尖山橙生物碱的研究

从尖山橙(Melodinus fusiformis)全植物中分得15个生物碱,其中3个为新生物碱,采用波谱分析和化学方法,它们的结构分别鉴定为:11,19(R)-dihydroxy tabersonine(1)11-hydroxy-14,15α-epoxy tabersonine(2)和scandine N_b-oxide(3).其余12个为已知生物碱:scandine(4),moloscandonine(5),10-hydoxyscandine(6),Kopsinine(7),15α-hydroxykopsinine(8),venalstonine(9),tabersonine(10),11-methoxytabersonine(11),11-hydroxytabersonine(12),tubotaiwine(13),vindolinine(14)和deacetylpicraline(15).新生物碱1和2分别显示有明显的抗生育和抗肿瘤的作用。     

三尖杉属植物中生物碱的研究--Ⅱ.三尖杉(Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook.f.)中的四种微量生物碱的分离和鉴定及福建三尖杉碱的化学结构

本文报导了三尖杉中分离得到的四种微量生物碱的理化性质.三尖杉碱-9(Ⅰ)、三尖杉碱-3(Ⅱ)分别鉴定为已知生物碱,11-羟基三尖杉碱和表-台湾三尖杉碱.三尖杉碱-15为一种新生物碱,命名为福建三尖杉碱(cephalofortuneine),经光谱分析(红外、紫外、核磁共振和质谱)推测其化学结构为Ⅳ.三尖杉碱-2的结构未定.

从赣皖乌头(Aconitum finetianum Hand-Mazz)中又分得五个生物碱,其中三个为新的二萜类生物碱,分别命名为去氧刺乌头碱(deoxylappaconitine,3),赣乌新碱(neofinaconitine,4)和异刺乌头碱(isolappaconitine,5).经IR、MS、~1H和~(13)C NMR推定了它们的化学结构.另两个为已知生物碱ajacine(1)和inuline(2).

喜树中的吲哚生物碱

从喜树(Camptetheca acuminata Decne)果中分到五个微量吲哚类生物碱, 其中两个为新生物碱, 分别为camptacumotint(1)和camptacumanine(2), 另外三个为已知生物碱naucleficine(3), angustoline(4)和新天然产物二氢异喹胺(dihydroisoquinamine, 5).

展毛大渡乌头全草中的新二萜生物碱

从展毛大渡乌头(Aconitum franchetii var.villosulum)中分离得到11个C_(19)-二萜生物碱,经过HR-ESIMS,1D和2D NMR等波谱技术确定了它们的结构.其中一个为新的乌头碱型二萜生物碱,villosutine(1).其余10个为已知化合物,包含4个乌头碱型二萜生物碱、1个热解型二萜生物碱和5个大渡乌碱型二萜生物碱.     

三尖杉属植物中生物碱的研究 Ⅵ.三尖杉中两种高刺桐类型的新生物碱的结构

本文将报道从安徽产三尖杉(Cephalotaxus fortunei Hook f.)弱碱部分分得五种高刺桐类型生物碱,其中两种新生物碱经光谱分析分别鉴定为:2-O-乙基表福建三尖杉碱(2-O-ethylepicephalofortuneine)(1)和2-O-乙基福建三尖杉碱(2-O-ethylcephalofortuneine)(2);另三种已知的生物碱为:taxodine(Schelhammera alkaloid B)(3);O-methyltaxodine(Cephalotaxus alkaloid VI,3-epimethylschelhammericine B)(4)和3-epischelhammeri-cine(5).3为第一次从该植物中分到。     

交让木树皮中的新虎皮楠生物碱的结构研究

本文报道从虎皮楠科植物交让木的树皮中分到4个新的和7个已知的虎皮楠生物碱的结构研究。4个新生物碱分别命名为脱氧交让木碱（dehydroxymacropodumineA）(1), 4,21-脱乙酰-23-脱甲基-脱氧交让木胺（4,21-deacetyl-23-demethyl-deoxyyuzurimine） (2),7-氧杂--脱氧交让木胺（7-oxo-deoxyyuzurimine）(3),和4-乙酰氧-虎皮楠素B （4-acetoxydaphmanidinB）(4)。新化合物1-4的结构是通过仔细解析其波谱数据和与已知结构相关的化合物波谱数据比较而确定。脱氧交让木碱（dehydroxymacropodumineA）(1) 具有罕见的11元环的大环内酯结构,是从自然界中分到的第二个具有这一新颖结构特征的生物碱。     

The isolation and characterization of indole alkaloids from the fruits of Kopsia officinalis

Sixteen alkaloids have been isolated from the fruits of Kopsia officinalis Tsiang and P. T. Li (Apocynaceae), a plant commonly used in folk medicine for treating tonsillitis and rheumatism. Ten of them were identified as known alkaloids — eburnamenine ( 1 ), kopsanone ( 2 ), 5, 18-dioxokopsan ( 3 ), kopsinilam ( 4 ), kopsinine ( 5 ), pleiocarpine ( 6 ), kopsamine ( 7 ), N-carbomethoxy-12-methoxykopsinaline ( 8 ), N-carbomethoxy-11, 12-dimethoxykopsinaline ( 9 ) and (+)-vincadifformine ( 13 ). The other three have now been proved to be new. They are N-carbomethoxy-11-hydroxy-12-methoxy-kopsinaline ( 10 ), N-carbomethoxy-11-methoxy-12-hydroxykopsinaline ( 11 ) and kopsamine N-oxide ( 12 ).     

云南蕊木茎中的抗炎吲哚生物碱

应用多种色谱和波谱学方法,从云南蕊木(Kopsia officinalis)茎中分离鉴定了27个单萜吲哚生物碱,包括7个新化合物kopsiofficines A^G和20个已知化合物.此外,建立脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠巨噬细胞RAW 264.7炎症模型,通过测定IL-1β,PGE2和TNF-α炎症因子释放评价生物碱的抗炎活性.结果表明,kopsiofficines A(1),kopsiofficines B(2),kopsiofficines D(4),kopsiofficines F(6),kopsiofficines G(7),12-methoxykopsine(11),kopsinoline(15),(-)-N-methoxycarbonyl-11,12-methylenedioxykopsinaline(16),kopsinine(18)和kopsinic acid(20)表现出显著的抗炎活性,与阳性对照(地塞米松)基本相当.研究发现C-5位丙酮基取代的单萜吲哚生物碱的抗炎活性明显强于原型生物碱,推测丙酮基可能是抗炎活性的药效促进基团,研究结果为进一步的结构修饰和药理学研究提供了线索.     

Die Konstitution der Melodinus-Alkaloide (+)-Meloscin, (+)-Epimeloscin und (+)-Scandin. 1. Mitteilung über Alkaloide aus Melodinus scandens FORST

For the alkaloids meloscine, epimeloscine and scandine, isolated from the Apocynacee Melodinus scandens FORST ., the structures 1, 10 and 11 , respectively, are deduced. Scandine is proved to possess the relative configuration as shown in 11 r. For meloscine and epimeloscine the relative configurations as depicted in 1 r and 10 r are discussed.     

The connection of the Rf values of alkaloids with their pH1/2 values

Summary 1. A correlation between the pH_1/2 and R_f values (on TLC) has been found for the 13 alkaloids studied.2. Alkaloids of the epigeal part ofAconitum karakolicum structure of karasamine and of 1-benzoylkarasamine

The known alkaloids phenyl--naphthylamine, karakoline, neoline, delsosine, monticamine, songorine, napelline acetylnapelline, napelline-n-oxide, and isoboldine and two new alkaloids, which have been called karasamine (I) and 1-benzoylkarasamine (II), have been isolated from the epigeal part ofAconitum karakolicum Rapaics. Crystal structure of indoline alkaloids kopsinilam,kopsinine, and the salts of the latter

Indoline alkaloids kopsinilam and kopsinine extracted from the plant Vinca erecta have been studied by X-ray crystallography; mono and double salts of the latter alkaloid also have been examined. Experimentally determined positions of Н atoms suggest sp ³ hybridization of the indoline nitrogen atom N1 in the bases and the salts. Tetrahedral hybridization of the atom N1 in indoline alkaloids favors the formation of their double salts, what is unlikely for indole and indolinine alkaloids. In the halogen double salts there is an intramolecular Н bond between one of the protons of the NH₂ group and the oxygen of the methoxycarbonyl group, that is absent in the mono salts and pure bases.

Facile acid and base reactions of leuconolam lead to ring reclosure products. Physical and spectral data of norfluorocurarine ( ), norfluorocurarine-N_b-oxide ( ), eburnamine (2), kopsinine (5) and epileuconolam (7) as well as some derivatives of leuconolam are also provided.

Dye-sensitised photoxidation of the N_b-nitrogen of indolino- indolizidine alkaloids, vincadifformine, tabersonine and their N_a-acetyl-2-16-dihydro derivatives has been studied to determine the influence of structural factors on the site of oxidation.     

赣皖乌头生物碱的研究II. 江西兴国产赣皖乌头中其他生物碱的分离和鉴定

从江西兴国县赣皖乌头(Aconitum finetianum Hand-Mazz)根中分得五个二萜类生物碱,根据衍生物的制备、光谱分析及物理常数测定,证明其中两个为新生物碱,定名兴国乌头碱(finetianine)和1-去氢宋果灵(1-dehydrosongorine);其他三个为已知生物碱宋果灵(songorine)、诺密宁(nominine)和氨茴酰牛扁碱(anthranollycoctonine).     

Alkaloids ofCorydalis paniculigera

The alkaloid composition of the roots ofCorydalis paniculigera Rgl., collected in the flowering phase in the Alai range, has been studied. Chloroform extraction yielded 0.39% of total alkaloids, from which were isolated wilsonirine, thalicmidine, coclaurine, stylopine, dihydrosanguinarine, sanguinarine, oxosanguinarine, adlumine, adlumidine, bicucculine, sibiricine, protopine, pancorine, and corunnine, and new alkaloids which have been called pancoridine (I) and pancorinine (II). The structures of (I) and (II) have been established on the basis of spectral characteristics and also the production of wilsonirine on their reduction in sulfuric acid.
