从尖山橙(Melodinus fusiformis)全植物中分得15个生物碱,其中3个为新生物碱,采用波谱分析和化学方法,它们的结构分别鉴定为:11,19(R)-dihydroxy tabersonine(1)11-hydroxy-14,15α-epoxy tabersonine(2)和scandine N_b-oxide(3).其余12个为已知生物碱:scandine(4),moloscandonine(5),10-hydoxyscandine(6),Kopsinine(7),15α-hydroxykopsinine(8),venalstonine(9),tabersonine(10),11-methoxytabersonine(11),11-hydroxytabersonine(12),tubotaiwine(13),vindolinine(14)和deacetylpicraline(15).新生物碱1和2分别显示有明显的抗生育和抗肿瘤的作用。 相似文献

本文将报道从安徽产三尖杉(Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook f.)弱碱部分分得五种高刺桐类型生物碱,其中两种新生物碱经光谱分析分别鉴定为:2-O-乙基表福建三尖杉碱(2-O-ethylepicephalofortuneine)(1)和2-O-乙基福建三尖杉碱(2-O-ethylcephalofortuneine)(2);另三种已知的生物碱为:taxodine(Schelhammera alkaloid B)(3);O-methyltaxodine(Cephalotaxus alkaloid VI,3-epimethylschelhammericine B)(4)和3-epischelhammeri-cine(5).3为第一次从该植物中分到。 相似文献

本文报道从虎皮楠科植物交让木的树皮中分到4个新的和7个已知的虎皮楠生物碱的结构研究。4个新生物碱分别命名为脱氧交让木碱(dehydroxymacropodumineA)(1), 4,21-脱乙酰-23-脱甲基-脱氧交让木胺(4,21-deacetyl-23-demethyl-deoxyyuzurimine) (2),7-氧杂--脱氧交让木胺(7-oxo-deoxyyuzurimine)(3),和4-乙酰氧-虎皮楠素B (4-acetoxydaphmanidinB)(4)。新化合物1-4的结构是通过仔细解析其波谱数据和与已知结构相关的化合物波谱数据比较而确定。脱氧交让木碱(dehydroxymacropodumineA)(1) 具有罕见的11元环的大环内酯结构,是从自然界中分到的第二个具有这一新颖结构特征的生物碱。 相似文献

Sixteen alkaloids have been isolated from the fruits of Kopsia officinalis Tsiang and P. T. Li (Apocynaceae), a plant commonly used in folk medicine for treating tonsillitis and rheumatism. Ten of them were identified as known alkaloids — eburnamenine ( 1 ), kopsanone ( 2 ), 5, 18-dioxokopsan ( 3 ), kopsinilam ( 4 ), kopsinine ( 5 ), pleiocarpine ( 6 ), kopsamine ( 7 ), N-carbomethoxy-12-methoxykopsinaline ( 8 ), N-carbomethoxy-11, 12-dimethoxykopsinaline ( 9 ) and (+)-vincadifformine ( 13 ). The other three have now been proved to be new. They are N-carbomethoxy-11-hydroxy-12-methoxy-kopsinaline ( 10 ), N-carbomethoxy-11-methoxy-12-hydroxykopsinaline ( 11 ) and kopsamine N-oxide ( 12 ). 相似文献

应用多种色谱和波谱学方法,从云南蕊木(Kopsia officinalis)茎中分离鉴定了27个单萜吲哚生物碱,包括7个新化合物kopsiofficines A^G和20个已知化合物.此外,建立脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠巨噬细胞RAW 264.7炎症模型,通过测定IL-1β,PGE2和TNF-α炎症因子释放评价生物碱的抗炎活性.结果表明,kopsiofficines A(1),kopsiofficines B(2),kopsiofficines D(4),kopsiofficines F(6),kopsiofficines G(7),12-methoxykopsine(11),kopsinoline(15),(-)-N-methoxycarbonyl-11,12-methylenedioxykopsinaline(16),kopsinine(18)和kopsinic acid(20)表现出显著的抗炎活性,与阳性对照(地塞米松)基本相当.研究发现C-5位丙酮基取代的单萜吲哚生物碱的抗炎活性明显强于原型生物碱,推测丙酮基可能是抗炎活性的药效促进基团,研究结果为进一步的结构修饰和药理学研究提供了线索. 相似文献

The known alkaloids phenyl--naphthylamine, karakoline, neoline, delsosine, monticamine, songorine, napelline acetylnapelline, napelline-n-oxide, and isoboldine and two new alkaloids, which have been called karasamine (I) and 1-benzoylkarasamine (II), have been isolated from the epigeal part ofAconitum karakolicum Rapaics. Indoline alkaloids kopsinilam and kopsinine extracted from the plant Vinca erecta have been studied by X-ray crystallography; mono and double salts of the latter alkaloid also have been examined. Experimentally determined positions of Н atoms suggest sp 3 hybridization of the indoline nitrogen atom N1 in the bases and the salts. Tetrahedral hybridization of the atom N1 in indoline alkaloids favors the formation of their double salts, what is unlikely for indole and indolinine alkaloids. In the halogen double salts there is an intramolecular Н bond between one of the protons of the NH2 group and the oxygen of the methoxycarbonyl group, that is absent in the mono salts and pure bases. 相似文献

The alkaloid composition of the roots ofCorydalis paniculigera Rgl., collected in the flowering phase in the Alai range, has been studied. Chloroform extraction yielded 0.39% of total alkaloids, from which were isolated wilsonirine, thalicmidine, coclaurine, stylopine, dihydrosanguinarine, sanguinarine, oxosanguinarine, adlumine, adlumidine, bicucculine, sibiricine, protopine, pancorine, and corunnine, and new alkaloids which have been called pancoridine (I) and pancorinine (II). The structures of (I) and (II) have been established on the basis of spectral characteristics and also the production of wilsonirine on their reduction in sulfuric acid. 相似文献
