A simple procedure for the simultaneous determination of acetaminophen (AC) and ascorbic acid (AA) by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) using a carbon nanotube paste electrode exploiting measures in cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) medium is described. Under the best instrumental parameters of DPV, optimized by means of factorial design, the calibration plots in the range 100.0–700.0 µmol L?1 (r=0.993) and 39.4–146.3 µmol L?1 (r=0.995) with limits of detection of 7.1 and 2.1 µmol L?1, were achieved for AA and AC, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied for the AC and AA determination in pharmaceutical formulations, whose accuracy was attested by comparison with HPLC method.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was investigated at the gold nanoparticles self‐assembled glassy carbon electrode (GNP/LC/GCE), which was fabricated by self‐assembling gold nanoparticles on the surface of L ‐cysteine (LC) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) via successive cyclic voltammetry (CV). A pair of well‐defined redox peaks of DA on the GNP/LC/GCE was obtained at Epa=0.197 V and Epc=0.146 V, respectively. And the peak separation between DA and AA is about 0.2 V, which is enough for simultaneous determination of DA and AA. The peak currents of DA and AA were proportional with their concentrations in the range of 6.0×10?8–8.5×10?5 mol L?1 and 1.0×10?6–2.5×10?3 mol L?1, with the detection limit of 2.0×10?8 mol L?1 and 3.0×10?7 mol L?1 (S/N=3), respectively. The modified electrode exhibits an excellent reproducibility, sensibility and stability for simultaneous determination of DA and AA in human serum with satisfactory result.  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode (CPE), modified with novel hydroquinone/TiO2 nanoparticles, was designed and used for simultaneous determination of ascorbic acid (AA), uric acid (UA) and folic acid (FA). The magnitude of the peak current for modified TiO2-nanoparticle CPE (MTNCPE) increased sharply in the presence of ascorbic acid and was proportional to its concentration. A dynamic range of 1.0–1400.0 μM, with the detection limit of 6.4 × 10?7 M for AA, was obtained using the DPV technique (pH = 7.0). The prepared electrode was successfully applied for the determination of AA, UA, and FA in real samples.  相似文献

This work demonstrates gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)/functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (f‐MWCNT) composite film modified gold electrode via covalent‐bonding interaction self‐assembly technique for simultaneous determination of salsolinol (Sal) and uric Acid (UA) in the presence of high concentration of ascorbic acid (AA). In pH 7.0 PBS, the composite film modified electrode exhibits excellent voltammetric response for Sal and UA, while AA shows no voltammetric response. The oxidation peak current is linearly increased with concentrations of Sal from 0.24–11.76 μmol L?1 and of UA from 3.36–96.36 μmol L?1, respectively. The detection limits of Sal and UA is 3.2×10?8 mol L?1 and 1.7×10?7 mol L?1 , respectively.  相似文献

A novel biosensor by electrochemically codeposited Pt nanoclusters and DNA film was constructed and applied to detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) in the presence of high concentration ascorbic acid (AA). Scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used for characterization. This electrode was successfully used to resolve the overlapping voltammetric response of DA, UA and AA into three well‐defined peaks with a large anodic peak difference (ΔEpa) of about 184 mV for DA and 324 mV for UA. The catalytic peak current obtained from differential pulse voltammetry was linearly dependent on the DA concentration from 1.1× 10?7 to 3.8×10?5 mol·L?1 with a detection limit of 3.6×10?8 mol·L?1 (S/N=3) and on the UA concentration from 3.0×10?7 to 5.7×10?5 mol·L?1 with a detection limit of 1.0×10?7 mol·L?1 with coexistence of 1.0×10?3 mol·L?1 AA. The modified electrode shows good sensitivity and selectivity.  相似文献

A novel voltammetric method using the Ppyox/NFR/Au (poly pyrrole – nuclear fast red – gold) modified electrode was developed for simultaneous measurement of various combinations of ascorbic acid (AA) and methyldopa (MDA). Polypyrrole film was prepared by incorporation of nuclear fast red (NFR) as doping anion, during the electropolymerization of pyrrole onto a gold (Au) electrode in aqueous solution using cyclic voltammetric (CV) method, and then it was overoxidized at constant potential. Differential pulse voltammetry was utilized for the measurement of both analytes using modified electrode. Well‐separated voltammetric peaks were observed for ascorbic acid (AA) and methyldopa at the Ppyox/NFR/Au modified electrodes with peak separation of 0.210 V. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 3.0), the oxidation of AA and MDA at the surface of the electrode occurs at a potential about 260 and 50 mV less positive than unmodified Au electrode respectively. The current catalytic oxidation peaks showed a linear dependent on the concentration of AA and MDA in the range of 9.0×10?6 to 1.0×10?3 and 1.0×10?7 to 2.0×10?5 mol L?1 respectively. The detection limit of 5.8×10?6 and 5.0×10?8 mol L?1 (S/N=3) were obtained for AA and MDA respectively. The modified electrode was used for determination of AA and MDA in some real samples such as human serum and tablet.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for simultaneously measuring dopamine (DA), ascorbic acid (AA), and uric acid (UA) using a poly(1‐aminoanthracene) and carbon nanotubes nanocomposite electrode is presented. The experimental parameters for composite film synthesis as well as the variables related to simultaneous determination of DA, AA, and UA were optimized at the same time using fractional factorial and Doehlert designs. The use of carbon nanotubes and poly(1‐aminoanthracene) in association with a cathodic pretreatment led to three well‐defined oxidation peaks at potentials around ?0.039, 0.180 and 0.351 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) for AA, DA, and UA, respectively. Using differential pulse voltammetry, calibration curves for AA, DA, and UA were obtained over the range of 0.16–3.12×10?3 mol L?1, 3.54–136×10?6 mol L?1, and 0.76–2.92×10?3 mol L?1, with detection limits of 3.95×10?5 mol L?1, 2.90×10?7 mol L?1, and 4.22×10?5 mol L?1, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine DA, AA, and UA in biological samples with good results.  相似文献

It is difficult to monitor dopamine (DA) accurately with a bare glassy carbon electrode because of the interference of ascorbic acid (AA). In this paper, a method for the determination of DA in an AA solution using differential pulse voltammetry was established. Because AA loses its electrochemical activity after being oxidized, hydrogen peroxide was used to oxidize AA, and the interference of AA was completely eliminated. As a result, trace DA could be directly determined in the AA solution with a bare glassy carbon electrode. When trace DA was determined in a 1.0 mmol L?1 AA solution, there was a wide linear range from 3.0×10?8 mol L?1 to 1.0×10?5 mol L?1. The application of this method was demonstrated by the selective measurement of DA in an injection without pretreatment.  相似文献

N‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenethyl)‐3,5‐dinitrobenzamide modified multiwall carbon nanotubes paste electrode was used as a voltammetric sensor for oxidation of penicillamine (PA), uric acid (UA) and tryptophan (TP). In a mixture of PA, UA and TP, those voltammograms were well separated from each other with potential differences of 300, 610, and 310 mV, respectively. The peak currents were linearly dependent on PA, UA and TP concentrations in the range of 0.05–300, 5–420, and 1.0–400 µmol L?1, with detection limits of 0.021, 2.0, and 0.82 µmol L?1, respectively. The modified electrode was used for the determination of those compounds in real samples.  相似文献

Abstract

A carbon-paste electrode spiked with ferrocenedicarboxylic acid (FDCMCPE) was constructed by incorporation of ferrocenedicarboxylic acid in a graphite powder–paraffin oil matrix. It has been shown by direct current cyclic voltammetry and double-step chronoamperometry that this electrode can catalyze the oxidation of ampicillin (AMPC) in aqueous buffered solution. It has been found that under the optimum condition (pH 10.0) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of AMPC occurred at a potential of about 480 mV on the surface of the modified carbon-paste electrode. The kinetic parameters such as electron-transfer coefficient, α, and rate constant for the chemical reaction between AMPC and redox sites in FDCMCPE were also determined using electrochemical approaches. Under the optimized conditions, the electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of AMPC showed two linear dynamic ranges with a detection limit of 0.67 µmol L?1 AMPC. The linear calibration was in the range of 2.34–30 µmol L?1 and 40–700 µmol L?1 AMPC using the differential pulse voltammetric method. Finally, this method was also examined as a selective, simple, and precise electrochemical sensor for the determination of AMPC in real samples such as drugs and urine.  相似文献

AgSIE was used for the direct analysis of folic acid (FA), with a detection limit and lower level of quantitation of 6.8×10?10 mol L?1 and 2.3×10?8 mol L?1. The analysis in fresh and processed fruits was done without any sample pretreatment. In strawberry and acerola juices, FA concentration level values were below the method detection limit. FA was detectable in peach (77.7±0.4 µg L?1 and 64.4±0.5 µg L?1), Persian lime (45.4±0.7 µg L?1), pineapple Hawaii (66.2±0.4 µg L?1), pear pineapple (35.3±0.6 µg L?1), cashew (54.4±0.5 µg L?1), passion fruit (73.2±0.3 µg L?1), and apple (84.4±0.5 µg L?1).  相似文献

The present work describes the development of a selective and sensitive voltammetric sensor for simultaneous determination of catechol (CC) and hydroquinone (HQ), based on a glassy carbon (GC) electrode modified with manganese phthalocyanine azo‐macrocycle (MnPc) adsorbed on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT). Scanning electron microscopy and scanning electrochemical microscopy were used to characterize the composite material (MnPc/MWCNT) on the glassy carbon electrode surface. The modified electrode showed excellent electrochemical activity towards the simultaneous oxidation and reduction of CC and HQ. On the MnPc/MWCNT/GC electrode, both CC and HQ can generate a pair of quasi‐reversible and well‐defined redox peaks. Under optimized experimental and operational conditions, the cathodic peak currents were linear over the range 1–600 µmol L?1 for both CC and HQ, with limits of detection of 0.095 and 0.041 µmol L?1, respectively. The anodic peak currents were also linear over the range 1–600 µmol L?1 for both CC and HQ, with limits of detection of 0.096 and 0.048 µmol L?1, respectively. The proposed method was effectively applied for the simultaneous detection of hydroquinone and catechol in water samples and the results were in agreement with those obtained by a comparative method described in the literature.  相似文献

A cathodically pretreated boron‐doped diamond electrode was used for the simultaneous anodic determination of ascorbic acid (AA) and caffeine (CAF) by differential pulse voltammetry. Linear calibration curves (r=0.999) were obtained from 1.9×10?5 to 2.1×10?4 mol L?1 for AA and from 9.7×10?6 to 1.1×10?4 mol L?1 for CAF, with detection limits of 19 μmol L?1 and 7.0 μmol L?1, respectively. This method was successfully applied for the determination of AA and CAF in pharmaceutical formulations, with results equal to those obtained using a HPLC reference method.  相似文献

We report on the studies relating to fabrication of gelatin B (GB) and zinc oxide (ZnO) based nanocomposite (GB‐ZnO) film deposited on indium‐tin‐oxide (ITO) glass plate, and used for the immobilization of ascorbate oxidase (AsOx) which was further used for ascorbic acid (AA) detection. The structural and morphological studies of GB‐ZnO, and AsOx/GB‐ZnO/ITO bioelectrodes were carried out using XRD, SEM and FTIR techniques. This bioelectrode showed a broad range of linearity (5–500 mg/dL), low detection limit (1 mg/dL), higher sensitivity (0.106 µA mg/dLcm?2) and low value of the apparent Michaelis? Menten constant (Kmapp=0.35 mg/dL) for AA. Efforts are being made to utilize this electrode for sensing AA in real samples in a bid to develop a strip based sensor.  相似文献

A simple and rapid method for morphine detection is described based on PEDOT electrode in the presence of SDS. The electrochemistry of morphine is investigated by CV, LSV and SWV. The effect of common interferences on the current response of morphine namely AA and UA is studied. A room temperature ionic liquid N‐butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (BPPF6) was used as a binder to make an ionic liquid modified carbon paste electrode (IL‐CPE), which showed good characteristics such as simple preparation procedure, fast electrochemical response and good conductivity. The electrochemical oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) on the new IL‐CPE was carefully studied. The oxidation peak potential of AA on the IL‐CPE appeared at 109 mV (vs. SCE), which was about 338 mV decrease of the overpotential compared to that obtained on the traditional carbon paste electrode (CPE) and the oxidation peak current was increased for about four times. The electrochemical parameters of AA on the IL‐CPE were calculated with the charge transfer coefficient (α) and the electrode reaction rate constant (ks) as 0.87 and 0.800 s?1, respectively. Based on the relationship of the oxidation peak current and the concentration of AA a sensitive analytical method was established with cyclic voltammetry. The linear range for AA determination was in the range from 1.0×10?5 to 3.0×10?3 mol/L with the linear regression equation as Ip (μA)=?2.52–0.064C (μmol/L) (n=13, γ=0.9942) and the detection limit was calculated as 8.0×10?6 mol/L (3σ). The proposed method was free of the interferences of coexisting substances such as dopamine (DA) and amino acids etc., and successfully applied to the vitamin C tablets determination.  相似文献

A poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-graphene-multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated and evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The modified electrode offered high sensitivity, selectivity, excellent long-term stability, and electrocatalytic activity for uric acid and dopamine. This sensor showed wide linear dynamic ranges of 5.0 to 350.0 µmol L?1 for uric acid and 10.0 to 400.0 µmol L?1 for dopamine in the presence of 500 µmol L?1 ascorbic acid. The limits of detection were 0.13 for uric acid and 0.55 µmol L?1 for dopamine. This functionalized electrode has potential application in bioanalysis and biomedicine.  相似文献
