用微波消解一火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了玫瑰枝条和叶片中5种微量元素元素(钙、铜、铁、锰、镁)的含量。结果表明,玫瑰枝条和叶片中含有较丰富的镁、钙、铁,铜、锰含量较低,该法灵敏度高、快速、准确,所测数据可为玫瑰枝叶的合理利用提供可靠依据。  相似文献

以2-异戊基环戊酮为虚拟模板,采用沉淀聚合法制备了粒径20~50 μm的分子印迹微球。 用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了分子印迹微球的表面化学特征及粒径分布,测试了印迹聚合物对玫瑰醚的吸附动力学、等温吸附性能及吸附选择性。 考察了分子印迹固相萃取玫瑰醚的应用效能。 结果表明:分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)对玫瑰醚的吸附可在25 min达到平衡,具有较快的吸附动力学,一级动力学模型更适合描述其吸附动力学行为。 Freundlich模型最适合描述MIPs对玫瑰醚的等温吸附行为,聚合物材料最大的印迹位点数目为149.3 μmol/g。 聚合物对玫瑰醚的平均吸附能为166 kJ/mol,表明主要为化学吸附。 虚拟模板印迹聚合物对玫瑰醚的选择因子相对于香叶醇和香茅醇分别为3.710和5.636,且对含玫瑰醚的混合物中的目标化合物仍具有较高的选择吸附能力(竞争吸附量为18.02 mg/g)。 在优化洗涤(1 mL乙腈+1 mL乙腈和水混合溶剂(体积比9.5:0.5)+2 mL乙腈、甲醇和水混合溶剂(体积比8:1:2)和洗脱(3 mL甲醇和醋酸混合溶剂(体积比9:1))条件下,通过分子印迹固相萃取可实现玫瑰醚的有效分离和富集,回收率为96.23%。  相似文献

利用超临界CO2流体萃取技术萃取玫瑰浸膏,再用分子蒸馏技术对所得粗提物料进行精制,得到品质俱佳的玫瑰精油。采用GC-MS方法对玫瑰精油进行分析,检测出63种成分,主要成分为酯类和苯乙醇,分子量主要集中在200~250之间。  相似文献

本文研究了甘肃省苦水玫瑰精油的化学成份。并测定其物理化学性能,用毛细血管气相色谱和GC/MS联用法从苦水玫瑰精油中鉴定出48个组份,β-香茅醇和香叶醇的含量高达68%。用MS、IR和NMR等波谱法对这两个组份进行了解析确证。其理化特性与世界闻名的保加利亚玫瑰油十分接近。  相似文献

In this article we present a survey of the pigments found in the flowers and fruits of old and modern varieties of roses. The yellow colors are produced by carotenoids, the reds by anthocyanins, and the modern oranges by a mixture of the two. The great structural diversity of the carotenoids contrasts with a surprisingly small number of anthocyanins. For the carotenoids found in roses, a clear correspondence exists between the structure and the breeding partners used; the old yellow roses, which arose from crosses with Chinese varieties, mainly contain carotenoids from early stages in the biosynthesis, while in the modern yellow roses, which are descended from Central Asian foetida types, hydroxylations, epoxidations, and epoxide transformations readily occur. A recently elucidated carotenoid degradation sequence follows the scheme C40 → C13 + C27 → C13 + C14. The C13 compounds are odoriferous substances that contribute to the scent of roses. In the physiological pH region, copigmentation with flavonol glycosides is crucial for stabilization of the anthocyanin chromophores. Many roses, including the “apothecary's rose”, which was once used medicinally, contain large amounts of strongly astringent ellagitannins, monosaccharide esters of gallic acid.  相似文献

This paper comprises the application of instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) for multi-element determination in some edible pulse samples. These edible pulses are usually daily used in the Egyptian kitchen. These were: anise, cumin, coriander, caraway, black cumin, white kidney bean, lupine, lentil, chickpea, broad bean, peanut, almond, and fenugreek. The pulses have been analyzed as dehulled pulses, in the case of legume and oil pulses with simultaneous analysis of their respective skins. The determined elements were: Ce, Co, Cr, Cs, Eu, Fe, Hf, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sr, Th and Zn. The element content in the dehulled pulses and their respective skins has been compared. Some elements were major or minor elements where others were trace elements. Standard reference materials were used to assure quality control, accuracy and precision of the technique.  相似文献

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了长白山红松松针中K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe和Mn 7种金属元素含量。结果表明,在常量元素中K、Ca含量较高,微量元素中Fe、Zn含量较高,7种金属元素含量由高到低顺序分别为:K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn、Mn、Cu。可见松针中含有丰富的与健康密切相关的微量元素,具有较高的食用和药用价值。  相似文献

Elements found in the edible parts of plants are considered to be the main source of nutrients for humans and animals. However, there is insufficient information on the relationship between heavy metal pollution in the growing soil of most edible plants. In this study, the distribution of elements in the edible forest nettle (Laportea alatipes) was evaluated as a function of geographical location. Forest land soils had higher concentrations of minor elements (Cu, Cr, Ni, and Zn) compared to soils from rural and suburban areas. Translocation factors for Cd and Pb showed effective translocation from the roots to the leaves; however, these heavy metals in leaves were still above South African maximum permissible levels for vegetables. Atmospheric depositions may play a significant role in higher Cd and Pb concentrations in the leaves. Bioaccumulation factors showed the plant to accumulate Cu, Mn, and Zn to meet physiological requirement levels. Geoaccumulation indices and enrichment factors showed no soil contamination or minimal enrichment by trace metals. Principal component analysis showed Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb, and Zn in soil to originate from a common source which may be soil silicates and other minerals.  相似文献

以茵陈、牛繁缕、曲曲菜、猪毛菜为材料,用原子吸收光谱法测定了4种野菜中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn 6种微量元素的含量。结果表明,4种野菜中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,6种元素的加标回收率在96.57%~99.06%之间,相对标准偏差RSD值均低于3%,说明本试验测定结果可靠,精密度高。  相似文献

Size‐exclusion liquid chromatography was coupled to UV and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) for detection to perform elemental speciation studies on different edible mushrooms. Molecular weight (MW) distribution patterns of several elements among different fractions present in various edible mushrooms are presented. The association of the elements with the high and low MW fractions was observed using sequential detection by UV and ICP‐MS. Separation was performed using a Superdex 75 column. Variability of the fractionation patterns with three different extraction media (0.05 mol l?1 NaOH; 0.05 mol l?1 HCl; hot water at 60°C) was evaluated for mushroom species. A comparative elemental speciation study was performed in order to determine the differences in the fractionation patterns of silver, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead, and tin in Boletus edulis, Agaricus bisporus, and Lentinus edodes. Differences in the fractionation patterns of the elements were found to depend on the mushroom species and the extraction medium. Most of the elements were associated with high mw fractions. Note on Ellagitannins and Flavonol Glycosides from Rose Petals Petals from two garden roses proved to be very rich in ellagitannins and flavonol glycosides. Rutin ( 1 ), spiraeoside ( 2 ), quercitrin ( 3 ), isoquercitrin ( 4 ), nicotiflorin ( 5 ), eugeniin ( 6 ), rugosin A (7), rugosin D ( 10 ), casuarictin ( 8 ), and tellimagrandin I (9) were isolated. Spiraeoside, at physiological pH, exerts a pronounced stabilisation of the anthocyanin colour with enhancement of extinction and bathochromic shift of the absorption maximum in the visible range. The abundance of gallic-acid derivatives 6–10 is in contrast to the apparent inability of rose flowers to produce anthocyanins with a trihydroxylated ring B , a prerequisite in breeding true blue-coloured roses.  相似文献
