使用气相色谱/质谱(GC-MS)法对缬草精油和含有缬草精油的混配精油的化学成分进行了分析.采用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对二维数据中的色谱重叠峰进行了解析,得到两种精油的各个物质的纯色谱和纯质谱,同时利用交互移动窗口因子分析法(AMWFA)直接比较两种精油中的共有组分,提取出共有组分的纯质谱,通过与HELP法解析出的质谱进行比较,发现AMWFA法比HELP法能更快速鉴别出混配精油中的缬草精油.  相似文献

基于新近发展的直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP), 本文提出了一个对二维数据进行同时定性定量的分析方法, 并将其成功地用于环境样本中多环芳烃化合物定量解析。对于一维色谱难以定量的重叠峰, HELP方法充分利用色谱、光谱两方面的选择性信息, 得到了具有真实物理意义的唯一解。在定性分辨结果的基础上, 本文还提出了三种可能的定量方法。这种二维数据的解析新方法, 能大幅度地降低对色谱分离条件的要求, 可直接用于复杂实际样本的定性定量分析。  相似文献

提出三维演进特征投影图(3D-LPG)和定量识别三维LPG上直线段的方法,即T-图法,并采用上述方法对模拟体系和实验体系进行了解析.结果表明,三维LPG可提供比二维LPG更丰富的信息,当组分的光谱非常相似时,只有三维LPG才能正确地显示出重叠色谱峰中选择性区域的范围;同时,T-图法可准确地指示出三维LPG上直线段区域的所在范围,从而可正确识别出体系的选择性区域,为复杂体系中重叠色谱峰的成功解析提供了保证.  相似文献

用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定多环芳烃时,因芴、苊和菲,茚(1,2,3-cd)芘和苯并(g,h,i)苝的色谱峰严重重叠而影响测定结果。本研究用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(DAD)和荧光检测器(FLD)测定多环芳烃,在激发波长λex=230nm,发射波长λem=300~500nm范围内采集重叠峰的HPLC-FLD二维色谱数据,再用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)解析它们的重叠色谱峰,分辨结果令人满意。该方法对重叠组分的分辨下限为0.02mg/L。结果表明,用二维色谱荧光数据解析色谱重叠峰,灵敏度更高,可用于环境样品中多环芳烃的测定。  相似文献

利用GC-MS联用和化学计量学方法,对6种中药挥发油进行分析,对其中的重叠色谱峰采用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)法进行了分辨,同时计算了各组分的程序升温保留指数,通过质谱库定性.得到共有成分32个.结果表明,保留指数有很好的重复性,可与质谱库结合用作物质的定性.  相似文献

利用渐进因子分析方法(EFA)和固定尺寸移动窗口因子分析方法(FSMWEFA)与局部正交投影方法(LOPA)相结合,用于模拟的HPLC—DAD二维数据解析。通过比较谱峰部分重叠、光谱完全重叠、色谱拖尾3种情况的结果显示,在谱峰部分重叠和色谱拖尾两种情况下两种方法都可以较好的解析重叠峰。但是在光谱完全重叠时,前一种方法不能得出正确的结论,而后一种方法仍能得到满意的结果。  相似文献

利用HPLC-DAD产生的二维数据和化学计量学方法-直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP),解析了不同提取方法得到的国产血竭中的重叠色谱峰,并对其中的指标性成分-龙血素B进行了含量测定,结果满意。这表明这化学计量学方法与现代分析手段有机结合,将为中药等复杂体系的分析提供一条新途径。  相似文献

提出了一种鉴别重叠色谱峰类型的化学计量学方法——模差渐进投影(MDEP)法。该方法利用二维色谱数据中相邻两个色谱流出点的光谱矢量模的和与该两个矢量和的模之差,建立模差-时间(dm-t)曲线判断非纯色谱峰的纯组分区,同时判定第二组分色谱流出点和倒数第二组分色谱结束点。分别以纯组分区的光谱矢量建立正交阵对该色谱峰进行投影运算,得到投影后转换色谱。该转换色谱消除了纯组分区所对应化合物的色谱和光谱信息。对转换色谱重复上述操作至整个色谱峰的模差-时间曲线均为0时终止,得到重叠色谱峰各组分的色谱流出点和结束点。利用上述结果,采用不包含待测组分光谱信息的该重叠峰二维色谱数据建立正交矩阵对该色谱峰进行投影运算,获得待测组分的相似色谱图。通过比对分析即可得到该组分在重叠色谱峰中的光谱和色谱信息。依次操作,即可获得重叠色谱峰中各组分的光谱和色谱信息。采用模差渐近投影法对4组分模拟重叠二维色谱峰及杜香挥发油GC-MS的重叠色谱峰进行了解析,方法简便、结果准确。  相似文献

利用新近发展的直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP),成功地对香港大气颗粒物样本中的多环芳烃化合物进行了定性定量解析.解析结果表明:在样本中存在47种化学成分,其中有18种为多环芳烃化合物及其衍生物.分辨结果与标准光谱吻合很好,并与GC-MS的定性分析结果相一致.在定性分析的基础上,还进行了定量分析.HELP方法大大降低了对色谱分离条件的要求,为今后快速、准确解析色谱光谱联用仪器产生的二维数据提供了崭新途径.  相似文献

化学计量学算法为重叠GC-MS信号解析提供了有效手段. 免疫算法(IAs)可根据标准样品的信号(色谱或质谱)对重叠GC-MS信号进行解析并得到重叠信号中各组分的信息. 但是标样信号与实际测量信号之间的差别会造成解析结果出现偏差. 针对标样信号与测量信号不一致的问题, 作者提出了一种交替迭代算法用于重叠GC-MS测量信号的直接解析. 该方法在不提供标样信号的情况下可以解析出组分的质谱和色谱信息. 计算过程中, 采用随机产生的质谱作为初始输入, 利用最小二乘和IA算法交替计算质谱和色谱, 直到满足终止条件. 采用所建立的方法对40种组分的农药混合物进行了分析, 使用快速升温程序在10 min保留时间内得到了全部组分的色谱和质谱信息.  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取兴安落叶松针叶挥发油,利用气相色谱.质谱(GC-MS)联用对挥发油进行成分测定,并对其重叠色谱峰采用启发渐进式特征投影(HELP)法进行分辨,得到各组分的纯色谱峰和质谱,然后采用峰面积归一化法确定各化合物的相对含量.共分离出110种化合物,鉴定了70种化合物,占挥发油总量的93.09%,其中单萜、倍半萜和二萜的含量分别为31.92%、53.29%和6.91%.  相似文献

The relationship between nonylphenol (NP) isomers' structures and their estrogenic potencies has been evaluated previously. However, due to their similarities in both chemical and physical properties, complete separation and identification remain strikingly difficult. In the present study, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is employed to separate commercial NP isomers. Both extracted ion chromatograms (EIC) based on selected ions known to be definitive for the suite of isomers, and the heuristic evolving latent projection (HELP) chemometric resolution method have been applied for the analysis and identification of the NP isomers. This method corrected the wrong identification of one isomer which was suspected based on the EIC data, and also was able to be applied for the determination of an additional isomer with low abundance. Overall, 15 NP isomers have been proposed by the HELP interpretation method. Pure component chromatograms and mass spectra have been extracted with the aid of chemometric resolution. The applicability of the commercial deconvolution software package automated mass spectral deconvolution and identification system (AMDIS) has also been tested against the HELP method for comparative presentation of pure component mass spectra.  相似文献

Several curve resolution methods were compared in their performance of identification and quantification of overlapping peaks. These resolution methods are heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP), sub-window factor analysis (SFA), and orthogonal projection resolution (OPR). In this paper, HELP, SFA and OPR with the rank map produced by evolving factor analysis (EFA) or fixed size moving window-evolving factor analysis (FSMW-EFA) were applied to the simulated and experimental data. The resolved results were compared qualitatively and quantitatively. In addition, the further comparison was carried out with the results obtained from multivariate curve resolution-alternate least square (MCR-ALS) by using the initial estimates provided by EFA.  相似文献

各国药典中关于庆大霉素C组分的测定方法均为高效液相色谱法,但检测方式及分离效果不同。为此采用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP),对高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测采集的庆大霉素C组分色谱数据进行解析,分辨出各物质的色谱曲线,在扣除了未分离的杂质峰对庆大霉素C1组分的干扰后,对柱前邻苯二醛衍生化-二极管阵列检测法及目前中国药典 2005 版收载的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测方法测定庆大霉素C组分的准确性进行了比较,并运用柱切换技术,证明二者测定结果的一致性。  相似文献

Characterization and determination of a complex mixture of fatty acid methyl esters was performed for commercial fish oil using two-dimensional GC-MS data coupled with resolution techniques. Various principle component analysis methods such as significant factor analysis and fixed size moving window evolving factor analysis were used for the number of factors, zero concentration and selective regions. Then, the convoluted chromatograms were resolved into pure chromatograms and mass spectra using heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP) method. Fatty acids of C16:1omega7, C18:4omega3, C18:1omega11, C18:1omega9, C18:0, C20:2omega6, C20:1omega9, C22:1omega11, C22:1omega9 and C24:1omega9 were resolved an fied by using similarity searches between deconvoluted mass spectra and MS database, in different parts of total ion current chromatogram. Window target testing factor analysis is also applied for confirming the presence or absence of target analytes. The results of the present work show that combination of hyphenated chromatographic methods and resolution techniques provide a complementary method for accurate analysis of real multi-component systems such as fish oil.  相似文献

The chromatographic peak located inside another peak in the time direction is called an embedded or inner peak in contradistinction with the embedding peak, which is called an outer peak. The chemical components corresponding to inner and outer peaks are called inner and outer components, respectively. This special case of co-eluting chromatograms was investigated using chemometric approaches taking GC-MS as an example. A novel method, named inner chromatogram projection (ICP), for resolution of GC-MS data with embedded chromatographic peaks is derived. Orthogonal projection resolution is first utilized to obtain the chromatographic profile of the inner component. Projection of the two-way data matrix columnwise-normalized along the time direction to the normalized profile of the inner component found is subsequently performed to find the selective m/z points, if they exist, which represent the chromatogram of the outer component by itself. With the profiles obtained, the mass spectra can easily be found by means of a least-squares procedure. The results for both simulated data and real samples demonstrate that the proposed method is capable of achieving satisfactory resolution performance not affected by the shapes of chromatograms and the relative positions of the components involved.  相似文献

The essential oil components of geranium oil cultivated in center of Iran were identified and determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry data combined with the chemometric resolution techniques. A total of 61 components accounting for 91.51% were identified using similarity searches between the mass spectra and MS database. This number was extended to 85 components using chemometric techniques. Various chemometric methods such as morphological scores, simplified Borgen method (SBM) and fixed size moving window evolving factor analysis (FSMWEFA) were used for determining the number of components, pure variables, zero concentration and selective regions. Then the overlapping peak clusters were resolved into pure chromatograms and pure mass spectra using heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP) method. A characteristic feature of the Iranian geranium oil is the absence of 10-epi-gamma-eudesmol in its constituents compared with the oil from northern and southern parts of India. The results of this work show that combination of hyphenated chromatographic methods and resolution techniques provide a complementary method for accurate analysis of essential oils.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel procedure for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the two-dimensional data obtained from GC-MS is investigated to determine chemical components of essential oils in Cortex Cinnamomi from four different producing areas. A new method named iterative optimization procedure (IOP) specially used to resolve embedded peaks is also developed. With the help of IOP and other chemometric techniques, such as heuristic evolving latent projections, evolving factor analysis, sub-window factor analysis and orthogonal projection resolution, and etc., the detection of the purity of chromatographic peaks can be first addressed, and then the overlapping peaks are resolved into the pure chromatogram and mass spectrum of each component. The similarity searches in the MS database are finally conducted to qualitatively determine the chemical components. The results obtained showed that the accuracy of qualitative and quantitative analysis could be greatly enhanced by chemometric resolution methods. The chemometric resolution techniques upon the two-dimensional data can be quite promising tools for the analysis of the complex samples like traditional Chinese medicine.  相似文献
