In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Mn(C3H2O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)2], the MnII atom demonstrates a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand, two O atoms from the carboxylate groups of the chelating malonate dianion and two O atoms of two cis water molecules. The complex molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array by both hydrogen‐bonding interactions between coordinated water and the carboxylate groups of neighboring molecules and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings. 相似文献

The title compound, C15H11N2+·HN2O6?, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with four molecules in the unit cell. The planar 9‐cyano‐10‐methylacridinium cations lie on crystallographic twofold axes and are arranged in layers, almost perpendicular to the ac plane, in such a way that neighbouring molecules are positioned in a `head‐to‐tail' manner. These cations and the hydrogen dinitrate anions are linked through C—H?O interactions involving four of the six O atoms of the anion and the H atoms attached to the C atoms of the acridine moiety in ring positions 2 and 4. The H atom of the hydrogen dinitrate anion appears to be located on the centre of inversion relating two of the four O atoms engaged in the above‐mentioned C—H?O interactions. In this way, columns of either anions or cations running along the c axis are held in place by the network of C—H?O interactions, forming a relatively compact crystal lattice. 相似文献

The title mononuclear complex, [Cu(CO3)(C8H7N5)(H2O)]·2H2O, was obtained by fixation of CO2 by a mixture of copper(II) tetrafluoroborate and the ligand bis(pyrimidin‐2‐yl)amine in ethanol/water. The CuII ion of the complex has a distorted square‐pyramidal environment, with a basal plane formed by two N atoms of the ligand and two chelating O atoms of the carbonate group, while the apical position is occupied by the O atom of the coordinating water molecule. In the solid state, hydrogen‐bonding interactions are dominant, the most unusual being the Watson–Crick‐type coplanar ligand pairing through two N—H?N bonds. Lattice water molecules also participate in hydrogen bonding. 相似文献

Structure analyses of 4,4′‐bis(4‐hydroxybutyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, C18H24N2O2, (I), and 4,4′‐bis(4‐bromobutyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, C18H22Br2N2, (II), reveal intermolecular hydrogen bonding in both compounds. For (I), O—H·N intermolecular hydrogen bonding leads to the formation of an infinite two‐dimensional polymer, and π stacking interactions are also observed. For (II), C—H·N intermolecular hydrogen bonding leads to the formation of a zigzag polymer. The two compounds crystallize in different crystal systems, but both molecules possess Ci symmetry, with one half molecule in the asymmetric unit. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni(NCS)2(C4H12N2O)2], has two crystallographically independent half‐molecules in the asymmetric unit, with each Ni atom residing on a centre of symmetry. The two molecules exhibit similar coordination geometry but display differences with regard to other structural features. Each NiII centre is octahedrally coordinated by two mutually trans chelating hydroxyethylethylenediamine ligands and two mutually trans isothiocyanate ions. The two independent molecules form chains through different types of non‐covalent interactions. In the case of one of the molecules, only NCS and free OH groups participate in hydrogen bonding, while in the chain based on the second molecule, the NCS, NH, NH2 and free OH groups are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The two chains interact with one another through hydrogen bonding, forming planar sheets. The third packing direction is mediated only by van der Waals interactions. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the mononuclear title complex, [CuCl2(C10H8N4)(H2O)]·H2O, shows an s‐cis/E/s‐trans‐configured di‐2‐pyridyldiazene ligand, with the square‐pyramidal CuII ion coordinated to one pyridyl and one diazene N atom together with two Cl atoms and one aqua ligand. The crystal packing involves both hydrogen‐bonding and π–π interactions. The solvent water molecule links three monomers to one another through hydrogen‐bonding interactions in which two monomers are linked via chloro ligands and the third via the aqua ligand. Face‐to‐face and weak slipped π–π interactions also occur between di‐2‐pyridyldiazene moieties, and these interactions are responsible for the interchain packing. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2]·C10H8N2, the Co atom is trans‐coordinated by two pairs of N and O atoms from two monoanionic 4,5‐dicarboxyimidazole ligands, and by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The 4,4′‐bipyridine solvent molecule is not involved in coordination but is linked by an N—H⋯N hydrogen bond to the neutral [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2] molecule. Both molecules are located on inversion centers. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which produce a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network. Offset π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of adjacent 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules were observed, with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.345 (1) Å. 相似文献

The X‐ray structure of 1,2,4,5‐tetrahydroxybenzene (benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetrol) monohydrate, C6H6O4·H2O, (I), reveals columns of 1,2,4,5‐tetrahydroxybenzene parallel to the b axis that are separated by 3.364 (12) and 3.453 (11) Å. Molecules in adjacent columns are tilted relative to each other by 27.78 (8)°. Water molecules fill the channels between the columns and are involved in hydrogen‐bonding interactions with the 1,2,4,5‐tetrahydroxybenzene molecules. The crystal structure of the adduct 1,2,4,5‐tetrahydroxybenzene–2,5‐dihydroxy‐1,4‐benzoquinone (1/1), C6H6O4·C6H4O4, (II), reveals alternating molecules of 1,2,4,5‐tetrahydroxybenzene and 2,5‐dihydroxy‐1,4‐benzoquinone (both lying on inversion centers), and a zigzag hydrogen‐bonded network connecting molecules in three dimensions. For compound (II), the conventional X‐ray determination, (IIa), is in very good agreement with the synchrotron X‐ray determination, (IIb). When differences in data collection temperatures are taken into account, even the displacement parameters are in very good agreement. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ti(CF3O3S)2(C14H15NO2S)(C4H8O)], contains a unique ligand system in which the Ti ion is bound to the N and O atoms of a 2‐p‐toluenesulfonamide ligand, which is linked by an ethyl group to a coordinated cyclopentadiene moiety. The distorted octahedral geometry about the Ti ion is completed by two trifluoromethanesulfonate ligands and a tetrahydrofuran molecule. The title compound, C19H14N5+·ClO4?·H2O, contains planar C19H14N5+ cations, perchlorate anions and water molecules. The two closest parallel cations (plane‐to‐plane distance of 3.41 Å), together with two neighbouring perchlorate anions and two water molecules, form an electrically neutral quasi‐dimeric unit. Two acidic H atoms of the cation, both H atoms of the water molecule, the N atoms of the imidazole rings and three of the four O atoms of the perchlorate anion are involved in the hydrogen‐bonding network within the dimeric unit. The remaining third acidic H atom of the imidazole rings and the water molecules complete a two‐dimensional network of hydrogen bonds, thus forming puckered layers of dimers. The angle between the planes of two neighbouring dimeric units in the same layer is 33.25 (3)°. 相似文献
