The title 2:1 complex of 3‐nitrophenol (MNP) and 4,4′‐bipyridyl N,N′‐dioxide (DPNO), 2C6H5NO3·C10H8N2O2 or 2MNP·DPNO, crystallizes as a centrosymmetric three‐component adduct with a dihedral angle of 59.40 (8)° between the planes of the benzene rings of MNP and DPNO (the DPNO moiety lies across a crystallographic inversion centre located at the mid‐point of the C—C bond linking its aromatic rings). The complex owes its formation to O—H...O hydrogen bonds [O...O = 2.605 (3) Å]. Molecules are linked by intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N interactions forming R21(6) and R22(10) rings, and R66(34) and R44(26) macro‐rings, all of which are aligned along the [01] direction, and R22(10) and R21(7) rings aligned along the [010] direction. The combination of chains of rings along the [01] and [010] directions generates the three‐dimensional structure. A total of 27 systems containing the DNPO molecule and forming molecular complexes of an organic nature were analysed and compared with the structural characteristics of the dioxide reported here. The N—O distance [1.325 (2) Å] depends not only on the interactions involving the O atom at the N—O group, but also on the structural ordering and additional three‐dimensional interactions in the crystal structure. A density functional theory (DFT) optimized structure at the B3LYP/6‐311G(d,p) level is compared with the molecular structure in the solid state.  相似文献

2,2,2‐Trinitroethanol, C2H3N3O7, at 100 (2) K has Z′ = 2 in the space group P21/c. The structure displays intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds, as well as intermolecular O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonding; the O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming R44(8) rings, and dipolar nitro–nitro interactions account for the high density of 1.839 Mg m−3.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title 4‐chlorophenyl, (I), and 2‐chlorophenyl, (II), compounds, both C14H12ClNO2, have been determined using X‐ray diffraction techniques and the molecular structures have also been optimized at the B3LYP/6‐31 G(d,p) level using density functional theory (DFT). The X‐ray study shows that the title compounds both have strong intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds and that the crystal networks are primarily determined by weak C—H...π and van der Waals interactions. The strong intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bond is evidence of the preference for the phenol–imine tautomeric form in the solid state. The IR spectra of the compounds were recorded experimentally and also calculated for comparison. The results from both the experiment and theoretical calculations are compared in this study.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the racemic form of the title compound, C12H15NOS, contains four crystallographically independent molecules. The olefinic bond connecting the 2‐thienyl and 1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ol moieties has Z geometry. Strong hydrogen bonding occurs in a directed co‐operative O—H...O—H...O—H...O—H R44(8) pattern that influences the conformation of the molecules. Co‐operative C—H...π interactions between thienyl rings are also present. The average dihedral angle between adjacent thienyl rings is 87.09 (4)°.  相似文献

The molecules of racemic 3‐benzoylmethyl‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H13NO3, (I), are linked by a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(10) and R44(12) rings. Five monosubstituted analogues of (I), namely racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐methylbenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C17H15NO3, (II), racemic 3‐[(4‐fluorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12FNO3, (III), racemic 3‐[(4‐chlorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12ClNO3, (IV), racemic 3‐[(4‐bromobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12BrNO3, (V), and racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐nitrobenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C16H12N2O5, (VI), are isomorphous in space group P. In each of compounds (II)–(VI), a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds generates a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(8) and R22(10) rings, and these chains are linked into sheets by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. No two of the structures of (II)–(VI) exhibit the same combination of weak hydrogen bonds of C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) types. The molecules of racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐(2‐thienylcarbonylmethyl)indolin‐2‐one, C14H11NO3S, (VII), form hydrogen‐bonded chains very similar to those in (II)–(VI), but here the sheet formation depends upon a weak π–π stacking interaction between thienyl rings. Comparisons are drawn between the crystal structures of compounds (I)–(VII) and those of some recently reported analogues having no aromatic group in the side chain.  相似文献

Two novel cocrystals of the N(7)—H tautomeric form of N6‐benzoyladenine (BA), namely N6‐benzoyladenine–3‐hydroxypyridinium‐2‐carboxylate (3HPA) (1/1), C12H9N5O·C6H5NO3, (I), and N6‐benzoyladenine–DL‐tartaric acid (TA) (1/1), C12H9N5O·C4H6O6, (II), are reported. In both cocrystals, the N6‐benzoyladenine molecule exists as the N(7)—H tautomer, and this tautomeric form is stabilized by intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonding between the benzoyl C=O group and the N(7)—H hydrogen on the Hoogsteen site of the purine ring, forming an S(7) motif. The dihedral angle between the adenine and phenyl planes is 0.94 (8)° in (I) and 9.77 (8)° in (II). In (I), the Watson–Crick face of BA (N6—H and N1; purine numbering) interacts with the carboxylate and phenol groups of 3HPA through N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds, generating a ring‐motif heterosynthon [graph set R22(6)]. However, in (II), the Hoogsteen face of BA (benzoyl O atom and N7; purine numbering) interacts with TA (hydroxy and carbonyl O atoms) through N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, generating a different heterosynthon [graph set R22(4)]. Both crystal structures are further stabilized by π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

4‐Hydroxy‐2‐vinyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1‐benzazepine, C12H15NO, (I), and its 7‐fluoro and 7‐chloro analogues, namely 7‐fluoro‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐vinyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1‐benzazepine, C12H14FNO, (II), and 7‐chloro‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐vinyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1‐benzazepine, C12H14ClNO, (III), are isomorphous, but with variations in the unit‐cell dimensions which preclude in compound (III) one of the weaker intermolecular interactions found in compounds (I) and (II). Thus the compounds are not strictly isostructural in terms of the structurally significant intermolecular interactions, although the corresponding atomic coordinates are very similar. The azepine rings adopt chair conformations. The molecules are linked by a combination of N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R33(10) rings, which in compounds (I) and (II) are further linked into sheets by a single C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond. The significance of this study lies in its observation of isomorphism in compounds (I)–(III), and its observation of a sufficient variation in one of the cell dimensions effectively to alter the range of significant hydrogen bonds present in the crystal structures.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridine N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(4), R22(8) and R22(15) rings which lead to one‐dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐iodoanilinium 2‐carboxy‐6‐nitrobenzoate, C6H7IN+·C8H4NO6, the anions are linked by an O—H...O hydrogen bond [H...O = 1.78 Å, O...O = 2.614 (3) Å and O—H...O = 171°] into C(7) chains, and these chains are linked by two two‐centre N—H...O hydrogen bonds [H...O = 1.86 and 1.92 Å, N...O = 2.700 (3) and 2.786 (3) Å, and N—H...O = 153 and 158°] and one three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond [H...O = 2.02 and 2.41 Å, N...O = 2.896 (3) and 2.789 (3) Å, N—H...O = 162 and 105°, and O...H...O = 92°], thus forming sheets containing R(6), R(8), R(13) and R(18) rings.  相似文献

The title compound, C18H18N4OS2, was prepared by reaction of S,S‐diethyl 2‐thenoylimidodithiocarbonate with 5‐amino‐3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole using microwave irradiation under solvent‐free conditions. In the molecule, the thiophene unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites, with occupancies of 0.814 (4) and 0.186 (4), and the bonded distances provide evidence for polarization in the acylthiourea fragment and for aromatic type delocalization in the pyrazole ring. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is present, forming an S(6) motif, and molecules are linked by N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon in which centrosymmetric R22(4) rings, built from N—H...O hydrogen bonds and flanked by inversion‐related pairs of S(6) rings, alternate with centrosymmetric R22(6) rings built from N—H...N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C12H20O6, (I), and C9H16O6, (II), the five‐membered furanose ring adopts a 4T3 conformation and the five‐membered 1,3‐dioxolane ring adopts an E3 conformation. The six‐membered 1,3‐dioxane ring in (I) adopts an almost ideal OC3 conformation. The hydrogen‐bonding patterns for these compounds differ substantially: (I) features just one intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond [O...O = 2.933 (3) Å], whereas (II) exhibits, apart from the corresponding intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond [O...O = 2.7638 (13) Å], two intermolecular bonds of this type [O...O = 2.7708 (13) and 2.7730 (12) Å]. This study illustrates both the similarity between the conformations of furanose, 1,3‐dioxolane and 1,3‐dioxane rings in analogous isopropylidene‐substituted carbohydrate structures and the only negligible influence of the presence of a 1,3‐dioxane ring on the conformations of furanose and 1,3‐dioxolane rings. In addition, in comparison with reported analogs, replacement of the –CH2OH group at the C1‐furanose position by another group can considerably affect the conformation of the 1,3‐dioxolane ring.  相似文献

The title compound, C8H8NO4+·Cl·H2O, is the chlorohydrated form of 2‐aminobenzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid, the basic crystal structure of which is still not known. Molecules are linked by classical N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O, N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, mainly along the molecular plane, into sheets built by unusual R64(26), R64(22) and R43(22) rings. The stacking between layers is stabilized by another N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bond and by π–π interactions between aromatic rings facing each other.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H35N3O2, is a novel urea derivative. Pairs of intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds join the molecules into centrosymmetric R22(12) and R22(18) dimeric rings, which are alternately linked into one‐dimensional polymeric chains along the [010] direction. The parallel chains are connected via C—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional framework structure parallel to the (001) plane. The title compound was also modelled by solid‐state density functional theory (DFT) calculations. A comparison of the molecular conformation and hydrogen‐bond geometry obtained from the X‐ray structure analysis and the theoretical study clearly indicates that the DFT calculation agrees closely with the X‐ray structure.  相似文献

For charge balance in the title compound, (H5O2)(C3H7N6)3[Mn(C7H3NO4)2]2(OH)·C7H5NO4·5H2O, it is assumed that the metal atom site is disordered MnII/MnIII, probably due to partial air oxidation of the starting MnII species. The formula unit of the complex contains a hydroxonium hydrate cation, H5O2+, also known as the Zundel cation, with twofold symmetry. The O...O [2.445 (10) Å] and O...H distances [1.24 (2) Å] in the H5O2+ cation indicate a strong hydrogen bond. In addition, there is a hydroxide ion that is disordered with respect to a twofold rotation axis. One of the melaminium groups and the pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (pydc) ligand also reside on crystallographic twofold axes. The coordination environment of the Mn ion is distorted octahedral. Three intermolecular C=O...π interactions are observed, with distances of 3.536 (4), 3.262 (4) and 3.750 (4) Å between carboxylate C=O groups and the centroids of the aromatic rings of pydc and melaminium. There are numerous O—H...O, O—H...N, N—H...O, N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Most of the components of the structure are organized into one plane.  相似文献

The X‐ray single‐crystal structure determinations of the chemically related compounds 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazolium hydrogen oxalate, C2H4N3S+·C2HO4, (I), 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole–succinic acid (1/2), C2H3N3S·2C4H6O4, (II), 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole–glutaric acid (1/1), C2H3N3S·C5H8O4, (III), and 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole–adipic acid (1/1), C2H3N3S·C6H10O4, (IV), are reported and their hydrogen‐bonding patterns are compared. The hydrogen bonds are of the types N—H...O or O—H...N and are of moderate strength. In some cases, weak C—H...O interactions are also present. Compound (II) differs from the others not only in the molar ratio of base and acid (1:2), but also in its hydrogen‐bonding pattern, which is based on chain motifs. In (I), (III) and (IV), the most prominent feature is the presence of an R22(8) graph‐set motif formed by N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds, which are present in all structures except for (I), where only a pair of N—H...O hydrogen bonds is present, in agreement with the greater acidity of oxalic acid. There are nonbonding S...O interactions present in all four structures. The difference electron‐density maps show a lack of electron density about the S atom along the S...O vector. In all four structures, the carboxylic acid H atoms are present in a rare configuration with a C—C—O—H torsion angle of ∼0°. In the structures of (II)–(IV), the C—C—O—H torsion angle of the second carboxylic acid group has the more common value of ∼|180|°. The dicarboxylic acid molecules are situated on crystallographic inversion centres in (II). The Raman and IR spectra of the title compounds are presented and analysed.  相似文献

The title compound, C6H9N2O2+·Cl·C6H8N2O2·H2O, contains one 2‐(3‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)acetate inner salt molecule, one 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium cation, one chloride ion and one water molecule. In the extended structure, chloride anions and water molecules are linked via O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain. The chloride anions are also linked by two weak C—H...Cl interactions to neighbouring methylene groups and imidazole rings. Two imidazolium moieties form a homoconjugated cation through a strong and asymmetric O—H...O hydrogen bond of 2.472 (2) Å. The IR spectrum shows a continuous D‐type absorption in the region below 1300 cm−1 and is different to that of 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride [Xuan, Wang & Xue (2012). Spectrochim. Acta Part A, 96 , 436–443].  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound (systematic name: 6‐chloroindolin‐2‐one), C8H6ClNO, is almost planar, with a dihedral angle of 1.13 (9)° between the planes of the constituent pyrrolidine and benzene rings. Centrosymmetric dimers are formed in the crystal structure by N—H...O hydrogen bonds, and these dimers are additionally linked by Cl...Cl and C—H...O interactions. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations at the B3LYP/6‐31 G(d,p) level of theory were used to optimize the molecular structure and the geometry was best reproduced by optimization of two interacting molecules. The bond orders in the molecule, estimated using the natural bond orbitals (NBO) formalism, are consistent with the observed bond lengths. In particular, the contribution of the lone pair of electrons on the N atom to the N—C bond in the N—C=O group is revealed. The measured IR spectrum of the compound shows a red shift of the N—H stretching frequency compared with the free molecule, due to the formation of the hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Details of the structures of two conformational polymorphs of the title compound, C12H17N2OS+·Cl, are reported. In form (I) (space group P), the two N—H groups of the cation are in a trans conformation, while in form (II) (space group P21/c), they are in a cis arrangement. This results in different packing and hydrogen‐bond arrangements in the two forms, both of which have extended chains lying along the a direction. In form (I), these chains are composed of centrosymmetric R42(18) (N—H...Cl and O—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings and R22(18) (N—H...O) hydrogen‐bonded rings. In form (II), the chains are formed by centrosymmetric R42(18) (N—H...Cl and O—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings and by R42(12) (N—H...Cl) hydrogen‐bonded rings.  相似文献

The title compounds, C8H11NO, (I), and 2C8H12NO+·C4H4O42−, (II), both crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. These chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the pyridine ring H atoms and the hydroxy‐group O atoms of neighbouring cations. π–π interactions between the pyridine rings and C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms of the succinate anion and the pyridine rings are also present in this network.  相似文献

The title compound, 2C14H13N2+·S2O82−·2H2O, is a protonated amine salt which is formed from two rather uncommon ionic species, namely a peroxodisulfate (pds2−) anion, which lies across a crystallographic inversion centre, and a 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthrolin‐1‐ium (Hdmph+) cation lying in a general position. Each pds2− anion binds to two water molecules through strong water–peroxo O—H...O interactions, giving rise to an unprecedented planar network of hydrogen‐bonded macrocycles which run parallel to (100). The atoms of the large R88(30) rings are provided by four water molecules bridging in fully extended form (...H—O—H...) and four pds2− anions alternately acting as long (...O—S—O—O—S—O...) and short (...O—S—O...) bridges. The Hdmph+ cations, in turn, bind to these units through hydrogen bonds involving their protonated N atoms. In addition, the crystal structure also contains π–π and aromatic–peroxo C—H...O interactions.  相似文献
