The crystal and molecular structure of γ‐P4S6 was determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes monoclinically in the space group P21/m (No. 11) with a = 6.627(3) Å, b = 10.504(7) Å, c = 6.878(3) Å, β = 90.18(4)°, V = 478.8(4) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure consists of cage‐like P4S6 molecules with CS symmetry arranged with the topology of a cubic close packing.  相似文献

合成了标题化合物Co(S2CNC4H8NC2H5)3·3H2O,得到黑色四棱柱状晶体。晶体属三方晶系, 空间群为R-3, 晶胞参数a=1.37700(19), b=1.37700(19), c=3.0090(6) nm, γ=120°, Mr=680.98, V= 4.9411(14) nm3, Z=6, Dc=1.373 g/cm3, F(000)=2160, R = 0.0510 和 wR = 0.1436。中心Co原子分别与来自三个N´-乙基-N-哌嗪基二硫代氨基甲酸的六个硫原子配位形成略微扭曲的八面体构型。六个Co-S键的键长范围在0.22682(13)~0.22703(14) nm, 热分析表明标题化合物在799.97°C完全分解。  相似文献

A class of extended 2,5‐disubstituted‐1,3,4‐oxadiazoles R1‐C6H4‐{OC2N2}‐C6H4‐R2 (R1=R2=C10H21O 1 a , p‐C10H21O‐C6H4‐C?C 3 a , p‐CH3O‐C6H4‐C?C 3 b ; R1=C10H21O, R2=CH3O 1 b , (CH3)2N 1 c ; F 1 d ; R1=C10H21O‐C6H4‐C?C, R2=C10H21O 2 a , CH3O 2 b , (CH3)2N 2 c , F 2 d ) were prepared, and their liquid‐crystalline properties were examined. In CH2Cl2 solution, these compounds displayed a room‐temperature emission with λmax at 340471 nm and quantum yields of 0.730.97. Compounds 1 d , 2 a – 2 d , and 3 a exhibited various thermotropic mesophases (monotropic, enantiotropic nematic/smectic), which were examined by polarized‐light optical microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. Structure determination by a direct‐space approach using simulated annealing or parallel tempering of the powder X‐ray diffraction data revealed distinctive crystal‐packing arrangements for mesogenic molecules 2 b and 3 a , leading to different nematic mesophase behavior, with 2 b being monotropic and 3 a enantiotropic in the narrow temperature range of 200210 °C. The structural transitions associated with these crystalline solids and their mesophases were studied by variable‐temperature X‐ray diffractometry. Nondestructive phase transitions (crystal‐to‐crystal, crystal‐to‐mesophase, mesophase‐to‐liquid) were observed in the diffractograms of 1 b, 1 d , 2 b, 2 d , and 3 a measured at 25200 °C. Powder X‐ray diffraction and small‐angle X‐ray scattering data revealed that the structure of the annealed solid residue 2 b reverted to its original crystal/molecular packing when the isotropic liquid was cooled to room temperature. Structure–property relationships within these mesomorphic solids are discussed in the context of their molecular structures and intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

Reactions of SmI2 in THF with ArSSAr produced two binuclear samarium thiolate complexes [(THF)3I2- Sm(μ-SAr)]2 [Ar=Ph (1), 4-Me2NC6H4 (2)] in high yields. The structure of 2 was characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The crystal of 2 belongs to the triclinic system with space group P 1 and a=0.95705(13) nm, b= 1.22287(14) nm, c= 1.26450(14) nm, a=64.194(11)°, B=78.491(13)°, y=76.176(12)°, V= 1.2860(3) nm^3, Z= 1,μ=4.783 mm^-1, Dc= 1.964 Mg/m^3, M= 1521.19, S= 1.046, R1=0.0358, wR2=0.0910. X-ray analysis revealed that 2 is a thiolate-bridged dimer in which each Sm atom adopts a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal coordi- nation geometry.  相似文献

本文首次合成标题化合物N-(4-甲基苯甲酰氨基)-N’-[5-(2-三氟甲基苯基)-2-呋喃甲酰硫脲。化合物(C21H16F3N3O3S, Mr = 447.43)单晶经测定为单斜晶体,空间群为P -1。在晶体中,存在一些分子内和分子间的相互作用,分子间还有C—H···π 的相互作用,这可能导致晶体更稳定的原因。目标产物的结构经IR, H NMR和元素分析测定确证。初步生物活性测试表明,部分化合物对棉花枯萎病、黄瓜灰霉病、苹果轮纹病和棉花炭疽病有较好的选择性杀菌活性;部分目标化合物有较好的除草活性。  相似文献

The title molecule, 3‐{[4‐(3‐methyl‐3‐phenyl‐cyclobutyl)‐thiazol‐2‐yl]‐hydrazono}‐1,3‐dihydro‐indol‐2‐one (C22H20N4O1S1), was prepared and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, UV–visible, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with a = 8.3401(5), b = 5.6976(3), c = 20.8155(14) Å, and β = 95.144(5)°. Molecular geometry from X‐ray experiment and vibrational frequencies of the title compound in the ground state has been calculated using the Hartree–Fock with 6‐31G(d, p) and density functional method (B3LYP) with 6‐31G(d, p) and 6‐311G(d, p) basis sets, and compared with the experimental data. The calculated results show that optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structural parameters, and the theoretical vibrational frequencies values show good agreement with experimental data. Density functional theory calculations of the title compound and thermodynamic properties were performed at B3LYP/6‐31G(d, p) level of theory. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The zinc(II) pseudohalide complexes {[Zn(L334)(SCN)2(H2O)](H2O)2}n ( 1 ) and [Zn(L334)(dca)2]n ( 2 ) were synthesized and characterized using the ligand 3,4‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (L334) and ZnCl2 in presence of thiocyanate (SCN) and dicynamide [dca, N(CN)2] respectively. Single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis revealed that the central ZnII atoms in both complexes have similar octahedral arrangement. Compound 1 has a 2D sheet structure bridged by bidentate L334 and double μN,S‐thiocyanate anions, whereas complex 2 , incorporating with two monodentate dicynamide anions, displays a two‐dimensional coordination framework bridged by tetradentate L334 ligand. Structural analysis demonstrated that the influence of pseudohalide anions plays an important role in determining the resultant structure. Both complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, microanalysis, and powder X‐ray diffraction techniques. In addition, the solid fluorescence and thermal stability properties of both complexes were investigated.  相似文献

用1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7)和盐酸胍在KOH水溶液中合成了[HN=C(NH2)2]+(FOX-7)---G(FOX-7),并培养出淡黄色单晶。化合物属正交晶系,空间群为P-bca,晶体结构参数为: a=1.0428(3)nm, b=0.73099(18)nm,c=2.2253(5)nm,V=1.6963(7) nm3,Dc=1.542 g/cm3,μ=0.333 mm-1,F(000)=864, Z=8。在分析分子晶体结构的基础上,采用B3LYP、HF和MP2三种方法在6-31+G(d)基组水平上对标题化合物进行几何全优化,并对其成键情况、原子电荷分布、分子轨道能量进行了分析。  相似文献

4-(4,6-Dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)-3-thio-allophanic acid methyl ester was synthesized with mixing 2-amino-4,6- dimethylpyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction measurement were obtained by recrystallization from dimethylformamide at room temperature. The crystal belongs to monoclinic symmetry with space group C2/m, and crystal parameters of a= 1.7537(5) nm, b= 0.6759(2) nm, c=1.1148(3) nm, β=118.557(4)°, V=1.1605(6) nm^3, Z=4, De= 1.375 g/cm^3,μ=0.271 mm^-1, F(000)=504, and 1519 [1〉2σ(I)] observable independent reflections were used for the determination and refmement of the crystal structures with final R1 of 0.0372 and wR2 of 0.0992. The theoretical investigation of the title compound was carried out with DRT-B3LYP/6-311G, HF/6-311G and MP2/6-311G methods, and the atomic net charges and the population were discussed.  相似文献

Three metal coordination polymers [Zn(bdc)(L)(H2O)]n ( 1 ), [Co(pta)(L)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ), and [Cd(tda)(L)(H2O)]n ( 3 ) [H2bdc = 1,2‐benzene dicarboxylate acid, H2pta = terephthalic acid, H2tda = 2,5‐thiophenedicarboxylic acid, L = 3,5‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl)pyridine] were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a three‐dimensional (3D) structure with cco topology with the symbol 65 · 8, whereas complex 2 features a 3D structure with cds topology with the symbol 65 · 8. Complex 3 has a 2D network constructed by the cadmium atoms bridged through the ligands tda and L. Their X‐ray powder diffraction patterns were compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, their luminescent properties were investigated in the solid state at room temperature, and the thermogravimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal stability of the 3D networks.  相似文献

Reaction of Ndcl3 with AlCl3 and mesitylene in benzene gives complex [Nd(η6‐1, 3, 5‐C6H3Me3)‐(AlCl4)3](C6H6) (1) which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, MS and X‐ray diffractions. The X‐ray determination indicates that 1 has a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry and crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 0.9586(2), b = 1.1717(5), c = 2.8966(7) nm, β = 90.85 (2)°, V = 3.2529 (6) nm3,Dc= 1.573 g/cm3, Z = 4. A comparison of bond parameters for all the reported Ln (η6‐Ar) (AlCl4)3 complexes indicates that the bond distance of La? C is shortened with the increasing of methyl group on benzene and with the decreasing of radius of lanthanide ions.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Pb(1,4‐BDC)]n ( 1 ) (1,4‐H2BDC = 1,4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized under solvothermal conditions. Its structure was determined with single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies and further characterized by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) spectrometry, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and X‐ray powder diffraction studies. The results revealed that complex 1 has a two‐dimensional network with (6, 3) topology observed in the [110] direction. Moreover, the layers are connected into a framework through 1,4‐BDC2? ligands. The μ6‐bridging coordination mode adopted by 1,4‐BDC2? is unprecedented in metal/1,4‐BDC2? complexes.  相似文献

The crystal structures of an unexpected carbon dioxide inserted carbamidiphenylthiophosphinic anhydride and l‐[(4‐nitrophenyl) sulfonyl]‐trans‐2, 5‐pyrrolidinedicarboxylic acid methyl ester were determined by X‐ray analysis. They crystallized in the space group P21(#4) with a =0.9550(2), b = 0.9401(4), c= 1.2880(2) nm, β= 107.74°, V= 1.1013 (5) nm3, Dcaled= 1.349 g/cm3, Z = 2 and P212121(# 19) with a = 1.4666(2), b = 0.7195(2), c = 1.6339(2) nm, V = 1.7240(7) nm3, Dcaled = 1.434 g/cm3, Z = 4, respectively. Through the investigation of these two crystal structures, the mechanistic insights into this unexpected carbon dioxide insertion in the reaction of trans‐2,5‐disubstituted pyrrolidine with diphenylthiophosphoryl chloride in the presence of potassium carbonate were disclosed.  相似文献

The reaction of CsN3 with GaS and S at elevated temperatures results in Cs2Ga2S5. Its crystal structure was determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data. The colorless solid crystallizes in space group C2/c (no. 15) with V=1073.3(4) Å3 and Z=4. Cs2Ga2S5 is the first compound that features one‐dimensional chains ${{{\hfill 1\atop \hfill \infty }}}$ [Ga2S3(S2)2?] of edge‐ and corner‐sharing GaS4 tetrahedra. The vibrational band of the S22? units at 493 cm?1 was revealed by Raman spectroscopy. Cs2Ga2S5 has a wide bandgap of about 3.26 eV. The thermal decomposition of CsN3 yields elemental Cs, which reacts with sulfur to provide Cs2S6 as an intermediate product. The crystal structure of Cs2S6 was redetermined from selected single crystals. The red compound crystallizes in space group ${P\bar 1}$ with V=488.99(8) Å3 and Z=2. Cs2S6 consists of S62? polysulfide chains and two Cs positions with coordination numbers of 10 and 11, respectively. Results of DFT calculations on Cs2Ga2S5 are in good agreement with the experimental crystal structure and Raman data. The analysis of the chemical bonding behavior revealed completely ionic bonds for Cs, whereas Ga?S and S?S form polarized and fully covalent bonds, respectively. HOMO and LUMO are centered at the S2 units.  相似文献

2‐Amino‐3‐hydroxypyridinium dioxido(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O2,N,O6)vanadate(V), (C5H7N2O)[V(C7H3NO4)O2] or [H(amino‐3‐OH‐py)][VO2(dipic)], (I), was prepared by the reaction of VCl3 with dipicolinic acid (dipicH2) and 2‐amino‐3‐hydroxypyridine (amino‐3‐OH‐py) in water. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and X‐ray structure analysis, and consists of an anionic [VO2(dipic)] complex and an H(amino‐3‐OH‐py)+ counter‐cation. The VV ion is five‐coordinated by one O,N,O′‐tridentate dipic dianionic ligand and by two oxide ligands. Thermal decomposition of (I) in the presence of polyethylene glycol led to the formation of nanoparticles of V2O5. Powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the synthesized powder.  相似文献

The crystalline structure of mangiferin (=2‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐1,3,6,7‐tetrahydroxy‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one; 1 ), a biologically active xanthenone C‐glycoside, isolated from the stem bark of Mangifera indica (Anacardiaceae), was unambiguously determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD). The crystal structure is summarized as follows: triclinic, P1, a=7.6575(5), b=11.2094(8), c=11.8749(8) Å, α=79.967(5), β=87.988(4), γ=72.164(4)°, V=955.3(1) Å3, and Z=2. The structure also shows two molecules in the asymmetric unit cell and five crystallization H2O molecules. The packing is stabilized by several intermolecular H‐bonds involving either the two symmetry‐independent mangiferin molecules 1a and 1b , or the H2O ones.  相似文献

本文合成了并培养出了七-O-乙酰基—β—乳糖异硫氰酸酯的单晶,用X射线衍射分析了其晶体结构。结果表明,晶体为正交晶系,P212121空间群,a=1.23282(7),b=1.80012(10),c=1.85230(10) nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=4.1107(4) nm3,Z=4。电化学实验观测到单链DNA和双链DNA对该化合物的峰电流均有明显降低作用,表明化合物与DNA发生了静电作用。  相似文献

Self‐assembly of melem C6N7(NH2)3 in hot aqueous solution leads to the formation of hydrogen‐bonded, hexagonal rosettes of melem units surrounding infinite channels with a diameter of 8.9 Å. The channels are filled with strongly disordered water molecules, which are bound to the melem network through hydrogen bonds. Single‐crystals of melem hydrate C6N7(NH2)3 ? xH2O (x≈2.3) were obtained by hydrothermal treatment of melem at 200 °C and the crystal structure (R $\bar 3$ c, a=2879.0(4), c=664.01(13) pm, V=4766.4(13)×106 pm3, Z=18) was elucidated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. With respect to the structural similarity to the well‐known adduct between melamine and cyanuric acid, the composition of the obtained product was further analyzed by solid‐state NMR spectroscopy. Hydrolysis of melem to cyameluric acid during syntheses at elevated temperatures could thus be ruled out. DTA/TG studies revealed that, during heating of melem hydrate, water molecules can be removed from the channels of the structure to a large extent. The solvent‐free framework is stable up to 430 °C without transforming into the denser structure of anhydrous melem. Dehydrated melem hydrate was further characterized by solid‐state NMR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, and sorption measurements to investigate structural changes induced by the removal of water from the channels. During dehydration, the hexagonal, layered arrangement of melem units is maintained whereas the formation of additional hydrogen bonds between melem entities requires the stacking mode of hexagonal layers to be altered. It is assumed that layers are shifted perpendicular to the direction of the channels, thereby making them inaccessible for guest molecules.  相似文献

The supermolecular based on sodium molybdate(VI) and sulfate, dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6 was synthesized in acetonitrile and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, single crystal X‐ray diffraction, indicating that it contains [S2Mo18O62]4+ and [Na(DB18C6)(H2O)]+, where each sodium ion is deviated from the plane defined by the oxygen atoms in the corresponding crown ether. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a=3.29332(10) nm, b=1.90917(6) nm, c=2.63132(7) nm, β=121.6630(10)°, V=14081.8(7) nm3, Z=8, T=293(2) K, and R1 (wR2)=0.0177 (0.1525). The compound exhibits a novel organic‐inorganic structure, in which the crown ether‐sodium complexes are coordinated to the terminal oxygen atoms of Mo18O54 and the oxygen atoms of water molecule.  相似文献

The 1D complex [(CuL0.5H2O) ? H2O]n ( 1 ) (H4L=2,2′‐bipyridine‐3,3′,6,6′‐tetracarboxylic acid) undergoes an irreversible thermally triggered single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal (SCSC) transformation to produce the 3D anhydrous complex [CuL0.5]n ( 2 ). This SCSC structural transformation was confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) patterns, variable‐temperature powder X‐ray diffraction (VT–PXRD) patterns, and IR spectroscopy. Structural analyses reveal that in complex 2 , though the initial 1D chain is still retained as in complex 1 , accompanied with the Cu‐bound H2O removed and new O(carboxyl)?Cu bond forming, the coordination geometries around the CuII ions vary from a distorted trigonal bipyramid to a distorted square pyramid. With the drastic structural transition, significant property changes are observed. Magnetic analyses show prominent changes from antiferromagnetism to weak ferromagnetism due to the new formed Cu1‐O‐C‐O‐Cu4 bridge. The catalytic results demonstrate that, even though both solid‐state materials present high catalytic activity for the synthesis of 2‐imidazolines derivatives and can be reused, the activation temperature of complex 1 is higher than that of complex 2 . In addition, a possible pathway for the SCSC structural transformations is proposed.  相似文献
