A series of polymer-supported tetranuclear rhodium carbonyl cluster catalysts were prepared b the reaction of Rh_4(CO)_(12) with several kinds of polymer supports such as crosslinked poly (N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PNVP) and crosslinked poly ( styrene-co-maleic anhydride) (PMAn), and subsequently were used to catalyze the hydroformylation of olefins. The catalysts were characterized by IR, SEM and XPS. The influence of the supports structure and crosslinking, metal's content and particle size of the supports on the catalysts hydroformylation properties was studied. The factors which affect the catalytic conversion were also examined. The experimental results show that the polymer-supported Rh cluster catalysts possess very high catalytic activity and aldehyde selectivity as well as good reproducibility.  相似文献

LC-ESI-MS method was used to analyze the formed di-and tri-peptide hi the reaction system of N-(O,O-diisopropyl)phosphoryl aspartic acid and adenosine.Ouster ions of the peptides were given hi the ESI-MS.The structures of these small peptides were confirmed by LC-MS-MS analysis.Compared with the traditional HPLC-UV detection,this method showed good sensitivity and selectivity for peptide in the presence of compounds with strong UV absorption,such as nucle-oside and nucleotide.  相似文献

The adsorption process and hydrogenation mechanisms of 2-methylthiophene on the Pt(111) surface have been elucidated using density functional theory(DFT). The optimal adsorption sites of reactants, intermediates, and products as well as the activation energy and reaction energy of each elementary reactions were investigated. The results turned out that the 2-methylthiophene tilt to the Pt(111) catalyst with the C_1–C_2 double bond at the top site was the most stable. During the hydrogenation process, the heat of reaction almost located at the negative side, so dropping the temperature is good for the occurrence of hydrogenation process. The hydrogenation steps of mechanism take place along C_2→C_3→C_1→C_4→S→C_1 to generate the product of pentane-2-thiol, in which the first step with the highest energy barrier is the rate-determining step.  相似文献

In order to develop a sensor for the detection of toxic H_2S molecule,the interactions of C–NT and CSi–NT with H_2S molecule were investigated by density functional theory calculations. The effects of F functionalization and water on the adsorption of H_2S gas on C–NT and CSi–NT surfaces were investigated. The studied nanotubes can interact with the H_2S molecule effectively and so adsorptions of H_2S on studied nanotubes are exothermic and possible from the energetic viewpoint. Replacing the C atoms of C–NT with Si atoms may be a good strategy for improving the sensitivity of C–NT towards H_2S. F functionalization and water cause an increase and decrease in the absolute adsorption energy(Ead) values of H_2S on the studied nanotubes,respectively. There are good linearity dependencies between Ead and orbital energy values of studied nanotubes. The Ead and orbital energy values of studied nanotubes can be considered as important parameters to propose suitable nanotubes with increased potential of H_2S adsorption.  相似文献

The analysis of seven aliphatic carboxylic acids(formic,acetic,propionic,iso-butyric,n-butyric,iso-valeric and n-valeric acid) in anaerobic digestion process waters for biogas production was examined by ion-exclusion chromatography with dilute acidic eluents(benzoic acid,perfluorobutyric acid(PFBA) and sulfuric acid) and non-suppressed conductivity/ultraviolet(UV) detection.The columns used were a styrene/divinylbenzene-based strongly acidic cation-exchange resin column(TSKgel SCX) and a polymethacrylate-based weakly acidic cation-exchange resin column(TSKgel Super IC-A/C).Good separation was performed on the TSKgel SCX in shorter retention times.For the TSKgel Super IC-A/C,peak shape of the acids was sharp and symmetrical in spite of longer retention times.In addition,the mutual separation of the acids was good except for iso-and n-butyric acids.The better separation and good detection was achieved by using the two columns(TSKgel SCX and TSKgel Super IC-A/C connected in series),lower concentrations of PFBA and sulfuric acid as eluents,non-suppressed conductivity detection and UV detection at 210 nm.This analysis was applied to anaerobic digestion process waters.The chromatograms with conductivity detection were relatively simpler compared with those of UV detection.The use of two columns with different selectivities for the aliphatic carboxylic acids and the two detection modes was effective for the determination and identification of the analytes in anaerobic digestion process waters containing complex matrices.  相似文献

In this work,a novel kind of particulate capillary precolumns with double-end polymer monolithic frits has been developed.Firstly,the polymer monolithic frit at one end was prepared via photo-initiated polymerization of a mixture of lauryl methacrylate and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate with 1-propanol and 1,4-butanediol as porogens and 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone as a photo-initiator in UV transparent coating capillary(100 μm i.d.).Subsequently,C18 particles(5 μm,100 A) were packed into the capillary,and sealed with the polymer monolithic frit at another end.To prevent the reaction of monomers and C18 particles,the packed C18 particles were masked during UV exposure.The loading capacity of such a precolumn was determined to be about 9 μg by frontal analysis with a synthetic peptide APGDR1 YVHPF as a model sample.Furthermore,two parallel precolumns were incorporated into a two-dimensional nano-liquid chromatography(2D nano-LC) system with dual capillary trap columns for peptide trapping and concentration.Compared to 2D nano-LC system with a single trap column,such two dimensional separations could be operated simultaneously to improve the analysis throughput.All these results demonstrated that such capillary precolumns with double frits would be promising for high-throughput proteome analysis.  相似文献

Polycations and polyanions of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with various substitution degrees were pre-pared by acetalization of PVA with aldehyde derivatives such as p-formylbenzoic acid, glyoxalic acid, p-formyl-benzenesulfonic acid, p-formylpyridine, and p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and then neutral-ized or quaternarized with methyl iodide. The corresponding PVA type polyionic complexes wereobtained by mixing the aqueous solutions of these polycations and polyanions. The solvation behaviourof these polyionic complexes were investigated. It was found that the H_2O-DMF-NaSCN solventsystem is superior to the H_2O-DMF-NaBr system for these PVA type polyionic complexes.  相似文献

Redox graphene-MXene(rGO-MXene) nanocomposites were prepared by ion polymerization and used to construct a highly sensitive electrochemical sensor for baicalin(BA) detection. The synergistic effect of rGO and MXene increased the specific surface area and electron transport capacity of the electrode, and significantly enhanced the electrochemical response of BA. The cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of BA on the sensor. Under the optimal conditions, the peak current exhibited a good linear relationship with BA concentration in the range of 0. 05-10 μmol / L, and the limit of detection was as low as 28 nmol / L. The method was applied to analyze traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing baicalin, such as Qingkailing Capsule and Sanhuang Tablets with good accuracy and spiked recovery. The results were highly consistent with those of high performance liquid chromatography, providing a technical means for the rapid and sensitive detection of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. © 2022, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. The properties of immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD) by the complexes of diethylaminoethyl cellulose(DEAEC) with different polymers, such as polymethylacrylic acid (PMAA), polyacrylic acid (PAA), polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSA), polyvinylaleohol (PVA), polyethylene oxide (PEO) and styrene-maleic acid copolymer (PSMA) were investigated. The activity of immobilized GOD was obviously influenced by the component of the DEAEC complexes. The relative activity of the immobilized GOD reached to maximum and over 90% of the native GOD. when the DEAEC-PMAA DEAEC-PAA complexes were used as a carrier with the molar ratio of DEAEC and polyacid of about one. Michaelis constants (Km) of the immobilized enzymes of DEAEC-GOD-PMAA and DEAEC-GOD-PAA were determined to be 1.25 and 1.00, respectively. Moreover, the immobilized GOD has a good storage stability and cyclic life.  相似文献

Europium(Ⅲ) compound with 2-oxopropionic acid salicyloyl hydrazone (C_(10)H_(10)N_2O_4,H_3L) and 1,10-phenan-throline (C_(12)H_8N_2,phen) has been prepared.A yellow prismatic crystal of the compound was obtained,and themolecule crystallized in the triclinic space group P-1.There are two 9-coordinated complex molecules in everystructure unit,where every Eu atom is coordinated by three water molecules and two tridentate C_(10)H_(10)N_2O_4 ligands,forming two stable pentacycles.The coordination polyhedron around Eu~(3+) was described as a single cap squareantiprism.In the crystal cell,there are one free 1,10-phenanthroline and four water molecules.The thermaldecomposition of the compound and its kinetics were studied by non-isothermal thermogravimetry.The Kissinger'smethod and Ozawa's method were used to calculate the activation energy value of the first-step decomposition.Thestages of the decompositions were identified by TG-DTG-DSC curve.The non-isothermal kinetic data were ana-lyzed by means of integral and differential methods.The possible reaction mechanism and the kinetic equationswere investigated by comparing the kinetic parameters.  相似文献

Three new acylhydrazones containing pyrazine ring(C_(12)H_(11)N_5O_2·CH_3COOH, 1; C_(13)H_(13)N_5O·2CH_3COOH, 2; C_(13)H_(13)N_5O_3·C_(13)H_(13)N_5O_3, 3) were synthesized and fully characterized. The single-crystal XRD indicated that both 1 and 2 crystallized in monoclinic, P21/c space group but 3 belonged to monoclinic, C2/c space group. The temperature of the maximum thermal decomposition peaks measured by thermogravimetry for 1~3 is 284, 289 and 276 ℃ respectively, all showing better thermal stabilities. The interactions of 1~3 with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy, respectively, presenting that 1~3 could bind to CT-DNA via groove binding mode and quench the fluorescence of BSA through static process. Moreover, molecular docking studies of the interactions between 1~3 with DNA/BSA were in good agreement with experimental results. From antimicrobial activities of 1~3 and gentamycin sulfate against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium, it was inferred that 3 had generally stronger antibacterial activity than 1 and 2 and is more active against Staphylococcus aureus than gentamycin sulfate. The cytotoxic tests of 1~3 and etoposide on human lung cancer cells(A549) were carried out by using the MTT method.  相似文献

<正>The pyrolysis of 1-hexene can act as a prototype of pyrolytic mechanism in petroleum processing. Details of C-C bond cleavage in the 1-hexene pyrolysis were investigated at the MP2/6-311++G~(**) basis set level. The equilibrium geometries and key thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energies and thermal enthalpies were gained. Our theoretical results show that the entropy effect plays a significant role in dissociative processes. The dissociation of 1-hexene-4-yl radical into C_4H_6 and C_2H_5 is not an elementary reaction, but a process involving H-transfer and C-C rupture.  相似文献

Summary Columns packed with small particles (i.e. 3 to 10μm) may be used for fast separations in supercritical-fluid chromatography (SFC). The analysis times required for such packed columns are typically an order of magnitude smaller than what may be achieved with contemporary open-tubular (capillary) columns (25 to 100μm i.d.). However, packed columns give rise to much higher pressure drops over the column. The maximum allowable pressure drop will determine how many plates can be achieved with packed columns. In this paper the effects are described of the pressure drop on retention (capacity factor) and efficiency (number of plates) for packed columns of various lengths and internal diameters, packed with three different octadecylsilica materials. Carbon dioxide has been used as the mobile phase under several different sets of pressure and temperature conditions.  相似文献

He, CO_2, O_2, N_2, CH_4, C_3H_8, and t-C_4H_(10) gas permeability coefficients and diffusion coefficients of poly(4-methylpentene-1) (PMP) with various degrees of crystallization were plotted against the degree of crystallization. The plotdemonstrated a linear relationship. The gas permeability coefficient and diffusion coefficient of pure amorphous and purecrystalline PMPs were evaluated by a linear extrapolation to zero and 100% crystallinity, respectively. The relationshipbetween the diffusion coefficient of crystalline parts of PMP and the kinetic diameter of penetrant gases was discussed.Syndiotactic polystyrene (SPS) could exist as δ form crystals complexed with organic solvents such as benzene, toluene,xylene, and ethylbenzene. The mesophase of SPS is prepared by annealing the δ form of crystalline complexes at a certaintemperature for 1 h. The desorption of solvent during annealing almost does not result in changes of both the conformation ofbackbone chains and the crystal lattice. We could prepare the mesophase containing molecular cavities with the size andshape of the organic solvent molecules. The mesophase could sorb the same solvent after the manner of Langmuir sorption atlow vapor pressure range while this would not be the case for solvents of different size and shape. This suggests a molecularrecognition of organic solvent, and mesophase SPS might be useful for separation membrane and adsorptive material.  相似文献

A series of salicylaldimines,synthesized in high yield via microwave-assisted condensation of salicylaldehyde and 2-alkoxyaniline were allowed to react with nickel chloride to form six-coordinated nickel complexes.These nickel complexes were carefully characterized,and the solid structure of la was elucidated by X-Ray diffraction.Activated with MAO,the nickel complexes showed good activity for homopolymerization of norbornene.Reaction parameters,such as the ratio of nickel precursor to MAO,monomer concentration,reaction time and the reaction temperature,as well as the nature of the ligands were found to have significant effects on the catalytic activity and some properties of the resulting polynorbornene.  相似文献

A vinyl monomer having an electron-donating moiety, p-(N,N-dimethylamino)styrenc (DMAS),was synthesized. It was combined with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) to form a redox initiation system to initiatethe polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA). UV spectra measurements show that DMAS enters thePMMA chain as well. Both DMAS and its polymer P(DMAS) display strong fluorescence, and thefluorescence can be quenched by electron-deficient compounds such as methacrylonitrile, fumaronitrile andmethyl methacrylate etc. Moreover, DMAS can also form charge transfer complex (CTC) with strongelectron acceptors such as tetracyanoethylene (TCNE). The difference between the photochemical propertiesof DMAS and P(DMAS) were explained in terms of molecular structure change and polymer conformationeffect in solution. In addition, the CTC and exciplex formation of DMAS or P(DMAS) with C_(60) were alsostudied.  相似文献

<正>A new single crystal of 1:1 salicylic acid-benzene azimide was determined and cha- racterized. It belongs to space group P2_1/n with a = 13.8085(13), b = 5.3846(4), c = 16.7063(13) and β = 102.331(9)°. Crystals of the title compound, C_7H_6O_3·C_6H_5N_3, were obtained by cocrys- tallization. FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy and TGA-DTA were applied to characterize the title compound as supplemental evidence to prove the formation of the crystal. Our work describes the solubility of the crystal by considering the equilibria between the crystal, components, and solution mixture.  相似文献
