Two new d~(10 )metal-based metal-organic frameworks,{[Zn_3(btc)_2(bib)_2(H_2O)_2]·2H_2O}_n(1)and{[Cd_3(btc)_2(bib)_(1.5)(H_2O)_6]·6H_2O}_n(2)(btc=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate anion,bib=1,4-bis(1-imidazolyl)benzene)have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions by the reactions of d~(10 )metal oxides of ZnO and CdO with the aromatic polycarboxylic H_3btc and the N-heterocyclic bib.The two products were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,elemental analysis,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and IR spectroscopy.Complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in monoclinic C2/c and triclinic P 1 space groups,respectively.1 shows a 3D framework,and the potential large voids of the 3D network lead to a 3-fold interpenetrating architecture.2 displays a 2D framework,and the adjacent 2D layers expand into a 3D supramulecular network via rich hydrogen bonds.Moreover,the luminescent properties of the two complexes are investigated in solid state.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn(cmba)(bpp)]×H_2O}_n(1), {[Zn(cmba)(bpa)1.5]×2.25H_2O}_n(2) and {[Cd(cmba)(bpa)(H_2O)]×H_2O}_n(3)(H_2cmba = 3-(carboxymethyl)benzonic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and bpa = 1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane), were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a 2D(4,4) grid layer with a side length of 9.827(10)/12.176(13) ?. Complex 2 shows a 2D → 2D 2-fold interpenetrating layer structure through the flexible bpa coligands. Compound 3 presents a 2D layer formed from the metal-carboxylate chains further extending through bpa pairs. Furthermore, the solid state luminescent properties of complexes 1~3 were investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

Three novel complexes, namely {[La(tapipa)(4,4′-bibp)·(H_2O)_2]·H_2O}n(1), {[La-(tapipa)(H_2O)_4(OH)]·3 H_2O}n(2), [Co(tapipa)(1,4-bbib)]n(3)(tapipa = 5-(3-(tetrazo-5-yl)phenyl)isophthalic acid, 4,4′-bibp = 4,4′-bis(imidazolyl)biphenyl, and 1,4-bbib = 1,4-bis(benzimidazo-1-ly)benzene) have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by PXRD, IR,TGA, and so on. Complex 1 presents a 2 D layer structure, which is finally packed into a 3 D supramolecular structure by means of hydrogen bonds; complexes 2 and 3 exhibit 1 D chains and 2 D wavy-type structures, respectively, which are expanded into 3 D supramolecular structures through hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. Furthermore, the luminescence properties of complex 1 and the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities of 3 were investigated. Complex 1 has highly selective sensing for Fe~(3+) and Cr_2O_7~(2-) ions.  相似文献

The reactions of 4H-1,2,4-triazole(Htrz) with ZnCl_2, 1H-tetrazole(Htez) and Cu(NO_3)2·6H_2O afford two novel coordination polymers respectively, {[Zn_2(trz)_2(ox)](H_2O)_3}n(1) and {[Cu_3(tez)_3(OH)_2(H_2O)_2](NO_3)(DMF)_4}_n(2)(H_2ox =(COOH_)2, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide). 1 shows 1D channels along the a axis filled with water molecules and 2 features a 2D bi-layered framework based on trinuclear Cu(II) units bridged by two μ3-OH groups. In addition, in vitro antitumor activities of compounds 1 and 2 on four human lung cancer cells(16HBE, NCI-H1299, NCI-H460 and NCI-H292) were further determined.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer,{[Ag_2(bpp)_2(H_2O)_2]·bpdc·3H_2O}_n,derived from the ligand biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid(H_2bpdc),has been obtained through a hydrothermal technique(bpp = l,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane).Its single-crystal structure has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder XRD,FT-IR,TGA and elemental analysis techniques.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 consists of 1D infinite[Ag(bpp)(H_2O)]_n~(n+)cationic chains,2D anionic layer constructed by bpdc anions and free water which provide charge compensation in the crystal structure.The 1D infinite[Ag(bpp)(H_2O)]_n~(n+) cationic chains and 2D anionic layer are further stacked in-ABAB- fashion through intermolecular H-bonding to form a 3D sandwich-like framework.In addition,the luminescent property of complex 1 in the solid state at room temperature was investigated.  相似文献

Two new three-dimensional coordination polymers, namely [Mn(L)(bpdc)]n(1), [Mn(L)0.5(ndc)]n(2)(L = 1,4-bis(2-methylbenzimidazole)butane, H2 bpdc = 4,4?-biphenyldicarboxylic acid, H2 ndc = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid) have been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Two complexes were characterized by physico-chemical, spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a 3D → 3D 5-fold interpenetrated network with a 4-connected uninodal dia topology. Complex 2 possesses a 3D → 3D 3-fold interpenetrating architecture with a binodal(4,5)-connected xah topology. The fluorescence and thermal properties of the title complexes were discussed.  相似文献

Two 3D rare earth coordination polymers {[Ho(ptc)(H_2O)_(2.5)]·0.5 H_2O}n(1) and {[Y2(ptc)2(H_2O)_5]·H_2O}n(2)(H_3ptc = 2,4,6-pyridinetricarboxylic acid) have been synthesized with Ho(Ⅲ) or Y(Ⅲ) chloride and H_3ptc by hydrothermal method. The X-ray structure analyses display the two complexes are isomorphic and crystallize in monoclinic crystal system with P21/n space group for 1 and P21/c space group for 2. Ho(Ⅲ) and Y(Ⅲ) both show two different coordination modes. One is nine-coordinated and forms a distorted tricapped trigonal prism and the other is eight-coordinated to get a distorted bicapped trigonal prism. The ptc3-also shows two different coordination modes by connecting four or three rare earth ions. The photoluminescent properties of 2 show that it can emit blue fluorescence at 440 nm with excitation at 335 nm. The fluorescence lifetime of 2 is 1.64 μs and the absolute fluorescence quantum yield is 10.2%.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers,{[Cu_3(tci)_2(DMAc)_3]-6DMAc 2H_2O}_n(1) and {[Cu_3(tci)_2(tpt)_2(H_2O)_2].2DMAc-2H_2O}_n(2)(H_3tci = tris(2-carboxyethyI)isocyanurate,tpt = 2,4,6-tris(4-pyridyl)-l,3,5-triazine,DMAc = N,/V-dimethylacetamide),have been constructed under solvothermal conditions.Both polymers were structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses,IR spectra,thermogravimetric(TG) analyses and powder X-ray diffraction(RXPD).1 shows a(3,4)-connected 2D layer structure comprising Cu_2(CO_2)4 paddle-wheel units,which are further bridged by C-H…O interactions to give a 3D supramolecular network.The introduction of tpt produces different framework for 2 that comprises a dinuclear and a mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) building units,which are further bridged together by tci~(3-) and tpt ligands to give a 4-connected 2D topological net.Adjacent 2D layers are packed together via C-H…O interactions and π…π stacking interactions to form a 3D supramolecular structure.In addition,the luminescent properties and the solid-state UV-vis spectra of 1 and 2 were explored.Furthermore,antiferromagnetic exchange interactions were unveiled in the Cu_2(COO)_4 units of 1.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, {[Zn(1,3-bip)(oba)]·0.5H_2O}n(1),1,3-bip =1,3-bis(imidazole)propane, H_2oba=4,4?-oxybis(benzoate)), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder XRD, FTIR, TGA and elemental analysis techniques. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 shows a 3D→3D twofold interpenetrating network that can be described as a 4-connected uninodal net with(65.8) topology. In addition, the photoluminescence property of complex 1 was also investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers {[Zn(Hbtc)(bpyb)]·H_2O}n(1) and {[Cd(Hbtc)-(bpyb)_(1.5)]·0.5 bpyb}_n(2)(H_3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bpyb = 1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)benzene) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The two compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 displays a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D supramolecular architecture through O–H···N/O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Compound 2 exhibits a 2D→3D polycatenated structure, which is further stabilized by O–H···N hydrogen bonds. The results indicate that the metal ion has significant effects on the formation and structure of the resulted coordination polymers. Furthermore, thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of MnCl_2·4H_2O with(pyridin-2-yl)methyl 4-(2-(4-((pyridin-2-yl)methoxy)phenyl)diazenyl)benzoate(L1) via an in situ ligand transformation reaction produced a new coordination polymer, {[Mn_(2.5)Cl_3L_2(H_2O)]·H_2O}_n(1, where HL = 4-(2-(4-((pyridin-2-yl)methoxy)phenyl)diazenyl)benzoic acid). The L1 ligand was decomposed in situ to L~- which was coordinated with Mn(Ⅱ) to form compound 1 in the solvothermal synthesis process. Complex 1 was characterized by IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 possesses a 2D network. In addition, stability and photoluminescent property of 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely {[Mn(HL_1)(phen)]·4H_2O}_n(1) and [Co_2(HL_2)_2(H_2O)_2]_n(2) have been constructed hydrothermally using H_3L_1 and H_3L_2(H_3L_1 = 2-(5-carboxypyridin-2-yl)terephthalic acid, H_3L_2 = 2-(4-carboxypyridin-3-yl)terephthalic acid), phen, MnCl_2×4H_2O and CoCl_2×6H_2O. The products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental, thermogravimetric(TGA), powder(PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 features a 3D framework structure, which was topologically classified as a trinodal 4,6,6-connected net with the unique topology defined by the point symbol of(3~(10).5.6~4)4(3~(10).6.7~4)2(5.6~2.8~2.9). Compound 2 possesses a 2D metal-organic layer, which was topologically classified as a binodal 4,4-connected layer defined by the point symbol of(4~3.6~2.8). The layers are further extended into a 3D supramolecular framework via hydrogen bonds. The magnetic properties for both compounds were also investigated, indicating antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent metal ions.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers(CPs) based on two new tetrazole-based ligands, namely, [Cu(TPP)]n(HTTP = 4-(3-(2 H-tetrazol-5-yl)phenyl)pyridine, 1) and {[Cd_2(TBCA)_2(H_2O)_2]·-H_2O}n(H_2TBCA = 3?-(2 H-tetrazol-5-yl)biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid, 2), were synthesized via solvothermal reactions. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 exhibits a(3,6)-connected rtl network topology based on binuclear secondary building units(SBUs). Compound 2 presents a 2D framework composed of 1D SUBs formed by both carboxyl and tetrazole groups. The 2D network is linked into a 3D framework via various hydrogen bonds. They represent two examples of CPs construct from rigid 5-substitued tetrazole-based ligands with relatively longer spacer. The thermal stabilities and luminescent properties of compounds 1 and 2 were also explored.  相似文献

Two new supramolecular complexes,[Cu(H_2dhbd)(3-pyOH)(H_2O)]_2·3-pyOH·2H_2O(1)and[Cu_2(dhbd)(dpa)_2-(H_2O)]·6H_2O(2)(H_4dhbd=2,3-dihydroxybutanedioic acid,3-pyOH=3-hydroxypyddine,dpa=2,2'-dipyridylamine),have been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses,UV-Vis and IR spectra,and TGA analysis.X-ray structural analysis revealed that,through four pairs of strong O…H—O hydrogen bonds,the cyclic dinuclear units in 1 together with four adjacent neighbors are connected into a 2Dhoneycomb network encapsulating free 3-pyOH ligands.Unexpectedly,the water-dimers are fixed in interlayers of2D honeycomb network and act as hydrogen-bond bridging to further extend these 2D networks into 3D hydro-gen-bonded framework.Complex 2 includes interesting 2D grids constructed from chiral dinuclear units throughstrong O…H—O and O…H—N hydrogen bonding,which are extended through other crystallization water mole-cules into three dimension with channels.Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements for bothcomplexes indicate the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between adjacent copper(Ⅱ)ions.  相似文献

A new 3D Ag(I) coordination polymer {[Ag(AZDB)_(0.5)(bpe)_(0.5)]·H_2O}_n(1) has been papared by azobenzene-3,3?-dicarboxylicate(H_2AZDB), 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene(bpe) and silver salts via hydrothermal method. The compound was fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, infrared spectrum(IR), powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The strucrural analysis indicate that compound 1 shows a 3D pillared-layer framework constructed from a unique 1D Ag_2O_2 ribbon and pyridyl/carboxylicate mixed system, which features a 2-nodal(4, 6)-connected fsc net with a(44·610·8)(44·62) topology.Moreover, the photoluminescent properties have also been discussed.  相似文献

Based on the solvothermal reaction of 5,5'-(1,3,6,8-tetraoxobenzo[lmn][3,8] phenanthrolin-2-7-diyl)bis-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid(H_4L) linker and Zn(Ⅱ)/Cd(Ⅱ), two new 2 D coordination polymers(CPs), namely {[ZnH_2L(4,4'-bibp)]·H_2O}_n(1) and {[CdL_(0.5)(1,4-bimb)_(0.5)(H_2O)]·EtOH}n(2)(L = BIPA-TC), have been successfully constructed and characterized by EA, PXRD and IR with the aid of 4,4'-bis(benzoimidazo-1-yl)biphenyl(4,4'-bbib)/1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene(1,4-bimb). The structural analysis showed that complex 1 exhibits a 3D supramolecular structure with the topology of sql, and complex 2 possesses a 2-nodal(4,6)-c framework with the topology of(3~2·4~2·5~2)(3~4·4~4·5~4·6~3)-4,6 T26. Fluorescent experiments showed that 1 and 2 have high selectivity and sensitivity for the sensing of nitroaromatic compounds and Fe~(3+) in aqueous solutions.  相似文献

Two novel zinc(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, [Zn_2(BCB)(CH_3OH)(μ_3-OH)]n(1) and {[Zn_2(BCB)(μ_3-OH)(H_2O)_2]·CH_3OH}n (2), have been constructed from 3,5-bis(2-carboxylphenoxy)benzoic acid(H_3BCB) and characterized by elemental analysis(EA), IR, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), and thermogravimetric(TG) analyses. Structural analysis reveals that complexes 1 and 2 are both 1D polymeric chains with unprecedented tetranuclear {Zn_4(COO)_4(μ_3-OH)_2} clusters, which were further expanded into a 2D structure. Fluorescence measurements show that 1 and 2 have highly selective and sensitive detection of nitrobenzene.  相似文献

One new pillared layered zinc hydroxide {Zn_4(OH)_6(ndc)·2(H_2 O)}_n,(H_2 ndc =2,6-na-phthalenedicarboxylic acid) has been achieved under hydrothermal conditions by using2,6-na-phthalenedicarboxylic acid, 2,4-diami-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine as well as Zn(OAc)_2·2 H_2 O,and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR spectra, elemental analysis,powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The X-ray single-crystal diffraction proves that the title compound is in monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a =16.362(8), b = 9.324(5), c = 5.364(3) ?, β = 99.081(9)°, V = 808.1(7) ?~3, D_c = 2.522 g/cm~3, M_r =613.73, Z = 2, F(000) = 608, μ = 5.935 mm~(-1), GOOF = 1.050, R = 0.0469 and wR(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)) =0.1291. In the title compound, the tetrahedral and octahedral zinc atoms are connected by μ_3-OH groups to form zinc hydroxide inorganic layers extending parallel to the bc-plane. The adjacent layers are pillared by the connection of Zn2 atoms with ndc~(2-)ligands to construct a three-dimensional(3D) structure; meanwhile, the interactions of five hydrogen bonds make the 3D network structure more stable. Furthermore, the title compound exhibits luminescent property at solid state.  相似文献

In this paper, a new complex {Mo[S_2CN(C_2H_5)_2]_4}~( 1){FeCl}~(-1){C_6H_5CH_2SSCH_2C_6H_5} is syn-thesized by the reaction of MoCl_5, FeCl_3, PhCH_2SH and diethyldithiocarbamate (DTC)in MeOH. The complex is characterized by X-ray, IR, UV-visible, reflection spectra, themeasurements of magnetic susceptibility, differential thermal and elemental analyses. The crystal of triadic complex containing multi-bond species is quite stable and rare.  相似文献

Two novel compounds {[Cu(IBG)(4,4-bipy)(H_2O)_2]_2·11H_2O}_n(1) and {[Co(IBG)-(μ-H_2O)(H_2O)_2]·2H_2O}n(2) based on isophthaloylbisglycine(H_2IBG) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 shows a 1D chain sine/cosine chain structure, and compound 2 can be characterized as a 4-connected sql tetragonal planar network with the point symbol of {44·62}. Compound 2 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. In addition, 1 and 2 display an interesting reversible crystal-to-amorphous transformation.  相似文献
