Al2O3复合气凝胶,再经高温热处理过程得到轻质高强度C/Al2O3复合气凝胶,研究了不同热处理温度对气凝胶结构的影响,利用氮气吸附、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等手段对气凝胶的结构和性能进行了分析并且测试了不同热处理温度样品的压缩强度。实验结果表明:C/Al2O3复合气凝胶具有均匀的三维网络结构且成块性好,随着热处理温度的升高,气凝胶比表面积和强度均先增大后减小,当1 400℃时,C/Al2O3复合气凝胶比表面积最高,为831 m2.g-1,压缩强度最大,为9.5 MPa。  相似文献

为研究弱凝胶的形成过程,并把高分子弱凝胶用于三次采油,采用三维Monte Carlo模拟了高分子溶液凝胶化过程. 模拟预测了凝胶化开始的时间,得到了凝胶化过程中分子量分布的演化规律和胶团生长的三维图像. 发现生成溶胶与凝胶团的歧化过程,初始聚合物的浓度对能否形成凝胶至关重要,低于临界浓度不能形成凝胶. 模拟了凝胶化速度和聚合物浓度以及交联剂浓度的关系,并与粘度随凝胶化时间变化的实验结果进行比较, 结果表明, 聚合物浓度较高时,浓度对交联反应的影响减弱,这一趋势与实验结果相一致.  相似文献

由异丙醇铝与乙酰丙酮反应制备铝 乙酰丙酮螯合物 ,由此通过控制水解制备Al2 O3 溶胶 .该溶胶与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛分子上残存的羟基发生交联生成有机 无机溶胶 (OIS) .OIS经成型和干燥后即可方便地形成耐溶剂性的有机 无机杂化高分子材料 ,如透明薄膜和高弹纤维 .将OIS涂覆在碳纤维束丝上 ,热处理无机化后 ,可得到非常均匀致密的无定形氧化铝 -碳涂层 .该涂层可明显提高碳纤维的耐高温氧化性和表面特性  相似文献

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
