A method for the determination of trace levels of triazines and organophosphorus pesticides in water is presented. The extraction method is based on a solid-phase extraction on C-18 bound silica SPE cartridges. A precolumn filled with Merck C-18 bound silica and home-made C-18 bound silica have been tested at a flow-rate of 3 ml/min with comparable preconcentration yields. A SIM-MS method using a 15N labelled internal standard has been developed for the organophosphorus pesticides. Detection limits lower than 1 g/L have been obtained. Separations have been carried out on a conventional GC column OV 17 (1 m) and a capillary column OV 17 (25 m) with a temperature program from 150° C (2 min) to 300° C (rate of 6° C/min).  相似文献

以氧化石墨烯气凝胶三维纳米材料作为固相萃取的吸附剂,结合高效液相色谱,对食品中的有机磷农药(辛硫磷、双硫磷、倍硫磷、杀螟硫磷)进行检测分析。首先,利用冷冻干燥的方式制备得到氧化石墨烯气凝胶,通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、比表面积吸附等一系列的实验手段对其形貌及物理特性进行了表征,证明其成功合成。从扫描电镜中可见石墨烯的层状褶皱结构,其表面积为740.51 m^(2)/g。然后,将氧化石墨烯气凝胶直接填充于固相萃取柱中,在未借助任何硅胶等基体的条件下进行萃取研究;通过单因素实验,系统研究了萃取和洗脱条件对有机磷农药萃取回收率的影响。结果显示,在上样体积15 mL、样品溶液pH值4、上样速率1.0 mL/min、洗脱剂1.0 mL乙腈的条件下萃取回收率最高。与商用的萃取材料进行比较,包括碳十八硅胶柱(C18)、阴离子交换柱(SAX)、氨基柱(-NH_(2))和硅酸镁柱(Florisil),氧化石墨烯气凝胶填充的固相萃取柱的萃取回收率有明显提高。实验考察了氧化石墨烯气凝胶直接填充的萃取柱的寿命,结果显示该萃取柱可以重复使用15次,可见解决了分散无基体支撑的石墨烯纳米片容易破碎、堵塞筛板的问题。与液相色谱联用建立分析方法,4种有机磷农药的线性范围较宽,辛硫磷、双硫磷和倍硫磷的线性范围为1~200μg/L,杀螟硫磷的线性范围为2~200μg/L,线性拟合良好(线性相关系数r^(2)≥0.9949),检出限为0.2~0.5μg/L,满足于我国和其他国家限定标准的检测。将该方法应用于实际样品,在苹果皮中未检测到有机磷农药,对其进行加标,回收率为70.5%~93.6%,相对标准偏差≤10.4%。  相似文献

以金属网为基体材料,通过化学键合的方式将氧化石墨烯和Au纳米颗粒层层组装到金属网表面,得到一种Au纳米颗粒改性的石墨烯气凝胶修饰的金属网萃取材料,并应用于有机磷农药的富集检测.与商用的萃取材料进行对比,相较于SAX、C18、-NH_(2)、Carb、Florisil等材料,金纳米颗粒改性的三维石墨烯气凝胶金属网对有机磷农药分子的萃取回收率明显提高.在优化的条件下,方法对有机磷农药检测的线性范围较宽(辛硫磷和杀螟硫磷:1~200μg/L,双硫磷和倍硫磷:0.5~200μg/L),线性拟合良好(r≥0.9906),检测限为0.1~0.2μg/L.萃取材料制备简单、成本低、重现性及灵敏度好,将其应用于香菜中有机磷农药的检测,未检出,测定加标回收率为70.4%~97.7%,相对标准偏差为3.9%~10.3%.  相似文献

采用改良Stöber法制备420 nm亚微米单分散二氧化硅微球,采用C18硅烷化修饰后装填成毛细管色谱柱。采用该色谱柱,在加压毛细管电色谱平台上成功地实现了3对手性三唑类农药烯效唑、烯唑醇和丙环唑的同时拆分和分离。考察了各因素对手性分离效果的影响,优化后的色谱条件为:流动相为乙腈-20 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=6.8)(45:55,v/v),其中缓冲液中含20 mmol/L羟丙基-γ-环糊精(HP-γ-CD);泵流速为0.04 mL/min;施加电压-9.4 kV;检测波长220 nm。在上述条件下,烯效唑、烯唑醇和丙环唑3种对映体同时得到拆分和分离,相邻两峰之间的分离度依次为4.20、12.9、4.41、4.09、1.70,分离时间仅为12 min,柱效最高达到310000 plates/m。该研究为手性三唑类农药的同时分离提供了新的分离分析思路。  相似文献

A rapid and simple method using accelerated solvent extraction and solid-phase extraction cleanup was developed and validated for the determination of 15 organophosphorus pesticides in ginkgo leaves by capillary gas chromatography with flame photometric detection. The pesticides were extracted at 100 degrees C under 1500 psi pressure in <20 min. The average recovery from 10 g ginkgo leaves, fortified at 3 levels ranging from 0.05 to 1.00 mg/kg, was 95.2% with a relative standard deviation of 4.6%. The limits of detection ranged from 1.11 x 10(-3) mg/kg (dimethoate) to 4.44 x 10(-3) mg/kg (dichlorvos). The proposed method showed acceptable accuracy and precision while minimizing environmental concerns, time, and labor. Furthermore, the method could be easily applied to the monitoring of these 15 organophosphorus pesticides in ginkgo leaves.  相似文献

A high-performance liquid-chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of five penicillin compounds (benzylpenicillin, phenoxymethylpenicillin, oxacillin, cloxacillin, and dicloxacillin) at trace levels in commercially available milk samples. This method comprises extraction of the lipids with ethyl acetate, clean-up and concentration on a C-18 solid-phase extraction column, and derivatization with 1,2,4-triazole and mercury(II) chloride solution, pH 8, at 65 degrees C for 10 min. The derivatized compounds are eluted from a C-2 column with a mobile phase containing acetonitrile and phosphate buffer loaded with sodium thiosulfate and tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate as ion-pairing reagent. The limit of determination was found to be 4 microg L(-1) milk for benzylpenicillin and 10 microg L(-1) for the others. This meets EU criteria according to decision No. 93/256/EEC.  相似文献

A method for simultaneous determination of 11 organophosphorus pesticides residues in river water by MWCNTs-solid phase extraction combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry was developed. After centrifugation and filtration, the target pesticides were enriched with MWCNTs-SPE cartridge. Then the pesticides adsorbed on MWCNTs were eluted with ethyl acetate and dichloromethane, the eluent was dried-up under nitrogen flow and the residue was dissolved in methanol-water (1:1, v/v) as sample solution. The separation was accomplished on a C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.1% formic acid at 0.20 mL/min in gradient elution. The pesticides were detected in multiple reaction monitoring mode by a triple quadruple mass spectrometer. Good linearities were obtained within 1–200 ng/L, with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.998. The detection and quantification limits were in the ranges of 0.02–1.00 ng/L and 0.07–3.33 ng/L, respectively. The recoveries and relative standard deviations were in the range of 88.3–124.9% and 0.12–20.5%, respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the detection of 34 urban river water samples from Chengdu, China and 7 organophosphorus pesticides were detected with the concentrations of 0.32–211 ng/L.  相似文献

农产品中多种农药残留的气相色谱-质谱联用法测定   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
建立了同时检测大白菜、苹果、大豆和豆沙中211种农药残留的气相色谱-质谱联用法。农药经乙腈-水溶液匀质提取,C18固相萃取柱净化和PSA固相萃取柱净化,洗脱液浓缩后用丙酮-正己烷(1∶1)溶解,经HP-5MS石英毛细管柱分离后,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪采用选择离子扫描方式测定,外标法定量。结果表明211种农药在0.05~0.5 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.975~0.998,其定量下限为0.002~0.020 mg/kg。在0.1 mg/kg加标水平下,211种农药在大白菜、苹果、大豆和豆沙中的平均回收率为67%~117%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~23.8%。该方法操作简单、净化效果好、灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜、水果等农产品中多种农药残留的测定。  相似文献

A simple and rapid gas chromatographic (GC) method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of combinations of acetaminophen, phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride, guaifenesin, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, caffeine, chlorpheniramine maleate, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in cough and cold tablets and syrups. After extraction of the analyte with alkaline ethyl acetate, 2 microL extract was injected (splitting ratio of 50:1) into a gas chromatograph equipped with a CBP1-M25-025 fused silica capillary column (25 m x 0.22 mm; film thickness, 0.25 microm). The column temperature was held at 150 degrees C for 5 min, increased to 175 degrees C at 3 degrees C/min, and increased to 270 degreesC at 10 degrees C/min. The temperatures of the flame ionization detector and injector were maintained at 300 degrees C. The GC method is inexpensive, rapid, accurate, and precise, and thus it can be used for routine analysis of tablet and syrup preparations in quality control laboratories of pharmaceutical companies.  相似文献

The combination of a programmable temperature vaporisation (PTV) injector with resistive heating GC (RH-GC), a form of fast GC, has been applied to the analysis of organophosphorus (OP) pesticides. The PTV injector was optimised in the 'at-once' solvent vent mode for the injection of ethyl acetate (10-40 microL) or ACN (10 microL). The short RH-GC column (5 m x 0.25 mm ID) with fast temperature ramps (up to 153 degrees C/ min) allowed the separation of a total of 20 OP pesticides in less than 6 min. Average recoveries between 67 and 119% were obtained for pesticides spiked at 0.01 mg/kg into apple and pear matrix. Extraction of orange juice with ACN provided higher recoveries (92-104%) for methamidophos, acephate and omethoate compared to ethyl acetate (62-73%). Results for analysis of OP pesticides in samples containing incurred residues were in good agreement with those obtained using GC-MS. The overall method was rapid, allowing 20 samples to be analysed in 4 h.  相似文献

以自制改性多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)和N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)填料分层填装的双层固相萃取柱为净化柱,建立了测定陈皮及其制品中11种有机磷农药残留的分析方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取、离心后,固相萃取柱净化,净化液经Agilent RTS-1701毛细管柱分离,火焰光度检测器检测,外标法定量。考察了填料类型、填料用量、洗脱方式等因素对提取效率的影响。在优化条件下,11种有机磷农药检测的线性范围为0.020~1.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.9990~0.9998,检出限为3.5~9.6 μ g/kg。样品在10、25、100 μg/kg 3种水平下的加标回收率为50.8%~109%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~8.5%。该法准确度和灵敏度高、操作简单、快速,检出限能满足对有机磷农药残留的限量要求。自制固相萃取柱可降低成本,值得推广应用。  相似文献

建立了中草药中有机氯类农药残留量的固相萃取-毛细管气相色谱(SPE-CGC)分析方法。对丹参、黄芩、射干、白芍、白芷、天南星、牛蒡子、知母、桔梗共9种中草药中六六六的4种异构体、滴滴涕的4种异构体、七氯、艾氏剂、环氧七氯、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂共13种有机氯农药的残留量进行了测定。以丙酮-正己烷混合物作提取剂,采用超声波提取样品,然后用Florisil固相萃取小柱快速净化提取物。采用SPB-5弹性石英毛细管气相色谱柱分离样品,电化学检测器进行检测。13种农药的峰面积与其质量浓度均有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998。最小检测量为0.064~0.61 μg/L;样品的加标回收率为87.3%~102.3%(相对标准偏差为1.3%~6.8%)。该法简便快速、灵敏准确,具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

A miniaturized method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion coupled to solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (MSPD-SPE-HPLC/DAD) was developed for the trace simultaneous determination of the following organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in bovine tissue: parathion-methyl, fenitrothion, parathion, chlorfenvinphos, diazinon, ethion, fenchlorphos, chlorpyrifos and carbophenothion. To perform the coupling between MSPD and SPE, 0.05 g of sample was dispersed with 0.2 g of C(18) silica sorbent and packed into a stainless steel cartridge containing 0.05 g of silica gel in the bottom. After a clean-up of high and medium polarity interferences with water and an acetonitrile:water mixture, the OPPs were desorbed from the MSPD cartridge with pure acetonitrile and directly transferred to a dynamic mixing chamber for dilution with water and preconcentration into an SPE 20 mm × 2.0 mm I.D. C(18) silica column. Subsequently, the OPPs were eluted on-line with the chromatographic mobile phase to the analytical column and the diode array detector for their separation and detection, respectively. The method was validated and yielded recovery values between 91% and 101% and precision values, expressed as relative standard deviations (RSD), which were less than or equal to 12%. Linearity was good and ranged from 0.5 to 10 μg g(-1), and the limits of detection of the OPPs were in the range of 0.04-0.25 μg g(-1). The method was satisfactorily applied to the analysis of real samples and is recommended for food control, research efforts when sample amounts are limited, and laboratories that have ordinary chromatographic instrumentation.  相似文献

A simple, rapid continuous-flow solid-phase extraction method with gas chromatographic detection for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides is proposed. The continuous system consists of an adsorbent column where pesticides are preconcentrated and subsequently eluted with ethyl acetate. Various sorbent materials were assayed of which RP-C18 was found to provide the best results, with a sorption efficiency close to 100%. A comparative study of the determination of pesticides in aqueous samples was conducted using gas chromatography with nitrogen-phosphorus (NPD) and flame ionization (FID) detection. The detection limits of the method for 10 ml of sample were between 50-130 ng/l and 4.5-1 1.7 microg/l with NPD and FID detection, respectively. The method was used to determine organophosphorus pesticides in river, pond, well and tap waters, all with good precision (2.9-4.3%) and recoveries ranging from 93.8 to 104.5%.  相似文献

在蔬菜种植中经常使用的有机磷农药马拉硫磷、甲基对硫磷、敌百虫及乙酰甲胺磷可能转化的主要代谢产物分别为O,O-二甲基二硫代磷酸酯、对硝基酚、敌敌畏及甲胺磷。根据蔬菜色素等基质的含量不同采用不同的净化方法,色素含量高的蔬菜采用活性炭和弗罗里硅土串联固相萃取小柱净化,其他蔬菜采用弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化。色谱分离选择ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC色谱柱,以乙腈和5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,得到的分离效果较好;质谱采用电喷雾正或负离子电离、多反应监测模式检测。液相色谱-质谱检测的基质效应为15.3%~45.1%;4种有机磷农药及其代谢物的方法回收率为76.9%~102.8%,相对标准偏差为5.92%~10.19%;定量限范围为0.001~0.01 mg/L;在0.01~1.00 mg/L范围内线性相关系数为0.9982~0.9999。方法具有良好的回收率、相对标准偏差、定量限及线性关系,适合蔬菜中有机磷及代谢物的检测,应用该检测方法对农贸市场购买的白菜、辣椒、西红柿及洋葱进行了检测。  相似文献

Summary A gas chromatographic method employing a capillary column and a selective nitrogen/phosphorus detector (NPD) has been developed for the determination of organophosphorus (OP) and organonitrogen (NP) pesticides in horticultural samples (apples). The separation of sixteen pesticides and the internal standard was performed in thirteen minutes. The analytical characteristics of the method, including linear response ranges, detection limits, and reproducibility, have been studied using a 11 mixture of ethyl acetate and xylene as extraction solvent. The possibility of mutual interference between pesticides has also been studied. A procedure for the quantitative extraction of the sixteen pesticides from apple samples has also been developed; for fifteen of the pesticides recoveries >85% were obtained after 90 minutes extraction. The effect of different solvents both on recovery and on the sensitivity of the subsequent chromatography were also investigated. It was found that the sensitivity required must be considered when the solvent for sample treatment is selected.  相似文献

A new sol–gel hybrid methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane was prepared as sorbent for solid‐phase extraction. The extraction efficiency of the prepared sol–gel hybrid methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane was assessed by using three selected organophosphorus pesticides, namely, chlorpyrifos, profenofos, and malathion. Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was used for detection of organophosphorus pesticides. Several vital parameters were optimized to identify the best extraction conditions. Under the optimum extraction conditions, solid‐phase extraction‐methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane method showed good linearity range (0.05‐1 μg/mL) with coefficient of determination more than 0.995. The limits of detection obtained were in the range of 0.01–0.07 μg/mL and limits of quantification ranging from 0.03 to 0.21 μg/mL. The limits of detection obtained for the developed method were 2.3–6.5× lower than the limits of detection of commercial octadecyl silica sorbent. Real samples analysis was carried out by applying the developed method on red apple and purple grape samples. The developed method exhibited good recoveries (88.33–120.7%) with low relative standard deviations ranging from 1.6 to 3.3% compared to commercial octadecyl silica sorbent, which showed acceptable recoveries (70.3–100.2%) and relative standard deviations (6.3–8.8%). The solid‐phase extraction‐methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane method is presented as an alternative extraction method for determination of organophosphorus pesticides.  相似文献
