GC/MS法研究焦炉烟气中多环芳烃类污染物 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
焦炉烟气中的有机污染物种类繁多 ,但是对人类和生态环境有严重危害的主要是多环芳烃类化合物 [1~ 3] .由于该类化合物结构复杂 ,含量不等 ,因此 ,对其进行分析测试难度很大 .近年来 ,采用色谱 /质谱 (GC/ MS)联机、色谱 /红外 (GC/IR)联机、液相色谱 /质谱联机 (LC/ MS)以及超临界色谱 /质谱联机 (SFC/ MS)等新技术 ,对环境中的多环芳烃类化合物取得了高灵敏度和高选择性的定量分析结果 ,并获得了许多结构信息 .但在我国 ,只对个别地区进行了研究 [4~ 6] ,目前还难以普遍实现 .本文利用气相色谱 /质谱联用法 ,对鞍山钢铁公司炼焦… 相似文献

用于气相色谱和气相色谱-质谱测定植物样品中含氯有机污染物残留的样品前处理方法 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
根据植物样品中的主要干扰物质,建立了用于气相色谱(GC)和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)测定植物样品中含氯有机污染物残留的样品前处理方法,有效提高了对植物样品中有机氯农药及多氯联苯检测的灵敏度。采用均质提取法对样品进行提取,考察了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和固相萃取(SPE)对提取液的净化效果。结果发现,采用GC测定目标物时,提取液需经GPC和SPE两次净化;而采用GC-MS测定目标物时,仅用SPE一次净化即可。该方法快速、经济、灵敏,适合多种植物样品中有机污染物残留分析的样品前处理要求。 相似文献

采用新型固态热调制技术的全二维气相色谱-质谱联用法对某工业废水进行分析,定性检出162种主要的有机污染物。结果表明,有机污染物主要由苯系物和萘系物组成;同类化合物在全二维气相色谱谱图上呈规律性排布,可以方便地对性质相近的化合物进行归类分析;全二维气相色谱-质谱法具有更大的峰容量、更高的分辨率和灵敏度,是复杂样品的准确可靠的分析方法。 相似文献

以沉积物和污泥中非极性和弱极性有机污染物的非靶标筛查为目的,建立了一种超声波辅助提取-气相色谱-质谱结合自动解卷积技术的筛查方法。以二氯甲烷为溶剂超声波辅助提取样品3次,每次20 min,提取液经凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和硅胶层析柱净化,再用3 g铜粉超声10 min除硫。前处理方法的重复性(RSD, n=5)为5.8%~14.9%。采用自动质谱解卷积软件(AMDIS)和标准谱库定性鉴别出所含的有机物。在两类样品中共鉴别出290种有机污染物,其中沉积物样品中190种,污泥样品中153种。鉴别出的污染物包括美国环境保护署(EPA)优先控制污染物、药物和除草剂等新型污染物、抗氧化剂、中间体、有机溶剂及化工原料等。该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于复杂基质样品中有机污染物的非靶标筛查。 相似文献

化学纤维生产中所产生的浆粕废水,排放量大、有机污染物浓度高、色度深,是引起水体环境恶化的重要污染源当前,对废水中有机污染物的污染程度主要是以综合指标五日生化需氧量(BOD3)、化学需氧量(COD)来表述。其实只靠这些综合指标并不能客观地反映废水中有机污染物,尤其是有毒有机污染物的组成与含量。用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪能够快速、灵敏的分析废水中的有机污染物。本文采用GC-MS联用仪首次对化纤浆粕废水进行了分析,确定出该废水中有机污染物的种类。 相似文献

大气颗粒物的化学组成非常复杂,其中包括大量矿质氧化物、可溶性硫酸盐、硝酸盐、海盐、多环芳烃、有机酸和有机氟等。大气颗粒物对局地、区域甚至全球大气辐射平衡、大气能见度、元素的生物化学循环具有重要影响,危害人体健康并参与大气非均相反应。化学组成是决定大气颗粒物各种环境效应的关键因素。国内外对大气颗粒物化学组成分析进行了大量的研究工作。特别是随着气动力学透镜的发展与应用,结合快速、灵敏的光谱和质谱检测手段,适合大气颗粒物化学组成的在线分析方法取得了较大的突破。 相似文献

Thirteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and four nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs) on the surfaces of airborne particulates, which were collected at an industrial area of a western site of Japan during periods from 1976 to 1998, were retrospectively analyzed. PAHs and NPAHs were extracted from airborne particulates using hexane with ultrasonication, and then analyzed by HPLC systems with fluorescence detection and chemiluminescence detection, respectively. The total concentrations (mean +/- SD, n = 34) were 15.54 +/- 21.24 ng/m3 for PAHs and 5.85 +/- 8.16 pg/m3 for NPAHs. The concentrations of PAHs and NPAHs were found to be highest during the period between 1979 and 1982, and then reduced. The annual concentrations of PAHs and NPAHs were highly correlated with those of air pollutants from motor vehicle origin, such as carbon monoxide, suspended particulates and non-methane hydrocarbons. The results suggested that motor vehicle emissions were one of the predominant sources of atmospheric PAHs and NPAHs. 相似文献

Electrothermal vaporization (ETV) inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as chemical modifier are critically compared for the determination of refractory elements in coal fly ash and airborne particulates. The atmospheric particulates that collected on a PVDF filter were introduced into the graphite furnace in the form of a slurry by dissolving the filter in dimethylformamide, and the dissolved filter PVDF, along with additional added PVDF powder, was used as a chemical modifier for subsequent ETV-ICP-OES and ETV-ICP-MS determination. The vaporization behaviors of analytes (Ti, Zr, V, Mo, Cr, La) in ETV-ICP-OES/MS were studied in detail, and the optimal ETV operating parameters were obtained. Under the optimized operating conditions, the detection limits of target elements were 0.08-2.7 ng m(-3) for ETV-ICP-OES and 0.5-50 pg m(-3) for ETV-ICP-MS, respectively, with analytical precisions of 3.5-7.3% for ETV-ICP-OES and 3.9-9.6% for ETV-ICP-MS, respectively. The tolerable amounts of matrix elements for ETV-ICP-OES are higher than for ETV-ICP-MS. Both ETV-ICP-OES and ETV-ICP-MS were used to directly determine the trace refractory elements in coal fly ash and airborne particulates and the analytical results are comparable. 相似文献

A method using high-performance liquid chromatography with chemiluminescence detection was developed for analyzing mutagenic nitrobenzanthrone (NBA) isomers in airborne particulates. The method was a modification of our previously described method for analyzing nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs). The pretreatment and reducing conditions for 1-, 2-, 3- and 10-NBAs were the same as those for NPAHs. In order to separate these NBA isomers, we used a polymeric-type ODS column (Cosmosil 5C-18MS); a mixture of 40% acetonitrile and 60% 10 mM imidazole-HClO4 buffer was employed as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The isomers of 1-, 2-, 3- and 10-NBA were determined in chemiluminescence with linear calibration graphs from 0.1 to 4 pmol, from 200 to 4000 pmol, from 1 to 50 pmol and from 10 to 400 pmol, respectively. The detection limits (S/N = 3) of 1-, 2-, 3- and 10-NBA isomers were 0.02 pmol, 35 pmol, 0.3 pmol and 3 pmol, respectively. The method was used to analyze airborne particulates at a heavy traffic site in Kanazawa. 2- and 3-NBAs were detected in the extracts of the particulates, while 1-NBA and 10-NBA were not detected. The atmospheric concentrations of 2- and 3-NBAs were 1.83 pmol/m3 and 24.7 fmol/m3, respectively. 相似文献

A method is described for the determination of atmospheric iron particulates by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. Samples are collected, with a low-volume air sampler, on organic membranes which are used directly for measurement by comparison with standards prepared by precipitation of hydrous iron(III) oxide on similar membranes. The method is simple and rapid, and offers a precision and error of about 6% for the range 10-200 mug of iron. 相似文献

大气中挥发性卤代烃(HCX,X指卤素)是大气中挥发性有机物(VOC)的一部分,其中氯氟烃(CFC)是指卤代烃中的全卤化合物,均属大气中的痕量气体。大气中的挥发性卤代烃主要来源于人为过程。其中CFC由于具有无毒无嗅、不易燃、热稳定性强和化学性质稳定、易压缩液化、蒸发潜热大等特点,被广泛应用于工业、医疗、家庭日用品以及化妆品等许多领域。CFC主要用作制冷剂、发泡剂、气溶胶产品的驱雾剂以及电路板清洗溶剂的生产;哈龙是本世纪50年代开发的高效灭火剂;二氯甲烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、四氯化碳都是广泛使用的工业清洗剂和有机溶剂;三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯在我国主要应用在干洗行业。 相似文献

In this paper, the relation between the trace element content in air particulates and solar meteorological data in the atmospheric environment of Athens, Greece, was studied. For this purpose, Sm, Br, As, Na, K, La, Ce, Cr, Ag, Sc, Fe, Zn, Co, Sb, Th were determined by INAA in respirable aerosols collected during winter 1993-1994. The results showed that the average cloudiness, sunshine, and the total solar radiation (sun and sky) on a horizontal surface, (3 variables) have no relation with trace element variation. However, diffuse solar radiation (sun and sky) on a horizontal surface seems to have statistically significant relationship with some of the trace element variation. It forms a single component with some trace elements after the application of the factor analysis. The increase of the same solar variable in the Athens City center, is one of the factors which cannot permit the emission of trace elements in the atmospheric environment from dust soil and car tires. 相似文献

Summary Daily samples of airborne particulates (143) were collected along the year in La Spezia (Italy). Seasonal variations of atmospheric PAH concentrations, with highest winter values, have been observed. The concentration of PAHs was found to correlate negatively with the mean ambient temperature during the sampling period. Volatilization, photodegradation and seasonal modifications of emissions from urban traffic were found to be a possible explanation of this phenomenon. 相似文献

A method for the quantitation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in indoor and outdoor air by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a spectrofluorometric detection and programmed excitation and emission wavelength pairs is proposed. The mobile phase is a linear gradient of methanol-water. The relative standard deviations (n = 5) are in the range 0.38-1.7% at concentration levels of 0.69-11.40 ng ml(-1). The determination limits (S N = 10 ) are 0.5-15.9 pg. The proposed method was successfully applied to quantitate 12 PAHs in gas phase and particulates in indoor and outdoor air. The recoveries of PAHs from gas phase and particulates were 95.7-117.5 and 94.8-112.4%, respectively. This highly sensitive automatic HPLC analysis for PAHs both in gas phase and particulates can be applied to indoor and outdoor survey. 相似文献
