Mechanism of reactions of photocatalytic synthesis of chlorohydrins

A mechanism of photocatalytic synthesis of chlorohydrins from olefins and peroxo complexes of titanium (IV) is proposed. It consists of formation of radical-containing complexes, their reactions with olefins, and decomposition of the α-oxides obtained by hydrogen chlorides. L. V. Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. Calculation of enthalpies of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.     

非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。     

Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Study of the properties of pentasil-containing catalysts in reactions of transformation of hydrocarbons

The kinetics of transformations of propane and propylene on pentasils modified with zinc, Zn/HTsVM, and the H form of zeolite were investigated. Quantitative data were obtained which revealed significant differences for HTsVM and Zn-containing catalysts in the selectivity of transformations of propane with different degrees of its conversion. The promoting effect of Zn in the Zn/HTsVM system not only on the stage of dehydrogenation of propane into propylene, but also on subsequent transformations of propylene into aromatic hydrocarbons, was demonstrated. The absence of internal diffusion inhibition of the reaction in the conditions studied was demonstrated experimentally. Effect of composition of coordination sphere on value of constant of additional hyperfine structure of EPR spectra

Method of computer-aided determination of the type of normal vibrations of polyatomic molecules

Correct assignment of calculated and experimental frequencies, as well as corservation of the initial assignment in case of a random coincidence of two frequencies during the solution of an inverse spectral problem, are important problems in spectroscopy of polyatomic molecules. Vibrations are classified according to their form, which is thought to be a more reliable basis for assignment than frequency. We offer a PC program to determine the type of vibrations according to their form (obtained by solving a direct vibrational problem) in a given system of vibrational basis set functions. Phospholipids of the seeds of experimental varieties of kenaf

Phospholipids of the seeds of kenaf of the variety Opytnyi-1931 are similar with respect to their set of components and the qualitative composition of the fatty acids of homogeneous classes to the phospholipids of the variety Opytnyi-1972, but differ with respect to the amounts of individual acids. Investigation of the products of the ozonolysis of larixol

On the ozonization of larixol in methanol followed by treatment with ammonium chloride, the main reaction products were 15,16,20-trisnorlabd-6-ene-8,13-dione and 6-hydroxy-8,13;8,14-diepoxy-15,20-bisnorlabd-14-one. 介绍了1995-2006年期间测定微量和痕量钙的方法,如电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法、原子吸收光谱法以及离子色谱法等的工作原理和特点,并说明了其测定微量钙的应用领域。并对微量钙的测定技术进行了展望(引用文献55篇)。     

Investigation of the influence of technological factors on quality of basic brands of HPPE

The comparative analysis of the molecular mass distribution, temperatures and heat effect of phase transitions, degree of crystallinity of defect materials and matrix polyethylene film were carried out. Possible reasons of deterioration of the quality of polyethylene on stages of its synthesis, transportation, storage, and processing were determined.     

Gas-chromatographic determination of the composition of the volatile components of the oleoresins of some species of conifers

Using the method of analytical GLC in a glass capillary column, the compositions have been studied of the volatile fractions of the oleoresins of five species of conifers:Larix decidua,Pinus strobus,Pinus mugo,Picea excelsa, andPinus abies. In the oleoresins 21 monoterpene and 22 sesquiterpene compounds were identified from their relative retention times and with the aid of additives. The main components of the volatile fractions of the oleoresins were - and -pinenes and 3-carene among the monoterpenes, and longifolene caryophyllene, - and -cadinenes and -murolene among the sesquiterpene compounds. Determination of the sequence of monosaccharide units in acetates of N-arylglycosylamines of oligosaccharides
