The title complex has been obtained by the reaction of copper nitrate tri-hydrate with 4-abaH (4-abaH=4-aminobenzonic acid) and phenanthroline in ethanol solution, and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: monoclinic, space group C2/c,Mr=1266.13,Cu2C52H54N10O20,a=25.884(5),b=10.205(2),c=20.849(4) ,β=106.34(3)°,Z=4,V=5284.7(18) 3,F(000)=2616,Dc=1.591 g/cm3,μ=0.896 mm-1,the final R=0.0441 and wR=0.1148 for 4200 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the molecule of the title complex, the asymmetric unit contains one half molecule. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by a terminal water molecule,a bidentate phenanthroline and two monodentate 4-aminobenzoate ligands forming a square pyramidal coordination environment. The two bridging 4-aminobenzoate ligands result in a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster with a short Cu–Cu distance (3.048 ) and a π-π stacking between the adjacent phenanthroline rings (2.96 ).  相似文献

Complex 1 was characterized by UV,IR,ESI-MS,and elemental analyses. 1 was characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 27.886(3) ,b = 8.6890(12) ,c = 26.698(2) ,β = 105.521(2) o,V = 6233.1(12) 3,Z = 8,Mr = 1102.01,μ = 5.533 mm-1,Dc = 2.349 Mg/m3,F(000) = 4112,the final R = 0.0486 and wR = 0.1175(I > 2σ(I)) . In addition,further investigation revealed that the central copper(Ⅱ) atom in the complex is five-coordinated by one nitrogen atom and two oxygen atoms from H2EMDP and two chlorine atoms from chlorid. The 3,5-diiodosalicylaldehyde Schiff base acts as a tridentate ligand. H2EMDP and 1 were assayed for antibacterial(B. subtilis,S. aureus,S. faecalis,P. aeruginosa,E. coli and E. cloacae) activities by MTT(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl trtrazolium bromide) method. 1 showed the most favorable antimicrobial activity with MICs of 3.125,6.25,6.25,12.5,3.125 and 6.25 μg/mL against B. subtilis,S. aureus,S. faecalis,P. aeruginosa,E. coli and E.cloacae,respectively.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer of Cu II with flexible ligands,namely,[Cu 3 (mal) 2 (di2-pyridlyktone) 2 ] (1,H 2 mal=maleic acid),was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analyses,elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy.The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P2 1 /c with a=10.268(2),b=17.737(3),c=8.038(1),β=98.275(2)°,V=1448.6(4) 3,Z=2,D c=1.883 Mg·m-3,μ=2.260 mm-1,F(000)=826,and the final R=0.0321 and wR=0.0820.In 1,three Cu II centers (Cu(1),Cu(2),Cu(1A)) are bridged by two uncommon μ 3-bridging H 2 mal ligands,furnishing a centrosymmetric trimetallic unit.Via further Cu-O COO coordination interactions,extention of these trimetallic units in two directions gives rise to an infinite corrugated 2D layer.In addition,thermal stability and electrochemistry of 1 were studied.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the addition reaction of N-(4-cyanopyrazole-3-yl)-3,5-difluorophenyl-imine and diisopropyl phosphate. Its structure was confirmed by means of IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single-crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 18.9959(14), b = 9.2212(7), c = 22.1108(16)A^°, β= 90.1540(10)°, V = 3873.0(5) A^°^3, Dc = 1.366 g/cm^3, Z = 8, μ = 0.185, F(000) = 1664, and the final R = 0.0503 and wR = 0.1539 for 2996 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The results demonstrate that the dihedral angle between the pyrazole and benzene rings is 105.5°, and there is a full delocalized pyrazole system with sp^2 hydridization of N(3). The crystal structure is stabilized by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N(1)-H(1)…O(3) and N(3)-H(3A)…N(4). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

The title compound of Cu(C14H9O3)2(C5H5N)2(C2H5OH)2(1) was synthesized via the hy- drothermal reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid(HHF) with pyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.8302(12), b = 10.1625(14), c = 12.2708(17), α = 86.207(2), β = 69.562(2), γ = 64.932(2)o, V = 930.3(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 764.30, Dc = 1.364 g/cm3, F(000) = 399, S = 1.059 and μ(MoKα) = 0.644 mm-1. The final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1274 for 3414 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The copper atom is six-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two different 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylate ligands, two pyridine nitrogen atoms and two ethanol oxygen atoms, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The extensive O–H···O hydrogen bonding connects the molecules to form a one-dimensional chain structure. Between adjacent one-dimensional chains, a two-dimensional layered structure was formed by fluorene ring π-π packing interaction. Between the layers, a three-dimensional structure was formed through the π-π packing interaction of the pyridine ring. Moreover, the thermal stability and photoluminescent property of the complex has been investigated.  相似文献

1 INTRODUCTION Chemists have recognized that intermolecular inter- actions are the basis of functional properties for most molecular assembles, and detailed understan- ding of non-covalent chemistry is therefore funda- mental to interpreting and predicting the relation- ship between structure and function. Among intermo- lecular interactions, the π-π stacking between aro- matic rings is correlated with the electron transfer process in some biological systems[1], and the nature of π-π s…  相似文献

1 INTRODUCTION Coordination polymers are a family of materials composed of 1D chains, 2D sheets, and 3D networks of metal-organic building blocks connected via co- valent and hydrogen bonds. Recently, they have re- ceived increasing attention for their fascinating struc- tures and topological features[1~4]. The complex as ligands approach is one of the best strategies to de- sign and synthesize polynuclear species, and a good example of ‘complex ligand’ is represented by mono- nuclear…  相似文献

The title complex is centrosymmetric and a pair of chlorides act as μ2-bridges to link two Cu(Ⅱ) ions forming a binuclear complex. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated by pyridyl N, imine N and sulfonate O atoms of the tridentate paba ligand as well as two bridging Cl^-, constructing the distorted square-pyramidal geometry. In the structure extensive hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking stabilize the solid structures, through which the complex builds its 3-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献
