Unimolecular metastable decomposition of diethoxymethane (CH(2)(OCH(2)CH(3))(2), 1) upon electron impact has been investigated by means of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectrometry and theD-labeling technique in conjunction with thermochemistry. The m/z 103 ion ([M - H](+) : CH(OCH(2)CH(3)) = O(+)CH(2)CH(3)) decomposes into the m/z 47 ion (protonated formic acid, CH(OH) = O(+)H) by consecutive losses of two C(2)H(4) molecules via an m/z 75 ion. The resulting product ion at m/z 47 further decomposes into the m/z 29 and 19 ions by losses of H(2)O and CO, respectively, via an 1,3-hydroxyl hydrogen transfer, accompanied by small kinetic energy release (KER) values of 1.3 and 18.8 meV, respectively. When these two elimination reactions are suppressed by a large isotope effect, however, another 1,1-H(2)O elimination with a large KER value (518 meV) is revealed. The m/z 89 ion ([M - CH(3)](+) : CH(2)(OCH(2)CH(3))O(+) = CH(2)) decomposes into the m/z 59 ion (CH(3)CH(2)O(+) = CH(2)) by losing CH(2)O in the metastable time window. The source-generated m/z 59 ion ([M - OCH(2)CH(3)](+) : CH(2) = O(+)CH(2)CH(3)) decomposes into the m/z 41 (CH(2) = CH(+)CH(2)) and m/z 31 (CH(2) = O(+)H) ions by losses of H(2)O and C(2)H(4), respectively, with considerable hydrogen scrambling prior to decomposition. The unimolecular metastable decompositions of dimethoxymethane (CH(2)(OCH(3))(2), 1) and 1,1-dimethoxyethane (CH(3)CH(OCH(3))(2), 2) upon electron impact have been investigated by means of mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectrometry, collision-induced dissociation (CID) spectrometry and D-labeling techniques. Both molecular ions are formed at extremely low abundance. Sequential transfers of a methyl group and a hydrogen atom to an ether oxygen are observed during the decomposition of [M - H](+) ions from 1 and 2. The [M - H](+) ion from 2 also decomposes into the m/z 43 ion by the loss of dimethyl ether. Almost complete hydrogen exchange is observed prior to the loss of CH(4) from the m/z 45 ion ([M - OCH(3)](+)) of 1. The m/z 59 ions ([M - OCH(3)](+)) of 2 decompose competitively into the m/z 31 and 29 ions by the losses of C(2)H(4) and CH(2)O, respectively. The former loss occurs via two different fragmentation pathways. The relative abundances of the ions in the MIKE spectra increase with decreases in the total heat of formation (Sigma DeltaH(f)) of the ion plus the neutral fragment. The unimolecular metastable decompositions of trimethylsilylacetic acid, (CH(3))(3)SiCH(2)COOH (1), and its methyl ester, (CH(3))(3)SiCH(2)COOCH(3) (2), were investigated by mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectrometry in conjunction with thermochemical data. The abundance of the molecular ions of both compounds, generated by electron ionization, is extremely low. However, the abundance of the ions generated by the loss of (.)CH(3) and observed at m/z 117 and 131 is moderate. These fragment ions further decompose to form the most abundant m/z 75 and 89 ions, respectively, by the loss of CH(2)CO through a (CH(3))(2)Si group migration. The loss of CH(2)CO is also observed to occur from 2(+.) and its fragment ion at m/z 115 generated by the loss of (.)OCH(3). The former reaction is proposed to occur via an ion-radical complex.  相似文献

The title compound [2,6-Mes(2)C(2)H(3)](2)Ga(+)Li[Al(OCH(CF(3))(2))(4)](2)(-), 1, containing a linear two-coordinate gallium cation, has been obtained by metathesis reaction of [2,6-Mes(2)C(2)H(3)](2)GaCl with 2 equiv of Li[Al(OCH(CF(3))(2))(4)] in C(6)H(5)Cl solution at room temperature. Compound 1 has been characterized by (1)H, (13)C((1)H), (19)F, and (27)Al NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. Compound 1 consists of isolated [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)](2)Ga(+) cations and Li[Al(OCH(CF(3))(2))(4)](2)(-) anions. The C-Ga-C angle is 175.69(7) degrees, and the Ga-C distances are 1.9130(14) and 1.9145(16) A. The title compound is remarkably stable, is only a weak Lewis acid, and polymerizes cyclohexene oxide.  相似文献

Electronic structure and the vibrational frequencies of CH(3)(OCH(2)CH(2))(n)OCH(3)-M(+)-CF(3)SO(3)(-) (n = 2-4, M = Li, Na, and K) complexes have been derived from ab initio Hartree-Fock calculations. The metal ion shows varying coordination from 5 to 7 in these complexes. In tetraglyme-lithium triflate, Li(+) binds to one of the oxygens of CF(3)SO(3)(-) (triflate or Tf(-)) unlike for potassium or sodium ions, which possess bidentate coordination. Structures of glyme-MTf complexes thus derived agree well with those determined from X-ray diffraction experiments. The metal ion binds more strongly to ether oxygens of tetraglyme than its di- or triglyme analogues and engenders contraction of SO (for oxygens binding to metal ion) bonds with consequent frequency upshift for the corresponding vibration in the complex relative to those in the free MTf ion pairs. Complexation of the diglyme with LiTf engenders the largest downshift (91 cm(-1)) for the SO(2) stretching vibration of the free anion, which suggests stronger binding of lithium to the diglyme than the tri- (79 cm(-1)) or tetraglyme (70 cm(-1)). A frequency shift in the opposite direction for the SO (where oxygens do not coordinate to the metal) and CF(3) stretchings, which stems from the ion-polymer and anion-ion interactions, has been noticed. These frequency shifts have been analyzed using natural bond orbital analysis and difference electron density maps coupled with molecular electron density topography.  相似文献

Aryl bromides react with (H(2)NCH(2)CH(2))(3)N in a reaction catalyzed by Pd(2)(dba)(3) in the presence of BINAP and NaO-t-Bu to give the arylated derivatives (ArylNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N [Aryl = C(6)H(5) (1a), 4-FC(6)H(4) (1b), 4-t-BuC(6)H(4) (1c), 3,5-Me(2)C(6)H(3) (1d), 3,5-Ph(2)C(6)H(3) (1e), 3,5-(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(2)C(6)H(3) (1f), 2-MeC(6)H(4) (1g), 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2) (1h)]. Reactions between (ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N (Ar = C(6)H(5), 4-FC(6)H(4), 3,5-Me(2)C(6)H(3), and 3,5-Ph(2)C(6)H(3)) and Mo(NMe(2))(4) in toluene at 70 degrees C lead to [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]Mo(NMe(2)) complexes in yields ranging from 64 to 96%. Dimethylamido species (Ar = 4-FC(6)H(4), 3,5-Me(2)C(6)H(3)) could be converted into paramagnetic [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoCl species by treating them with 2,6-lutidinium chloride in tetrahydrofuran (THF). The "direct reaction" between 1a-f and MoCl(4)(THF)(2) in THF followed by 3 equiv of MeMgCl yielded [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoCl species (3a-f) in high yield. If 4 equiv of LiMe instead of MeMgCl are employed in the direct reaction, then [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoMe species are formed. Tungsten species, [(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]WCl, could be prepared by analogous "direct" methods. Cyclic voltammetric studies reveal that MoCl complexes become more difficult to reduce as the electron donating ability of the [ArylNCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]3- ligand increases, and the reductions become less reversible, consistent with ready loss of chloride from ([(ArNHCH(2)CH(2))(3)N]MoCl)(-). Tungsten complexes are more difficult to reduce, and reductions are irreversible on the CV time scale.  相似文献

A variety of inter- and intramolecular dehydration was found in the reactions of [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)(mu-S(2))](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (1) with hydroxyl substituted alkenes and alkynes. Treatment of 1 with allyl alcohol gave a C(3)S(2) five-membered ring complex, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH(2)CH(2)CH(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (2), via C-S bond formation after C-H bond activation and intermolecular dehydration. On the other hand, intramolecular dehydration was observed in the reaction of 1 with 3-buten-1-ol giving a C(4)S(2) six-membered ring complex, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2) [mu-SCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (3). Complex 1 reacts with 2-propyn-1-ol or 2-butyn-1-ol to give homocoupling products, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCR=CHCH(OCH(2)C triple bond CR)S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (4: R = H, 5: R = CH(3)), via intermolecular dehydration. In the reaction with 2-propyn-1-ol, the intermediate complex having a hydroxyl group, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH=CHCH(OH)S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (6), was isolated, which further reacted with 2-propyn-1-ol and 2-butyn-1-ol to give 4 and a cross-coupling product, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH=CHCH(OCH(2)C triple bond CCH(3))S]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (7), respectively. The reaction of 1 with diols, (HO)CHRC triple bond CCHR(OH), gave furyl complexes, [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SSC=CROCR=CH]](CF(3)SO(3))(3) (8: R = H, 9: R = CH(3)) via intramolecular elimination of a H(2)O molecule and a H(+). Even though (HO)(H(3)C)(2)CC triple bond CC(CH(3))(2)(OH) does not have any propargylic C-H bond, it also reacts with 1 to give [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)](2)[mu-SCH(2)C(=CH(2))C(=C=C(CH(3))(2))]S](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (10). In addition, the reaction of 1 with (CH(3)O)(H(3)C)(2)CC triple bond CC(CH(3))(2)(OCH(3)) gives [[Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)][mu-S=C(C(CH(3))(2)OCH(3))C=CC(CH(3))CH(2)S][Ru(P(OCH(3))(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(3)]](CF(3)SO(3))(4) (11), in which one molecule of CH(3)OH is eliminated, and the S-S bond is cleaved.  相似文献

The syntheses of the vinyloxycyclotriphosphazene derivatives N3P3X5OCH=CH2 (X = OMe, OCH2CF3) and the N3P3(NMe2)4(OCH=CH2)2 isomeric mixture along with improved preparations of N3P3X5OCH=CH2 (X = F, NMe2) are reported. The interactions between the vinyloxy function and the cyclophosphazene in these and the previously reported N3P3Cl5 (OCH=CH2) and N3P3F6-n(OCH=CH2)n (n = 1-4) have been examined by ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and NMR spectroscopy. The UPS data for the chloro and fluoro derivatives show a strong electron-withdrawing effect of the phosphazene on the olefin that is mediated with decreasing halogen substitution. The 1H and 13C NMR data for N3P3X5OCH=CH2 (X = F, Cl, OMe, OCH2CF3, NMe2) show significant changes as a function of the phosphazene substituent. There is a linear correlation between the beta-carbon chemical shift on the vinyloxy unit and the phosphorus chemical shift at the vinyloxyphosphorus centers. The chemical shifts of the different phosphorus centers on each ring are also related in a linear fashion. These relationships may be understood in terms of the relative electron donor-acceptor abilities of the substituents on the phosphazene ring. The 1H NMR spectra of the N3P3(NMe2)4(OCH-CH2)2 isomeric mixture allow for assignment of the relative amounts of cis and trans isomers. A model for the observed cis preference in the formation of N3P3Cl4(OCH=CH)2 is presented.  相似文献

The new tin(IV) species (CH(3))(2)SnCl(OTeF(5)) was prepared via either the solvolysis of (CH(3))(3)SnCl in HOTeF(5) or the reaction of (CH(3))(3)SnCl with ClOTeF(5). It was characterized by NMR and vibrational spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. (CH(3))(2)SnCl(OTeF(5)) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n (a = 5.8204(8) A, b =10.782(1) A, c =15.493(2) A, beta = 91.958(2) degrees, V = 971.7(2) A(3), Z = 4). NMR spectroscopy of (CH(3))(3)SnX, prepared from excess Sn(CH(3))(4) and HX (X = OTeF(5) or N(SO(2)CF(3))(2)), revealed a tetracoordinate tin environment using (CH(3))(3)SnX as a neat liquid or in dichloromethane-d(2) (CD(2)Cl(2)) solutions. In acetone-d(6) and acetonitrile-d(3) (CD(3)CN) solutions, the tin atom in (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) was found to extend its coordination number to five by adding one solvent molecule. In the strong donor solvent DMSO, the Sn-OTeF(5) bond is broken and the (CH(3))(3)Sn(O=S(CH(3))(2))(2)(+) cation and the OTeF(5)(-) anion are formed. (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) and (CH(3))(3)SnN(SO(2)CF(3))(2) react differently with water. While the Te-F bonds in the OTeF(5) group of (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) undergo complete hydrolysis that results in the formation of [(CH(3))(3)Sn(H(2)O)(2)](2)SiF(6), (CH(3))(3)SnN(SO(2)CF(3))(2) forms the stable hydrate salt [(CH(3))(3)Sn(H(2)O)(2)][N(SO(2)CF(3))(2)]. This salt crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c (a = 7.3072(1) A, b =13.4649(2) A, c =16.821(2) A, beta = 98.705(1) degrees, V = 1636.00(3) A(3), Z = 4) and was also characterized by NMR and vibrational spectroscopy.  相似文献

Ion-molecule reactions between the O=P(OCH(3))(2) (+) phosphonium ions and five aliphatic esters (methyl acetate, methyl propionate, methyl 2-methylpropionate, methyl butyrate and ethyl acetate) were performed in a quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometer. The O=P(OCH(3))(2) (+) phosphonium ions, formed by electron ionization from neutral trimethyl phosphite, were found to react with aliphatic esters to give an adduct ion [RR'CHCOOR", O=P(OCH(3))(2)](+), which loses spontaneously a molecule of ketene CH(2)=CO or substituted ketenes RR'C=CO. Isotope-labeled methyl acetate was used to elucidate fragmentation mechanisms. The potential energy surface obtained from B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) calculations for the reaction between O=P(OCH(3))(2) (+) and methyl acetate is described.  相似文献

A variety of phosphorus(V) octaethylporphyrin derivatives of the type [P(OEP)(X)(Y)](+)Z(-) (OEP: octaethylporphyrin) (X = CH(3), CH(2)CH(3), C(6)H(5), F; Y = CH(3), CH(2)CH(3), OH, OCH(3), OCH(2)CH(3), On-Pr, Oi-Pr, Osec-Bu, NHBu, NEt(2), Cl, F, O(-); Z = ClO(4), PF(6)) were prepared. X-ray crystallographic analysis of eleven compounds reveals that the degree of ruffling of the porphyrin core becomes greater and the average P-N bond distance becomes shorter as the axial ligands become more electronegative. Therefore, the electronic effect of the axial substituents plays a major role in determining the degree of ruffling although the steric effect of the substituents plays some role. A comparison of the (1)H NMR chemical shifts for the series of [P(OEP)(CH(2)CH(3))(Y)](+)Z(-) complexes with those of the corresponding arsenic porphyrins, which possess a planar core, indicates a much smaller ring current effect of the porphyrin core in the severely ruffled phosphorus porphyrins. The electrochemistry, spectroelectrochemistry and ESR spectroscopy of the singly reduced compounds are also discussed. The OH protons of [P(OEP)(X)(OH)](+) are acidic enough to generate P(OEP)(X)(O) by treatment with aq dilute NaOH. X-ray analysis of P(OEP)(CH(2)CH(3))(O) reveals that the PO bond length is very short (1.475(7) A) and is comparable to that in triphenylphosphine oxide (1.483 A). The features of the quite unique hexacoordinate hypervalent compounds are investigated by density functional calculation of a model (Por)P(CH(2)CH(3))(O) and (Por)P(F)(O) (Por: unsubstituted porphyrin).  相似文献

The new bitopic, bis(1-pyrazolyl)methane-based ligand o-C6H4[CH2OCH2CH(pz)2]2 (L2, pz = pyrazolyl ring) is prepared from the reaction of (pz)2CHCH2OH (obtained from the reduction of (pz)2CHCOOH with BH3.S(CH3)2) with NaH, followed by the addition of alpha,alpha'-dibromo-o-xylene. The reaction of L2 with AgPF6 or AgO3SCF3 yields {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2CH(pz)2]2(AgPF6)}n or {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2CH(pz)2]2(AgO3SCF3)}n, respectively. Both compounds in the solid state have tetrahedral silver(I) centers arranged in a 1D coordination polymer network. The analogous ligand based on tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane units, o-C6H4[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]2 (L3), reacts with AgO3SCF3 to form a similar coordination polymer, {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]2(AgO3SCF3)}n. In this case, each tris(pyrazolyl)methane unit in L3 adopts the kappa2-kappa0 bonding mode. Crystallization of a 3:1 mixture of AgO3SCF3 and L3 yields {o-C6H4[CH2OCH2C(pz)3]2(AgO3SCF3)2}n, in which the tris(1-pyrazolyl)methane units adopt a kappa2-kappa1 coordination mode.  相似文献

The fixed charge zwitterionic sulfur betaines dimethylsulfonioacetate (DMSA) (CH(3))(2)S(+)CH(2)CO(2)(-) and dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) (CH(3))(2)S(+)(CH(2))(2)CO(2)(-) have been synthesized and the structures of their protonated salts (CH(3))(2)S(+)CH(2)CO(2)H···Cl(-) [DMSA.HCl] and (CH(3))(2)S(+)(CH(2))(2)CO(2)H···Pcr(-) [DMSP.HPcr] (where Pcr = picrate) have been characterized using X-ray crystallography. The unimolecular chemistry of the [M+H](+) of these betaines was studied using two techniques; collision-induced dissociation (CID) and electron-induced dissociation (EID) in a hybrid linear ion trap Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer. Results from the CID study show a richer series of fragmentation reactions for the shorter chain betaine and contrasting main fragmentation pathways. Thus while (CH(3))(2)S(+)(CH(2))(2)CO(2)H fragments via a neighbouring group reaction to generate (CH(3))(2)S(+)H and the neutral lactone as the most abundant fragmentation channel, (CH(3))(2)S(+)CH(2)CO(2)H fragments via a 1,2 elimination reaction to generate CH(3)S(+)=CH(2) as the most abundant fragment ion. To gain insights into these fragmentation reactions, DFT calculations were carried out at the B3LYP/6-311++G(2d,p) level of theory. For (CH(3))(2)S(+)CH(2)CO(2)H, the lowest energy pathway yields CH(3)S(+)=CH(2)via a six-membered transition state. The two fragment ions observed in CID of (CH(3))(2)S(+)(CH(2))(2)CO(2)H are shown to share the same transition state and ion-molecule complex forming either (CH(3))(2)S(+)H or (CH(2))(2)CO(2)H(+). Finally, EID shows a rich and relatively similar fragmentation channels for both protonated betaines, with radical cleavages being observed, including loss of ˙CH(3).  相似文献

A new organically templated layered uranium phosphate fluoride, [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)][(UO(2))(2)F(2)(HPO(4))(2)] has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of UO(3), H(3)PO(4), HF, and (CH(3))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)N(CH(3))(2) at 140 degrees C. [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)][(UO(2))(2)F(2)(HPO(4))(2)] has a layered crystal structure consisting of seven-coordinated UO(5)F(2) pentagonal bipyramids and four-coordinated HPO(4) tetrahedra. Each anionic layer containing three-, four-, and six-membered rings is separated by [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)](2+) cations. The [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)](2+) cations may be readily exchanged with the M(2+) ions (M = Ba, Sr and Ca) in water to give high crystalline AE(UO(2))(2)(PO(4))(2).6H(2)O (AE = Ca, Sr, Ba).  相似文献

The room temperature iron K-edge X-ray absorption near edge structure spectra of (Fe[HC(3,5-(CH(3))(2)pz)(3)](2))I(2) and (Fe[HC(3,5-(CH(3))(2)pz)(3)](2))(BF(4))(2) have been measured between ambient and 88 and 94 kbar, respectively, in an opposed diamond anvil cell. The iron(II) in (Fe[HC(3,5-(CH(3))(2)pz)(3)](2))I(2)undergoes the expected gradual spin-state crossover from the high-spin state to the low-spin state with increasing pressure. In contrast, the iron(II) in (Fe[HC(3,5-(CH(3))(2)pz)(3)](2))(BF(4))(2) remains high-spin between ambient and 78 kbar and is only transformed to the low-spin state at an applied pressure of between 78 and 94 kbar. No visible change is observed in the preedge peak in the spectra of (Fe[HC(3,5-(CH(3))(2)pz)(3)](2))I(2) with increasing pressure, whereas the preedge peak in the spectra of ((e[HC(3,5-(CH(3))(2)pz)(3)](2))(BF(4))(2) changes as expected for a high-spin to low-spin crossover with increasing pressure. The difference in the spin-state crossover behavior of these two complexes is likely related to the unusual behavior of (Fe[HC(3,5-(CH(3))(2)pz)(3)](2))(BF(4))(2) upon cooling.  相似文献

Oxide methanesulfonates of Mo, U, Re, and V have been prepared by reaction of MoO(3), UO(2)(CH(3)COO)(2)·2H(2)O, Re(2)O(7)(H(2)O)(2), and V(2)O(5) with CH(3)SO(3)H or mixtures thereof with its anhydride. These compounds are the first examples of solvent-free oxide methanesulfonates of these elements. MoO(2)(CH(3)SO(3))(2) (Pbca, a=1487.05(4), b=752.55(2), c=1549.61(5) pm, V=1.73414(9) nm(3), Z=8) contains [MoO(2)] moieties connected by [CH(3)SO(3)] ions to form layers parallel to (100). UO(2)(CH(3)SO(3))(2) (P2(1)/c, a=1320.4(1), b=1014.41(6), c=1533.7(1) pm, β=112.80(1)°, V=1.8937(3) nm(3), Z=8) consists of linear UO(2)(2+) ions coordinated by five [CH(3)SO(3)] ions, forming a layer structure. VO(CH(3)SO(3))(2) (P2(1)/c, a=1136.5(1), b=869.87(7), c=915.5(1) pm, β=113.66(1)°, V=0.8290(2) nm(3), Z=4) contains [VO] units connected by methanesulfonate anions to form corrugated layers parallel to (100). In ReO(3)(CH(3)SO(3)) (P1, a=574.0(1), b=1279.6(3), c=1641.9(3) pm, α=102.08(2), β=96.11(2), γ=99.04(2)°, V=1.1523(4) nm(3), Z=8) a chain structure exhibiting infinite O-[ReO(2)]-O-[ReO(2)]-O chains is formed. Each [ReO(2)]-O-[ReO(2)] unit is coordinated by two bidentate [CH(3)SO(3)] ions. V(2)O(3)(CH(3)SO(3))(4) (I2/a, a=1645.2(3), b=583.1(1), c=1670.2(3) pm, β=102.58(3), V=1.5637(5) pm(3), Z=4) adopts a chain structure, too, but contains discrete [VO]-O-[VO] moieties, each coordinated by two bidentate [CH(3)SO(3)] ligands. Additional methanesulfonate ions connect the [V(2)O(3)] groups along [001]. Thermal decomposition of the compounds was monitored under N(2) and O(2) atmosphere by thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis and XRD measurements. Under N(2) the decomposition proceeds with reduction of the metal leading to the oxides MoO(2), U(3)O(7), V(4)O(7), and VO(2); for MoO(2)(CH(3)SO(3))(2), a small amount of MoS(2) is formed. The synthesis and characterization of the extremely hindered phosphine ligands, P(CH(2)CH(2)P(t)Bu(2))(3) (P(2)P(3)(tBu), 1), PhP(CH(2)CH(2)P(t)Bu(2))(2) (PhP(2)P(2)(tBu), 2), and P(CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)P(t)Bu(2))(3) (P(3)P(3)(tBu), 3) are reported, along with the synthesis and characterization of ruthenium chloro complexes RuCl(2)(P(2)P(3)(tBu)) (4), RuCl(2)(PhP(2)P(2)(tBu)) (5), and RuCl(2)(P(3)P(3)(tBu)) (6). The bulky P(2)P(3)(tBu) (1) and P(3)P(3)(tBu) (3) ligands are the most sterically encumbered PP(3)-type ligands so far synthesized, and in all cases, only three phosphorus donors are able to bind to the metal center. Complexes RuCl(2)(PhP(2)P(2)(tBu)) (5) and RuCl(2)(P(3)P(3)(tBu)) (6) were characterized by crystallography. Low temperature solution and solid state (31)P{(1)H} NMR were used to demonstrate that the structure of RuCl(2)(P(2)P(3)(tBu)) (4) is probably analogous to that of RuCl(2)(PhP(2)P(2)(tBu)) (5) which had been structurally characterized.  相似文献

Trimethyl vanadate(V), OV(OCH(3))(3) (1), is examined by various mass spectrometric means. Photoionization experiments yield an ionization energy of IE(OV(OCH(3))(3)) = 9.54 +/- 0.05 eV for the neutral molecule. The primary fragmentation of the molecular cation 1(+), i.e., loss of neutral formaldehyde, can occur via two independent routes of hydrogen migrations to afford the formal V(IV) compounds HOV(OCH(3))(2)(+) and OV(OCH(3))(CH(3)OH)(+), respectively. These two pathways are associated with low-lying activation barriers of almost identical height. At elevated energies, direct V-O bond cleavage of 1(+) allows for expulsion of a methoxy radical concomitant with the generation of the cationic fragment OV(OCH(3))(2)(+), a formal V(V) compound. Trimethyl vanadate can also form a molecular anion, 1(-), whose most abundant dissociation channel involves loss of a methyl radical, thereby leading to the formal V(V) compound OV(OCH(3))(2)O(-). Various mass spectrometric experiments and extensive theoretical studies provide detailed insight into the ion structures and the relative energetics of the primary dissociation reactions of the molecular cations and anions of 1.  相似文献

FTIR smog chamber techniques were used to measure k(Cl + C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCH(3)) = (2.52 ± 0.37) × 10(-11) and k(OH + C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCH(3)) = (5.78 ± 1.02) × 10(-13) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) in 700 Torr of air diluent at 296 ± 1 K. The atmospheric lifetime of C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCH(3) is estimated to be 20 days. Reaction of chlorine atoms with C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCH(3) proceeds 18 ± 2% at the -CH(2)- group and 82 ± 2% at the -CH(3) group. Reaction of OH radicals with C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCH(3) proceeds 44 ± 5% at the -CH(2)- group and 56 ± 5% at the -CH(3) group. The atmospheric fate of C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCH(2)O radicals is reaction with O(2) to give C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCHO. The atmospheric fate of C(2)F(5)CH(O)OCH(3) radicals is C-C bond-cleavage to give C(2)F(5) radicals and CH(3)OCHO (methyl formate). The infrared spectrum was recorded and used to estimate a global warming potential of 6 (100 year time horizon) for C(2)F(5)CH(2)OCH(3).  相似文献
