A simple procedure was developed for the direct determination of As(III) and As(V) in water samples by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (FI–HG–AAS), without pre-reduction of As(V). The flow injection system was operated in the merging zones configuration, where sample and NaBH4 are simultaneously injected into two carrier streams, HCl and H2O, respectively. Sample and reagent injected volumes were of 250 μl and flow rate of 3.6 ml min−1 for hydrochloric acid and de-ionised water. The NaBH4 concentration was maintained at 0.1% (w/v), it would be possible to perform arsine selective generation from As(III) and on-line arsine generation with 3.0% (w/v) NaBH4 to obtain total arsenic concentration. As(V) was calculated as the difference between total As and As(III). Both procedures were tolerant to potential interference. So, interference such as Fe(III), Cu(II), Ni(II), Sb(III), Sn(II) and Se(IV) could, at an As(III) level of 0.1 mg l−1, be tolerated at a weight excess of 5000, 5000, 500, 100, 10 and 5 times, respectively. With the proposed procedure, detection limits of 0.3 ng ml−1 for As(III) and 0.5 ng ml−1 for As(V) were achieved. The relative standard deviations were of 2.3% for 0.1 mg l−1 As(III) and 2.0% for 0.1 mg l−1 As(V). A sampling rate of about 120 determinations per hour was achieved, requiring 30 ml of NaBH4 and waste generation in order of 450 ml. The method was shown to be satisfactory for determination of traces arsenic in water samples. The assay of a certified drinking water sample was 81.7±1.7 μg l−1 (certified value 80.0±0.5 μg l−1).  相似文献

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) coupled with gas chromatography (GC) have been evaluated as element specific detectors for the determination of methylmercury in marine samples. Detection limits for methylmercury chloride, obtained using ICP-MS and AFS, were 0.9 and 0.25 pg as Hg, respectively. Methylmercury was determined in marine tissue reference materials IAEA 142 and NIST 8044 mussel homogenate, and DOLT-2 dogfish liver by GC–AFS, with found values of 45±7, 26±4, and 671±41 ng g−1, compared with certified values of 47±4, 28±2, and 693±53 ng g−1. The analyses of IAEA 142 and NIST 8044 were repeated using GC–ICP-MS, with found values of 48±9 and 30±3 ng g−1, respectively. Methylmercury was determined in real samples of ringed seal and beluga whale, with found values of 801±62 and 2830±113 ng g−1, respectively.  相似文献

The on-line column preconcentration technique with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP–OES) has been developed using a cartridge filled with octadecyl silica modified by l-(2-pyridylazo) 2-naphtol (PAN). The aim of this method was to determine some rare earth elements (REEs) (Ce, Dy, La, Sm, and Y) and uranium in water samples. Sample solutions were passed through the C18-modified column. The adsorbed cations were subsequently eluted from the column and transferred into the plasma with nitric acid solution for simultaneous determination of them. Sample pH, amount of PAN as a complexing agent, sampling and eluting flowrates and concentration of the eluent were optimized. Detection limits based on three times of standard deviations of blank by 10 replicates were in the range of 11 ng l−1 for Dy to 69 ng l−1 for U. Sample throughput was 10 samples h−1. The proposed method was applied to determine REEs in natural water samples. Recoveries of the REEs from natural water samples were between 95 and 106% with percent relative standard deviation (%R.S.D.) of 1.0–7.9%.  相似文献

A new and sample technique for the simultaneous determination of trace arsenic, antimony, bismuth and selenium in biologic samples by hydride generation-four-channel nondispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry was development. The conditions of instrumentation and hydride generation of arsenic, antimony, bismuth and selenium were optimized. For reducing hexavalent Se to the tetravalent state was to heat the sample with 6 mol l−1 HCl, and then pre-reducing pentavalent As and Sb to the trivalent state was achieved by the addition of 0.05 mol l−1 thiourea. The interferences of coexisting ions were evaluated. Under optimal conditions, the detection limits for As, Sb, Bi and Se were determined to be 0.03, 0.04, 0.04 and 0.03 ng ml−1, respectively. The precision for seven replicate determinations at the 5 ng ml−1 of As, Sb, Bi and Se were 0.9, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5% (R.S.D.), respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of As, Sb, Bi and Se in a series of Chinese certified biological reference materials using simple aqueous standard calibration technique, the results obtained are in good agreement with the certified values.  相似文献

A new multisyringe flow injection system for inorganic arsenic determination at trace levels by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HGAFS) is presented. Preconcentration on a solid-phase was carried out using a column packed with an anion-exchange resin (Amberlite IRA-410). The reagents are dispensed to the system using a multisyringe burette coupled with two multi-port selection valves.

Different parameters were changing in order to make the system as effective as possible. An analytical curve was obtained for arsenic determination between 50 and 2000 ng l−1. This new approach improved five times the sensitivity over a MSFIA–HGAFS technique developed previously by the authors. Detection limit of the proposed technique was (3σb/S) of 30 ng l−1. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) of As at 1 μg l−1 was 4.8% (n=7). A sample throughput of 10 h−1 has been achieved. The proposed method has been applied to different reference solid and water materials with satisfactory results.  相似文献

An atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper after adsorption of its 1-nitroso-2-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid chelate on Ambersorb 572 has been developed. This chelate is adsorbed on the adsorbent in the pH range 1–8. The copper chelate is eluted with 5 ml of 0.1 mol l−1 potassium cyanide and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The selectivity of the proposed procedure was also evaluated. Results show that iron(III), zinc(II), manganese(II) and cobalt(II) at the 50 μg l−1 level and sodium(I), potassium(I), magnesium(II), calcium(II) and aluminium(III) at the 1000 μg l−1 level did not interfere. A high enrichment factor, 200, was obtained. The detection limit (3σ) of copper was 0.34 μg l−1. The precision of the method, evaluated by seven replicate analyses of solutions containing 5 μg of copper was satisfactory and the relative standard deviation was 1.7%. The adsorption of copper onto Ambersorb 572 can formally be described by a Langmuir equation with a maximum adsorption capacity of 14.3 mg g−1 and a binding constant of 0.00444 l mg−1. The accuracy of the method is confirmed by analysing tomatoes leaves (NIST 1573a) and lead base alloy (NBS 53e). The results demonstrated good agreement with the certified values. This procedure was applied to the determination of copper in waters (tap, river and thermal waters), aluminium foil and tea samples.  相似文献

A simple, robust and reliable analytical procedure for the determination of Al, Ca, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, Sr, Ti, and Zn in peat and plant materials by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was developed. A microwave heated high pressure autoclave was used to digest powdered sample aliquots (approximately 200 mg) with different acid mixtures including nitric acid (HNO3), tetrafluoroboric acid (HBF4) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The optimized acid mixture for digestion of plant and peat samples consisted of 3 mL HNO3 and 0.1 mL HBF4, in addition to H2O2 which was sub-boiled into the PTFE digestion tubes during heating of the autoclave. Using HNO3 alone, recoveries of Al and Ti were too low by 40 and 160%, respectively, because HNO3 could not fully liberate the analytes of interest from the silicate fraction of the plant and peat matrix. However, for all other elements (such as Mn, Sr, and Zn), the use of HBF4 was less critical. The accuracy of the analytical procedure developed was evaluated with peat and plant reference materials of different origin and composition. The ICP-OES instrument was optimized using solutions of plant reference materials considering RF power, nebulizer pressure, auxiliary gas flow and rinse time. Scandium was used as an online internal standard (IS) as it provided accurate results and showed less than 3% drift in sensitivity over time which was lower compared to other potential IS such as Rh (20%) and In (6%). The combination of most sensitive and less sensitive wavelengths allowed to obtain low detection limits and highest possible dynamic range. The achieved procedure detection limits ranged from 0.05 μg g−1 (Li) to 15 μg g−1 (Ca) and allowed a precise quantification of all elements. Comparative X-ray fluorescence spectrometric measurements of solid peat and plant samples generally agreed well with results obtained by digestion/ICP-OES. To overcome interferences caused by Na, K, and Li, a solution of 10 μg g−1 CsCl2 was successfully used as an ionization buffer. The good agreement between the found and certified concentrations in plant and peat reference materials indicates that the developed analytical procedure is well suited for further studies on the fate of major elements in plant and peat matrices.  相似文献

A HPLC method with automated column switching and UV-diode array detection is described for the simultaneous determination of Vitamin D3 and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25-OH-D3) in a sample of human plasma. The system uses a BioTrap precolumn for the on-line sample cleanup. A sample of 1 ml of human plasma was treated with 2 ml of a mixture of ethanol–acetonitrile (2:1 (v/v)). Following centrifugation, the supernatant was evaporated to dryness under a stream of dry and pure nitrogen. The residue was reconstituted in 250 μL of a solution of methanol 5 mmol l−1 phosphate buffer, pH 6.5 (4:1 (v/v)), and a 200 μl aliquot of this solution was injected onto the BioTrap precolumn. After washing during 5 min with a mobile phase constituted by a solution of 6% acetonitrile in 5 mmol l−1 phosphate buffer, pH 6.5 (extraction mobile phase), the retained analytes were then transferred to the analytical column in the backflush mode. The analytical separation was then performed by reverse-phase chromatography in the gradient elution mode with the solvents A and B (Solvent A: acetonitrile–phosphate buffer 5 mmol l−1, pH 6.5; 20:80 (v/v); solvent B: methanol–acetonitrile–tetrahydrofuran, 65:20:15 (v/v)). The compounds of interest were detected at 265 nm. The method was linear in the range 3.0–32.0 ng ml−1 with a limit of quantification of 3.0 ng ml−1. Quantitative recoveries from spiked plasma samples were between 91.0 and 98.0%. In all cases, the coefficient of variation (CV) of the intra-day and inter-day-assay precision was ≤2.80%. The proposed method permitted the simultaneous determination of Vitamin D3 and 25-OH-D3 in 16 min, with an adequate precision and sensitivity. However, the overlap of the sample cleanup step with the analysis increases the sampling frequency to five samples h−1. The method was successfully applied for the determination of Vitamin D3 and 25-OH-D3 in plasma from 46 female volunteers, ranging from 50 to 94 years old. Vitamin D3 and 25-OH-D3 concentrations in plasma were found from 4.30–40.70 ng ml−1 (19.74 ± 9.48 ng ml−1) and 3.1–36.52 ng ml−1 (7.13 ± 7.80 ng ml−1), respectively. These results were in good agreement with data published by other authors.  相似文献

In the Czech Republic no study on the levels of brominated flame retardants in human milk has been conducted, yet. In the first step analytical method for determination of PBDEs in this bioindicator matrix was implemented. Liquid–liquid extraction (LLE) (hexane, diethyl ether), followed by gel permeation chromatography was employed for isolation of PBDEs. Identification and quantification of PBDEs was carried out by GC–MS operated in negative chemical ionisation (NCI). Two mass spectrometric technologies, one employing quadrupole and the other one high resolution (HR) time-of-flight (TOF) analyzer, etc. were used in our study. Detection limits (LODs) obtained by quadrupole analyzer ranged from 0.02 to 0.05 ng g−1 lipid weight, using high resolution time-of-flight analyzer LODs were significantly lower, ranging from 0.002–0.005 ng g−1 lipid weight, what enabled detection of minor PBDE congeners.

Within this pilot study 103 breast milk samples, obtained from mothers living in Olomouc region, were examined. Ten PBDE congeners were determined. All samples examined till now contained PBDEs residues, the dominating contaminant representing this group was congener BDE 47. In most of analysed samples levels of this compound ranged from 0.2 to 2 ng g−1 of lipid weight. Three exceptionally contaminated samples, containing levels of PBDEs 5–10 times higher than other samples, were found.  相似文献

The analyses of low pentachlorophenol (PCP) in soils and earthworms require a sensitive and reliable analytical method. In this paper, several derivatization methods and extraction solvents were compared systematically. The derivatization reagents included acetic anhydride, 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl bromide (PFBBr) and diazomethane. Hexane, acetone, hexane–acetone (1:1), dichloromethane and methanol were used as the extraction solvents. PFBBr derivatization showed the highest sensitivity. The derivatization parameters of PFBBr including the amount of PFBBr, the power and irradiation time of microwave were optimized. As a result, 200 μl of PFBBr (10%) at 150 W of microwave oven for 30 min achieved the best result. The PFBBr derivatization method had the detection limit of 0.07 μg l−1 of PCP. Extraction by a mixture of hexane and acetone (1:1) showed the best recoveries. The recommended method was used to determine the low PCP in soils irrigated by wastewater and earthworms incubated in the corresponding soils. The concentrations of PCP in soils were in the range of 1.38–179 ng g−1, while those in earthworms were 11.2–262 ng g−1. The recoveries of the surrogate standard (trichlorophenol) ranged from 81.1% to 107%, demonstrating the merit of the method.  相似文献

Flow injection determination of nitrite by fluorescence quenching   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A simple, sensitive and selective fluorimetric method for the determination of nitrite ion in waters using a merging zones flow injection system is described. The fluorimetric determination is based on the measurement of the quenching effect produced by nitrite on proflavine (3,6-diaminoacridine) fluorescence (λexem=290/519 nm).

The optimum experimental conditions were investigated by merging 0.5 ml of the sample and 0.5 ml of a solution of 5 mg l−1 of proflavine (in 0.1 M HCl) in a flow injection system, on-line connected to a flow-cell placed in the conventional sample compartment of a spectrofluorimeter. The selected carrier solution and final flow rate were 0.1 M HCl and 0.5 ml min−1, respectively. A reaction coil of 2 ml was used. As a result of the simplicity of this system, a sample throughput of about 50 samples h−1 can be achieved with the proposed methodology.

The detection limit was 1.1 ng ml−1 (3σ criterion) of nitrite. The repeatability for five sample injections containing 100 ng ml−1 of nitrite was ±0.3% and the observed linear range extended up to 400 ng ml−1. Also, the effect of interferences from various metals and anions commonly present in waters was also studied.

The method was successfully applied to the determination of low levels of nitrite in different water samples (river, fountain, tap and commercial drinking waters).  相似文献

A simple procedure was developed for the speciation of inorganic arsenic by electrochemical hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (EcHG–AAS), without pre-reduction of As(V). Glassy carbon was selected as cathode material in the flow cell. An optimum catholyte concentration for simultaneous generation of arsine from As(III) and As(V) was 0.06 mol l−1 H2SO4. Under the optimized conditions, adequate sensitivity and difference in ratio of slopes of the calibration curves for As(III) and As(V) can be achieved at the electrolytic currents of 0.6 and 1 A. The speciation of inorganic arsenic can be performed by controlling the electrolytic currents, and the concentration of As(III) and As(V) in the sample can be calculated according to the equations of absorbance additivity obtained at two selected electrolytic currents. The calibration curves were linear up to 50 ng ml−1 for both As(III) and As(V) at 0.6 and 1 A. The detection limits of the method were 0.2 and 0.5 ng ml−1 for As(III) and As(V) at 0.6 A, respectively. The relative standard deviations were of 2.1% for 20 ng ml−1 As(III) and 2.5% for 20 ng ml−1 As(V). The method was validated by the analysis of human hair certified reference material and successfully applied to speciation of soluble inorganic arsenic in Chinese medicine.  相似文献

A novel, rapid and simple method by hydride generation-electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (HG-ETAAS) after direct As, Bi, Sb and Sn hydrides generation from untreated filters of atmospheric particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5) was optimised. PM10 and PM2.5 were not subjected to any pre-treatment: circular portions between 0.28 and 6.28 cm2 were directly placed into the reaction vessel of a batch mode generation system. A 28 × 3/64 Plackett–Burman design was used as a multivariate strategy for the evaluation of the effects of several variables affecting the hydride generation, trapping and atomisation efficiencies. Trapping temperature was the most statistically significant variable for As, Bi and Sn. Atomisation temperature was also statistically significant for Sb determination. Optimum values of significant variables were selected by using univariate optimisation approaches. An aqueous calibration method was used throughout. The developed method has been found to be precise with relative standard deviations of 6.2, 5.3, 9.1 and 7.5% for 11 determinations in a filter sample containing 0.7, 1.0, 1.4 and 1.7 μg l−1 for As, Bi, Sb and Sn, respectively. Results obtained by direct solid sampling-HG-ETAAS have been found statistically comparable with those obtained after conventional method based on an acid digestion followed to ICP-MS. Absolute detection limits were 37, 15, 30, and 41 ng l−1 for As, Bi, Sb and Sn, respectively. Detection limits referred to the air volume sampled (in the range of 0.020–0.050 ng m−3) were low enough for the determination of several hydride-forming elements from PM10 and PM2.5 samples collected in a non-polluted suburban area of A Coruña (NW Spain).  相似文献

A new assay of nucleic acids at nanogram level was established based on the enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) signals of two zwitterionics cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine (HSB) and lauryl betaine (BS-12). Under optimum conditions, the weak RLS signal of HSB is enhanced by nucleic acids, and the enhanced RLS intensity is proportional to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 0.02–7.3 mg l−1 for calf thymus DNA and 0.01–8.6 mg l−1 for fish sperm DNA. The detection limits were 1.5 ng ml−1 for calf thymus DNA and 1.9 ng ml−1 for fish sperm DNA. Plasmid DNA extracted from K-12-HB101 colt was determined with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Commercial non-food packaging materials of four different matrices (paper, low density polyethylene (LDPE), polyethylene-polypropylene (PE-PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE)) were examined for the content of Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Mo, Cd, Sb, Ba, Hg, Tl, Pb and U. The examined samples (0.17–0.35 g) were digested in HNO3 and H2O2 (papers, LDPE and PE-PP) and in HNO3, H2SO4 and H2O2 (HDPE) using microwave assisted high pressure system. The inductively coupled plasma-time of flight-mass spectrometry (ICP-TOFMS) has been employed as the detection technique. All measurements were carried out using internal standardization. Yttrium and rhodium (50 ng g−1) were used as internal standards. The detection and quantification limits obtained were in the range of 0.005 ng g−1 (52Cr) to 0.51 ng g−1 (66Zn) and 0.015 μg g−1 (52Cr) to 2.02 μg g−1 (66Zn) of dry mass, respectively. The evaluated contents (mg kg−1) of particular elements in the examined materials were as follows: 0.22–219; <1.05–9.03; 1.25–112; <2.02–449; <0.98–<1.30; <0.36–2.06; <0.29–113; <0.22–44.1; <0.06–57.4; <0.66–<0.88; <0.08–0.24; <0.13–1222 and <0.08–0.44 for Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Mo, Cd, Sb, Ba, Hg, Tl, Pb and U, respectively.  相似文献

This paper presents a study of the adsorption characteristics of a commercially available GC stationary phase Chromosorb 105 for Co2+, which can be successfully applied to the preconcentration of Co2+ in water samples followed by GFAAS determination. After reacting with 8-hydroxyquinoline to form a complex at pH 8.0, Co2+ in water can be retained on a minicolumn packed with Chromosorb 105 and eluted with 2.5 ml of a mixture of ethanol and 2 mol l−1 HNO3 (2+1, v/v). The recoveries of Co2+ from 200 ml of tap water, river water and bottled natural mineral water samples are quantitative. Conditions for quantitative and reproducible preconcentration, elution and subsequent GFAAS determination were studied. A highly sensitive, simple method for preconcentration and GFAAS determination of trace amount of cobalt in natural water samples using a Chromosorb 105 packed minicolumn has been proposed. The high retention efficiency (95%) for Co2+ provides a sensitivity enhancement of 80 for a 200 ml sample volume with a detection limit of 13.4 ng l−1 (3σ) and a quantification limit of 44.5 ng l−1 (10σ).  相似文献

A complete methodology for the determination of chloroanisoles and chlorophenols in cork material is proposed. The determination is accomplished by means of a previous liquid–solid extraction followed by stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) coupled to gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Two different liquid–solid extraction experiments were conducted and eight compounds considered (2,6-dichloroanisole, 2,4-dichloroanisole, 2,4,6-trichloroanisole, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 2,3,4,6-tetrachloroanisole, 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenol, pentachloroanisole and pentachlorophenol). From the results obtained we can conclude that high volume extraction extending extraction time up to 24 h is the best choice if we have to release compounds from the inner surfaces of cork stoppers. Recovery percentages ranged from 51% for pentachloroanisole to 81% for 2,4-dichloroanisole. This method allows the determination of an array of compounds involved in cork taint at very low levels from 1.2 ng g−1 for 2,4,6-tricholoroanisole to 23.03 ng g−1 for 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenol.  相似文献

A novel pervaporation-flow injection (PFI) system for the determination of As(III) in aqueous samples at μg l−1 level is described. The analytical procedure involved stopping the acceptor stream and injecting acidified As(III) samples into a 0.3 M HCl stream which was mixed with a 0.14 M sodium borohydride in 0.025 M NaOH stream. The arsine generated was transported in the pervaporation unit across a semi-permeable membrane (1.5 mm thickness) into the static acceptor solution containing 1.0×10−4 M KMnO4 in 0.1 M H2SO4 where it was oxidised. The acceptor stream was restarted after 6.5 min, and the decrease in permanganate absorbance at 528 nm was monitored to determine the initial concentration of As(III) in the samples. The method is characterised by a linear calibration range from 0.25 to 2000 μg l−1, a detection limit of 0.18 μg l−1 and a sampling frequency of 7 h−1. Samples containing As(V) were pre-treated with KI and HCl prior to injection to reduce As(V) to As(III). The effects of common anionic and cationic interferences, and the elimination of some metallic interferences using -cysteine are discussed. The method was applied to the analysis of environmental waters and the results were in good agreement with hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometric data.  相似文献

A solid phase extraction procedure based on biosorption of copper(II), lead(II), zinc(II), iron(III), nickel(II) and cobalt(II) ions on Aspergillus fumigatus immobilized Diaion HP-2MG has been investigated. The analytical conditions including amounts of A. fumigatus, eluent type, flow rates of sample and eluent solutions were examined. Good recoveries were obtained to the spiked natural waters. The influences of the concomitant ions on the retentions of the analytes were also examined. The detection limits (3sigma, N = 11) were 0.30 μg l−1 for copper, 0.32 μg l−1 for iron, 0.41 μg l−1 for zinc, 0.52 μg l−1 for lead, 0.59 μg l−1 for nickel and 0.72 μg l−1 for cobalt. The relative standard deviations of the procedure were below 7%. The validation of the presented procedure is performed by the analysis of three standard reference materials (NRCC-SLRS 4 Riverine Water, SRM 1515 Apple leaves and GBW 07605 Tea). The procedure was successfully applied for the determination of analyte ions in natural waters microwave digested samples including street dust, tomato paste, black tea, etc.  相似文献

Polystyrene–divinylbenzene (8%) has been functionalised by coupling it through an ---N=N--- group with 6-mercaptopurine. The resulting chelating resin has been characterised by using elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectra. The resin is highly selective for Hg(II) and Ag(I) and has been used for preconcentrating Hg(II) and Ag(I) prior to their determination by atomic absorption spectrometry. The maximum sorption capacity for Hg(II) and Ag(I) was found to be 1.74 and 0.52 mmol g−1, respectively, over the pH range 5.5–6.0. The calibration range for Hg(II) was linear up to 10 ng ml−1 with a 3σ detection limit of 0.02 ng ml−1; the calibration range for Ag(I) was linear up to 5 μg ml−1 with a detection limit of 29 ng ml−1. The recoveries of the metals were found to be 99.7±3.8 and 101.3±4.1% at the 95% confidence level for both Hg(II) and Ag(I). In column operation, it has been observed that Hg(II) and Ag(I) in trace quantities can be selectively separated from geological, medicinal and environmental samples.  相似文献
