通过调节B2O3-Bi2O3-ZnO-Al2O3(BBZA)玻璃的添加量研究其对钛酸钡(BaTiO3)陶瓷烧结条件、晶体结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的BBZA玻璃能够有效地将BaTiO3陶瓷烧结温度由1 350℃降至950℃,并使其致密化。同时,添加BBZA玻璃后,BaTiO3的晶体结构随着烧结温度的升高而发生转变(立方相→四方相)。另外,BBZA玻璃的引入使BaTiO3陶瓷的居里峰得到了有效的抑制和拓宽。陶瓷微观形貌显示,玻璃相均匀分布在BaTiO3晶粒表面。优化的BaTiO3陶瓷制备条件如下:BBZA添加量(质量分数)为2.0%,烧结温度为950℃。在该条件下制备的BaTiO3陶瓷介电常数达到1 364,介电损耗低至1.2%。  相似文献

以湿化学法制得Zr(OH)4和Sm(OH)3的共沉淀为前驱体, 在碱性介质中用水热法合成了(ZrO2)0.86(Sm2O3)0.14及(ZrO2)0.88(Sm2O3)0.12纳米粉体. 将纳米粉体在较低温度(1450 ℃)下烧结制得了致密的固体电解质陶瓷样品, 比通常高温固相反应法采用的烧结温度(>1600 ℃)降低了150 ℃以上. XRD测定结果表明, (ZrO2)0.86(Sm2O3)0.14纳米粉体及其烧结体均为立方相, 但(ZrO2)0.88(Sm2O3)0.12纳米粉体为立方相, 它的烧结体为立方相和单斜相的混合相. 用交流阻抗谱法、氧浓差电池法及氧泵(氧的电化学透过)法研究了(ZrO2)0.86(Sm2O3)0.14陶瓷样品在600~1000 ℃下的离子导电特性. 结果表明, 该陶瓷样品在600~1000 ℃下氧离子迁移数为1, 氧离子电导率的最大值为3.2×10-2 S•cm-1, 是一个优良的氧离子导体; 它的氧泵性能明显地优于YSZ.  相似文献

Nd2O3添加量对BaTiO3陶瓷介电性能的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
BaTiO3 ceramics doped with Nd2O3(the additive content was respectively 0.001,0.002,0.003,0.005,0.01,0.03mol)were prepared by Sol-Gel method. Effects of Nd2O3 contents on the dielectric constant (ε), the dielectric loss (tanδ) ,the Curie-temperature (TC) and the resistivity (ρ) of BaTiO3 ceramic were studied. When Nd2O3 content was 0.001mol and 0.002mol, the dielectric constant was increased obviously, but the dielectric loss was also increased. When Nd2O3 content was 0.003mol, the dielectric constant was increased, and the dielectric loss was decreased, which was suitable for application in condenser. The resistivity was decreased obviously with the increasing of Nd2O3 contents, the resistivity was the smallest when Nd2O3 content was 0.001mol. The Curie-temperature was also decreased with the increasing of Nd2O3 contents.  相似文献

在CeO2-ZrO2中加入La2O3对改善单Pd三效催化剂性能的作用   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
浸渍法制备了CeO2-ZrO2-La2O3复合氧化物,用XRD、热分析(TG-DTA,DSC)、BET表面积、H2-TPR等对合成样品进行表征,研究了La2O3的加入对CeO2-ZrO2和单钯Pd/CeO2-ZrO2/γ-Al2O3/蜂窝陶瓷催化剂性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,在CeO2-ZrO2-La2O3中,La的存在能促进CeO2-ZrO2固溶体的还原,提高贮氧能力;在Pd/CeO2-ZrO2/γ-Al2O3中加入La有利于提高催化剂的耐热稳定性,阻止γ-Al2O3在高温下的晶相转变,进一步稳定Al2O3的结构,保持其高的表面积。在贵金属Pd的负载量为1 g·L-1的条件下,测定了Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-La2O3/γ-Al2O3/蜂窝陶瓷催化剂对CO、C3H8和NOx的三效催化净化活性。结果表明,在Pd/CeO2-ZrO2/Al2O3/蜂窝陶瓷催化剂中加入La2O3后,能明显地改善催化剂的低温活性和三效催化性能,经1 000 ℃老化10 h后,CO、C3H8和NOx净化的起燃温度(T50)分别为330 ℃、350 ℃和380 ℃。  相似文献

采用差热分析、X射线衍射及扫描电镜分析手段研究了P2O5对Li2O-SiO2-Al2O3-K2O-ZnO体系牙科微晶玻璃析晶性能的影响, 并确定了P2O5的最适含量. 结果发现P2O5是该玻璃体系的有效成核剂, 未添加P2O5的玻璃体系成核密度低, 热处理后不能形成微晶体, 且主晶相为硅酸锂; 添加P2O5使玻璃在热处理后形成以二硅酸锂为主晶相的微晶玻璃. 该玻璃体系中添加4.5 wt%的P2O5可以得到较高体积含量和理想显微结构的牙科二硅酸锂微晶玻璃. P2O5含量为6 wt%的基质玻璃发生乳浊, 呈不透明的乳白色.  相似文献

用简易的室温或水热方法制备出不同形貌的MnCO3微结构。经600 ℃热处理后,室温制备MnCO3转变成Mn2O3胶体片,而水热制备MnCO3样品则形成多孔Mn2O3纳米结构。然而,室温制备MnCO3经120 ℃热处理后形成Mn2O3晶相。制备样品经过XRD和SEM表征表明,热处理MnCO3前驱物形成Mn2O3过程导致产物形貌与结构变化。其形成机理又通过TEM和FTIR进一步研究。Mn2O3纳米结构的电容性质通过循环伏安法表征,结果表明Mn2O3形貌与结构对其电容有重要影响。  相似文献

共沉淀法合成Yb3+∶Y2O3纳米粉及透明陶瓷的性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以Y2O3为基质材料,掺杂不同含量的Yb3+,采用共沉淀法制备出性能良好的Yb3+∶Y2O3纳米粉,将粉体在1 700 ℃和真空度为1×10-3 Pa下烧结5 h得到Yb3+∶Y2O3透明陶瓷。用XRD、TEM、UV-Vis、FL分别对样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了研究。结果表明:Yb3+完全固溶于Y2O3的立方晶格中,Yb3+∶Y2O3粉体大小均匀,近似球形,尺寸约40~60 nm。Yb3+∶Y2O3透明陶瓷相对密度为99.7%,在波长600~800 nm范围内其透光率达到80%。Yb3+∶Y2O3透明陶瓷在950 nm处吸收线宽达到26 nm,在1 031 nm和1 076 nm处的发射线宽分别为13 nm和17 nm。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Au/Al2O3纳米复合薄膜。利用X-射线衍射、X-射线光电子能谱、原子力显微镜以及紫外-可见光谱对薄膜的微观结构、表面形貌及光学性能进行了表征,研究表明:Au/Al2O3纳米复合薄膜是由纳米微晶组成的颗粒膜, 复合薄膜均匀、致密、无裂纹,Au以纳米晶核形式镶嵌于Al2O3基体中,纳米Au晶核的粒径为23~26nm;复合薄膜在可见光区有较强的吸收,吸收峰位置与烧结温度有关,吸收强度随烧结温度和金添加量增大而增大。  相似文献

采用柠檬酸(CA)做还原剂,硝酸盐做氧化剂,利用溶胶凝胶-低温燃烧合成工艺制备了β-Al2O3前驱粉料,并利用热分析(TG/DSC)、红外吸收光谱分析(FTIR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和交流阻抗谱(EIS)等测试技术对β-Al2O3的合成工艺进行了详细的研究。结果表明:该法合成β-Al2O3前驱粉料的温度为1 150 ℃,比固相反应法低了150 ℃,平均粒径约为38 nm,具有较好的成型和烧结性能。将素坯在1 630 ℃保温烧结,得到的烧结体相对密度为96%以上,350 ℃时的电导率为0.061 S·cm-1。  相似文献

用质量比为3∶2的YSZ-γ-Al2O3和CeO2-Y2O3-ZrO2的混合物(以YSZA+CYZ表示)作载体, 制备了不同Co3O4含量的整体式甲烷燃烧催化剂, 同时制备了分别以YSZA和CYZ为载体的催化剂作为对比, 研究了它们老化前后的反应性能, 并用BET, XPS, XRD, TPR等研究了催化剂的比表面、表面状态、晶相结构和还原性能. 结果表明, YSZ- -Al2O3和CeO2-Y2O3-ZrO2混合载体能有效地抑制CoAl2O4的生成, 并能充分发挥各自的优点, 因此负载一定量的钴后表现出很高的甲烷催化燃烧活性和抗老化性, 尤其是含8 wt% Co3O4的样品性能最佳, 有望成为实用的甲烷燃烧催化剂之一.  相似文献

A series of Al2O3-Fe2O3 mixed oxidic solids with composition ranging from 0 to 100% of Fe2O3 were prepared and examined for structural characteristics. XRD diagrams showed the presence of α-Al2O3 and hematite phases. The analysis of M?ssbauer spectra revealed the existence of two iron containing phases. The specific surface area of the mixture decreases by the addition of iron and depends on the crystal phases of the mixture. 通过溶胶和超临界干燥方法制得了Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶,其比表面积和孔隙体积分别为246 m2·g-1和1.89 cm3·g-1,并具有较宽的孔径分布。以Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶作催化剂,通过甲烷催化裂解成功地合成了高质量的单壁纳米碳管。利用FESEM、TEM和HRTEM、Raman光谱等分析手段研究了反应温度对单壁纳米碳管生长的影响。结果表明在900 ℃时合成单壁纳米碳管的质量较高,并且合成的炭产物为毡状,该炭产物主要为高质量的单壁纳米碳管。  相似文献

The BaO-Al2O3-B2O3 glasses manufactured for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) sealing were studied. The effect of different nBaO/nB2O3 on crystal, thermal properties, density and infrared spectra of this system has been discussed. The results show that the trends of crystallization, glass transformation temperature, dilatometric softening temperature and density increase with nBaO/nB2O3 values. But a typical property deviation occurs when nBaO/nB2O3 is 0.875, and its coefficient of thermal expansion has the maximum at this point. The changes of properties can attribute to the conversion of boron from tetrahedral coordination to trigonal, breakage of the local glass network and interaction between the network modifiers. These can be proved by infrared spectra of glasses. Thermal properties of some studied samples are suitable for the sealing of SOFC using Sm doped ceria electrolyte and operating at 400~600 ℃.  相似文献

N2O decomposition was examined over a series of Al2O3-Fe2O3 mixed oxidic solids with composition ranging from 0 to 100% of Fe2O3. The catalytic activity of the solids runs parallel to the number of atoms of iron in the Al2−x FexO3 solid solution phase. Two compensation effects are present. The first corresponds to catalysts rich in alumina, and the second one to catalysts rich in hematite. Magnetic diphase nanostructures of ZnFe2O4/γ-Fe2O3 were synthesized by a solvothermal method. The formation reactions were optimized by tuning the initial molar ratios of Fe/Zn. All samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and Raman spectra. It is found that when the initial molar ratio of Fe/Zn is larger than 2, a diphase magnetic nanostructure of ZnFe2O4/γ-Fe2O3 was formed, in which the presence of ZnFe2O4 enhanced the thermal stability of γ-Fe2O3. Further increasing the initial molar ratio of Fe/Zn larger than 6 destabilized the diphase nanostructure and yielded traces of secondary phase α-Fe2O3. The grain surfaces of diphase nanostructure exhibited a spin-glass-like structure. At room temperature, all diphase nanostructures are superparamagnetic with saturation magnetization being increased with γ-Fe2O3 content.  相似文献

The ternary system Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3 is reinvestigated with solid-state reaction and X-ray powder diffraction technique to clarify some long-standing uncertainties. The phase relations are constructed based on the phase identifications of 51 ternary samples. Six ternary compounds, Li2AlB5O10, LiAlB2O5, Li3AlB2O6, Li2AlBO4, LiAl7B4O17 and a compound with a composition close to 0.66Li2O·0.06Al2O3·0.28B2O3, are observed or confirmed in this system, and the thermal stability of these ternary compounds is also discussed on the basis of DTA experimental results.  相似文献

采用水热合成法制备了Co3O4及复合Ag/Co3O4、CuO/Co3O4一维纳米产品。用XRD,FE-SEM和TEM手段对产品进行了表征。采用循环伏安法研究了合成产品修饰的玻碳电极在碱性溶液中对对硝基苯酚的电催化还原性能。与裸玻碳电极相比,1mmol·L-1的对硝基苯酚在用Co3O4、特别是CuO/Co3O4修饰的玻碳电极上还原的峰电流明显增大,用Ag/Co3O4(Ag/Co原子比分别为1∶5和2∶5)修饰的玻碳电极催化还原对硝基苯酚时,尽管还原峰电流增大不是太大,但其峰电位明显降低(分别降低0.265和0.371V)。  相似文献

The compound previously reported as Ba2Ti2B2O9 has been reformulated as Ba3Ti3B2O12, or Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2, a new barium titanium oxoborate. Small single crystals have been recovered from a melt with a composition of BaTiO3:BaTiB2O6 (molar ratio) cooled between 1100°C and 850°C. The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction: hexagonal system, non-centrosymmetric space group, a=8.7377(11) Å, c=3.9147(8) Å, Z=1, wR(F2)=0.039 for 504 unique reflections. Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2 is isostructural with K3Ta3O6(BO3)2. Preliminary measurements of nonlinear optical properties on microcrystalline samples show that the second harmonic generation efficiency of Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2 is equal to 95% of that of LiNbO3.  相似文献
