以4-羟基苯硫酚和氯苄为原料、三乙胺为缚酸剂,制备了4-苄硫基苯酚;4-苄硫基苯酚在甲苯溶液中,经硫酸二甲酯甲基化制备了(4-羟基苯基)甲基苄基硫鎓硫酸盐;室温甲醇溶剂中,与六氟锑酸钠离子进行交换合成了目的产物(4-羟基苯基)甲基苄基硫鎓六氟锑酸盐。通过紫外光谱和核磁共振测定,对产物进行了结构鉴定。总收率大于75%。 相似文献

使用四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,以4-氯-1-丁醇作为起始原料,与邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾盐反应制备N-(4-羟基丁基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺(中间产物),中间产物在氢氧化钠的作用下水解得到4-氨基-1-丁醇。通过高分辨质谱、核磁共振谱等对中间产物和产品进行了测定和结构表征。考察了反应溶剂、4-氯-1-丁醇与邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾盐摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、四丁基溴化铵与邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾盐摩尔比对中间产物收率的影响,优化反应条件之后4-氨基-1-丁醇最佳的总收率为77. 2%。此工艺路线具有合成方法简便、反应条件温和、产品收率高等优点,可以进行工业放大。 相似文献

报道了苯基硫脲与脂肪醛(酮)及三氯化磷进行的类Mannich反应,除生成预期产物3-苯基-4-氯-4-氧代-1,3,4-二氮磷杂环戊-2-硫酮(Ⅰ)外,还生成了少量3-苯基-4-氯-4-硫代-1,3,4-二氮磷杂环戊-2-硫酮(Ⅱ).当Ⅰ与Lawesson试剂在甲苯中反应时,可顺利地转化为Ⅱ.生物测定结果表明,Ⅱ具有较好的选择性除草活性.晶体结构测定表明,Ⅱ的五元磷杂环为平面结构. 相似文献

Villemin[1]曾报道KSF/蒙托土催化下微波促进1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(1)与醛2的缩合反应,李晓陆[2研究了该反应的固相缩合,Sun[3]报道了KF-Al2O3催化下甲醇溶液中的反应.本文采用绿色合成原则,无催化剂条件下无溶剂微波辐射及水中回流方法研究了此反应,得到两类化合物(图1).产物结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,MS及IR确证.实验发现辐射功率对产物有很大影响,高辐射功率下得到4-芳甲叉-3-甲基-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮(3),低辐射功率得到4,4′-芳甲叉-双(3-甲基-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮)(4);水相反应同时得到两种产物,以产物3为主(表1).产物结构与反应物配比无关. 相似文献

合成了6种1-取代-4,5-二(4-氯苯基)咪唑.以对氯苯乙酸和氯苯为原料,经Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应、二氧化锡氧化、与多聚甲醛和乙酸铵环合制备了中间体4,5-二(4-氯苯基)咪唑(5),5再经取代得到3个1-取代-4,5-二-(4-氯苯基)咪唑类化合物6a-c.6a再分别与液体胺经亲核取代反应得到3个1-取代乙酰胺类-4,5-二-(4-氯苯基)咪唑类化合物7a-c.目标化合物结构用核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱进行了表征. 相似文献

采用减肥药盐酸西布曲明的中间体1-[1-(4-氯苯基)环丁基]-3-甲基丁胺分别与水杨醛、3,5-二氯水杨醛缩合,得到相应的席夫碱化合物2-[[1-[1-(4-氯苯基)环丁基]-3-甲基丁亚氨基]甲基]苯酚(1)和2,4-二氯-6-[[1-[1-(4-氯苯基)环丁基]-3-甲基丁亚氨基]甲基]苯酚(2).通过单晶X-射线衍射、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、元素分析等表征确定了两个席夫碱化合物的组成及结构.1是单斜晶体,空间群C2/c.2是三斜晶体,空间群P-1.化合物主要通过氢键或π-π相互作用形成超分子结构.两个席夫碱化合物具有相似的荧光性质,是潜在多功能蓝色荧光材料. 相似文献

3-Indolylphenyliodonium trifluoroacetate reacts with ammonium bromide and lithium chloride and bromide to give 3-haloindoles. The reaction with ammonium chloride and tetrabutylammonium chloride leads to a mixture of 2- and 3-chloroindoles. The same mixture of chloroindoles is also formed by the action of lithium chloride but in the presence of 15-crown-5 ether. An efficient poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-supported liquid-phase parallel approach to di(aryloxyacetyl)thiosemicarbazides is described. PEG-bound phenol reacted with chloroacetic acid to afford PEG-bound phenyloxyacetic acid, which was readily converted into corresponding phenyloxyacetyl chloride. Subsequent nucleophilic substitution with ammonium thiocyanate followed by addition of aryloxyacetic acid hydrazides gave PEG-bound di(aryloxyacetyl)thiosemicarbazides, which were easily cleaved to give the resulting library of 1-aryloxyacetyl-4-(4‘-methoxylcarbonylphenyloxyacetyl)thiosemicarbazides in good to high yield and high purity. 相似文献

A novel hydrochloride quaternary ammonium salt (E)-4-(benzyloxy)-2-(cinnamo- yloxy)-N,N,N-trimethyl-4-oxobutan-1-aminium chloride (C23H29NO4Cl2, Mr = 454.37) has been synthesized via the sequence of acetylation and esterification by using L-carnitine (L-4-N-trimethy- lammonium-3-hydroxybutyric acid, LC) and cinnamic acid as the starting materials, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P212121 with a = 10.1670(4), b = 10.4488(4), c = 22.9795(11) ?, V = 2441.18(18) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.236 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.293 mm?1, F(000) = 960, Flack factor = –0.01(11), the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1550 for 3350 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)) and R = 0.0953 for all 5648 unique reflections. 4-Cyano-1-(2,3,5-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-5-methylimidazole ( 4 ) and its corresponding 5-cyano-4-methyl substituted isomer ( 5 ) have been obtained by ribosylation of 4(5)-cyano-5(4)-methylimidazole ( 3 ) via the mercuric cyanide method or by ribosylation of the trimethylsilyl derivative of 3 . Treatment of 4 with methanolic ammonia, ammonium chloride in liquid ammonia and potassium hydrosulfide provided 4-cyano-1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole ( 6 ), 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole-4-carboxamide ( 2 ) and 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole-4-thiocarboxamide ( 11 ) respectively. Reaction of 6 with hydroxylamine afforded the corresponding 4-carboxamidoxime substituted nucleoside ( 13 ) which on catalytic reduction in the presence of ammonium chloride, was transformed into 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole-4-carboxamidine ( 14 ) as hydrochloride salt. 相似文献
