The use of the Bfp (bisfluorous chain type propanoyl) group as a fluorous protective group made it possible to rapidly synthesize galabiose and the Gb3 oligosaccharide derivatives by a simple fluorous-organic extraction purification. The fluorous oligosaccharide synthesis using the Bfp group is an excellent strategic alternative to solid phase oligosaccharide synthesis, and removes some of the disadvantages of the solid phase method.  相似文献

合成并表征了一种新的非两亲性共轭桥联双二茂铁衍生物,该化合物在空气/水界面上易形成较稳定的单分子膜,与花生酸形成的混合膜易组装成LB膜,紫外-可见吸收光谱表明:LB上膜分子中发生了聚集,扫描电镜观察了混合单层LB膜的表面形貌及膜的相分离。循环伏安研究表明:混合单层LB膜修饰电极对Fe(CN)/Fe(CN)离子对的电化学反应具有良好的电催化效应,对抗坏血酸电化学氧化具有明显的促进作用。  相似文献

The last decade has seen a remarkable interest in the use of biocompatible and biodegradable polymers as scaffolds for tissue engineering. The fabrication of 3D scaffolds by lithography‐based additive manufacturing technology (AMT) represents an appealing approach. As poly(lactic acid), the state of the art biocompatible and biodegradable material, cannot be processed by these photopolymerization‐based techniques, it has so far been necessary to use selected (meth)acrylates. By developing new photopolymers based on vinyl carbonates and vinyl carbamates as a reactive group we have been able to avoid most of the disadvantages of classical (meth)acrylate‐based photopolymers. The new generation of biocompatible monomers show low cytotoxicity, have good storage stability, and are sufficiently photoreactive to be structured by lithography based AMT. The mechanical properties and rates of degradation of the polymers can be easily tuned over a broad range. Degradation results in the formation of nonacidic and nontoxic degradation products of low molecular weight that can be easily transported within the human body. Initial in vivo tests showed significant osseointegration of the 3D cellular scaffolds and no signs of implant rejection. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2011  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The allyl group, which serves as a protecting group for an internucleotide bond for both phosphates and phosphorothioates, can be easily removed by good nucleophiles under weakly basic or neutral conditions. For a practical synthesis on solid support, camphorsulfonyloxaziridine was used as the oxidizing agent for synthesizing DNA, while the Beaucage reagent was used for preparing phosphorothioate oligomers. Both types of oligonucleotides were easily deprotected by concentrated ammonium hydroxide containing 2% mercaptoethanol.  相似文献

邻苯二胺(ODB), 邻氨基酚(OAP)在酸性水溶液中易电聚合, 可形成致密的聚合膜。聚邻苯二胺(PODB)在PH<4时具有电活性, 其氧化还原反应与电变色效应对应。聚邻苯二胺,聚邻氨基酚(POAP)膜电极电位在pH=4~10范围对pH有Nernst响应, 电极系数分别为59mV/pH和57mV/pH。响应时间小于3分钟。PODB, POAP膜能与Ni~(2+), Co~(2+)过渡金属离子形成稳定的聚合络合膜。此膜在碱性介质中具有稳定的循环伏安行为, 膜中的金属离子可被H~+交换。PODB电极的—NH_2基可再修饰引入醌/氢醌功能团。  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The reactions of diazomethane and diazoethane with (S)-3-p-tolylsulfinylfuran-2(5H)-one (3) and its 4-methyl derivative (4) have been studied. The sulfinyl group was able to completely control the pi-facial selectivity of all these reactions, which decreased when the polarity of the solvent increased and could be inverted in the presence of Lewis acids, Yb(OTf)(3) being the most efficient catalyst. This behavior made possible the stereodivergent synthesis of diastereoisomeric pyrazolines in almost quantitative yields and de's higher than 98%. The endo/exo selectivity was also complete in reactions of 3 with diazoethane, whereas 4 afforded an easily separable 1:1 mixture of diastereoisomers. Steric factors accounts for the endo/exo selectivity, whereas electrostatic interactions must also be considered to explain the facial selectivity.  相似文献

 A series of copolyimides with high molecular weights, excellent mechanical properties, heat-resistant properties, and good solubilities in organic solvents were synthesized from six kinds of commercial dianhydrides and 1,2-bis(4-aminophenoxy)-4-tert-butylbenzene. Monomers for synthesizing insoluble polyimides and monomers for synthesizing soluble polyimides were used to synthesize semialternating copolyimides with arbitrary solubilities. Fifteen kinds of soluble copolyimides were synthesized through chemical or thermal cyclodehydration. These copolyimides were found to be easily soluble as well as able to be processed by casting from solutions such as N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylacetamide, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, m-cresol, and tetrahydrofuran. The easily dissolved characteristics of this series of copolyimides stemmed from the tert-butyl group, the ortho-linked aromatic unit, and the ether group within 4-tert-butylbenzene. Besides, when the dianhydride molecules used contained organosoluble groups and were mixed at varying molar ratios, the solubilities in organic solvents could be greatly enhanced. The copolyimides could improve the processability of polymers, while maintaining or increasing their excellent mechanical properties and heat-resistant properties. Current efforts and success of nanoscale science and technology are related to the fabrication of functional materials and devices in which the individual units and their spatial arrangement are engineered down to the nanometer level. One promising way of achieving this goal is by assembling colloidal inorganic nanocrystals as the novel building blocks of matter. This trend has been stimulated by significant advances in the wet-chemical syntheses of robust and easily processable nanocrystals in a wide range of sizes and shapes. The increase in the degree of structural complexity of solution-grown nanostructures appears to be one of the natural directions towards which nanoscience will increasingly orient. Recently, several groups have indeed devised innovative syntheses of nanocrystals through which they have been able to group inorganic materials with different properties in the same particle. These approaches are paving the way to the development of nanosized objects able to perform multiple technological tasks. In this critical review (165 references), we will summarize the recent advances in the synthesis of colloidal nanocrystals, with emphasis on the strategies followed for the fabrication of nano-heterostructures, as well as on their properties and the perspectives in this field.  相似文献

The chemical selectivity of a novel active manganese compound [Mn2^IVμ-O)3(TMTACN)2] (PF6)2 (1) in catalytic oxidation reactions depended on the structure of substrates and 1 was able to catalyze the oxidation of toluene into benzaldehyde and/or benzoic acid under very mild conditions. The following results were obtained: (1) The selectivity of the oxidation depended on the electronic density of double bonds. Reactivity was absent when strong electron-witherawing groups were conjugated with double bonds. (2) Allylic oxidation reactions mostly take place when double bond is present inside a ring system, whilst epoxiclarion reactions occur when the alkene moiety is part of linear chain. (3) In ring systems, the methylene group was more likely to be oxidized than the methyl group on ailylic position. As expected, the C--H bonds at the bridgeheads were unreactive.The secondary hydroxyl groups are more easily to be oxidized than the primary hydroxyl groups.  相似文献

A total synthesis of bistratamide H has been achieved using a new ‘highly’ fluorous amino protecting group, tris(perfluorodecyl)silylethoxylcarbonyl (FTeoc) group. The synthetic intermediates were easily isolated by liquid-liquid extraction with fluorous solvent. The fluorous protecting group was demonstrated to be recycled.  相似文献

BETA W7 MCT is the first reactive cyclodextrin derivative manufactured on an industrial scale. It has a monochlorotriazinyl group as a reactive anchor well known from many reactive dyes. This derivative is able to form stable covalent bonds with nucleophilic groups and can be easily prepared in water in an effective one pot synthesis from cyanuric chloride and -cyclodextrin in a yield of approx. 90% based on the triazinyl group. The optimised degree of substitution of DS = 0.4 per anhydroglucose ensures a good complexation capacity even when this derivative is fixed to surfaces like textiles. This cyclodextrin derivative containing 2–3 reactive groups in the ring can be used as building block for new CD derivatives, as a crosslinking agent or as an excellent material for surface modification.  相似文献

Isomers based on the bisindolylmaleimide architecture were reported in this Letter. Introducing hydroxyl to this architecture lead to quenching the fluorescence of bisindolylmaleimide. The fluorescence was recovered with its hydroxyl group esterified. Ester group can be easily transformed to hydroxyl group by hydrolysis reaction. Thus, a toggle-switchable fluorescence, ‘off-on’ cycle can be established on the basis of reversible esterification/hydrolysis reaction.  相似文献

Intercalation and exfoliation behavior of organoclays in epoxy resin has been studied through XRD and DSC. It was found that the organoclays were easily intercalated by epoxy oligomer to form a stable epoxy/clay intercalated hybrid. Under appropriate conditions the clays were able to be further exfoliated as the epoxy resin was cured; thus, a nanocomposite was obtained. It was also found that the exfoliating ability of the organoclays was basically determined by the nature of the clays and the curing agent used. The synthesis of new, enantiomerically pure cyclic 1,2-diamine structures was realized through a zinc promoted coupling of chiral bis-imines easily prepared starting from a chiral biphenyl dicarboxylic acid. The catalytic properties of such novel compounds were preliminarily studied; the trifluoroacetate salts of these chiral 1,2-diamines were shown to be able to catalyze the Diels-Alder reaction between cyclopentadiene and α,β-unsaturated aldehydes with good exo stereoselectivity and enantioselectivities up to 71%.  相似文献

It has been shown that lifestyle-related diseases and aging are related to reactive oxygen species (ROS), and many studies have reported on the direct detection of ROS. The topical fluorescence reagent 2,7-dichlorodihydrofluorescein (DCDHF) is used to measure oxidation. However, there are problems regarding its stability, and its similar sensitivity to ROS cannot be easily distinguished. In this study, we used hydroxyphenyl fluorescein (HPF), which is a novel fluorescence probe with high stability against light that undergoes specific reactions with highly ROS (hROS). We examined the specificity for hROS of HPF solution and liposomal HPF in different reactions. HPF containing high cholesterol liposomes (HC-H-lipo) maintained its ability to tolerate light scattering energy, dependent on the turbidity of this solution, but DCDHF did not. In the reaction with hydroxyl radicals, the fluorescein concentration in HC-H-lipo was increased compared with that in HPF solution. In contrast, in the reaction with peroxynitrite, HC-H-lipo was inhibited. It was confirmed that HC-H-lipo that reacted specifically with hydroxyl radicals was able to distinguishably detect hydroxyl radicals. It was regarded to be useful as an examination kit. Tissue disorder induced by sodium valproate (SV) was one of the prepared murine disease models. The reactivity ratio of HC-H-lipo with serum to that of HPF solution was markedly different between the normal group (30%) and SV group (70%). In conclusion, HC-H-lipo cannot only simply and directly detect ROS but can also selectively detect ROS type. This nanocarrier is expected to be used as a novel diagnosis method.  相似文献

Azido-protected Fmoc-Lys-OH (Fmoc-Lys(N3)-OH) was synthesized from Fmoc-Lys-OH by the copper(II)-catalyzed diazo transfer method, and introduced to a peptide by the ordinary Fmoc-based solid-phase peptide synthesis. This azido peptide could be condensed with a peptide thioester by the Ag+-free thioester method without any significant side reactions. The azido group was easily reduced to an amino group by Zn powder after peptide condensation.  相似文献
