合成并测定了2,11,14-三氯-5,8-二氧-3,4,9,10-双(4,4’-三氟甲苯并)-13,15-(2’,6’)吡啶环十五-1,12-二烯酮的单晶结构。晶体分子式C23H15F6N3O4,Mr=511.38,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=6.732(2),b=15.751(4),c=20.420(8)A,β=96.54(3)°,V=2151.6A3,Z=4,Dc=1.579g/cm3,μ(MOKO)=1.360cm-1,F(000)=1040。分子含有A、B、C、D四个环,D、C苯环对称连有2个三氟甲基,中间A环为含氧、氮的十五员王冠大杂环,整个分子为近平面结构。  相似文献

The title compound (C26H20ClN3O3) has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and (Z)-4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-2-phenyloxazol-5(4H)-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, IH NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group PI, with a = 9.3903(19), b = 11.398(2), c = 12.603(3) A, α = 83.495(3), β = 68.988(3), γ = 67.178(3)^o, V= 1160.1(4)A^3 Z = 2, Mr= 457.90, Dc= 1.311 g/cm^3, p = 0.198 mm ^-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1144 for 3109 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I).  相似文献

标题化合物C23H26O4是由水杨醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中反应而得.结构通过单晶X-射线行射法确定,其晶体属于单料晶系,空间群P21/c,a=7.056(7),b=20.263(3),c=13.665(2)A,β=93.32(1)°,V=1950.7(4)A3,Mr=366.46,Dc=1.248g/cm3,Z=4,μ(MoKa)=0.84cm-1,F(000)=784。晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最后的偏离因子R=0.068,Rw=0.075。晶体结构分析结果表明,分子中存在一个共轭的烯醇式结构。  相似文献

The title compounds (S)-methyl-2-(4-R-phenylsulfonamido)-3-(1H-indol-3- yl)propanoate (R = H (1), Cl (2)) have been synthesized and their crystal structures also have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 (C18H18N2O4S) belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.6348(14), b = 11.1517(17), c = 16.412(3) A, V = 1763.4(5) A^3, Mr = 358.40, Z = 4, De = 1.350 g/cm^3,/t = 0.209 mm^-1, F(000) = 752, R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0714. Compound 2 (CI8H17ClN2O4S) crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.3128(14), b = 10.9655(16), c = 17.783(3) A, V = 1815.9(5) A^3, Mr = 392.85, Z = 4, De = 1.437 g/cm^3, p = 0.352 mm^-1, F(000) = 816, R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0845. The absolute structure Flack parameters X of compounds 1 and 2 are -0.03(8) and -0.06(7), respectively. The crystal structure of the title compound ethyl 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-6- methyl-4-oxo-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylate (C20H20ClN3O4, Mr= 401.84) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 20.6215(9), b = 8.5311(4), c = 21.6886(9) A^°, β = 91.607(1)°, V = 3814.0(3)A^°^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.400 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1680, μ = 0.233 mm^-1, R = 0.0718 and wR = 0.1545 for 6717 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I).
