The title compound, 3,5‐Dimethyl‐pyrazole‐1‐carbodithioic acid benzyl ester, has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra, and UV‐Vis spectrum. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121, with a = 5.3829(15), b = 11.193(3), c = 21.824(6) Å, V = 1315.0(6) Å3, and Z = 4. The molecules are connected via intermolecular C–H···N hydrogen bonds into 1D infinite chains. The crystal structure is consolidated by the intramolecular C–H···S hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, Density functional theory (DFT) calculations of the structure, stabilities, orbital energies, composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals and Mulliken charge distributions of the title compound were performed by means of Gaussian 03W package and taking B3LYP/6‐31G(d) basis set. The time‐dependent DFT (TD‐DFT) calculations have been employed to calculate the electronic spectrum of the title compound, and the UV‐Vis spectra has been discussed on this basis. The results show that DFT method at B3LYP/6‐31G(d) level can well reproduce the structure of the title compound. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Quantum Chem, 2012  相似文献

The terahertz (THz) spectrum of the pharmaceutical (1R,2S)‐(?)‐ephedrine from 8.0 to 100.0 cm?1 is investigated at liquid‐nitrogen (78.4 K) temperature. The spectrum exhibits several distinct features in this range that are characteristic of the crystal form of the compound. A complete structural analysis and vibrational assignment of the experimental spectrum is performed using solid‐state density functional theory (DFT) and cryogenic single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Theoretical modeling of the compound includes an array of density functionals and basis sets with the final assignment of the THz spectrum performed at a PW91/6‐311G(d,p) level of theory, which provides excellent solid‐state simulation agreement with experiment. The solid‐state analysis indicates that the seven experimental spectral features observed at low temperature consist of 13 IR‐active vibrational modes. Of these modes, nine are external crystal vibrations and provide approximately 57 % of the predicted spectral intensity. This study demonstrates that the THz spectra of complex pharmaceuticals may be well reproduced by solid‐state DFT calculations and that inclusion of the crystalline environment is necessary for realistic and accurate simulations.  相似文献

Four ZnII/CdII coordination polymers (CPs) based on 2‐(4‐carboxy‐phenyl)imidazo[4, 5‐f]‐1, 10‐phenanthroline (HNCP) and different derivatives of 5‐R‐1, 3‐benzenedicarboxylate (5‐R‐1, 3‐BDC) (R = NO2, H, OH), [Zn(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 1 ), [Cd(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 2 ), [Zn(HNCP)(1, 3‐BDC)(H2O)2]n ( 3 ), and {[Zn(HNCP)(5‐OH‐1, 3‐BDC)(H2O) · H2O}n ( 4 ) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1 – 4 were determined by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous, presenting a 4‐connected uninodal (4, 4)‐sql 2D framework with threefold interpenetration, which are further extended into the three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture through π ··· π stacking interactions between the aryl rings of 5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC. Compared to compound 1 , 3 is obtained by using different reaction temperatures and metal‐ligand ratios, generating a 3D framework with –ABAB– fashion via π ··· π stacking interactions. Compound 4 is a 1D chain, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular net by hydrogen bonds and π ··· π stacking interactions. The thermogravimetric and fluorescence properties of 1 – 4 were also explored.  相似文献

1N‐Phenyl‐3‐(2,4‐dichlorophenyl)‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐pyrazoline has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV‐Vis and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Density functional calculations have been carried out for the title compound by using the B3LYP method with a 6‐311G** basis set. The calculated results show that the predicted geometry can reproduce well the structural parameters. The electronic absorption spectra calculated in the gas phase are better than those calculated in EtOH solvent to model the experimental electronic spectra. Natural Bond Orbital (NBO) analyses suggest that the above electronic transitions are mainly assigned to π → π* transitions. On the basis of vibrational analyses, the thermodynamic properties of the compound at different temperatures have been calculated, revealing the correlations between C0p, m, S0m, H0m and temperature.  相似文献

The molecular geometry, vibrational frequencies, and gauge including atomic orbital (GIAO) 1H‐ and 13C NMR chemical shift values of the title compound in the ground state have been calculated using the Hartree‐Fock (HF) and density functional theory (DFT) methods with 6‐31G(d) basis sets, and compared with the experimental data. The calculated results show that the optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structural parameters and the theoretical vibrational frequencies, and 1H‐ and 13C NMR chemical shift values show good agreement with experimental data. To determine conformational flexibility, the molecular energy profile of the title compound was obtained by semiempirical (AM1) calculations with respect to the selected torsion angle, which was varied from ?180° to +180° in steps of 10°. The energetic behavior of the title compound in solvent media was examined using the B3LYP method with the 6‐31G(d) basis set by applying the Onsager and the polarizable continuum model (PCM). The results obtained with these methods reveal that the PCM method provided more stable structure than Qnsager's method. By using TD‐DFT method, electronic absorption spectra of the title compound have been predicted and a good agreement with the TD‐DFT method and the experimental one is determined. The predicted nonlinear optical properties of the title compound are much greater than ones of urea. In addition, the molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), frontier molecular orbitals (FMO) analysis, NBO analysis and thermodynamic properties of the title compound were investigated using theoretical calculations. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The molecular structure of the title salt, C11H17N4+·H2PO4, has been determined from single‐crystal X‐ray analysis and compared with the structure calculated by density functional theory (DFT) at the BLYP level. The crystal packing in the title compound is stabilized primarily by intermolecular N—H...O, O—H...N and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, and thus a three‐dimensional supramolecular honeycomb network consisting of R42(10), R44(14) and R44(24) ring motifs is established. The HOMO–LUMO energy gap (1.338 eV; HOMO is the highest occupied molecular orbital and LUMO is the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) indicates a high chemical reactivity for the title compound.  相似文献

4‐[(E)‐2‐(4‐Carboxyphenyl)diazenyl]‐morpholine ( 1 ) was prepared in 33% yield from a coupling reaction between morpholine and the diazonium ion formed from 4‐aminobenzoic acid. X‐ray structural analysis of 1 yielded two important insights into its structure: the geometry of the N―N double bond and the partial delocalization across the linear triazene moiety. The absorption spectra of 1 in dilute acetonitrile and 2‐methyltetrahydrofuran solutions both featured an intense (ε ≈ 20,000 M?1cm?1) band centered at 320–324 nm that was assigned as a mixture of π → π* and n → π* transitions. Emission was observed at 383 and 379 nm from dilute acetonitrile and 2‐methyltetrahydrofuran solutions of 1 , respectively, with the latter being red‐shifted to 439 nm at 77 K. Emission lifetime data for compound 1 provided evidence that the emission was a mixture of two excited state transitions.  相似文献

The reaction of [1,3‐bis(2‐ethoxy)benzene]triazene, [ HL ], with Hg(SCN)2 and Hg(CH3COO)2, resulted in the formation of the complexes [Hg L (SCN)] ( 1 ) and [Hg L 2] · CH3OH ( 2 ). They were characterized by means of X‐ray crystallography, CHN analysis, FT‐IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The structure of compound 1 consists of two independent complexes in which the HgII atoms are stacked along the crystallographic a axis to form infinite chains. Each HgII atom is chelated by one L ligand and one SCN ligand, whereas in compound 2 , the HgII atom is surrounded by two L ligands. In addition, 1D chains formed by metal–π interactions are connected to each other by C–H ··· π stacking interactions in the structure of 1 , which results in a 2D architecture. An interesting feature of compound 2 is the presence of C–H ··· π edge‐to‐face interactions.  相似文献

1,2,3,4,6‐Penta‐O‐acetyl‐α‐d ‐glucopyranose and the corresponding [1‐2H], [2‐2H], [3‐2H], [4‐2H], [5‐2H], and [6,6‐2H2]‐labeled compounds were prepared for measuring deuterium/hydrogen‐induced effects on 13C chemical shift nΔ (DHIECS) values. A conformational analysis of the nondeuterated compound was achieved using density functional theory (DFT) molecular models that allowed calculation of several structural properties as well as Boltzmann‐averaged 13C NMR chemical shifts by using the gauge‐including atomic orbital method. It was found that the DFT‐calculated C–H bond lengths correlate with 1Δ DHIECS. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The title compound ( 1 ), 4‐(1‐benzyl‐5‐methyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐6‐(2,4‐dichlorophenyl)pyrimidin‐2‐amine (C20H16Cl2N6), was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and 13C NMR and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes as a colourless needle shaped in the triclinic system, space group P‐1 with cell constants: a = 10.7557(11) Å, b = 12.7078(17) Å, c = 15.511(2) Å, α = 68.029(4)0, β = 86.637(5)0, γ = 87.869(4)0; V = 1962.4 (4) Å3, Z = 4. There are two structurally similar but crystallographically independent molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, which is linked via N‐H…Cl hydrogen bond. An intramolecular C‐H…N hydrogen also occurs in each molecule. In the crystal, each of independent molecules forms a centrosymmetric dimer with an R22(8) ring motifs through a pair of N‐H…N hydrogen bonds. These dimers are further connected by intermolecular N‐H…Cl and C‐H…Cl hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite two dimensional supramolecular network lying parallel to the [010] plane. The molecular geometry was also optimized using density functional theory (DFT/B3LYP) method with the 6‐311G (d, p) basis set and compared with the experimental data. Mulliken population analyses on atomic charges, HOMO‐LUMO energy levels, Molecular electrostatic potential and chemical reactivity of the title compound were investigated by theoretical calculations. The thermo dynamical properties of the title compound at different temperature have been calculated and corresponding relations between the properties and temperature have also been obtained. The in vitro antibacterial activity has been screened against Gram‐positive (Bacillus cerus and Staphylococcus epidermidis) and Gram‐Negative (Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter baumannii and Proteus vulgaris). The results revealed that the compound exhibited good to moderate antibacterial activity.  相似文献

The electrospray ionization collisionally activated dissociation (CAD) mass spectra of protonated 2,4,6‐tris(benzylamino)‐1,3,5‐triazine (1) and 2,4,6‐tris(benzyloxy)‐1,3,5‐triazine (6) show abundant product ion of m/z 181 (C14H13+). The likely structure for C14H13+ is α‐[2‐methylphenyl]benzyl cation, indicating that one of the benzyl groups must migrate to another prior to dissociation of the protonated molecule. The collision energy is high for the ‘N’ analog (1) but low for the ‘O’ analog (6) indicating that the fragmentation processes of 1 requires high energy. The other major fragmentations are [M + H‐toluene]+ and [M + H‐benzene]+ for compounds 1 and 6, respectively. The protonated 2,4,6‐tris(4‐methylbenzylamino)‐1,3,5‐triazine (4) exhibits competitive eliminations of p‐xylene and 3,6‐dimethylenecyclohexa‐1,4‐diene. Moreover, protonated 2,4,6‐tris(1‐phenylethylamino)‐1,3,5‐triazine (5) dissociates via three successive losses of styrene. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations indicate that an ion/neutral complex (INC) between benzyl cation and the rest of the molecule is unstable, but the protonated molecules of 1 and 6 rearrange to an intermediate by the migration of a benzyl group to the ring ‘N’. Subsequent shift of a second benzyl group generates an INC for the protonated molecule of 1 and its product ions can be explained from this intermediate. The shift of a second benzyl group to the ring carbon of the first benzyl group followed by an H‐shift from ring carbon to ‘O’ generates the key intermediate for the formation of the ion of m/z 181 from the protonated molecule of 6. The proposed mechanisms are supported by high resolution mass spectrometry data, deuterium‐labeling and CAD experiments combined with DFT calculations. Two coordination polymers, [Cd(Heidc)(bpp)]n ( 1 ) and [Zn3 (eidc)2(bpp)(H2O)2] · 2H2O}n ( 2 ) (H3eidc = 2‐ethyl‐4,5‐imidazole dicarboxylic acid, bpp = 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, spectroscopy single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analyses. Compound 1 features a 2D layer formed by C–H ··· π stacking interactions between adjacent chains, whereas compound 2 shows a 3D (83)2(85.10)‐tfc framework constructed of the 2D (6,3) layer. The result demonstrates that the central metal atoms play a key role in governing the coordination motifs. Moreover, solid‐state properties such as thermal stabilities and photoluminescence of 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title bifunctional silicon‐bridged compound, C35H31NSi, (I), has been determined. The compound crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c. In the crystal structure, the pairs of aryl rings in the two different chromophores, i.e. 9‐phenyl‐9H‐carbazole and 9,9‐dimethyl‐9H‐fluorene, are positioned orthogonally. In the crystal packing, no classical hydrogen bonding is observed. UV–Vis absorption and fluorescence emission spectra show that the central Si atom successfully breaks the electronic conjugation between the two different chromophores, and this was further analysed by density functional theory (DFT) calculations.  相似文献

The title ligand, [1‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)]triazene, H L ( 1 ), was prepared. In a reaction with Hg(NO3)2 it forms the complex [Hg(C26H22Cl2N6O2)], [Hg L 2] ( 2 ). Both compounds were characterized by means of X‐ray crystallography, CHN analysis, FT‐IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. In the structure of compound 1 , two independent fragments are present in the unit cell. They exhibit trans arrangement about the –N=N– double bond. The dihedral angles between two benzene rings in both fragments are 4.36 and 18.79 Å, respectively. Non‐classic C–H ··· N hydrogen bonding and C–H ··· π interactions form a layer structure along the crystallographic ab plane [110]. In compound 2 , the HgII atom is hexacoordinated by two tridentate [1‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)]triazenide ligands through a N2O2 set. In addition, in the structure of 2 , monomeric complexes are connected to each other by C–H ··· π stacking interactions, resulting in a 2D architecture. These C–H ··· π edge‐to‐face interactions are present with H ··· π distances of 3.156 and 3.027 Å. The results of studies of the stoichiometry and formation of complex 2 in methanol solution were found to support its solid state stoichiometry.  相似文献

Novel cobalt complex of 4‐amino‐N‐(6‐chloropyridazin‐3‐yl)benzene sulfonamide (sulfachloropyridazine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility (VSM). Cobalt complex of Sulfachloropyridazine (Co‐SCP) crystallized in monoclinic space group P21/n with Z = 4. The structure is solved by direct method and refined to R = 0.099 for 4720 reflections with I ?4σ(I). The results of FT‐IR spectra suggest the binding of cobalt atom to the sulfonamide ligand which is in agreement with the crystal structure determination. In crystal structure, molecule is linked via, C‐H … π, C‐Cl … π and π … π intermolecular interactions. The computational studies like the optimization energy and root means square deviation compare with single crystal structure, frontier molecular orbital (Homo‐Lumo energy) and binding energy of the Co‐SCP has been carried out using DFT/B3LYP level of theory in gaseous phase. Hirshfeld surfaces and the 2D‐fingerprint analysis are performed to study the nature of interactions and their measurable contributions towards crystal packing. The interaction of the complex with DNA is investigated using viscosity measurement and absorption titration studies. The result shows the complex bind to DNA with intercalative mode with high DNA‐binding constant (Kb). Also, in vivo and in vitro cytotoxic studies are performed using S. pombe cells and brine shrimp lethality bioassay. DNA‐cleavage study shows better cleaving ability of the complex.  相似文献

Yellow needle‐shaped crystals of the title compound, {[Ag(C30H22N4)][Ag(NO3)2]}n, were obtained by the reaction of AgNO3 and 9,10‐bis(benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)anthracene (L) in a 2:1 ratio. The asymmetric unit consists of two AgI cations, one half L ligand and one nitrate anion. One AgI cation occupies a crystallographic inversion centre and links two N‐atom donors of two distinct L ligands to form an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer. The second AgI cation lies on a crystallographic twofold axis and is coordinated by two O‐atom donors of two nitrate anions to form an [Ag(NO3)2] counter‐ion. The polymeric chains are linked into a supramolecular framework via weak Ag...O [3.124 (5) Å] and Ag...π (2.982 Å) interactions (π is the centroid of an outer anthracene benzene ring). The π interactions contain two short Ag...C contacts [2.727 (6) and 2.765 (6) Å], which can be considered to define Ag–η2‐anthracene bonding interactions. In comparison with a previously reported binuclear AgI complex [Du, Hu, Zhang, Zeng & Bu (2008). CrystEngComm, 10 , 1866–1874], this new one‐dimensional coordination polymer was obtained by changing the metal–ligand ratio during the synthesis.  相似文献

In the title compound, C11H7NO4, there is a dihedral angle of 45.80 (7)° between the planes of the benzene and maleimide rings. The presence of O—H...O hydrogen bonding and weak C—H...O interactions allows the formation of R33(19) edge‐connected rings parallel to the (010) plane. Structural, spectroscopic and theoretical studies were carried out. Density functional theory (DFT) optimized structures at the B3LYP/6–311 G(d,p) and 6–31++G(d,p) levels are compared with the experimentally determined molecular structure in the solid state. Additional IR and UV theoretical studies allowed the presence of functional groups and the transition bands of the system to be identified.  相似文献
