合成并测定了2，11，14-三氯-5，8-二氧-3，4，9，10－双（4，4’-三氟甲苯并）-13，15－（2’，6’）吡啶环十五-1，12-二烯酮的单晶结构。晶体分子式C23H15F6N3O4，Mr=511．38，晶体属单斜晶系，空间群P21/c，晶胞参数a=6.732（2），b=15.751（4），c=20．420（8）A，β=96．54（3）°，V=2151．6A3，Z=4，Dc=1．579g／cm3，μ（MOKO）=1．360cm－1，F（000）=1040。分子含有A、B、C、D四个环，D、C苯环对称连有2个三氟甲基，中间A环为含氧、氮的十五员王冠大杂环，整个分子为近平面结构。

The title compound （C26H20ClN3O3） has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and （Z）-4-（4-chlorobenzylidene）-2-phenyloxazol-5（4H）-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, IH NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group PI, with a = 9.3903（19）, b = 11.398（2）, c = 12.603（3） A, α = 83.495（3）, β = 68.988（3）, γ = 67.178（3）^o, V= 1160.1（4）A^3 Z = 2, Mr= 457.90, Dc= 1.311 g/cm^3, p = 0.198 mm ^-1, F（000） = 476, the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1144 for 3109 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）.

标题化合物C23H26O4是由水杨醛与5，5-二甲基-1，3-环己二酮在N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中反应而得．结构通过单晶X-射线行射法确定，其晶体属于单料晶系，空间群P21/c，a=7．056（7），b=20.263（3），c=13．665（2）A，β＝93．32（1）°，V=1950．7（4）A3，Mr=366．46，Dc=1.248g／cm3，Z=4，μ（MoKa）=0．84cm－1，F（000）=784。晶体结构用直接法解出，经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正，最后的偏离因子R=0．068，Rw=0．075。晶体结构分析结果表明，分子中存在一个共轭的烯醇式结构。

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of （S）-Methyl 2-（4-R-phenylsulfonamido）-3-（1H-indol-3-yl）propanoate （R = H （1） and Cl （2））

The title compounds （S）-methyl-2-（4-R-phenylsulfonamido）-3-（1H-indol-3- yl）propanoate （R = H （1）, Cl （2）） have been synthesized and their crystal structures also have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 （C18H18N2O4S） belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.6348（14）, b = 11.1517（17）, c = 16.412（3） A, V = 1763.4（5） A^3, Mr = 358.40, Z = 4, De = 1.350 g/cm^3,/t = 0.209 mm^-1, F（000） = 752, R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0714. Compound 2 （CI8H17ClN2O4S） crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.3128（14）, b = 10.9655（16）, c = 17.783（3） A, V = 1815.9（5） A^3, Mr = 392.85, Z = 4, De = 1.437 g/cm^3, p = 0.352 mm^-1, F（000） = 816, R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0845. The absolute structure Flack parameters X of compounds 1 and 2 are -0.03（8） and -0.06（7）, respectively.
