反饱和吸收是指介质的吸收系数随输入光强的增加而增大的一种现象。反饱和吸收材料在全光开关、光计算与通信以及光限幅和光稳幅等光电子领域中都有着广泛的应用前景。酞菁类化合物以其较大的非共振三阶极化率、内在的快速响应和良好的化学和热稳定性倍受关注。目前所研究的反饱和吸收材料多是溶液和薄膜样品,在实用化方面存在较大困难,并且一些反饱和吸收性能好的酞菁化合物在溶剂中易于分解,给薄膜制备和溶液的稳定带来了困难。本文采用注射成型方法将酞菁铟掺杂到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中,研究了样品的反饱和吸收性能,国内外鲜见相关报道。  相似文献

利用原位聚合方法将聚苯乙烯(PS)共价接枝到二硫化钼纳米片表面,获得的材料MoS_2-PS能均匀地分散在常见的有机溶剂中。开孔Z-扫描实验结果表明:与MoS_2、MoS_2/PS相比,MoS_2-PS的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液及其聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)薄膜样品均表现出更好的非线性光学性能。相对于溶液,在532nm和1 064nm激光激发时,MoS_2-PS/PMMA固体薄膜表现出最大的非线性吸收系数(βeff),分别达到407.70cm/GW(MoS_2-PMMA:100.69cm/GW;MoS_2/PS/PMMA:116.55cm/GW)和429.64cm/GW(MoS_2-PMMA:-48.92cm/GW;MoS_2/PS/PMMA:66.31cm/GW);相应的光限幅阈值分别为0.92GW/cm2(532nm)和1.12GW/cm2(1 064nm)。MoS_2-PS/PMMA固体薄膜经200℃退火处理后,βeff和光限幅性能得到增强(βeff分别为455.67cm/GW和448.90cm/GW;光限幅阈值分别为1.07GW/cm2和0.87GW/cm2)。  相似文献

本工作通过无中心金属酞菁合成了可溶性金属酞菁化合物--四-α-(2-乙基丁氧基)氯铟酞菁,用纳秒脉冲激光在532 nm处检测了它在四氢呋喃溶液中的光限幅过程,发现该化合物具有非常明显的光限幅性能.在很低的入射光能量下,输出能量即开始偏离Beer定律,透过率随着入射光能量的增加迅速下降.这一效应归因于酞菁分子的反饱和吸收.通过纳秒激光闪光光解实验测定了上述化合物在四氢呋喃溶液中的瞬态吸收光谱及三线态寿命,实验结果表明在很宽的波长范围内分子具有较强的激发态吸收性能.  相似文献

本论文在设计合成一系列四吡咯环状化合物的基础上,运用多种光谱手段研究周边取代对包括酞菁、三明治型酞菁、芴取代卟啉与氮杂卟啉在内的四吡咯环状化合物及其配合物的光物理性质和受355nm的光激发后所经历的光物理过程;研究不同结构因素对四吡咯环状化合物及其配合物的光物理性质的影响;用光限幅和Z-扫描方法检测四吡咯环状化合物的三阶非线性光学响应,研究其三阶非线性光学性质的来源,计算衡量其光限幅性质和三阶非线性光学性质的参数,并分析其产生的原因、结构与非线性光学性质的关系和影响其强弱的因素.  相似文献

采用流动控制沉积法, 通过调控泵速和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)胶体微球溶液的浓度, 制备出微球排列高度有序且薄膜紧密附着于基底的高质量光子晶体薄膜. 获得了制备高质量PMMA光子晶体薄膜的组装条件范围, 发现在该条件范围内, 当泵速或胶体微球溶液浓度一定时, PMMA光子晶体薄膜的厚度随胶体微球溶液浓度的增加或泵速的降低而增加. 研究了组装条件对PMMA光子晶体薄膜光学性能的影响, 发现光子禁带位置随光子晶体薄膜厚度增加或减少而红移或蓝移. 在此基础上, 控制组装条件得到了不同尺寸微球堆叠而成的叠层光子晶体薄膜, 并研究了其光学性能的变化规律. 结果显示, 叠层光子晶体薄膜的光子禁带峰为各层叠层光子晶体禁带峰的简单叠加, 且峰强度受光入射角方向影响.  相似文献

随着激光技术的快速发展, 激光武器的性能也越来越优越, 所造成的危害也越来越大, 各国开始加大力度对激光防护材料进行研究. 酞菁化合物具有限幅窗口宽、限幅效果明显、响应迅速等特点, 是一类非常具有应用前景的光限幅材料. 当前, 制备出限幅性能好、稳定性强的酞菁光限幅材料成为激光防护材料领域中的研究热点. 本文评述和总结了近几年在酞菁光限幅材料方面开展的系统研究工作, 首先介绍了酞菁化合物实现光限幅效应的机制, 并在此基础上详细分析了影响光限幅效应的因素以及光限幅器件化过程对酞菁光物理和光限幅性能的影响机理. 根据分析结果提出了在基础和应用研究方面存在的科学问题, 指出了该类型光限幅材料面临的挑战和今后的重要发展方向.  相似文献

以1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]+-碳烯-7(DBU)为催化剂合成了中心原子为重原子铅、环取代基为重原子溴的萘酞菁配合物四溴-2,3-萘酞菁铅[PbNcBr4],并研究了该配合物的电子吸收光谱、热稳定性、光限幅特性及重原子对其光限幅特性的影响及其机理.该配合物在近红外区(795~825nm)有强吸收(Q带),溴取代可使配合物Q带略微蓝移,溶剂的极性对配合物的电子吸收光谱有较大影响.该配合物具有较高的热稳定性,气氛对其热稳定性有明显影响,其在N2气氛中的热稳定性明显比在O2气氛中的高;在O2气氛中为一步分解,在N2气氛中为多步分解.标题配合物具有优异的非线性光限幅特性,在高线性透射率88%时的限幅阈值为148mJ/cm2,限幅幅值为332mJ/cm2,损伤阈值约为3J/cm2,其光限幅特性明显优于光限幅新材料C60(透射率70%时,限幅阈值大于240mJ/cm2).重原子铅和溴可显著优化材料的非线性光限幅特性.  相似文献

由于激光技术的快速发展,新型超快可调谐波长的高功率激光器更多的在民用和军事上应用。快速的非线性光学器件的需求越来越多。近10年,人们投入大量研究寻找超快光学非线性材料,同时寻找快速响应、高线性透过率和低非线性透过率以及高损伤阈值的光限幅材料,研究发现金属酞菁化合物、金属卟啉化合物以及富勒烯衍生物具有良好的光限幅效果和强的光学非线性特性。  相似文献

合成了一种新的配位化合物(苄基三乙基铵)双(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮-4,5-二硫基)-金(BTEAADT). 利用旋涂技术制备了该材料与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)掺杂的复合薄膜, 该材料在复合薄膜中的质量分数为1%. 采用Z扫描方法, 分别测试了该材料的乙腈溶液和该材料与PMMA复合薄膜在波长为1064 nm, 脉宽为20 ps条件下的三阶非线性光学特性. 同时还研究了复合薄膜的线性光学性质. Z扫描的结果表明, 复合薄膜和该材料的乙腈溶液都具有自散焦效应, 非线性折射率都是负值. 在实验条件下, 两者的非线性吸收效应都是可以忽略的. 经过计算得出溶液样品的非线性折射率为-1.459×10-18 m2·W-1, 复合薄膜样品的非线性折射率为-3.978×10-15 m2·W-1. 该材料在1064 nm处的非线性光学器件方面有潜在应用价值.  相似文献

带有负电荷取代基的四磺化酞菁化合物与 TiO2超微粒在溶液中通过静电相互吸引 ,能够形成基态复合物 .通过吸收光谱和荧光光谱 ,计算了磺化酞菁与 TiO2在溶液中的表观缔合平衡常数 K.与相应的烷氧基取代酞菁化合物作比较 ,并通过单光子计数技术测定染料荧光寿命 .结合荧光光谱 ,证明了磺化酞菁与 TiO2在溶液中的缔合作用 ,有利于激发态酞菁染料向半导体 TiO2的导带注入电子 ,从而发生分子间的电子转移反应 .将磺化酞菁吸附在 TiO2纳晶薄膜电极上 ,进行光电性能测试 .结果表明,染料敏化 TiO2纳晶薄膜电极光电响应的大小与染料在电极表面吸附的强弱有关 .  相似文献

The nonlinear transmittance of a novel hyperbranched conjugated polymer named DMA-HPV has been measured in CHCl3 solution using a nanosecond optical parametric oscillator. DMA-HPV shows excellent optical limiting performance in the visible region from 490 to 610 nm. An explanation based on the combination of two-photon absorption and reverse saturable absorption was proposed for its huge and broadband nonlinear optical absorption.  相似文献

Two electron donor-π-acceptor (D-π-A) chromospheres, with ferrocene as the electron donor and pyridinium as the electron acceptor, were synthesized. The nonlinear optical absorption (NOA) properties in the solution state were investigated by the Z-scan technique. Allyloxyporphyrin‐functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT‐TPP) were synthesized by radical polymerization and characterized by FTIR, UV/Vis absorption, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy; elemental analysis; TEM; and thermogravimetric analysis. Z‐scan studies revealed that this nanohybrid exhibits enhanced nonlinear optical (NLO) properties compared to a control sample consisting of a covalently unattached physical blend of MWCNTs and porphyrin, as well as to the separate MWCNTs and porphyrin. At the wavelengths used, the mechanism of enhanced optical limiting likely involves reverse saturable absorption, nonlinear scattering, and photoinduced electron/energy transfer between the MWCNTs and the porphyrin. The role of electron/energy transfer in the NLO performance of MWCNT‐TPP was investigated by Raman and fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

The optical limiting performance of a covalently bonded gold nanoparticle (approximately 2 nm)/polylysine hybrid material (AuNP-PLL) was investigated using 4.1 ns laser pulses at 532 nm. The hybrid material exhibits enhanced optical limiting in comparison to individual nanoparticles, presumably due to the interparticle electromagnetic interactions between particles in close proximity. Reverse saturable absorption and/or free carrier absorption were found to be the dominant contributor(s) to the optical limiting of the hybrid material.  相似文献

A(2)B(2)-type push-pull porphyrins with a strong intramolecular dipole moment have been prepared via Heck and Suzuki coupling reactions as novel materials for use in nonlinear optics (NLO); they display saturable (SA) and reverse saturable absorption (RSA) properties at 532 nm and their nonlinear optical response is characterized by RSA occurring at lower intensity levels whereas the onset of SA prevails at higher levels.  相似文献

Three Donor‐π‐Acceptor‐π‐Donor type styryl dyes ( 5a‐c ) with different secondary donors are synthesized and characterized to study their nonlinear and linear optical properties. The structure–property relationships of the dyes are described in the light of systematic photophysical and theoretical investigations. The photophysical characteristics of 5a‐c are influenced by the polarity of the medium, with an appreciable bathochromic shift in emission ( 5b = 81 nm) and large Stoke shifts ( 5b = 104–173 nm) in polar solvents. 5a‐c showed intramolecular charge transfer characteristics recognized with the help of emission solvatochromism, solvent polarity graphs, natural bond orbital analysis and HOMO–LUMO energy difference. The optimized geometry and frontier molecular orbitals reveal that the electron donation takes place from secondary donors and not from a fixed donor (triphenylamine) which is more twisted. The nonlinear optical properties obtained using solvent induced spectral shift and computational methods are found within the limiting values. Z‐scan results reveal saturable kind of behavior for 5a , 5b and 5c , whereas 5a and 5b show reverse saturable kind of behavior in acetone and ethanol and hence give optical limiting values. The two‐photon absorption cross section described by two‐level approximation is highest for 5b (251–300 GM).  相似文献

Present paper mainly focuses on the synthesis, characterization polyindole-ZnO nano composites for third order nonlinear optical applications. Polyindole was synthesized through oxidative polymerization technique and its composites were prepared with different ZnO concentration. Structural morphology of the polymer composite was studied using FESEM, XRD and UV Visible spectroscopic technique. Polymer showed broad absorption with absorption maxima of 395 nm. Newly prepared thin films showed excellent nonlinear absorption with very good optical limiting behaviour when it is exposed to He-Ne laser with maximum optical limiting power of 11 mW along with third-order nonlinear susceptibility χ(3) of 2.72 × 10?3 esu. Hence these polymer composites may be potential candidate for optical limiting applications.  相似文献

In this communication we describe the design and synthesis of five new conjugated polymers (P1P5) with various π-electron conjugation bridges. Their structures were established by FTIR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis. The molecular weights of the polymers were estimated by gel permeation chromatographic technique. Further, their electrochemical, linear and nonlinear optical properties were investigated. The electrochemical band gaps of P1P5 were found to be 1.72–2.35 eV. Their third-order nonlinear optical activities were studied by open aperture Z-scan technique, using a Q-switched, frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser producing 7 nano second laser pulses at 532 nm. Z-scan results reveal that the polymers exhibit self-defocusing nonlinearity and their operating mechanism involves reverse saturable absorption. The polymers showed strong optical limiting behavior due to effective two-photon absorption (2PA) with 2PA coefficients of the order of 10?11 m/W, which is comparable to that of good optical limiting materials in the literature.  相似文献

The third-order nonlinear optical properties of newly synthesized soluble polyoxadiazoles containing 3,4-dialkoxythiophenes were investigated by using Z-scan and degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) techniques. The measurements were performed at 532 nm with 7 ns pulses from a Nd:YAG laser. We found a good agreement between the values of χ(3) determined from both the experiments. Z-scan results indicate a negative nonlinear refractive index, n2, whose magnitude is of the order of 10−10 esu for all the copolymers. The variation of nonlinear response among the copolymers clearly indicates the dependence of χ(3) on donor and acceptor type of units present in these copolymers. The copolymers exhibit strong reverse saturable absorption and good optical limiting properties at 532 nm.  相似文献
